Slept the shittiest 8.5 hours of my life last night (lie. it wasn't that bad. it sucked in a casual sort of way because i fell asleep past 2 am and woke up later than i should've. also i had no energy to get out of bed till noon)

I have not been taking care of myself properly lately and I can fucking feel it. I have had a headache everyday for the past 2 weeks or so and it's honestly becoming debilitating.... Having, at this point, chronic headaches. I had a headache the other day that hurt so bad it made me cry. Can one develop migraines even when they've never had one before?
