I want to get drunk, and that was my biggest fear some months ago

When I was 14 yo I made a promise to myself to be the best daughter I could be, even if that means id have to be unhappy. I won't say I wasn't happy for the past 4 years, I was happy most of the time, but I wasn't being totally me. I thought, by that time, that if I was a lesbian I had to make it up to my parents somehow, so I decided to not bother them with anything.

For the past 4 years I cried alone, I talked alone, I stopped doing things I liked and I was never mad or angry at home. Never. I'm the most understandable person my mom knows. But at what cost?

I am not unhappy and I won't say I regret what I did, I don't. My parents now trust me and they know I won't do bad things. Well, that's the biggest lie of my life, god.

C'mon, I'm almost 18 and I don't know who I am. The only thing I know is that I'm lesbian and that I like to read depressing things. Four years ago I changed from wine to water, I thought no one would notice, and no one did (Halsey, you slayed with it yk). But now, now I want to fucking split that water and become a wine again.

Some months ago my WHOLE life turned upside down, I'm not kidding, and everything I did, everything I gave up, everything I said "no" to, was wasted. All I did became nothing, all my efforts were thrown out and I didn't say a thing. I saw everything coming down, and I kept quiet. Because, as my mom said, I'm so mature for my age.

Fuck that.

No, I'm not so mature for my age, I gave up my age to make YOU proud. To became the daughter YOU wanted. To not disappoint you. Instead of enjoying my youth I kept myself quiet and calm, at home reading or just drinking soda at parties.

But god why, when I saw that all I did was for nothing, that my plans for my future were all ruined, I panicked. I spent the last 4 years following one direction for what I have planned, for what my parents wanted me to do, and I was okay with that, I never complained. Well, it ended up not working.

And for the first time in what seemed for ever, I'm just living. I have no idea of what tomorrow will be, I'm just living and rediscovering what I like. And god how I missed vodka! The feeling of it burning down, shit I always loved that. The 13 yo me knew how to live.

So now I have dyed my hair again, I didn't want to go back to blue so quickly, but purple didn't work so that's what I'll be doing soon. And my parents started complaining about it again. But screw it, I was the perfect daughter for years, I deserve to be me again, I earned that right on September 30th last year. I don't give a shit anymore.

I will live from now on, I'm studying for my dream university, I have the best friends ever, I'm talking the way I like to talk, I have a religion that I really believe, and because of the past 4 years my parents trust me.

They won't stop trusting me because, unfortunately, I'm not crazy yet, and I know how to live the right way. I'll just keep doing what I need to do, and everything will be fine.

I can't wait to turn 18 (in 1 month and 2 days) and be finally drunk 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.

Showa Godzilla and Showa Mothra = ENEMIES (Okay, they're enemies and they both wished to stay each other's asses and their family to ensure the safety and secure of their family clan; still they dislike each other frequently whenever they passed by their homes or just...comment snidely to one another)

Heisei Godzilla and Heisei Mothra = Neutral (Heisei Mothra is married to Heisei Battra and they both raised a son named Leo. )

GMK Godzilla and GMK Mothra = Yeah partners-in-crime (both have family issues and ran away, eventually the two meet each other and become roommates shared in one rented apartment; I supposed they might be enemies but, here's the fact: they both dated each other secretly without getting caught)

Millenium Godzilla and Millenium Mothra = Friends obviously (Millenium Mothra still raising her twin children alone)

MV Godzilla and MV Mothra = MARRIED COUPLE!!! (Childhood friends; both lived in their family clan; inseparable until they were married and moved on to their new home; start raising your future kids would you?!)

I read your post on Arnold & Aleister Crowley along with Covenia being the SxF equivalent of Romania. I looked up some Romanian folklore & found something called the Solomonari/Solomonars which are dragon-riding wizards said to control the weather. Not only that, but they're also stated to be red-headed. Aside from Handler, Anya is the only one we've seen with red (or in this case pink) hair.

Plus the name Covenia sounds pretty similar to "Coven" which is a group of witches & one of the names that people in Anya's past called her was a witch. Could Arnold be under the belief that Anya is a Solomonar (or in training) not just for her Classical Language skills but also for her hair color?

While I do think this is certainly a very interesting finding, I'm currently debating whether I should expand my "Covenia=irlRomania" theory or not. (maybe i shouldnt, cus im not a romanian)

Maybe because I just stumbled on florida.florian on Youtube — in which, he debunks plenty of Romanian misrepresentation in the media — that I realized, maybe this whole "Gypsies/Witchcraft's History in Romani" might be a sensitive topic afterall? Or not? Especially when we also know that Endo is using IRL cold war references for the cold war that happen in Spy x Family; combine the two topics together, and... yeah, it doesn't sit well with me.

