So my kpop and wrestling stan ass had the brilliant idea of imagining what would be if wrestlers had their own lightstick, like kpop lightsticks...also if in case this doesnt flop, this will be part 1! if anyone wants to design it, go for it, but just know that this ideas came from my brain cells!! NOTE: This is a fanfiction. Any resemblance to actual people is a coincidence. This story is from my brain and not real life.

My phone dinged right as I got off the bus. I glanced down as I start walking, it was a calendar alert "BTS concert TOMORROW". My heart skipped a beat and I couldnt help but do a quick happy dance. It's finaly happening, the thing I had been waiting on for MONTHS was finally tomorrow! With that happy reminder in the back of my head I waltzed through the doors of the museum where I worked, ready to start another day, a little happier than normal. "Good morning y/n", said Bill the front door guard "you seem a lot more awake today than normal, finally get coffee before work?" "Ha. Ha. Ha Bill, you're hilarious! The concert I've been waiting absolute months for is finally tomorrow, I'm just super excited!" "Oh, those pretty boys you constantly listen to, right?" said Bill. "Theyre called BTS Bill" I mumbled under my breath. Bill is about 70 years old and is like my work Grandpa. I love him to death, but he doesnt really get the whole kpop thing, he's more of a Willy Nelson type.

"Well, I need to go!" I said as I started walking away. "With the head curator and the other junior curator off at a conference for the rest of the week, I was the one basically running the museum. I was freaking out at first when they told me that they were BOTH going, I mean, I've only been working here 2 years, and I am the junior, JUNIOR curator. That means I get the fun jobs of writing up the placks for the art, or at most dusting the art. I'm not even allowed to touch the art by myself yet, you have to be a junior curator for that.

I get to my desk, because junior JUNIOR curators dont have an office, just a desk in the supply room (closet) and set my purse down on my desk. It was 30 minutes to 10, which was when we opened. I still had time to dust the main exhibit and turn on all the lights before I had to open the doors. My art museum was a small one, but we had a few really good pieces from some very famous artists, so we drew a modest crowd every day. Honestly, I was really lucky to have this job. Not many people get their dream job right out of college. I popped in an airpod and turned on my favorite cleaning playlist. Mic drop shuffled on first so of course I danced the chorus as I dusted, dropping my duster at the end of the song like Suga.

I finish up all of my opening tasks and head back to the front desk, as I'm straightening some pamphlets in the front desk, I hear my phone chime. I look down at the screen and see an alert that says "Sorry y/n, I'm throwing up everywhere, I'm not gonna make it to work today. Xoxo Minha" "Greaaaatttttttttttttttttttttttt", I think, my good mood vanishing in a flash, I'm completely alone today. Minha is my friend and a year younger than me, she works the front desk. With her gone, I'm going to have to do her job...and then it hits me. I'm ALONE. And I'm supposed to be researching and writing the placks for the new exhibit thats coming next week. Greattttttttttttt. I check the time, 5 minutes before opening. "Shiitttttttttttttrake mushrooms" I mutter under my breath as I run to my office...ok desk....and frantically grab my laptop, planner, 3 enormous reference books and my pouch and run back to the front desk. Looks like I'm going to be doing both today. "Curse you Minha", I think to myself as I drop everything on the front desk. I check my phone and I still have 3 and a half minutes till opening. Which is good, because since I hadn't expected to be at the front desk, I had only done minimal makeups....and in my personal experience, people were nicer when I had a more girly makeup style. I grabbed my pouch and got out my favorite (fine, only) yves saint laurent lip tint, it was a beautiful shiny coral pink color and it made me feel like I was a member of twice. I popped it on my lips and went to unlock the door. If I was lucky, maybe it would be an extra slow day and I would be able to get the rest of the placks done.

I....was not lucky. It was a very busy morning. So busy that I didn't have a single minute to even look at my reference books until 12:30. There was finally a lull as the morning crowd left so I grabbed my reference books and laptop and got to work typing up those placks. I was so engrossed in my research that I didnt notice someone had walked up to the front desk until I heard "uh, excuse me". I was so startled that I let out a high pitched yelp, jumping out of my chair, knocking it over.

Standing at the front desk was a boy. Man? He was very tall, wearing fashionable street wear, a baseball cap that shieled his eyes and a mask covering the lower half of his face.

