Hello, hello!
Your fave shows up at your door and takes you on a sudden vacation, no questions asked. Who is it, and where do you go? What do you do?
🧚🏽♀️~ Helloo love, how have you been?
Ooohh I love, love this!!
Hm...
I feel like out of the dude bros I like it would be either Kaeya or Itto because they're the most spontaneous out of everyone, so I feel like they'd do this.
As for where we'd go, if it's Kaeya, I feel like we'd go to Italy! I'm not really sure why, but my mind went towards that country. We'd have a blast trying the food (He'd be losing his mind over the wine there), visiting popular tourist spots as well as the more vacant ones as well because they're just as gorgeous, but it'll have that sense of peace because not many people venture there, you know? I believe Kaeya would take me on an 'let's get lost, but not actually for safety reasons' kind of adventure and by the end of it we find this really cute cafe that sells the most amazing desserts and we proceed to visit it for the remainder of our holiday. Now if it was Itto... I feel like we'd go to Dubai! We'd also stuff our faces there too🤣 (Itto more than I honestly but I'd still do it!) I believe he's also an adventureous explorer kind of traveler, he needs to see everything and I'm just along for the ride☺️. I feel like the main reason he did this holiday surprise was because there was a band that I had an interest in was doing a concert there, so he did his best to be sneaky with it to prevent me from finding out. Which is really neat and honestly endearing because I can't imagine Itto being a good secret keeper, so he must have tried really, really hard to keep himself from blurting out out of excitement.

Exploring the UAE: 10 things to do in Umm Al Quwain
Even while Umm Al Quwain isn't the most well-known emirate in the United Arab Emirates, it does have some undiscovered jewels. There are numerous benefits to visiting, even for just one day, including outdoor activities and traditional Emirati culture. The following are the top 10 things to do while you're there after receiving your emirates visa for South African citizens.
Mangrove Beach
The picturesque setting in Khor Al Yeefrah, hitherto a hidden gem in the emirate, is currently being improved with things like thatched parasols, swings, a cafe, and BBQ spaces. For those who want to explore the diverse flora and fauna in the emirate's protected area, kayaks are available for rent, and on the weekends, a DJ spins music. Although there is a minor entrance fee for cars, the amenities, and the picturesque setting make the trip worthwhile. Already, people like to picnic there at dusk.
Kitesurfing
Get away to Kite Beach Center, where Bali and Zanzibar collide. The first licensed kitesurfing school in the emirate is located at this laid-back beach resort. All instructors are qualified by the International Kiteboarding Organization, and classes are offered for all skill levels. Although there is a little admittance fee (see the website for the most recent costs), it's a terrific place to spend the day relaxing in the sun and taking part in other water sports like kayaking or snorkeling. Additionally, visitors may stay overnight or rent cabanas for four hours, however, reservations are advised due to the busy season.
Tarzan Gym
This unique idea creates a space on the beach that resembles something that might appear in The Flintstones more so than a typical gym. This entertaining gym is tucked away in Kite Beach Centre and is made up of several wooden pieces of equipment. Giant wooden dumbbells, barbells, and monkey bars are just a few of the adult-only "toys" available, making it a fun spot to go with friends and one that looks great on Instagram.
Thunder Road Pizza & Grill
Although Dubai is frequently mentioned as the nation's culinary capital, Thunder Road is a true hidden gem. With hundreds of handcrafted cheeses, mouthwatering pizza, and, to top it all off, stunning ocean views from the patio, this Italian restaurant run by Italians will transport you to Italy. You must taste their handmade burrata. It's Italy meets the US with a pool table and kids' playground at the Barracuda Beach Resort, making it well worth the day trek up the coast. There is even a grocery store there where you can stock up on genuine Italian treats after applying emirates visa for South African nationals.
