10.15 miles done this evening, to give this ride a total of 100.94 miles. Today was an basic trek through the neighborhood so no trails today since it would be extremely wet. It was fun trying to find a way to get to 10 miles lol... wasn't able to break my fastest downhill speed of 36.2 but I'll try again another day. Just having fun with this. New cardio. Last night after back day I decided I wanted to touch these 100lb shoulder presses. By myself unsuccessful but still completed them through assisted lifts. So this gave me my new goal. I'll be pushing to push these unassisted. We will see what the future holds. My big homie @daweightliffa_teamgainz made sure pump and assist me. What today's fasted cardio looked like. I completed 2 mins of each exercise for 3 rounds. Jump Rope: 3 x 2 mins Heavy Bag: 3 x 2 mins Long Bag: 3 x 2 mins Hydro Bag: 3 x 2 mins For a total of 36 mins before I got into my back workout. What a great way to start. Got it a little deeper on a wet trail. And got dirty as I promised. For a so called department store bike it's handling what I need it to so far. If you want to build strength, then you have to remain consistent. If you want to lose weight, then you have to remain consistent. Whelp it was #legday today and I remembered I tried this last year and failed. After being injured, I was determined to get back. Here i decided to to go for 822 ilbs which is 707 + her 115 ilbs. I didn't want to take nobodies weights nor felt like looking for more weights lol. I was pumped on a small carb spike today so I used all extra strength I could to have fun.
