#detective conan #case closed #amv #my amvs #eye strain #heiji hattori #harley hartwell #conan edogawa #shinichi kudo #funimation english dub script #video #happy two-year anniversary to 'no thoughts just heiji hattori'!#while it's not my first amv (it's maybe my... fifth?)#it was the first one i made with davinci resolve and the amv that really got me into editing amvs for real #it's the amv that made me believe i could make amvs 🥺#and in remastering it i deeply understood how ambitious it was! i thought i did a lot of audio mixing for 'messed up'#but that's not even close to all the audio mixing i did here--cannot believe that i did all this for my first big amv project #it took about 20 hours *just* to remaster!#which is something i've been meaning to do for a while now so i'm very happy to finally share the results!#to make this a 'remaster' and not a 'redo' the only changes i tried to make were to the source footage and audio #video now uses almost entirely hd remastered footage from my blu-rays or netflix rather than my dvds #but oh gosh was it *hard* not to touch anything else! i'd do so many things differently now #but this video will always be really special to me (and i can't believe i did it at all tbh!)#i hope seeing it in hd is fun too! i'm so blown away by all the love this vid's gotten #and that it helped increase interest in funi's old english dub is amazing and 100% what i was trying to do with it!#thank you everyone for all the support <333 i wouldn't be the video editor i am today without this vid or your encouragement for it <3333 #like the original the sources used are mostly from what funi dubbed (but mixed in hd by me!): eps 48-49 57-58 77-78 117 and 118 and movie 3 #but i also used episodes 141-142 174 189 239 263 277 291 293 345 479 491 517 and 522 #and ova 3 and tv special 6 (episode one) and movies 10 and 13 and ops 27 31 and 33 and the funi 5.2 dvd blooper for the one line lol #the song is 'you're stupid aren't you' by toshio masuda (from jubei-chan 2)

Read Right to Left (Manga Format)

I have returned to watching demon slayer after a year and it came up while I was having a serious late night talk with my big sister. I was talking about the relationship between Michikatsu/Kokushibo and Yoriichi and it turns out we both see each other in Yoriichi's shoes and ourselves in Michikatsu's place. Definitely surprising, but really relieving to know that we both worry too much and we are not so far apart in skill as we believe.

This is technically the first piece of fanart I've ever made for the characters in Demon Slayer, I have made OCs before but I never drew an actual character from the story. For context this is mostly just a fun "what if" scenario with them meeting in the afterlife. I like to think Yoriichi's love would reawaken Michikatsu's humanity.

I wanted Michi to land next to Yoriichi but when I tried the shooting star ide #it did not work 💀 anyways that little wisp reforms into Kokushibo's monstrous form‚ which Yoriichi shreds apart in seconds #for the people looking for my usual submas content‚ I actually had an idea to draw them debating which twin to cosplay a few months back #Ingo said Emmet should be Yoriiichi cause he's the younger one‚ Emmet said Ingo should be Yoriichi cause he's cooler (read: better liked)#This took about 5 hours elapsed time‚ I stopped halfway through the last panel for a 6 hour nap #Also the purple just denotes which sections is close to the demonic parts‚ kinda like lighting but not quite

It's weird to think that with Jordana being a teenager in the middle of a revenge journey and Cinder being an adult who is at most 20 years old who likes to beat up kids, that leaves Jay as the second oldest (probably the less... immature if you compare him to the other two) in the Wolf Clan after the 60-year-old tiger.

So I may or may not have started watching another silly little show from the 90s. It kinda hit the sweet spot for me, with it having a fun gimmick while also being a detective show with compelling characters. I also feel like that clown meme looking at the mountain of episodes I still have to get through.

Also I'm going into this show completely blind so please keep spoilers out of this post; as of posting this, I have just finished ep 193! :)

Violet and her best friend Lilliahoshi really wants to play in the garden and have ice cream. Being that they are 6 years old, they couldn’t stop pleading with Luigi, and Luigi accepted their requests. Violet and Lilliahoshi couldn’t help themselves but squealing and screaming with excitement. They so happy to have lots of fun in the garden. Luigi is the BEST role model and person for them ☺️☺️🥰🥰

In Context: Lilliahoshi and her mum Shirahoshi were visiting Violet’s house to play, Luigi is actually Lilliahoshi’s godfather but she refers to him as Uncle because it is easier. Violet and Lilliahoshi had lots of fun, they watched Bluey for a bit and did some pretend play, and Violet’s little sister Blossom joined in as well, but she got a bit overwhelmed, so she went and played with her daddy. So sweet 🥹
