These were Mail Order exclusives and tend to be difficult to find nowadays. What's more interesting and slightly oddball is how the type of pony could change. Adult Milky Way is a unicorn!

Things I meant to post earlier, but never got around to until now: Various G1 ponies, drawn sometime in August or September.

Part 1: Baby Leafy (the calf), Dainty Dahlia, Masquerade, Baby Lucky Leaf, Baby Woolly (the lamb), Baby Fleecy, Cupcake, Buttons, and the teeny twins Sniffles and Snookums (not to be confused with the Newborn Twins!)

Part 2: Oakly (the moose), Baby Leaper, Squirmy, Mimic, Flurry, Baby Sunnybunch, Cherries Jubilee, and Merriweather.

My little dungeon AU Spike !

Teen dragon that was adopted into a family of Canterlot ponies when he was a baby! He is level headed and very smart for his age, and is absolutely fascinated by the fancy hairstyles and unique magic of Canterlotian unicorns. He can not fathom why his big sister Twilight Sparkle doesn't ever bother to make her mane, and makes sure to fix it up for her every morning while she's eating her breakfast.

When him and his sister relocated to Ponyville, he very quickly became best friends with Rarity, not only because they're both at least part dragon but also because of their shared passion for fashion.

Spike is a teen dragon, so he grows Fast. He's expected to grow twice the size he is now, but it's not 100% as he may be a mixbreed of a guardian and sea dragon so he might even triple in size with age.

Thinking about the incredibly silly ass Au me and my bf had where the Sonic characters collected MLP

Amy would absolutely love collecting MLP. Has a huge collection, many gens but I feel like she would be a big g3 fan. Lots of cute pink or pastel colored ponies. Also many extremely rare ponies. She likes them all to be perfect mint condition and will restore them if they are anything less than perfect.

Sonic and the boys probably aren't too interested, but if they watched the cartoon Sonic would like Rainbow Dash. Obviously.

Shadow is also not interested in collecting them himself but when Amy shows him her collection he's like "...Cool."

Cream the rabbit has a collection of lovely old g1 ponies passed down to her from her mama Vanilla. Lovely ladies like Peachy, Posey, ect. Not mint condition because they're old but well taken care of and loved.

I think it would be incredibly funny if Vector the crocodile picked up a few of them as toys for Charmy at a very very cheap second hand store (doesn't like spending money, but like. His kid Charmy is 6 so he needs at least some toys. So goodwill bins it is-) And Charmy's ponies are all in horrific condition because he plays like a little terror. Cuts their hair and accidentally stains them while playing and they never get cleaned. His favorite is Bumblesweet.

Espio sees Amy's collection and is like "Oh we (Charmy) have some of those too" and then when she comes over she is Absolutely Fuckin Horrified by Charmy's cut hair, filthy, rusty messy little horses LOL. Smiling through gritted teeth as Charmy excitedly shows her.

I want Espio to have Cherry Blossom (Dark pink/purplely color like him, also he would love the cherry blossom symbol) but is far too embarrassed to let anyone see it

One day Amy is like babysitting Cream or Charmy when Eggman attacks. And Eggman stops when he sees they have horses and hes like "....Wait a minute. Is that a Baby Sugarberry???? You own the Twice As Fancy Babies??????" Turns out he knows about and enjoys my little ponies but gets incredibly jealous of Amy's collection filled with rare ass ponies. So of course he has to steal them. And Sonic and friends have to fight Eggman..... Over my little ponies

