so tegan anders, in case anyone doesn't know, is yanny's closest confidant and their qpp. i've probably thought out their character the most of the marrow and chrysalis cast (besides yanny themself lol) since they're the most instrumental to yanny's story.

they're super enthusiastic and love trying new things, but also have trouble committing to projects, hobbies, and jobs. they keep shrimp and lots of spider plants. their favorite color is green, but their lucky color is purple (and YES there is a difference).

they met yanny through the cafe they work at, since stella also used to work there and got the manager to hire yanny so they could start to get on their feet. they and stella get along pretty amicably, though they don't really know each other well.

they are in love with yanny, but prefer their current relationship to a romantic one. they have a pretty big family that they don't get to see often because of how far away they live, but they call often.

their main 'what's wrong with them' thing is that they don't know where to go in their life now that college is off the table. they blame their dropping out on themself being lazy and not, y'know, their disability being disabling. their arc in the story involves sorting out some internalized ableism.

I've sent out the biggest prelim polls out now. By the time they end it'll be Sunday and a) my half term break will be over, and b) we might have a short break before the cross-fandom prelims, just because it's mocks season then

I've decided i'm going to scour the Henry Stickmin wiki for characters myself as uh. I'm the pollrunner I do what I want /lh. Also the games don't have such intricately made bios and goofily-named background characters for nothing! We'll then have a prelim for them also, because why not?