"Ohmygoodness, I'm so sorry, I didn't realize anyone was there!" I said quickly, closing my laptop and picking my chair up from the ground.

"Uh...sorry, I didn't mean to surprise you" the man said in a low, soft voice.

This is my hear me out moment

I think I will be a parasocial relationships defender for life because people tend to villanise the concept without really knowing how they work. People tend to think that parasocial relationships are only the instances where people stalk celebrities or want to kill themselves if their kpop bias reveals they are dating

But in reality parasocial relationships are classified by the idea that people in them are aware of the fact that these relationships are one sided and most people who interract with any celebrity fall in some way in a parasocial relationship. For a lot of people parasocial relationships are just a pretty healthy coping mechanism that lets them regulate their emotions by angaging with media they enjoy

This is just the natural effect of us using technology and our brains not knowing what a screen is. We know that the person isn’t actually talking to us but out brains don’t know this. Thats why we get attached to people in media.

The problem starts when the person in a parasocial relationship doesn’t know how to act in any social interaction online or offline. Because the parasocial relationship itself doesnt make you act “crazy” it just shows how you would act in any other relationships. Ofc they can become dangerous especially when people prey on emotionally unstable, socially anxious people to profit off of their emotional attachement (yes, kpop for example)

In a way its kind of like using substances. If you do it in moderation it can be fun and useful but relying on it too much can be harmful and take over your life

I would actually recommend reading any Tilo Hartmann’s publications on this topic because they’re super interesting

So I am a writer...I mainly write for my friends and because they're so supportive (biased) towards me they think others should see the results of my bleeding brain. I think I'm just going to post random excerpts and chapters from stories I keep locked away...and if someone stumbles upon them and decently digests the nonsense they've read then I may be confident enough to post the whole thing.

There won't be much context, and if you recognize a few names that means you're familiar with kpop + anime...my nutrients.

Excerpt One: this is from one of my hybrid! stories ☆

"so you're Diana's little pet? anabelle is it?"

"my name is arabella and I am not diana's pet..." she asserted confidently, continuing her steps back to the gymnasium.

"well aren't you cute...talking back and stuff. aww..." the fox grinned, circling her like the pretty prey she is.

She stopped in her tracks and flickered her eyes in annoyance "subin, really?" she huffed.

there were a group of guys shamelessly cornering her into the lockers while every single student and staff were at the pep ralley. she found it quite amusing actually. she's seen stuff like this happen in shows, she's even read about it. and now here she was, in the "oh so dreadful" position main characters would find themselves in. but this wasnt fiction, this was real life. what were they even going to do? she's never been bullied before so this was new. the huge figures closing in on her didn't sway her in the least. which only piqued their curiosity. someone so physically inferior, yet so brave.

"whats good?" she bolstered, refusing to back up. she was not getting pinned to the lockers. that would be too cliché.

"I want to use you anabelle..."

"yeonjun, you know my name is arabella-"

"that's what i said. now since your owner is trying to take my pet away, I'll just take hers. Even though you're a weak human who doesnt deserve my courtesy at all" with urgency he took hold of her face with one hand, "you're pretty cute, so im giving you a chance to willingly comply."

the audacity left her in shock. and she felt like her jaw was going to crack. she didn't expect that kind of strength from him. yeonjun was a feline. not a lion or anything, but some kind of exotic, rare cat breed that everyone put him on a pedestal for. but he had the strength of something much larger than him. yet she couldn't comprehend why someone she barely knew put their hands on her without permission. unaware of the potential danger she was in, arabella shoved him defiantly.

"ill let that slide." she rubs her hand over aching jaw, she can't afford a tussle right now. she had a reputation to uphold. her wealth, prominence, and overall charming disposition made her feel untouchable and protected, and she foolishly thought it would carry over to this uncharted territory of interaction. "like i said before, im not her pet, and beomgyu is supposed to be your friend. yet you treat him as a slave. she's not trying to take him away. she just wants to help him-"

A sudden, harsh strike across her face ends her little speech.

"im confused, I didn't ask you for an explanation sweetie" Yeonjun said squatting down to her level as she slumped to the floor, her vision blurry from the impact. "but youre absolutely right, you're not her pet, you're our pet now, okay?"

she nods her head, but not by her own will, his strong grip returned to her chin, moving her head up and down in agreement.