An abandoned aircraft
On the coast of the tiny emirate, an abandoned Russian cargo jet has become quite the attraction. The former skydiving airport is now home to the Barracuda Beach Resort, and the Soviet-era aircraft is visible from the E11 that leads to the hotel. It has been there for over twenty years. It is a fascinating location for aviation enthusiasts that was once cloaked in secrecy. We now know that the Ilyushin IL-76, sometimes known as "Candid" under NATO operations, originally flew for the Soviet Union in the 1970s to replace the equally illustrious Antonov 12.
Vida Beach Resort
The Vida Beach Hotel, the newest addition to Umm Al Quwain's tourist scene, enables pet owners to enjoy the emirate's lovely coastline without having to locate a sitter. The hotel is stylish and, as one would expect from Emaar, the attention to detail is excellent. It is one of many hotels that have seen a market niche for the growing number of staycation travelers in the nation looking to bring their pets with them.
Umm Al Quwain Fort and Museum – Fort Al Ali
The fort-turned-museum, one of the emirate's most cherished assets, provides tourists with a wealth of historical information. The Al Mualla royal family's founder, Sheikh Rashid Bin Majid Al Mualla, ruled Umm Al Quwain in 1768, making it the city's oldest historical structure. The fort was initially used as his residence and administrative center, but since becoming a museum in 2000, it has become a memorial to the history of the little emirate. Visitors can tour the property's former prison, weapon room, military room, and numerous other household spaces, providing a glimpse into construction methods used long before the contemporary UAE was created.
Siniya Island
Take a boat from the shore to Siniya Island, which is eight kilometers east of Umm Al Quwain, where the island provides a fantastic glimpse into the historical and ecological splendor of the emirate. Before relocating to the mainland 200 years ago, Umm Al Quwain residents first settled on the island. Visitors can see a variety of wildlife on the island, including birds like the Socotra Cormorant and the Arabian Gazelle. The island is known for its mangroves, ghaf trees, and desert flora and fauna. On the island, there are 65 different archaeological sites, including burials, building remnants, and towers.
Dreamland Aqua Park
Dreamland, one of the oldest water parks in the area, has established itself as a landmark. The park, which opened in 1997, is 250,000 square meters in size and has more than 30 rides, slides, and other attractions. Families can camp overnight or rent an air-conditioned cabana for a day to enjoy the park's beautiful gardens on the coast. This area is more than just a waterpark.
Labsah Camel Racing Track
Camel racing is one of the oldest Emirati customs and is popular with both royals and commoners. It is a unique event in the nation and gives locals an opportunity to show off their cherished possessions. This is where the more genuine aspect of the country can be seen, even though it's a little bit rougher around the edges than events like the Dubai World Cup. Weekends in the winter are often when races take place around the 4 km track. Watch this amazing camel race after getting your emirates visa for South African passport holders.

12 Free Things to Do in Dubai
You might believe it will be challenging to travel to Dubai on a budget because it is recognized as a center of modern design, grandeur, and luxury in general—but you can think wrong! There is good news for vacationers on a tight budget: there is a tonne of free activities and attractions in Dubai. Here are 12 of the finest free things to do in Dubai, whether you want to take in the gleaming modern skyscrapers, learn about the emirate's history and culture, or simply walk outside and enjoy nature. One can get emirates visa for Egypt citizens to simply enjoy the things.
1. Visit the Coffee Museum in Dubai
Fans of coffee, raise your hands! The Dubai Coffee Museum is a fascinating location to learn about everything related to coffee, including its history, various foreign methods and flavors, books and videos to investigate, and even ancient coffee pots and other coffee-making equipment. Additionally, the baristas here are knowledgeable about the brews, so feel free to ask them any questions you may have about beans or brewing; if you're interested, they'll be happy to share their knowledge with you.
2. Ride an abra
Although it's not exactly free, for only $0.30 USD, it might as well be! We're happy that riding an abra is a reasonably priced activity for most people because it's a must-do in Dubai. Get a taste of history by using this, Dubai's customary ferry system, to traverse Dubai Creek (and a convenient form of transportation). To go to the Dubai Old Souk station or the Bur Dubai station, cross the creek at either the Deira Old Souk abra station or the Al Sabkha station. Apply emirates visa for Egypt nationals to get a ride on Abra.
