Here we go again!

Reader and Hotch are neighbors again. Same trope, they’re friends, she watches jack, they have each other’s keys. But I was thinking this time, reader has a bakery down the street, and you know that thing when you nervous you stress eat? Well reader stress bake. Hotch thinks it’s time for the team to meet basically the only friend he has out of work (reader) and decides to do a game night (again lol) for all of them.

Reader was nervous about meeting them, so guess what happened? Her gas bill will be very expensive this month 😭. She goes to hotch's house with like a bunch of Tupperwares full of cookies, cupcakes, macarons, whatever else you can think she could humanly hold (in my mind she’s entering his house with her key with so many containers her vision is obstructed by them) And she’s like all adorably smiley and hoping they like her, like she hasn’t just become each team member’s nutritionist and dentist's deepest nightmare 😭😭

A/N: HIIIII anonnn 🫶 I love all your requests!!! They're always sooo cuteeee😍😭 Somehow I managed to get this done 10 minutes before I had to leave for work. So enjoy <3

You paced around your kitchen, the smell of freshly baked muffins, macarons, and meringues filling the air. The island and counters were covered in trays and Tupperware, each filled with sugary treats that you’d been baking over the last few hours out of pure stress. You glanced at the clock—it was almost time to head next door to Hotch’s.

Your heart skipped a beat as you thought about meeting his team. Aaron had told you so much about them and their cases, and from everything you’d heard, they seemed nice. But still, you were nervous; you weren’t good at meeting new people outside of your customers, and these people were important to him. You wanted to make a good impression.

Before you knew it, your kitchen was overflowing with desserts, with no space left unfilled. There was so much that you started to wonder if you'd gone a tad bit overboard, but there was no turning back now. You started packing everything into containers, stacking them as carefully as possible.

“This should be enough, right?” you murmured to yourself, eyeing the mountain of sweets. How you were going to get them safely next door was still a mystery to you.

Trying your best to gather all the containers, your arms were loaded with so many that you could barely see over the top or out the sides. You took a deep breath as you headed out the door and made your way across your front lawn. It was quicker this way instead of going onto the sidewalk. You knew Aaron didn’t mind you stepping on his lawn.

Balancing everything precariously, you managed to fumble your key into the lock and let yourself in. “Aaron?” you called out, your voice slightly muffled by the stack of Tupperware in front of your face.

“In here,” his voice replied from the living room.

You shuffled toward the sound of his voice, hoping you wouldn’t trip over anything along the way. When you finally reached the living room, you found Aaron standing with his team, who all turned to look at you as you awkwardly maneuvered through the door.

“Hi!” you chirped, a little too enthusiastically, as you nearly toppled over under the weight of all the containers. You could barely see their faces, but you were pretty sure they were staring at you.

“You didn’t have to bring all of this.” Aaron quickly moved to help you, taking a few containers from your arms. He sent you a soft smile, but there was a hint of amusement in his voice, trying to figure out how you’d even managed to get out of your own house with no vision and basically no arms to help you.

“I, uh, got a little nervous,” you admitted with a bashful grin as you finally set down the remaining containers on the coffee table. “So… I baked. A lot.”

The team members exchanged glances, their initial surprise quickly giving way to grins and curious glances at the mountain of sweets you had brought along.

“You made all of this?” asked a woman with long, dark hair, whom you recognized as Emily from the pictures Aaron had shown you.

“Y-Yeah.” You felt your nerves bubble up again. “I hope you like them.”

“Are you kidding?” Derek smiled, already reaching for a cupcake. “This is amazing!”

“Did you make these from scratch? They look perfect,” Spencer asked, peering at the macarons with wide eyes.

You nodded, feeling your face heat up at the compliments. “I’m just really glad I could share them with you guys.”

As everyone started sampling the desserts, you noticed Aaron watching you with a fond look in his eyes. He stepped closer, leaning in to speak quietly, just for you to hear.

“You didn’t need to do all of this to impress them, you know. They were going to love you no matter what.”

Your heart fluttered at his words, but before you could respond, Garcia bounced over, vibrating with excitement. “Oh my gosh, you are like a real-life fairy godmother! These are delicious! Can I be your best friend?”