"i had a special collar made just for you bella" he grinned, standing to his feet. She keeps her head titled down, silently wishing diana could sense her crying somehow. could sense that she was in danger. arabella shakes her head in an attempt regain all of her vision back. But instead a small whine escaped her mouth when a strong hand yanked her hair, forcing her to stand in the process. her precious strands being ripped from her follicles almost rivaled the pain still emanating from her welted cheek.

she was met with the blank stare of the boy she sits behind in her ap lit class. he wasn't the nicest guy. but he wasn't mean either. their first interaction was him telling her to move out of his seat and neatly sitting her belongings on the floor. but he had a certain calm about him. so it actually surprised her that he would do something so aggressive.

"youre my pet arabella," he monotoned, he revealed a dainty gold choker from his hand. As it dangled in her face she thought it was quite pretty. but she noticed something odd about it.

"see, it's special because it has his name on it" laughed yeonjun, "so now everyone will know who you belong to. it's a little humiliating but just being a human is a humiliation in itself. So you should be used to it"

the surrounding guys burst with laughter as taehyun put the choker around her neck. he cracked a small smile afterwards. that was most the emotion she's ever seen from him. they weren't friends, they never spoke, but she just expected better from him for some reason. but the arrogant laugh that followed just proved that people aren't what they seem. he was a jerk too. and now she belonged to him.

"little girl, just because that necklace says 'taehyun' doesn't mean you dont belong to me. you're ultimately mine in the end" yeonjun assured. "it disgusts me how appealing you are though. how dare a human like you catch my attention like this. you think your looks and money is what's gonna save you, don't you?"

"no..." she muttered, avoiding eye contact with him.

" its a shame that you were never put in your place. it truly is. see, you ran alongside your hybrid friends and they protected you and constantly fed you lies about how important you were. they led you to believe you were actually equal to them and treated you like their little pretty princess, huh? Isn't that right?" said Yeonjun.

arabella was shaking at his words, deep down she felt that he was telling the truth. everything he said was always in the back of her mind, gnawing at the reality that was too good to be true for a human.

his clawed hand found it's way around her neck from her lack of a response.

"are you stupid? answer me when im talking to you arabella. I said Isn't that right?" he widened his eyes in anticipation for her answer.

"y-yes, you're right..."

"so you agree that you are nothing?" he smiled.

"yes...I agree" she whispered. diana and her friends would be so disappointed, but they weren't here right now and arabella felt like she had no choice. she was absolutely powerless in this situation. a horrible, all consuming feeling she never had the misfortune to feel until now.

"oh that's a good girl," he caressed her cheek "you're not completely worthless though..."

Yeonjuns eyes roam her all over her trembling body, as do the eyes of the other guys. he gently bit his bottom lip. her skirt was slightly bunched up from when he knocked her to the floor.

"maybe another day" he says to himself disappointingly, his eyes still glued to her thighs. they all had to get back to pep rally soon. You see, he was giving a speech in about 5 minutes actually. So unfortunately for him, he didn't have enough time to assault her properly.

"Ya know...diana can't always save you. what makes you think you're worth her time? she'll realize it soon" soobin chuckled, pushing her to floor once more.

"seungwoo and kookie already dropped you, what makes you think the rest of your pitying friends will stick around?" wooyoung added.

"i expected her to fight back a bit..." wooseok chimed in, he lightly nudged her head with the the tip of his designer shoe, "hmm..."

"aww, is she's crying!" subin laughed.

"i can give her something to cry about" yohan taunted, lifting her up by her shirt collar. arabella dangled in mid air. sheer panic sets in as he slams her hard against the lockers.

"hey that's enough," yeonjun said putting his hand up, "set her down gently, i don't want to break her just yet. where would the fun be in that? i think she gets the point. i just had to wipe that haughty smile off her face, and fuck she sure does look better like this. tears in those pretty eyes. she looks terrified. how fitting..."

yohan reluctantly did as he said. he barred his fangs at arabella in frustration like it was her fault. what he would give, nay, what they all would give to rip into her soft, curvy form right now. she jolts back reflexively from his growl. Yeonjun steps to her, placing his hand on top of her head, petting her with slight adoration and slight amusement.