It’s My Little Monday! With...2 Versions of Mommy Sweet Celebrations! The Loving Family Ponies were sets of Twice as Fancy Ponies who were each a family with mom, dad, and two babies. The gimmick was that the children were a beautiful blend of both parents’ hair colors and symbols. In the case of the Sweet Celebration family, Mommy here has balloons and confetti, while Daddy has wrapped presents & confetti, so the children have both. Of course, each pony married another who had compatible colors. (Daddy is greenish with green hair, so the kids are bluegreen with pink and green hair and a mix of gifts and balloons) But what’s going on here?  This is another case of the Hong Kong & China made ponies being more than just a little different. The pink for the balloons is not only darker, it’s a different shade, the strings are less purple, and the hair color is even slightly different. The body color is a bit different as well, but the eyes are the same. (Ignore the tail rust they are not fixed yet) Which one is prettier? Don’t bother to decide, just collect both versions for more fun. All of the families are like this. There were 3 families, each with 4 members, so it makes for a lot of collecting if you want 2 of each to have the variations. It’s not the most extreme variation but it is interesting to see. In Europe the families had all 4 members, but in the USA, one of the children was always excluded, so it is harder to complete your sets or your variants if you’re in the US. There usually isn’t such a big/noticeable difference in ponies made in different areas. Their goal was clearly to have everything be the same/easy to do, but it didn’t always happen. Of course, other characters are more different than this, but many are more similar.  The more you know about collecting, the more fun it is!

Was googling around for info on the Kellogg’s baby Christmas pony promotion (Baby Stockings) and I found this incredible video!!  And the info that comes with it is even more incredible!

The other day tinkering with my Beta movies I found this treasure that I recorded as a child, it lasts very little because it is only the final fragment of the ad (the part that interested me) where Kellogg's promoted the gift of a pony or a G.I. Joe to choose from. From the back of the box, you chose the toy and they sent you one (although the toy you chose never coincided with the one in the photo since they sent you whatever belonged to that same set). I was able to get 3 ponies, I chose Galaxy and they sent me Fizzy, then Forget-Me-Not and they sent me Peach Blossom, finally I chose Baby Tiddly Winks and they sent me Baby Lemon Drop. A detail of the promo of My Little Pony is that all of them were made in Spain. Nowadays they are a treasure and some of them are worth fortunes. 

Spanish ponies were given from the following collections: Party ponies (translator’s note: Twice As Fancy), Adventurers (translator’s note: Big Brother ponies), Cuddly Baby ponies (translator’s note: set comprised of Baby Moondancer, Baby Tiddly Winks, Baby Lemon Drop, and Baby Bow Tie), Flutter ponies, and Twinkle Eye ponies. I have no idea about G.I. Joe or how it worked since I only dedicated myself to the ponies :)

KELLOGG'S PROMO 1990 MI PEQUEÑO PONY (LITTLE PONY) Y GIJOE El otro dia trasteando con mis pelis beta encontre este tesoro que grabe de pequeña, dura muy poco porque solo es el fragmento final del anuncio (la aprte que me interesaba) donde kellog's promocionaba el regalo de un pony o un gijoe a escoger de la parte de atras de la caja, escogias el modelo y ellos te enviaban uno (aunque nunca coincidia el juguete que elegias con el de la foto ya que te enviaban el que fuera que perteneciera a esa misma colección, yo precisamente pude coger 3 ponys, escogi a galaxia y me enviaron a espumita, luego a no me olvides y me enviaron a melocoton,  por ultimo escogi a baby chiquitin y me enviaron a bebe comilon. Un detalle de la promo de mi pequeño pony esque todos ellos eran de los fabricados en españa y hoy en dia son un tesoro y algunos de ellos valen fortunas. Se regalaron ponys españoles de las siguientes colecciones: fiesta, aventureros, bebe caricias,alitas y ojos centelleos. De gijoe no tengo ni idea como funcionaba la cosa ya que solo me dedique a los ponys :)

This is a very special lot to me as these are my first Twice as Fancy pony and my first Glow n’ Show pony!! I never thought I’d have a glow n show let alone my favorite one!! And all of these ponies are new to my collection!!

Next up is my new dragon furby!! Dragon has been on my want list and he’s finally here! He is noticeably smaller than my witches cat furby so maybe this is a baby dragon furby?? If those even exist I’m not sure, but!! It’s him!!

And finally is a December beanie babies birthstone/birth month bear. I quite like this line of beanies so I might start collecting them! :3 they’re just so cute in they’re little clown ruffles and rainbow onesies!
