All this Veilguard news has sent me straight back to Solavellan hell, and I had to do something with that energy when my brain feels too mushy to write.

When looking for a stock photo of two dorks in love, I realized I had a great one from my own wedding album.

Of course, Elanna gets a pretty dress, inspired by Lady Oscar's dress in Rose of Versailles. I saw a replica of it last year and it blew me away.

I'm a bit rusty at figure drawing, and I'm almost afraid to color it, but it feels good to get that idea out on paper.

Turns out I lied. Not just gonna be doing quick sketches. Today's theme needed colour, so while this is still majority pencil tool, I used it more like a paintbrush.

Anxiety is going through the roof right now as I try to get a job. A lot is going to on with part time work over the half term, meeting up with co-workers at a potential new job, making art for a display, meeting up for a large group project outside of art ontop of trying to see my counsellor, and all of this is JUST within the next three days

The feeling of being burnt-out and disappointed in my art and stories is just the cherry on top of the stress sundae that has become my life as of late. So this evening I decided to just do something comforting with Liv