"if you mention any of this to diana, i will quite literally eat you alive. you understand?" he said casually. "tell her you want to be my pet willingly."

arabella found it hard to speak, especially after that statement. he truly was a different person than before. and he truly was insane. she struggled against the heavy lump in her throat as she held back her sobs.

"i-i understand..."

Comfort piece of media (movie, show, book, etc) and why?

i'd have to say the aru shah series. the relatability of the mc hits hard for me, and it really shows that if someone that similar to me can be a hero(ine) - why can't I? also the comfort of the world that I was raised hearing about (hinduism) combined with the rest of the characters, that all feel like a warm hug, just makes me comfortable.

my comfort media is probably just music, to be honest. my musical preferences keep changing, and currently theyre kpop oriented, but listening to music and interacting with media related to my favorite artists is so nice for me.

for kpop, for example, there's a lot of content they make for fans (lives, interviews, as well as fanmade compilations or clips of funny moments). but even before that, i'd read about my favorite artists and watch the interviews they were in! (i have a very clear memory of being sad one day, and putting on conan gray's thingy with song association and playing along and feeling better.) i like reading about news and the like about them, i dont really know why tho?

and listening to music is my comfort activity. whenevr im doing something that i need my hands and eyes for but is mindless (cleaning my room, chores, walking, etc) or even for studying or working i put on music as bg noise. it makes me feel comfortable and makes my environment ambient. it makes my environment forgiving, if that makes sense? i find silence and quietitude really harsh - i associate it with uncomfortable company where you don't talk about anything, or nervous uncomfortable anticipation, or high stress environments like exams. it's why i dont like working quietly, and why i get distracted without music - working doesnt fill up my brain enough, and i need something to, so my mind wanders. for me, calm doenst mean silence - if not music in the background, then at least some kind of sound. complete silence, no matter how serene the environment, makes me uncomfortable. i guess media involving those who make the music that is so important to me therefore makes me happy.

i gotta take this out of my chest cos one of my kpop twt mutuals is really getting on my nerves and it makes me feel like this

& its crazy cos overall shes super sweet but she has the mostly ungodly taste and most fucked up morals i have ever seen. like to begin with i only follow 2 (TWO) armys (shes one of them) on twt because ive known them since forever and we never fought or nothing. shes overall super nice but i think the fucked up morals started showing quite early actually (no normal person idolizes bts). years ago before they blew up they had so many scandals and she would just ignore them or try to defend them. right after the jim jones stuff she was also defending them (and she is black!!!). and theres also some drama that would only make sense if you were born and raised in brazil so im not gonna go into it but i'll just let you know she always sided with the worst person ever. i think most of the time i took it as a joke because like theres is no way a person is like that right. and after the lucas went on hiatus she sided with him (and still does to this day). recently there was the bambam being a weirdo and she once again went to his defense. you'd think this was a 14 year old kpoppie nah bro shes on her late twenties, has a job and everything. like how do you on your big age spend hours a day on twitter defending grown men being racist or weirdos? like what type of brain fry did you get? not only that something else that gets on my nerves is that shes always saying shit about women (girl groups in this case). not even problematic ggs but just random women like!?!?!??!?! it just doesnt add up in my head how this grown lesbian just never says anything nice about women at all. and its sad and embarassing how she would stone somebody she doesnt like for doing something then defend somebody she likes for doing the same thing..... like im a hypocritical bitch too but damn!!!!!!!!!!!! grow up!!!!! wake up!!!!!! these type of ppl really piss me off.

and i know the easy route would be to just block and forget but once again i have known her for years and i dont have it in me to just do that

OH GOSH FOR ROSA! thats a character choice alright! im gonna just try to find a song for her personality because she doesnt really have much of a backstory. or anything really, and finding a lot of music for her won't be easy :,)

2. FOR HER PERSONALITY: CARAMELLDANSEN LIMBO - NATURE

this is a kpop song about doing the limbo. or maybe it has a deep meaning. maybe its an innuendo. but most likely it's just about doing the limbo. and i think this is as rosalind as a song can get just by sound alone. and i really am only going by sound and vibe here. its fun and crazy and tickles something in my brain. AND it also sounds like the kind of music rosalind would make herself!

i should probably put a bit more thought rosa again, she started out as a joke character with a joke build but she's quite dear to me!
