Crunchy, buttery cookie on top of creamy, chocolate-y goodness. One of my favorite dessert dishes it the chocolate pots de creme. I like to say prep takes about five seconds (LOL) really it doesn’t take more than five minutes clean up included. I add hot coffee instead of creme for a rich mocha flavor. Pop it in the fridge until firm for a thick, pudding-like result. Pop it in the oven for a delicate cake reminiscently of soufflé! I went for the baked option here, topping it before sticking in the oven with crumbled Biscoff coffee cookie. I received three of these cookie two packs complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster in the December 2015  Jingle VoxBox!
Biscoff Cookie Crusted Mocha Pots de Creme
1 pack of two biscoff coffee cookies (or more if desired) - crumbled for topping
Approx. ¼ cup white sugar, for dusting the buttered dish
2 tbsp soft butter for coating dish
2 cups chocolate chips (can use milk or dark per preference)
4 eggs
1 cup HOT coffee
Splash of vanilla extract
*this recipe works with a hand or stand mixer, and may work with other utensils/stove top. I go for one quick method and use a blender when possible.
1. Prepare baking dish by buttering the inside and coating with sugar. Preheat oven to 350F, have preheating in the oven a baking sheet to set your baking dish(es) on for heat dispersion. You can also add water to the baking sheet for best heat dispersion.
2. Add eggs, chocolate chips, and vanilla to blender
3. Working quickly so the eggs due not solidify and do get mixed, also to avoid coffee cooling: turn on blender and add hot coffee through opening in lid to melt the chocolate sand cook the eggs. The high blender speeds also help to aerate the mixture, since we skipped whipping the egg whites.
4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish(es)
5. Sprinkle crumbled Biscoff cookie over top.
6. Place in oven and do not open oven door for at least 30 minutes

Jingle Voxbox 2015
So I got the 2015 December Jingle VoxBox complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. It was a great voxbox, it was a small box but it was completely filled up with products which was amazing.  So these are the products I received in the box and some of my opinions on them.
I’ll start off with the #Hallmark IttyBitty’s...
I received a Olaf Itty Bitty and it’s kind of like a mini beanie baby type of toy.  Its really cute and really great to give to anyone as like a gift or stocking stuffer or something.  They have a ton of different IttyBitty’s in their collection.  I’ve seen Star Wars, Little Mermaid, Frozen (obviously lol), comic book hero’s and many more! They're not too expensive either, their starting prices are $6.95
Next in the unboxing is Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream
I got a little 1 Oz. tub of Cetaphil moisturizing cream. It’s a really good product, especially with this winter weather, it brings my dry skin back to life! I like that this was included in this box because I love moisturizer of all types, I use it all the time so this is really great.
Next we have... Pure Ice Nail Polish
I really like this nail polish and I love the color I received. The color I got is called Bikini and its almost like a grayish blue or like a light periwinkle color.  It’s really nice and really pigmented and it applies really smooth, which is what everyone wants in a nail polish, am I right? You can find it only at Walmart for $1.97
NYC City Proof 24HR Waterproof Eyeliner
This eyeliner is great, it lasts really long and it goes on really smooth and easy.  It glides on, you don't have to like color in your water line like some other eyeliners you can do it in one or two sweeps across. It’s also really good for smudging, which is what I like to do because I usually wear more eyeliner.  You can get it at most drug stores or Ulta or Walmart for around $3.99
Next I got a coupon for 1 free OreIda Tater Tots product
I cashed this one in right away lol. I love OreIda products because yes, I love my carbs.  They're super good and really crispy when cooked.  They also have a ton of recipes on their Facebook/website and I will definitely be trying a few.
The next two things are KISS lashes and KISS lash adhesive with Aloe
I got the “Natural Plump” lashes. I really love false lashes so I was super excited about these.  They are so natural looking which is what you always want to go for when wearing false lashes. They're really easy to apply, especially with the adhesive because it has an easy application brush.  The lashes are reusable and can last a really long time depending on how they are cared for.  They hold all day long and I would highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to spend a lot on lashes or for those just starting out with wearing falsies.  You can get each product for around $3.99
Finally, The last of what I received were Biscoff Cookies
Influenster gave me 3 packages of Biscoff cookies, they come with 2 in a package.  I actually have gotten these on a flight one time as a snack and they're really really good.  If you like shortbread cookies you will definitely have to try these if you haven't already.  They're really good with like coffee or a cappuccino or hot chocolate or something from a coffee bar.  You can get them in a 250g package for around $2.99
I really enjoyed this VoxBox and I liked how the most of the products were winter themed.  All of these products were sent to me free complimentary from influenster for testing purposes.  You can sign up and get free products too just follow my link! www.influenster.com/r/317190

