Is it possible that the man is just… flirting? In a very lame way? With that smile, Frong would forgive the excess of confidence. It’s even a little flattering. It’s been a while since he has properly flirted with anyone. That thought tempers his enthusiasm a little. There is a reason why he doesn’t go out much anymore, doesn’t try to meet guys and to score a date. Most guys can’t handle what he does – either they ghost him outright, or they pretend to be fine with it at first, but it doesn’t last. They think it won’t last, that it’s temporary. In the worst-case scenario, they are attracted to the sob story, to the possibility of being his knight in shining armor that will save him from his awful life of prostitution. It doesn’t end pretty. And that guy is a doctor. No way he would be any different.

This one I really want to finish, but it's supposed to be longer than my usual stuff and I don't know if I'll be able to see it through.

But it's part of my Ace in BL series, and it's with Frong and Thara from My Engineer. I love this ship, by far my fav in this series yeah I said it, and it's tragic that we got so little and probably never will get any more.

Anyway, Frong is a sex worker and Thara is a doctor. They meet at the hospital, hit it off and all. Frong hides his work at first because historically it didn't do much good to his relationships, but Thara ends up being completely indifferent to it, which is a surprise. And also asexual, which is maybe a bigger surprise.

I really want to write a story where 1. a character is and stays a sex worker by choice. He doesn't plan on stopping and it's not demanded of him. And 2. in an allo-ace relationship they don't have sex with each other at all, but the allo one has sex outside of the relationship. I feel like it's one the most difficult dynamics to portray especially in fanfictions, because it tends toward monogamy and eternal love etc. I'm guilty of that, I don't multiship at all. But I want to explore that here, and how they make it work, what it means for them as a couple that Frong is a sex worker and has sex with other people both for work and also for pleasure.

So yeah, there's not that much written for now, but I should get to it ^^ Thank you for asking!

sooo tired n exhausted today T-T drove downtown to get gifts but uts so crazy down there rn i was just like 0_0 i got honked at twice but both werent even my fault one was this guy in a sports car wouldnt let me merge and kepy revving his engine like he was gonna start speeding up even tho there was tons of traffic so hed rev up then brake immediately at the car in frong of him lol. But like i went infront of him cause there was a whole cars spacs infront of him and put my signal on n everything but when i did he jusy honked even tho the lanes like merged so that was annoying the second honk was when i had to do a left turn abd the guy on the other side also had his light on for a left turn so i went but then he did a right turn and the car behind him honked at me. that one was obv deserved from the guy honking but like the guy infront of him had his left turn signal on and thrn right turned which rly threw me off and it was on this hell street where the traffics so busy u can nevef do a left turn til the lights red so i was like ok. anyways after that went to target to get wrapping paper and tape and groceries. Yoh (KRITSAPATORN NAPAWIWATTANAKUL aka OPAL) sees the mysterious Pun and is immediately captivated at first seemingly because they both eat this "blood" dish of course Pun consumes alot more of it. Yoh seems to want to beat the competition so he orders more...to go.

But after Pun introduces himself, Yoh is even more enamored (but why?)

Yoh rents the room not far from Pun (even though it's said to be haunted)

And the two strike up a tentative friendship. Yet Pun is somewhat suspicious of Yoh's intentions...
