popcorn in bags is such a scam u get one of those tubs of kernels and some ghee and its so much cheaper and just as good in a pot with less burning
#one of the few poorkidisms that actually fucks for more than just nostalgia#my mom had one of those ancient little air popper things where the plastic looked like the colour of a smokers pool table lamp in the 70s#and it was broken so u had to hold a plat over the top to keep the kernels from yeeting everywhere#while also avpiding getting suprise hit with a red hot kernel pinging out of the metal popcorn bowl#suffice to say i didnt make popcorn often wven when we did have it#was dangerous lmao