This Jingle Vox Box is the most recent box I received and it arrived a few days before Christmas (2015) , full of a products I could use to brighten up my holiday look and festivities.
Box Content:
Kiss True Volume Lashes - True Volume - Chic (1 pair)
Kiss Strip Lash Adhesive (1 tube)
Pure Ice Nail Polish -shade Shore Bet (1)
NYC City Proof 24HR Waterproof Liner- black (1 )
Hallmark Itty Bitty Soft Stuffed Ornament - Disney’s Frozen - Olaf (1)
Biscoff Cookies (3 packs)
Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream ( travel size- 1)
Coupon for free Ore-Ida Tater Tots (1)
Kiss Lashes & Adhesive.
The lashes were my biggest source of adventure in this box. As a renowned mascara junkie , I have mastered the lash game with my array of magical wands. Fake lashes have never been my forte unless they’re being applied to my eyes by a professional which also doesn’t happen very often.
The Kiss lashes were easy to apply, and the glue I tried was in a vial with a tiny wand with a brush similar to a paint brush, and that made it easier for me to apply the glue instead of squeezing it out of a tube - y’all know I’m heavy handed.
The lashes I tried were the Chic style and is very similar to my natural lashes. I got a bit of volume and length but nothing different from what I get from my mascara . So I think I’m going to try a more dramatic style from Kiss, if I’m going to wear falsies I want it to be a little more extreme. I think this style would be perfect for those gals who maybe don’t want to wear mascara or who prefer a more low key or natural look. For me , lashes have to be larger than life fabulous - but that’s just the mascara junkie that I am. I will stick with the Kiss brand though because the lashes were easy to use and the removal was pain free and easy as well. (I’ve already checked out the Kiss Blooming Lashes) The fiber feel of the lashes are soft and blended well with my natural lash and that scored high points for me. Even better they are $3.99 - beauty on a budget and I won’t feel bad about tossing them out after a few uses.

Pure Ice Nail Polish
This brand has been a long time favorite of mine. When I was in culinary school we were never allowed to wear nail polish on our fingernails so I would indulge in at home pedicures to drown my beauty pain. I was also on a $20 a week budget lol ( thank goodness we ate well at school). Pure Ice retails for $1.97 and honestly that’s the same price it was over 15 years ago when I was in school. Back then there were other brands for $0.99 but I’d shuck out that extra $1 like a baller to get a long lasting polish. One of the best features of Pure Ice is the formula, it’s really easy to apply and goes on evenly without streaking or pullback.  Pure Ice also has a massive variety of colors and they even have a line of Gel without the use of lamp polishes.  Don’t get me started on their glitter line . So many pretty colors and nail bling to indulge in and they’re affordable.

NYC City Proof 24hr Waterproof Eyeliner.
As a liner for the lower lash and waterline this one worked well for me. It’s a bit soft for my liking as a top lid liner. I generally dislike pencil liners for winged eyeliner art and my attempt at a cat eyed wing with this pencil was downright laughable , so I’ll stick to the lower lids for this one. There was a bit of smearing during the day and some running. I love NYC products but this one is not one I’ll be repurchasing.

Hallmark Itty Bitty
Remember “legume” babies (don’t want to use other brand names but references are okay) - well this line is as vast as that  I think. The soft stuffed characters have a string attached for hanging .They have an assortment of collections too like Disney characters, Star Wars, Superheros , Scooby Doo Rainbow Brite, Muppets, gosh the list goes on. They even have a Create your Own Itty Bitty character . If you or your kids are into building a collection with these you will not get bored. My kids on the other hand.... it’s an ornament , hang it up, let’s go play something else....hmmm

Biscoff Cookies ( Classic)
I remember getting these cookies on the airplane especially on international flights.  If you’ve never had them , imagine a graham cookie but a thousand  times better in terms or flavor and absolutely on texture . They’re really crunchy and that’s why I use them instead of graham cookies as a base for my cheesecakes- no soggy crust and packed with flavor. They’re pretty decadent and go well with coffee and my kids even dunk these cause they hold up well in milk ( the cookies, not my kids)

Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream
This was already a skin care staple in my house . My preteen uses the Cetaphil cleaners and moisturizer because they are gentle and simple. I use the Cetaphil  Baby line on my 3 year old. It’s such a classic brand known for it’s great moisturizing features and there’s something about the simplicity of the line that’s so appealing to me. The Cream is one of my hubby’s favorites and I love to use it on my feet at bedtime too.

Ore-Ida Tater Tots
This was my first time trying a tater tot , that’s right - first time .  I have nothing against them lol, just never tried one before. Growing up my mom always made fries from scratch so I honestly was never exposed to frozen potato anything till I was an adult ( I know, I had a terrible childhood, lol)
Well later on in life I did get to know the Ore-Ida brand and the convenience of frozen french fries and started to realize  that my mom had so much more patience than I ever would , but I still never had a tater tot until this coupon came in the box.
As suggested in the Influenster Vox Box outline , I visited the Ore-Ida website and made one of the Tater Tot recipes for Totchos - like Nachos but with tater tots. You can scroll to my previous post to see how it turn out. They were pretty awesome ( some of you don’t like going to previous posts :-) ) and they were easy to make , yup easier than my mom hand-shredding potatoes .
Here’s the recipe

So that’s it for the Jingle Vox Box . You can check out the various brand websites for more info and follow them if you’d like on their social networks FaceBook , Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest.
* All products I received were complementary & all opinions are my own.
* All typos are my gifts to you ;-)
