Homura rejected HER OWN PERFECT WORLD because it was trampling on the wish Madoka made for all magical girls.

She REJECTED the PERFECT MADOKA FOR HER because she knew that the Madoka she LOVED was a self-sacrificing idiot who would never choose herself over others.

Would Homura like it if Madoka stayed? Yes. Absolutely. That is literally her wish. For her to be with Madoka.

BUT! Would the real Madoka stay? No.

And that's the thing. Homura wants the real Madoka even tho she knows that she could never have her. She wants to be with Madoka but she knows that it would never happen even though that's what she wants.

The Madoka that would reject her is the one Homura loves.

And isn't that tragic?

That Homura put herself in such a horrible unending paradoxical cycle with feasibly no exits... And would do it all over again just for the sake of seeing Madoka just one more time?

Whatever Homura feels for Madoka is beyond simple words. It's an amalgamation of complex human nature that is so incomprehensible yet so understandable... It's honestly beautiful.

OH YEAH okay so iii am a little braindead right now but PLEASE check out the fics of the wonderful which...the way they write tigress is fucking mindblowing and in particular i recommend You, Me, We're Vintage, Love Shot, the i feel your claws around my throat series (especially that one holy shit), the rooftops series, and burning (this is not a love story) from her. was that every fic that which has written with tigress in it? yes, maybe. but also. the way which writes dude. anon. its mindblowing i promise you. literally which pairs tigress with the randomest of characters and makes it a fic that changes my life forever

in terms of mainly papertiger fics that i also feel do a great job for tigress i reccomend my jo (thatgaysianbookworm or lesbiansayishii). scroll through their drabbles from tumblr asks series, Scars, and of course I already linked quite a few that they co-wrote with which.

in terms of some other tigress fics that are spectacular, its hard to list them. there are a lot of good ones where tigress is more of a background character (mangokat's Team red Family series being one. too lazy to link the whole thing, but its unmistakable and a good read anyway)

just scrolling through, doomedbythenarrative seems to have some pretty sweet papertiger fics. a couple other authors that have some tigress fics are heyyallcam, Daungli, Hidden_Insomnia, WhumpFan, MusicallyPan, and Tea_and_Paper.

Thats just off a quick search in ao3, though. Sorry if you weren't looking for a giant list of fic recs, and double sorry if this gets you into cs fanfiction and you quickly discover there is not much in terms of the fics i just recc'd for you.

As someone who'd been a fan of gelphie during my younger baby gay years it really brings me such happiness to see it ACTUALLY BEING POPULAR

Ok but I love how silly Mercy is like

she really is just so random

She sees this random ass group of women and was like "oh yeah i wanna be part of that" and just keeps on inserting herself until the gang finally relents and lets her be part of the gang

I'd be totally annoyed by it cuz like first of all the Warriors quite literally just had the worst night of their lives and now this rando just wants to be part of it like. Sounds kind of disrespectful, no? kinda insensitive on her part.

on her part tho, she is quite clever if not sort of naive and very optimistic. Also very charismatic. like bro rizzed up Swan so fast and with what we know about Swan, she's pretty realistic and stoic so that SAYS something yk?

ALSO I LOVE HER LITTLE PART IN THE PARK AT NIGHT

everything's so chaotic and she just starts her 'look at me' riff in it its so weirdly funny to me

i find it hilarious to think abt since it implies my fixations coexist simultaneously but in different dimensions that accommodate them the most??

its just that Warriors has a very small following therefore would thrive more in a community based website

while Gelphie really is such a big ship that you'll gain atleast some traction eitherway which suits the content consuming app better
