My house smells amaaaazing right now

We're cooking up a storm!

If you guessed that all those groceries were for making The Best Chili Ever, well you were right!  

We're also baking butternut squash. We placed it face down in a Pyrex dish in an inch of water (thanks to Lizwasrunning for the how-to on that!) and are cooking it until it's just a little underdone . Then we're storing it in the fridge overnight. Tomorrow night when we come home from work, we'll just pop it back in the oven to finish it up. We haven't decided if we're going to mash it, cut it up or what, but I'm open to suggestions. Message me, let me know!

After we eat (pretty shortly) I'm going to make a Blueberry crisp. I haven't made one that has come out well yet, but I have a feeling that tonight is my night. Why? Because I have coconut oil.  :)