You laughed, feeling the last of your nerves melt away. “I think I can manage that.”

The rest of the night passed in a blur of laughter, games, and way too much sugar. The team insisted on sampling everything, and by the end of the night, they were all raving about your baking skills. You felt like you’d known them forever, and the warm, welcoming energy they exuded made you feel right at home among them.

As the night wound down, Aaron walked you back to your house, the others busy chatting in the living room. “Thank you for doing this,” he said softly, his eyes full of that same warmth you’d come to love. “You really didn’t have to go to all that trouble.”

You smiled up at him, feeling your heart swell with affection. “I wanted to. They’re important to you, so they’re important to me.”

He paused as if considering his next words carefully. “You’re important to me, too. I’m glad you finally got to meet them.”

Your breath caught, and for a moment, you just stood there, feeling the weight of his words sink in. Then you smiled, a little shyly. “Me too.”

BRUTALLY HONEST GMMTV 2024 PART 2 RATINGS, BASED ON HOW EXCITED I AM FOR IT (only the ones I might watch):

Osan's Love -- 7/10, I know this is a remake, but truthfully I haven't watched the original. Therefore, this is solely based off of the trailer. I love EarthMix, but ngl I was hoping for a more advanced and mature theme for them, they absolutely DEVOURED in Moonlight Chicken. I'm also not a fan of love triangles so yeah, that also played a factor in my rating. The overall plot seems okay, it seems like a silly light show.

Leap Day -- 9/10, OKAY POND AND WIN, I am so excited to see Pond's acting in this, and I already know Win is going to kill it. The overall plot seems so interesting, I am intrigued. There's mystery, thriller, action vibes and I'm here for it. ALSO GUN??? His character seems so interesting, and I just know his acting is going to be A1!! It's reminding me of when he acted in The Gifted, which I absolutely loved. I don't know the girl actress, but her acting all seems excellent! Anyways, super excited to see how this one goes.

Heart Killers -- 9.2/10, FIRSTKHAO + MAFIA???? We all cheered, Jojo the director you are, always hearing what the fans want. They're giving me Yok and Ayan vibes, and I absolutely here for it. Joong and Dunk's series were usually not my favorite, but I'm so glad they FINALLY moved on from the college campus stories. 😭 The trailer is enticing, I feel like all four of them are going to eat up this concept, it is just so good.

Perfect 10 Liners -- 7.5/10, The cast is super good, I love all of the couples. The trailer kind of makes the plot look basic and boring ngl. Out of the three couples, surprisingly I find PerthChimon's characters to be the most interesting. I'm hoping that the show is more interesting than the trailer is making it. Just like EarthMix, I was hoping ForceBook showed a mature character, especially since we just got that in OF. Then again, this is giving me ABAB which is not awful. I was also looking forward to JuniorMark after Cherry Magic, so I hope they do amazing.

Hide & Sis -- 7.5/10, I can't really explain this one. I think the plot is interesting, it's giving me murder mystery which is drawing me in. However, I hope the show gives us more than the trailer because the trailer was kind of mediocre. I am super excited for my girly Lookjun to be in this, hopefully she kills it (ha ha, pun intended).

Thame Po -- 7/10, I don't know how I feel about this one. I think it's cool that they're using the members of LYKN, and I recognize one of the members for being another drama but the overall plot seems kind of basic? I don't know, I'm not sure if I will watch this one.

Break Up Service -- 5.5/10, this one just doesn't seem interesting to me, I'M SORRY. I wish Off was in another series that really showed off his talent (Preferably something like the masterpiece that Not Me is). This is giving me the same vibes as "Catch me Baby" with NetJames, and it just doesn't reel me in like the rest of the series.

Revamp -- 7.8/10, BOUNPREM AND SANTA JOINING GMMTV AND GETTING A SERIES RIGHT AWAY??? I am a sucker for vampires so this was already pulling me in, but I do hope that they don't go with a basic vampire story and add some extra elements. I feel like because vampire stories have been done before, it will take a lot to impress me, but I have high hopes. I also hope that BounPrem get to show their talent, because ngl Between Us was not doing it for me. Excited to see Mark in something a little more mature than Cherry Magic and Perfect 10 Liners.

Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist -- 7.5/10, Everyone expected MarkOhm to get a series, and I'm glad they both seem so happy. (I haven't watched Last Twilight so idk how their chemistry is, so I'm excited to see it). The plot of the show seems lighthearted and cute, but it also seemed a little basic? There was nothing that was making me want this series to come out quicker. Excited to see how the show goes though!

The Dark Dice -- 8/10, I'm so excited to see Gemini and Prim's acting!! The plot being centered around being trapped in a board game is so interesting!!! Pr*m (idk how to feel about him) looks like he is going to be a good villain, and the other girl seems like a good actress too. I'm excited to see how they pull off this genre!!

The EX-morning -- 6/10, everyone is freaking out about KristSingho (I don't really know about them, all I know is that they are returning after a long time) but the overall plot seemed boring imo. Idk maybe it will be more interesting after the first episode, I don't mind giving it a try. I do like second chance romances, so that element of the plot is interesting.

Scarlet Heart -- 10/10, I know that we got absolutely NOTHING in the trailer but the genre and cast? This cast with this genre is *chef's kiss*! TU THE WOMEN YOU ARE, She is finally back. Win, Nanon, Phuwin, Fourth, Force!!! I'm super excited to not only see a mini F4 reunion, but also to see how Fourth acts in this. I know this show a remake, but I haven't read the book, watched the chinese drama, or the Korean one; I'm going in completely blind (other than the fact that it's heartbreaking? I'm not going to focus on that, for my mental health LOL). I can't wait to see how this goes. I also think that the trailer showing us absolutely nothing, is a hightale sign that we're about to get a masterpiece.

And before you guys say "What about _______" blah blah, I was not interested in the others. I don't usually watch GLs and the other drama just didn't speak to me, and I don't think i'll watch it.

Also about the people who are sad that Gemini and Fourth have separate series, I think this is good for them! They can grow as actors and then come back together. I feel like romance/ couple dramas limit how much they can expand their experience tbh. Same goes with Pond and Phuwin, I'm glad they have their own dramas.

😎 Sooooooo My Nephew is due TODAY ✨✨✨✨ my sister was induced this morning and is going back to the hospital night . It’s very likely that My nephew will be born on the 11 ( especially considering the first baby’s labor typically takes a REALLY LONG time and my nephew is my sister’s first) . So Dad , Mom and I decided to celebrate a bit with beer , pizza and there is also cake !!!!!!!

Now let’s see if I can come up with soo thoughts !!!!!

I will start it with , I read the new fic and it’s AMAZING like always and once again vulture proves why they have the title of god of lust with that smut !!!!! I have been talking with a friend and we all know how SB is a golden retriever , welllllll ….. my friend and I decided that Wolvie R is a grumpy old German Shepherd and that DK! Nat is a golden retriever ( Sgt Romanoff is of course a black cat) . My friend and I also decided that the CEO ! R is a high maintenance golden doodle , and that Nat was acting like a TRUE Black Widow ( much like the ones in the comics and muc) . I found a very interesting detail about how excited R got about talking about her work , her plans , tech in general and her company….. she has so much pride and passion in her work . Seeing how that played out is just soooo heartbreaking.

Ummmmmmm , let’s see if I can come up with something of a thought for the SB and DK universe.

I think Sarah ( SB’s sister) was induced when she had her son ( SB’s nephew) , SB was soooo excited ( think FULL BLOWN excited golden retriever completed with HONEST TO GOD ZOOMIES ) and was trying to be as supportive and helpful as possible . Getting Sarah snacks, helping her walking around, just anything and everything . They are even helpful and supportive of Sarah’s partner. SB told Nat that she didn’t have to come if she didn’t want to but Nat came anyways , Nat fell asleep in a chair and SB DIDNT SLEEP AT ALL ( they were READY for their nephew) . Ps I am fully projecting as my sister lives soooo far away from the rest of us so I won’t be able to see , meet or hold my nephew UNTIL JULY/ JUNE 😭😭😭😭 I will probably wouldn’t be able sleep tonight because I am sooo excited for my nephew!!!!!!

