@onaga94
And each night,
when I lay my head
down to sleep,
I try to be proud,
for I have survived
one more day
without you.
- One day at a time.
Throwback to my first post on here. Baby steps.

🤷🏻♀️
“I’m not suicidal, but if a car came while I was crossing the street I don’t think I’d move and if someone held a gun to my head I wouldn’t exactly beg for my life in fact id laugh and tell them go for it. No I’m not suicidal but if I had the chance to die without killing myself I’d probably take it.”

Reblog if…
You’re doing it so you can be confident in public, but not for the attention
The weight loss is not for the gender you’re attracted to, but because you don’t feel attractive
You’re tired of people making petty comments about your weight
You want people to stop trying to put your weight in a sugarcoated box by saying you’re ‘big boned’ ‘thicc’ ‘more to love’ ‘curvy’, etc.
One comment sent you into the start of your ED
A traumatic experience caused you to gain weight that just wouldn’t come off
New medication caused you to gain weight
A Doctor, family, teacher, or friend has ever called you fat
You feel this is the only way you’ll truly be comfortable in your own skin
You’re lying to family & friends
You feel a little bittersweet when they comment on your weight loss
It started as a ‘diet’ that spiraled out of control
You know recovery is an option, but you don’t want to
You used to deny your eating disorder
🌪I want to follow the people who reblog this🌪

Daddy, I’m so sorry I’m not sober anymore. Please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor. It’s only when I’m lonely.

“That’s the thing about depression: A human being can survive almost anything, as long as she sees the end in sight. But depression is so insidious, and it compounds daily, that it’s impossible to ever see the end.”

I am moving on
Moving forward requires one foot in front of the other, not both at once. Take your time, relax, and take it one step at a time.
