Nowadays, after fried rice, the most popular name is egg roll.When you think about fast food, the first thing that comes to your mind is egg roll.Egg roll is the king of fast food. You can eat it from breakfast to dinner. Egg roll is a non-veg dish. It is popular all over India.It has a lot of value in South East Asian countries. It has a lot of demand for people of all ages.Egg rolls are made in many different ways in many places, but the most famous is the Kolkata egg roll.Egg rolls are made with maida eggs. This is a very easy recipe that anyone can make.There are many parts of egg roll such as egg roll, egg chicken roll, egg mushroom roll, egg paneer roll, almost all recipes are same but slightly different.Maybe you have made egg roll at home but the taste is not like restaurant. So today I will tell you how to make restaurant style egg roll.
Ingredients needed step by step instructions
For 5 people meal - Maida = 500 gm - Egg = 7 pieces - vegetable oil = 200 ml - salt = to taste - sugar = 2/3 tsp - Tomato sauce = 1 cup - chilli sauce = 1 cup - Tomato continental sauce = optional - Black salt powder= as per taste - lemon = 1 pieces medium - Milk = 250 ml - water = for making dough - Black pepper = 2 tsp - cocumber = 2 sliced - onion = 2 big sliced - green chilli = 2/4 tsp
Preparation and cooking
- First take some water in a bowl and make a mixture with 2 toss sugar, 1 tsp salt, 3 toss oil, 1 egg, 250 ml milk in the water.Make sure that the sugar melts. - Then add flour to the mixture and knead it to make a dough. - When the dough is ready, put some oil in it and cover it with a cloth for 20 minutes. - After 20 minutes, divide the dough in 5 equal portions. - Roll a portion of the dough into a 175 mm . (7") diameter circle without using any flour for rolling . - After that, heat the Indian frying pan grease it with 2 tbsp oil ,place the roll circle on it and cook using 1 tsp of oil till it's turns brown Spot apear on both sides. - Reapet previous steps to make other rotis .keep aside . - Break the egg in a bowl and add salt, pepper and beat it well with a fork. - Now pour 1 tsp of oil and heat it, when the oil is hot, pour the egg on it and put a fried roti on top of the egg. - Now fry the roti with egg well and then keep it in a bowl.
Serving process
- Now add lemon juice, black salt powder then add sliced onion, sliced cocumber , a little chilli chopped on the roti. - Then add tomato sauce, add chili sauce. - After that, roll the roti on paper and serve immediately.

Preparation time 30 minutes and cooking time 15 minutes for this recipe.