Soooo I had to clip my nails again today , my nails grow so damn fast that I have to CONSTANTLY cut them ( I FUCKING HATE those emery board things, they feel sooo weird and I HATE IT) . I think that R’s also CONSTANTLY has to cut/ clip her nails as they grow LONG and SHARP ( not like full blown CLAWS but still long and sharp) and soooo FAST , so she cuts and clips them so she doesn’t accidentally scratch the shit out of herself or others. She also has a bit longer Canine teeth, sharp ones too ( again NOT full blown fangs or anything like that) . R also HATES the dentist ( I can go more in depth on this later ) !!!!

I love all the analogies to dogs, they are all very fitting. And yep, CEO!R is definitely a golden doodle. I don't think she necessarily tries to be a high-maintenance or obnoxious person, it's kind of the way she was raised, and yes, she is actually extremely smart and talented, but as a woman in tech she is just not respected that way.

Sergeant Beef would be so excited for their coming nephew, and of course Sergeant Nat would be very impressed (and probably even feral) for them the whole time. And I hope you get to see your nephew in person at the earliest chance you get!

Lol, I wonder if Wolvie!R has the dexterity to cut her own nails with her claws on the other hand...that would probably be very dangerous though and Nat would make her stop immediately.

I couldn’t have asked for a better cast Usually I’m not up for the “siblings having same love interest” typa story but the shots looked so pretty plus P’Fon is doing this series so IM SEATED. They took the best trailer of the night for me !!

•Revamp (The undead story): WabiSabi probably having a bad day rn💀 GMM has two vampire projects now? hmmm which one of them will get pushed back to 2025🤔 Boun is one sexy vampire BounPrem always look good tgt. Aah sooo many familiar faces are in this, I’m looking forward to it

•Thame-Po (Heart that skips a beat): An Idol romance series! Unexpectedly I’m very sold on this EstWilliam are very handsome and something was working there. Sammy is also here🥺 Since real idols will be singing I can expect better performance too☝️

•Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist: Mark getting his well deserved main role. I’ve been waiting for this day!! The plot might be simple but it will be adorable. My pretty (REAL) doctor Jimmy is also in this- most likely to give me a second lead syndrome haha

•The Heart Killers: FirstKhao and JoongDunk with P’Jo. Unlike my impression of the mock, this is a ROMCOM🤡 Yeah the pilot was not clear at all FirstKhao have great chemistry but it just felt like I was seeing SandRay in another universe. On the other hand, JoongDunk have finally made it out of the universities. I heard that it’s gonna be based off The Taming of the Shrew by Shakespeare, which confuses me more. I’m quite skeptical about this

•The Ex-Morning: Who would’ve thought I’d see KristSingto in a bl in 2024😭 It’s so nice to see Singto onscreen again. The rekindling flame theme is ironically suitable for them. Apparently P’Aof is writing the original script with the Sotus director. I’m torn about this cuz I dislike krusty a lot but the nostalgia is kinda hitting me. It’s truly og revival era

•Perfect 10 Liners: Not an ensemble again🤦‍♀️ I was so confused when I saw the huge ass line of actors onstage but it seems like this will be split into 3 parts to focus on all of the cps. So basically it’s Midnight Series but only gay with Jittirain’s mediocre engineering plot💀 Even if I were to watch this it will only be for JuniorMark but no promises made cuz I can’t even bring myself to watch We Are rn

•Ossan’s Love Th: actually I was seeing EarthMix in the opposite roles but Earth being the one stuck in between is much more fresh ig. I cringed a lot while watching this. Idk Earth maybe comedy is not your forte? I won’t be sure until the actual thing will start airing but still the sirens are on🚨

•Scarlet Heart Thailand: Tu is back again in an adaptation after quite a while. They’ve put together a strong cast here but why is Gun not here!?! I’ve neither watched the series nor read the novel but I’ve heard people say it was traumatising🤡 Since it’s a historical setting, this will cost a lot in production I don’t expect this to air until the end of next year

