The one time I'm trying to write and do my drafts and shit is the one day my cat decides mylap is where she wants to sit for the whole damn day.

my cat is really cuddlytoday but also keeps sliding off me its so funny I dont know if shes exactly the right size or maybe a bigger cat will have a better time not sliding off mylap. Big cat only ever sat in proximity and sometimes lied on my lying resting body (Best weigh blanket replacement experience ive experienced)

My fiance and his mom got me a Lil combo gift situation.

She got me studio clip paint and he got me a very very nice and pricey drawing tablet.

I am struggling because I have a genuine intolerance for learning new things as an extremely burnt out autistic adult.

These gifts are wonderful but I've been drawing with a little no screen waccom tablet that cost like 60 bucks?

I plug it in and stare at my laptop screen while I draw with it on mylap lmfao 😂😭

I've also been using krita, and only wanted software for animation specifically (I was infact looking at procreate dreams but I guess that's an apple only product?)

The new software feels both lacking and also extremely overwhelming. I am struggling not to have a massive tantrum everytime I use it, and I cannot handle things with learning curves.

I feel like I am skill regressing and the skill is specifically being able to learn new things.

I feel ungrateful and awful. But everytime I try to use this very high tech tablet I have to struggle not to literally rip my own hair out in a frustrated melt down.

Any tips? Tricks? Work around for this? I feel like if I can just Power through this, and figure out the new tech and the new software I'll end up liking it better, but right now as a change adverse autistic adult in severe burnout I am struggling :(

Semua peserta telah berada di posisinya masing-masing untuk memulai flag-off lomba lari kategori half marathon yang dilanjutkan dengan kategori 10K dan 5K pada perhelatan Astra Half Marathon 2023 ‘Xtramile’, Minggu (5/11/2023) di Astra Biz Center, BSD City, Banten. “Dengan melibatkan masyarakat luas, Astra berharap para peserta lari yang berpartisipasi tidak hanya menebarkan inspirasi dan mendukung gaya hidup sehat, namun juga dapat membangkitkan semangat kerjasama dan keterlibatan masyarakat lainnya untuk menciptakan perubahan positif bagi lingkungan untuk hari ini dan masa depan Indonesia,” ujar Chief of Corporate Affairs Astra, Riza Deliansyah. Dengan tema Xtramile, perhelatan Astra Half Marathon 2023 mengajak masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai usaha yang lebih dari biasanya serta tidak terbatas untuk saat ini saja, tetapi juga untuk masa mendatang. Melalui tagline Astra Runners, ‘We Run, We Care, We Share’, peserta diajak untuk lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan, khususnya dalam penggunaan kembali barang-barang sekali pakai (reuse), pengurangan penggunaan plastik sekali pakai (reduce), dan mendorong kebiasaan untuk mendaur ulang produk lama menjadi sesuatu yang baru dan berguna (recycle). Para peserta lomba lari secara otomatis turut mendukung program pengelolaan sampah menjadi barang bernilai tambah melalui program kolaborasi bersama Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra (YDBA). Para pelari yang mencapai garis finish di bawah cut-off time mendapatkan medali, refreshment water, air mineral serta kudapan sehat. Khusus bagi peserta yang berhasil menyelesaikan jarak 21K di bawah cut-off time berhak mendapatkan finisher tee dan akses ke area eksklusif yang menyediakan ice pool serta fisioterapi. Deretan atlet nasional dan figur publik  turut meramaikan tahun kedua pelaksanaan Astra Half Marathon 2023. Di antaranya adalah Andrew White, Nana Mirdad, Dion Wiyoko, Tarra Budiman, Ardit Erwandha, Adinda Thomas, Sahila Hisyam, Agus Prayogo, Juphie Sembiring, Nur Shodiq, Triyaningsih, Odekta Naibaho dan Novia Nur Nirwani. Rangkaian Astra Half Marathon 2023 juga dimeriahkan dengan penampilan dari DJ Yasmin serta RAN yang menambah keseruan pada akhir acara Astra Half Marathon 2023.  Total Hadiah Rp200 juta Total hadiah yang disiapkan mencapai Rp200 juta. Belum termasuk doorprize untuk para pelari yang beruntung, yaitu sepeda, smart watch hingga smart phone. Rangkaian Astra Half Marathon 2023 telah dimulai sejak 31 Juli 2023 dengan konferensi pers, dilanjutkan dengan race pack collection yang diselenggarakan pada 3-4 November 2023 di Menara Astra.
