i love “wade and vanessa realize they can’t be together but they’re happy as friends” and “wade is happy with logan, vanessa is happy with her new man”

but i would also like to propose that They Share Wade

maybe logan and vanessa aren’t a Thing but they grow to care about each other because they both love wade. they also make wade the Kiss Messenger.

vanessa kisses him once, for herself. and then kisses him again on the forehead and is like “that’s for logan. tell him i said hi.” and wade gets to skip alllll the way back home to logan to give him a fat smooch on the forehead and say “that’s from nessa. she says hi.”

and of course next time wade goes to see vanessa, logan’s gotta kiss him on the cheek and be like “that’s for vanessa. tell her i said hey.”

and of course wade thoroughly enjoys it.
