I can’t wish for things to be different, I can’t. @her-falcon and I have such beautifully, complicated families that I would never want to change them.

Having said that, I’m yours now, as I always should have been. We’ve years of lost time to make up for and I look forward to every single minute of it.

13 years ago today, we went on our first date. Two years ago today, we got married. In all that time, he's been an amazing partner, friend, and love. We've balanced cuddles and calamity, supporting each other through all sorts of adventures. 13 years of successful poly, of growth, and change, and security in one another. He's the red player to my blue player, the VP to TTA's GP, and the Wolf to his Kitten. I am so very glad to call him Husbeast. Happy Anniversary to my awesome Wolf.

My adorable Husbeast had a rough day of it yesterday, even though we had a house full of people here for board games. Still up in his head over the weird contact from his Ex. But he is doing better today, having spent time with his 'brother from another mother' who was down for the weekend, and a good long nap. Then he wanders over to me, throws his arms in the air, and demands 'uppies'. Friends, he is 6'4". I am 5'7". After much laughter and silliness, and the dog barking at me for 'abusing' her father, he leads me to our stairs, asks for 'uppies' again, and then goes backwards up a stair as though I have lifted him. GODS, I LOVE THIS IDIOT MAN.
