Celerbarating #rarediseaseday yo show we are normal humn beings also. EDS and JHS is a genetic condition often seen as invisible and incurable disease. Through our pain,struggles, and fatigue we live a happy life. Both my daughter and i suffer from a merication condition that does affect our lives but we done give into to our pain. We are grateful to be living and surviving and fighting for being alive because we both know living is a precious gift not to be wasted. We are both blessed to have each other and appreciate that we are filled with love and support. We have each other,share each others pain and understanding of what we go through everyday and bring the best out of each other.... why? LOVE is unconditional. "Lost & Found" - here is an message i learnt from my life stories; ever wondered why you found something after so many years you forgot about it & then when found you have a happy moment ( that little smile comes out or you go " oh ahh"? The same goes with life changes and unhappiness. We create a chain of emotions that occurs from our choices of reactions with what we see and experience everyday .

Our brain is always findiing ways to fix what we think is missing in our lives. If you changed your mind & controlled what you see and how you react to it then you would choose an emotion/behaviour that benifits you.

My example- i stopped watching TV. It has been 2 years. I stopped being governed by the TV and waiting for the times to watch what i was interested. Instead i took control and decided i am going make my time useful and watch what i want by other means i.e netflix in my own time. This helped me not watch negativity and i filled my time with being more free to do activites to keep training my brain i.e reading,have lengthy conversations with people in person, beeing outside with nature, art skills with my daughter ( along with everything else i do). . I am happy because i am in control of my happiness and i never let negative words&peoples behaviours effect me. I just let it go with a smile & remind myself my life is worth happiness. When everything seems impossible .... have the will to do it for you!-Nicki Donnelly my self affirmations became my Life Coach to help myself before i could gelp others. I will continue to serve til the day my energy is intangible and my soul has gone to heaven...my energy will be through my legacy through others and my daughter. One if my biggestest battles is dealing with being stuck in my bed for weeks. In total i have spent 14 days laying in bed not because im bed resting but becausw i have no choice from my bodys pain and fatigue draining me with 5 infections,medications, i cry out and nothing comes but i know i can still be in control with my situation and that is to keep my mind pure with flows of strength i gain from my daughter who smiles at me and seems me everyday as her mother and not a ' lazy slob who does nothing & is a disgrace to be a mother'(yes that is what i have been called). When i see my daughter who admires me as her mother and powerful woman who doesnt give in to my circumstances and let me tell you it is veey easy for me to give up it all and end my life because it is the easy way out of life but i dont i choose to fight to survive for myself. A warrior choses her battles carefully and knows the end goal is worth all the bodies painful wounds and accepts the help needed to be cared for by another who washes and cleanses my body to keep me ready for the next day if battles. I truly thank my daughter for being my warrior by my side. My proudand joy to be on the front cover and main feature shows companies really value disabled peoples story and all the work i do as a woman and mother. To others who have approached me and said "i feel sorry for your,your life must be awful to live in wheelchair&you cant have children your in death sentance ill pray for you!" And that really happened! I responded "i am happy and i love my life,i am more powerful than when i was walking,i am not ashamed to be a disabled woman&mother,but i will pray for you because you life is so sheltered it must be a sad life that you live like this,but i will help you open your mind to all possibilities that your missing " the person was gobsmacked! Keep working towards your goals,no matter how hard the hurdles are i am always working with my mind and soul together to kerp using all the positive energy that keeps me moving forward to help others. #fridaymood Let there be light inside of you! always stay strong even when you dont feel like it. Always stay positive even when your not having a good day, Always Stay blessed when your suffering in pain/aliments because i know behind closed doors i may grow through alot of battles and challenges i always remind myself with self affirmations to keep going especially during a horrible time of having a paralysed body i have been recovering from long infections, dehydration,vomitting and low blood pressure,fatigued,fainting,lack of control with my body temp,risk of frost bite,shocks. For me i decided to let all the frustration,negativity from others go out of mind. For me it is what it is and it is LIFE. Life is never easy,But Happiness is and i have that even when im not my 100% because i am alive & im a mother, i am complete but still evolving and still in the presence of my soul emitting positive energy through my story telling images to keep motivating you and giving you understanding of my positive lifestyle disability living because its not always what you see in my pictures. But behind this smile i was suffering with pulled upper disc close to the spine requiring medication for 2 weeks and bed rest,heat,ice therapy,and the muscle spasm & seziures needing diazepam because its extremly painful (you imagine its excrutiaing this pain and i suffer this pain in my bottom half only difference is i cant feel the bottom ) and can become dangerously close to damaging my neck muscles. In this pic Here i am actually thinking about all the above which is why i wanted to share it with you all because to me my pictures are pure and filled with my personal emotions of what i am living through without telling you the full version of my hard reality. Fashion is for everyone,i have to fight for my rights everyday to be included. But i will never give up for existing. I am proud disble woman and mother.
