#i just started a new job monday and i am trying very hard to let the fears of my old one behind #trauma #work trauma #my old job basically offered me no support and dangled promotions over my head just to snatch them away #and then gave me way too much work for one human while outright promoting someone who'd been there for half the time i had #and was doing other work on company time #also the CEO claimed i didn't say hi to her enough which made me incredibly unnerved #just a lot of performative manipulation #my current job has super sweet coworkers and a great HR team #but i'm still struggling #txt #personal txt