•Leap Day: This is the best one out of the lakorns announced in part 2. Gun is always acting his ass off damn. This show will be stressful asf but the plot is pretty unique. Everyone’s reaction when Pond said Gun is playing his younger brother was so skdjjdj

•Hide & Sis: Janhae in a family murder drama niceee I got some Pretty Little Liars vibes in the start. If you’ve enjoyed PSIHY you’ll probably like this too

my first impressions of gmmtv 2024 pt. 2 shows (and judging them by how likely I'd tune in to watch them)

Us The Series - i am not really familiar with the main leads but from what I've seen their chemistry is really good. The film style is giving artsy and indie but the production quality seems high. The plot looks interesting to me, it's the only one that really speaks to me. I have faith that the actual show will be amazing! It is the only gl drama of Pt. 2 😭 but at least it will be a good one! 1000/10 will definetely watch!

Ossan's Love Thailand - this is only so high bc I love earthmix. The plot is interesting and I love that earth plays a more loser like character hahaha. I know it's a remake and I want to watch the og before the remake, but where can I watch the original?? 10/10 will watch

Hide & Sis - a family/mystery drama where women are the main protagonists? Count me in. 10/10 will watch.

Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist - markohm finally get their own series!! I know many wanted a heavier theme but I'm still satisfied with a cute one! And Jimmy plays the love rival?? It's a last twilight reunion hahaha. 10/10 will watch

The Ex - Morning - I've never watch a KristSingto BL before even though they're one of the og's. 😅 Plotwise this might be the most interesting bc it's about rekindling a relationship. I plan to watch sotus before the new series comes out. 10/10 would watch

Break Up Service - This show is going to be so funny I just know it. Tbh I don't think I've watched a straight gmmtv drama before but this one got me hooked! 9/10 would watch

The Heart Killers - we got the mafia comedy that we wished for. Problem is that I really love firstkhao but I've never been interested in joongdunk (or their series) at all. I'll still watch ofc, and maybe this influences me to get into joongdunk. also first is a tattoo artist in this one 👀 8/10

Revamp The Undead Story - it's gay vampires with bounprem. I am interested. I am also interested in how bounprem are doing in gmmtv. Hopefully they get promoted well. 7/10 would watch

Thame - Po: Heart That Skip a Beat - I don't know any of the actors and the plot didn't immediately catch me. But the leads to look cute together so I'll probably watch. 7/10 would watch

Every other series, I am too tired and too lazy to think and rank them lol. But they're not sing special imo. Leap day has a kinda interesting plot but I don't think that makes me want to watch the series. I am afraid that it will be boring and or the actors won't deliver. Perfect 10 liners is kinda disappointing. I like forcebook so I might tune in to see more of them together. But why are they in a uni setting again after a show like only friends?? The other pairs seem fine, but tbh I would have preferred just one couple (and that has to be forcebook) i tend to overlook dramas with a big ensemble cast. Friendship forever might be the biggest disappointment of the year. They should've just made the show gay. Tbh when I first watched the trailer the subs weren't working and till the end I thought maybe they'll turn this into a gl always though the series then I opened twitter /tumblr and my optimism flew out the window. The dark dice - I love gemini but the plot is something that I've seen in multiple dramas and rn I have enough of survival games. Sorry buddy, I'll probably won't watch. Leap day was kinda hard to understand for me but whatever. Scarlet heart Thailand made tu tontawan look so pretty. But I snooze. What's even the plot? And too much men, even though I like some of them.

