Sincere Opinion Wanted

The love and kind words I received after posting My Beloved Boys has been so amazing!

I very honestly didn't think so many people would like it, let alone read it (10k words whoo, you guys are troopers!)

Now the most frequent request I've been getting is will there be a part 2? Now... It was intended as a one shot but with Caleb's release I'm starting to open up to the idea of possibly writing a part 2, maybe a part 3 (no more than a trilogy lol) and possibly some Drabbles based off it.

Is this something you guys want to see? Lemme know! Ofc if I start writing it, it probably won't happen till spring given my current queue.

Something I love about the whole "Usopp mistaking Nami for Sanji in Punk Hazard" thing is that Usopp sounds so relieved every time he thinks Sanji is there to save him. He finds so much comfort in having him close that when he realizes it's not him he's just utterly disappointed. It's played for laughs and such a small detail but I absolutely love how safe Usopp feels in Sanji's presence.

For your Splinter abandoning the turtles for Karai and Shen series, how about the turtles building a new lair with the help of the family that stayed?

WAILING CRYING CURLING UP IN A BALL ON THE GROUND THIS IS EVERYTHING TO ME

i hc that the OG lair is sort of tucked away from occupied apartment buildings, and just as far away from being discovered as possible.

however, when the boys start looking for their own new lair, they find a place that's coincidentally closer to April, Xever, Chris, and Casey's apartments, so it's sort of a no brainer for them to pick that spot and build off of it.

i think the layout would be similar to the 1987 tv show's lair:

the boys would still each have their own rooms with sort of a main common area that they absolutely keep stocked with extra pillows and blankets because it's inevitable that at least once a week the four of them end up piled together in that little area after nightmares wake them up

a big thing that's added to their lair is that, along with their own rooms, each of the boys each sort of creates their own space in the lair. leo has a quiet dojo to himself, raph creates an art studio, donnie has his lab, and mikey puts together a mini-kitchen so he doesn't have to take over the main kitchen.

they absolutely put in a practice room, but it's very, very different to the dojo in the OG lair, because they don't want reminders of their old home. it's a little more chaotic, a little more personalized, and not as sterile as the original dojo.

they have photos hung up everywhere in the lair, of the four of them, of them and their humans, with the mutanimals, and later on, they have a bunch of themselves and the other versions of the turtles! they especially have a special little spot for photos of their dads, each of the Splinters gets their own personal spot in the practice room specifically <3

they also put in extra rooms for when everyone visits, and the fact that they get to have a completely full home and it's so loud and full of laughter and talking and yelling just makes the four boys smile so big!!!!!

thinking about Aled and Daniel growing up together and being best friends and not realizing that it was “weird” for them to kiss and Frances thinking that that sounded like the sweetest thing she’d ever heard but Daniel’s voice shook like he was talking about a dead person

If there’s any sort of episode 11 curses on TangFang, I will simply riot. I realize it doesn’t make sense for them to have any sort of Ep 11 curse, but I’ve seen stranger things

I will cry so hard if they do anything to them at all. Nope. Not allowed. Would make no sense.

Do know who I want to have an episode 11 issue? Q and Toey.

They got together and then the show literally just... removed every single possible conflict between them. Bam, nothing left. And that's why I'd love them to have an issue.

Tan and Fang have outside conflict that is hurting Fang and lets Tan come in and heal him and care for him and show him the love he deserves. They're both there for each other and understand each other and every moment and smile has meaning.

But Q and Toey don't have that. And even the original internal conflict is now just... nothing. And, yes, it's nice to see no jealousy and to see a lot of issues completely resolved but it's also... it felt too fast. And having the second jealousy plot work took away a lot of depth that could have been there if it had been about Q feeling tricked and needing Toey to confirm that this was real rather than just oh noes be more jealous.

Anyway.

Yeah, TanFang should be happy forever.

You know what should really happen in these last few episodes?! CHAINPUN.

They are married with a kid before they date, come on.