I mean, The Solomonar idea itself is very interesting; I like how Anya being a solomonar would allign nicely with her red hair, her hair cones, and her classical language skill. (I know Anya's design is based off Endo's previous oneshot, but it's a story revolving around the age of witch hunt, so I guess it's not surprising he'd be knowledgable about witches?). I'm also very surprised with the word "Coven" (I've been wondering about it). But implying that Anya's heritage is the reason why she was taken to the facility to see if the folklore has scientific explanation to it so they can utilize it for cold war? It's not unheard of IRL, but it still doesn't sit right with me. Or maybe it's just me jumping into ideas where I shouldn't.

Any Romanian users out here? Maybe @liddlecreachur ? South-eastern Europe people? Heck, Historians? I'm not a Romani, so I'd love to hear your input on this :")

That all changes when Louis sees his ex, who turns out to be Anne's future husband's son. Now, Louis wants to prove that he's an omega that an alpha could want, and Harry wants to get through this weekend without letting his best friend figure out he's in love with him.

They walk into the restaurant at 7:02pm, and are promptly guided down a set of stairs into the lower-level party room. 

From the doorway, Harry can see his mom and future stepdad, talking to a couple of younger guys – a dark-haired alpha and a blonde omega from the looks of it. They all laugh and his mom goes in to give one of them a hug while John clasps the other on the shoulder. That must be John’s son and the boyfriend Harry’s heard them talk about. 

Harry takes a deep breath, smoothes out his shirt, and reaches for Louis’ hand, ready to walk in and muscle his way through this weekend.

But Louis doesn’t take his hand. Instead, he grabs onto Harry’s wrist and yanks him in the opposite direction. 

“What?” Harry asks, stumbling a bit as he’s pulled. 

Louis doesn’t say anything, just gets to the restroom area and shoves Harry inside one of the single-room bathroom. 

“Ouch,” Harry says, shaking out his wrist. He watches Louis lock the door and whip around with wild eyes and frown lines etched into his face. “Louis, what the fuck? We’re already lat–”

“Will is here,” he says. 

Harry furrows his brows, unsure what that is supposed to mean. “Will…?”

“Will,” Louis says frustratedly. He looks to the door as he adds, “Will. My ex-boyfriend, Will. Will, who broke up with me after three months because he thought I was too loud and too clingy and too much.” He turns back around to Harry to emphasize, “Will!” 

Harry gasps. Ex-boyfriend Will, who refused to meet Harry because he didn’t like that Louis had an alpha best friend. “Dickhead Will?” 

“Dickhead Will,” Louis agrees. “Fuck. Fuck.” He reaches up and grabs fistfuls of his hair. 

What are the odds that Louis’ ex-boyfriend from Oakland is here in Sacramento now, working at the one restaurant where his mom’s rehearsal dinner is?

“Hey, it’s okay.” Harry steps close, and tries to pull Louis’ hands down from his hair, but they don’t budge. “We can ignore him, yeah? It’s just toni–”

“He was hugging your mom,” Louis interrupts. 

Harry is confused. He shakes his head immediately, ready to say that no, that was his future stepdad’s son – when it clicks.

“William,” Harry says.

“Yes,” Louis says, annoyed, finally pulling his hands down from his hair. “Will is often short for William. Very good, Harold.”

“No. John’s son is named William,” he explains. “He’s John’s best man. They’ve been talking about William and Dimitri – his boyfriend.”

Louis pales. “Jesus Christ.”

“Okay, it’s okay,” Harry says, looking around the room like the sink or toilet will tell him how to handle this. “We’ll just… avoid them.”

The look Louis gives him is unimpressed to say the least. “Avoid them?” he asks, voice filled with mirth. “You –also in the wedding and the co-person of honor with your sister– want to try and avoid another person in the wedding party?”

Harry inhales, his shoulders slowly rising up to his ears as he closes his eyes. “I don’t know, Louis, I’m trying to think of what will make this easier on you. I’m not sure how affectionate they are, but I don’t want you having to see it the whole weekend.”

Harry opens his eyes when he feels hand digging into his shoulders. Louis gives him a little shake, eyes still wild but frown lines mostly unetched. 

“That’s it!” he exclaims.

“What’s it?”

“Affection!”

Humming uncertainly, Harry says, “Affection?”

Louis shakes him again. “Yes.” He looks over Harry’s shoulder as he continues. “That bastard called me clingy, and basically told me an alpha wouldn’t be able to put up with it.” He locks eyes with Harry again. “I can show him I did find an alpha who not only puts up with it, but loves it.”