My kid is such a wonderful person, he's so sweet and kind and whenever I take him to appointments people tell me how bright and polite he is. Medical professionals are always impressed with how he expresses himself, his dentist mentioned how polite he is, he's always very open and expressive with others~

I got my hair cut the other day and after the stylist was done taking a flat iron to it to give it some fluff he said "You look so cute! Like Isabel!" (Animal Crossing)

Last night my husband helped me dye my hair, we mixed the last of my purple with my new blue, ended up with a bit of a gradient because we ran out of the mix and switched to straight up blue. Kiddo was asleep by the time it was done. This morning he got a good look and said "You look so beautiful mommy, like a Sailor Moon character." 😭🥰 Then later he came in to talk to me and said again "You look so beautiful, and pretty, and cute, and beautiful" LMAO

He loves the blue so much he wants blue hair too now xD I use a conditioner dye (overtone, for brown hair) so I'm totally fine with it, so I'll probably color his hair by the weekend. I'm gonna have to have all sorts of compliments ready to go with how effusive he's been with them x3

I totally get being afraid of dentist! Personally never had problems with them but the idea of having someone put tools in one’s mouth is crazy! But I’m so glad you finally found a good dentist!! Especially since it gave us toothpaste 🤭 but no really having actual health care professionals that you feel comfortable enough with is the biggest WIN!

I totally get being afraid of dentist! Personally never had problems with them but the idea of having someone put tools in one’s mouth is crazy! But I’m so glad you finally found a good dentist!! Especially since it gave us toothpaste 🤭 but no really having actual health care professionals that you feel comfortable enough with is the biggest WIN!

Omg I also have tons of dental issues all the time. The character trait I share most with the MC is that she and I both have cavities ALL the time. I also had to have some reconstructive surgery as well (thanks genetics) plus wisdom teeth. Etc. I had so many issues all at once I genuinely thought I could have been a dentist because I learned so much. I grew up in a small town so my neighbor is actually my dentist but I didn't have the right health insurance for a while to go to her practice (America, ya know?) so it was a lot.

I LOVE a reread of my middle school era books. I think I told you I was a huge Twilight fan. Nothing makes me feel more alive than rereading Twilight snippets 😍 I also loved this trilogy about this girl who could see other people's dreams like really lucidly. I loved it so much and I refuse to part with it through all my book donations. I also read this series that was semi-supernatural? I don't have a better word for it. She could like see the future through touch and through sculpting. I think it was my favorite series ever the male main lead was named Ben and I was OBSESSED. Okay actually I thought of like five more YA books I read and obsessed over so I'm going to stop here before I never shut up 😭

HEAT WAVE POWER OUTAGE. I would sit in the shower. Ugh. 90 🤮 I would scream. It's like 70-80 here. AND the heat compressor broke so my room was a balmy/toasty temperature this morning when I got to work. INSANE. I decorated 😍 Idk if I'm any good at it, but I just enjoy fall a lot and I like fall things. I did what I could. I'm def not a cover every surface but I try to make it look tasteful and not tacky.

I DID have a lovely pretty relaxing weekend. I'm having a pretty good week too *knock on wood* busy but productive 💕

Are you up to anything fun? You have time off before your term restarts right? I hope you have fun things planned and you get to go thrifting and to a drag show brunch 😍 LOVE YOU!

I survived the cold 🙏. It was a nice evening all in all but I would've preferred sleeping anyway 😭. Only got like two hours. the shows were super nice tho so definitely worth it XD

Gonna enjoy my sleep later once I'm finally home. But I already know it's not gonna take long until I miss them 😭

A lil boy at the dentist called me fat today so I'm feeling really good about myself (he wasn't lying lol and he didn't even mean it in a bad way he was more impressed or something 😂 but still)

I've never really thought much about cows tbh. I live in the countryside, so there are always cows somewhere but those are just "normal" one's ig 😂

Hi Sam! So sorryI went a little MIA! It was a bit of a crazy week with school and the holiday. Idk if I ever mentioned this but I have dogs so any major holiday is so stressful for me since they get so scared and anxious due to the fireworks. And this year it seemed like everyone in the entire neighborhood was throwing them and they started days before?! Anyways then I went through a little episode so I was a very sad girl lol I'm fine now!

But yeah I did mention it awhile back but seriously don't worry about remembering it lol The fact that you even remotely remember anything from our chats already means so much😭 But Im taking two summer sessions that are both 5 weeks long so there's so much content being thrown at me lol Im taking an ethnic studies course but it’s lowkey a literature class tbh so there also so much reading😭 and another psyc course which is once again filled with reading! Literally torturing myself lol But omg it’s such a win for you that you enjoyed your summer courses! Love that for you!

