#dwedit #doctor who #mrs flood #fifteenth doctor #the master #jacobi!master #tenth doctor #jack harkness #martha jones #twelfth doctor #ninth doctor #*#okay here is my argument: mrs flood IS a time lord but her presence here has nothing to do with the doctor #instead she's here because of ruby. she's seemingly part of/related to the pantheon of discord & we know that ruby is connected to them too #so i think that she was deliberately placed as ruby's neighbor by the pantheon/oldest one/ruby's mom/? in order to watch over her #it also explains why she was there to check on ruby in 1.04. once she realizes she's on the phone w carla she says 'nothing to do with me'#and she leaves. which implies that it COULD have had something to do with her. if it had been something else going on #ANYWAY. to get to the time lordness of it all. rn i personally believe that she's a time lord that's been hiding on earth for 50+ years #bc i don't think she recognized the police box as a tardis initially. that first quote should be taken at face value.#instead picture this: she's watching over ruby as per usual. a police box is there - weird but nbd. then it dematerializes in front of her.#she drops her groceries. she's shocked. she kinda looks scared. if she already knew it was a tardis why would she react like that?#so imo she knows OF tardises. she DIDN'T know the police box was one. and she's worried the time lords have found her hence the fear.#but when nothing happens and nobody comes at her she realizes she's still safe #later when she sees the doctor she realizes the tardis is his/he must be a time lord. he doesn't identify her but that's happened before #so then when she asks him who he is i think what she's actually asking for is his title. WHICH time lord are you.#bc lbr if she knows abt tardises then she knows about time lords and if she knows abt time lords she knows what it means for ruby #to be joining him - and that's why she wishes ruby good luck. meanwhile this is clearly the outcome she WANTS (them to be together)#bc she gets visibly upset when the doctor seems to decide to leave without ruby.#and for once i'm not master clowning bc the list of names the doctor gives out is VERY interesting. some of them we've never heard before:#the bishop; the conquistador; later he adds the pedant and sagi-shi and reiterates the bishop AGAIN. so i wonder if she's the bishop.....

Okay anon I think you're kinda lowballing how bad Wolverine & The X-Men's Erik is, because while he's DEFINITELY not Ultimate Magneto, he's close to that level of evil but for different reasons (AKA Erik literally received a vision about the sentinels ruining everything in the future, made a truce with humanity, and STILL went on to try and start a mass conflict for the purpose of having mutants be the dominant species). He quite literally is canon Erik if he had the "we're going to loose some mutant lives today but the endgoal is going to save so much more" mentality go completely unrestrained.

However he is a decent father to Wanda and Polaris at least.

reviews are in for wolverine and the x-men magneto.....

Does anyone know a piece of media (preferably book or poem) that does successful courtly love. Not sure if I'm phrasing this right, but something where one person falls in love with a deeply unsuitable other person but they manage to make it something good, while never ending up with anyone

The biggest problem with trying to come up with a dream Sparks setlist is that I truly want them to play just about every song. Or at least 80% of them, would that really be too much to ask..

#the funniest thing about this statement is that well they actually Did That once. hashtag 2008 hashtag sparks spectacular #but i was 6 years old and in the wrong country. classic story #really though how am i supposed to choose my biggest contenders out of all the 00s songs howwwwww #throwback to about a month ago and watching the 1999 balls show and going 'they should play this again' at every song #i mean wouldn't it be amazing to hear more than a sex machine followed by do-re-mi. adding this to my bucket list to be honest #also balls. balls HAS to stay on the setlist. yeah so many songs that i don't want to lose either it's so tough #well all in all this is not an easy task but i must do it for the possible insurmountable joy of guessing something right #ala what happened in november even though i had no written list of those just a couple of wishes & so many came true.. heard my fav song..#also i've been wondering if this could be the end of so may we start as the show opener but can do things my own way work quite as well here #maybe they should open with like. dick around. guys. that would be so sick. actually with the MAD! theme of the tour #could we maybe get some more darker and angrier songs perhaps you know...#what are all these bands so angry about? the most underrated LB banger. it would go so hard. do you see my vision #and it has some lyrical themes reminiscent of DTMOW i think. it all makes so much sense i need to ponder this all more #goosepost

#trying to make a new video game list challenge (just actually for me this time i’m nostalgic as hell) to lull myself to sleep #but instead it’s driving me absolutely bonkers that i can’t find the simpsons halloween gameboy colour game amongst the options #the game cartridge for it was one of those cool noughties seethrough plastic ones and i dropped it in my full cup of ribena once #and it dyed the entire game cartridge like a vivid dark blackberry colour #still worked perfect though #nintendo was built so different back in the day #(ALSO the adibou game that was my very first weenie baby foray into gaming)#(AND a the extremely indie A Summer’s End visual novel game that i think about at least three times every week)#(but otherwise i’m finding some right corkers from my childhood 😩)#(half tempted to put on the games i watched my brothers play before they ultimately kicked me out of their room but i’ll behave)#(can honestly remember a time when i must have been like four years old absolutely mesmerised by the water effects in the tomb raider games)#(which is just to say by the way that i found the TWEENIES gameboy colour game but not the simpson’s one. ruminate on that)

i offhandedly mentioned having seen a movie from the 2000s to my friend and she was genuinely flabbergasted because she thought i “only watched old movies”

#i was like GIRL THE SECOND TO LAST FILM I WATCHED WAS FROM *THIS YEAR*!!!!!!!!#she was SHOCKED #just for that i watched ANOTHER film from this year bc i MUST beat the allegations #i tried to explain The List to her and how i break it up by decade and have intentionally tried to diversity what i watch #and TO BE FAIR to me #the films i have shown her so far have been from the 90s 60s and 40s #which is a BIG range if i do say so myself #like. sorry we haven’t watched any current films together…#you literally LIVE in a building with a theater in it #FIGURE IT OUT #seriously tho i am so grateful to have someone who will watch films with me #i ordered Citizen Kane on Blu-ray so we can watch it together #bc she told this CRAZY story about her shitty ex #and in the back of my head i was like ‘you KNOW what this reminds me of…’#so i intentionally waited to offer to show it to her until we were past the breakup situation #but NOW i am hype #and she is hype #and to be fair that’s probably why she thinks i only watch old movies #but it’s not even old to me #like. if it has sound it’s not old…#i’m gonna have SO much fun in my intro to film history class if i get to take it #my goal is to have already seen every film they discuss in the class so that i can just chill out and enjoy it #the final project is comparing and contrasting two films of your choice and i’m still figuring out what i want to do #excited regardless tho #i’m taking it my last semester as a treat for finishing my degree <33