3. Wander through the Al Fahidi historic district
Are you prepared to learn more about Dubai's past and present? Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Al Fahidi Historic District. The Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood has a lot to offer, and most of it is free to view, including historic buildings, tea houses, museums, art exhibits, markets, and more.
4. Or flash-forward to the modern era at Alserkal Avenue
More hipster information than historical? Not to worry. Locals congregate on Dubai's obscure Alserkal Avenue, where there are constant events going on and much of it is free to explore. The area is home to art galleries, pop-up stores, cafes and coffee shops, event centers, and more. Experience modern-day Dubai life while spending the day at Alserkal Avenue.
5. Take a day to explore The Dubai Mall
If you can resist the over 1,200 stores placed inside this huge mall, then yes, this is completely free. One of the largest shopping centers in the world, the Dubai Mall features a wide variety of stores and eateries as well as an aquarium, a movie theatre, an ice skating rink, a virtual reality park, and more. There not being enough shopping for you? Even if you just want to window shop, the Mall of the Emirates boasts a tonne of entertainment options and retail stores.
6. Visit an authentic souk
Of course, you can also have a genuine Dubai shopping experience at a neighborhood souk if a mall isn't quite your thing. Our favorite souks are the Spice Souk and the Gold Souk. Even if you decide not to make a purchase, a stroll around these traditional markets while window shopping is the ideal opportunity to fully experience Dubai's sights, sounds, and fragrances.
7. Take a free tour of the Bur Dubai Grand Mosque
Are you curious to know more about Dubai's culture? The Grand Mosque, one of Dubai's most recognizable houses of worship, is a good place to start. The tour, which is entirely free, includes a tour of the mosque, a prayer demonstration, an explanation of Islamic principles, refreshments, and more. If you're interested in Islam or Dubai's culture, you should also visit the Jumeirah Mosque. For further details, visit their website, and be sure to dress modestly.
8. Go hiking at Hatta
One of Dubai's most well-known attractions is Hatta, and it's the ideal location to visit when you need a vacation from the city. Take a bike ride, take in the scenery, go trekking in the foothills of the Rockies, or do something else. Of course, exploring is free, but if you have extra cash, there are adventurous activities like paragliding, horseback riding, and kayaking available.
9. Get a tan
Take your pick from the deserts or the beaches in Dubai; it's simple to accomplish this. Add Kite Beach Dubai and The Beach opposite JBR to your list if you're prepared for a day at the beach (those are our favorites). You have a tonne of options if you're going to the desert: spend money on an overnight desert safari or camp for nothing at Al Qudra. Even though it's only a fast 30-minute drive from the city, you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere with the opportunity to explore both lakes and sand dunes.
10. Bask in Dubai’s stunning architecture
Of course, you may experience Dubai on a budget without leaving the city. Among the top free activities in Dubai? Take a tour of the area to see some of the city's most beautiful buildings and skyscrapers. A must-see is the Burj Khalifa, the highest structure in the entire world, the Burj Al Arab, and the Cayan Tower.
11. Soak in the sunset at the Dubai Marina
Want some instantly captivating views? You only need to consider the Dubai Marina. There are plenty of activities available if you want to spend the afternoon or just go for a fast run around the 5.3-mile boardwalk loop that is surrounded by stores, accommodations, and restaurants. Visit at sunset for the greatest sights, expert advice advised.
12. Watch the flamingos at the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary
Animal lover? The flamingos steal the show at this nature refuge, which is conveniently located close to the city and is home to thousands of birds, fish, and other animals. Come for some photos for Instagram and stay to discover more about the amazing creatures and distinctive habitats they call home. You can get emirates visa for Egypt passport holders and enjoy in Dubai.