I love thrifting clothes! And I always try to find unique looking pieces even if I have to do some alterations. I got a mixture of both! I got a skirt that has this cute lemon and lime print but the print mimics paint! It reaches the top of my knees so I will be making it shorter lol. Then I got a pretty teal one with white a white floral one and it has shorts built in! Which I love sense I will be making it shorter so I won't have to worry about wearing them!  Anyways it was a win since sometimes i despise looking for clothes so I'm glad i was in the mood for it lol But OMG A MEET CUTE AT A CAR SHOW IS SUCH A DREAM!! ANd you're so writing about a story like I can see it going so many ways! Mechanic Harry or a ‘bad’ boy moment like greaser vibes?! 

Now bestie at this time I finished the season and i have THOUGHTS! I do agree that this season has been odd and a very different vibe from the first two. I'm not sure how I feel about it to be honest because since it did feel different I'm so torn how to feel! I think that Sydeny not immediately signing the papers is due to so many factors. I personally think that Carmy and what he is becoming is what is stopping her. Like those non negotiables were crazy and he took no one into consideration! Like from the beginning she wanted to work WITH Carmy and I think this is showing how she's not his equal in that sense. Like his plates aren’t a collaboration instead on what he thinks will impress her(subconsciously? idk im reaching lol) and sell. There’s for sure a lack of creativity.And I think Carmy is becoming what he despised the most, which is like a typical strict chef. But I think that he associates that with being successful since that one chef he worked for really fucked him up. So maybe trauma response? And I think overall it highlights how he is losing himself and maybe i'm reaching but it might be necessary for it to feel so off with him. Also the way your bf is naming these chefs is kinda crazy but in a good way! Maybe that chef did inspire Carmy’s character! I'm also loving Richie’s and Tina’s storylines! Idk if you’ve finished the season yet so i'm gonna be as vague as possible lol But I think passing episode 5 is where I think the season was a bit more interesting! Oh even if you did spoil it ( you didn’t)  I would not be upset! ANYWAYS that was long lol 

How was your first week?! I'm sure you were great!  Hope that the rest of your summer teaching goes well! Periods are the worst! I also sometimes feel like I want to get hit by a car too so you're not alone lol At one point I thought I had PMDD which is a long story lol. I don't think I knew you had dogs! What kind? That's so sweet; sorry they had a bad week. I see a lot of those issues with others and their dogs around this time of year. I'm sorry you went through a sad moment as well. I feel that heavily. I'm glad you're on the mend 💕

Reading for classes especially in a short amount of time is SO difficult. I'm sorry :( That's so frustrating! Hopefully it will go smoothly. Are you taking both at the same time or is like ten weeks total? It's probs a lot to take both at the same time but at least that way they would both be done in a few short weeks? Anyway, I'm rooting for you as always!

Do you tailor you're own clothes?! I feel like we would never be friends in real life because you sound like you're SO much cooler than me and so much trendier and I'm just a human wearing a potato sack 😭 I've never been a thrifting person, but I really should give it a try instead of going to TJMaxx 2 times a week 💀 but anyway. Mechanic Harry is on my list too! It would be fitting at a car show. I like that idea 🤭 I know nothing about cars though, so it will take some research!

I'm still a few episodes out from the finale, but still. I think you're so right, he did everything this season without consideration of others (thus far). I'm rewatching season 2 a bit with my sister on her first runthrough of the show and I'm seeing more Carmy and Sydney vibes this time around than I did last time. I think something snapped in him though when he was locked in the freezer (like obviously). I think it's def trauma and he probably feels like he can't fix it now. I'll let you know what I think once i finish it.

Week one was busy and I'm hoping it will get slower as we go along. I really do think it's going to fly by so I'm a LITTLE hopeful about that at least.

It's so funny you mention PMDD, someone else mentioned it to me as well. I'll have to do a deeper dive. Sometimes I just get so upset and un-dramatically feel a bit hopeless. Then it passes 🤷‍♀️ Life is crazy.
