I bet young Louis never imagined he would be making money of an Oasis reunion through an investment. He knew of this reunion way before everyone else then through openstage.
I love this for him. Honestly, there's nothing I like more than music mogul Louis making money and being successful.
LOUIS TOMLINSON AND PETER DOHERTY’S LABEL STRAP ORIGINALS HAVE JOINED FORCES TO RELEASE NEW MUSIC FROM UP-AND-COMING ARTIST ANDREW CUSHIN

Louis Tomlinson and Peter Doherty‘s label Strap Originals have joined forces to release new music from up-and-coming artist Andrew Cushin.
Andrew’s debut album ‘Waiting For The Rain’ will arrive via the collaboration on 29th September.
Louis and Andrew first met last year, after Louis caught an appearance from Andrew on Soccer AM. Offering him a support slot in London, this then led to supports in the US and Europe in 2023.
“As somebody who has been interested in up-and-coming acts, working with Andrew was a no brainer,” Louis explains. “With his incredible voice partnered with his honesty in lyric, I’m really excited to work alongside Peter and the Strap Originals team to help Andrew reach as many people as possible.”
We should probably just give Louis his own new music column at this point, shouldn’t we? Louis, drop us a line if you’re interested, yeah, lad?
“It’s amazing to have someone as established as Louis fighting in my corner,” Andrew adds. “It’s been a pleasure getting to know him on and off the stage and I’m learning a great deal from him and his team. I’m looking forward to what I know will be an enjoyable and hugely beneficial collaboration together.”
Signed to Doherty’s Strap Originals label, Peter comments: “Here at Strap Originals, we always put the artist first, and it’s amazing that Louis Tomilinson and 78 productions are offering their support to the uber-talented Andrew Cushin”
Double Bill Number Four:
Sound of Metal (2019) + Mogul Mowgli (2020)
In both films, Riz Ahmed plays a young musician (drummer & rapper), whose life changes when his body goes through unexpected and unwanted physical changes (becoming deaf in one film, diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in the other). Both movies feature stellar performances by Ahmed.
Article from an issue of LOVER magazine from mid-1971. On the right page, the top photo is of Mogul Thrash and the bottom photo is of Yes. It’s hard to tell but I believe the photo on the left page is of Uriah Heep.
(Wish I could have found an image of this in better quality but what a gem!!!)
Correction!!!: the band on the left page is Storyteller, a British folk/prog/psychedelic rock band formed in 1969. They released two albums before disbanding in 1971.
I haven’t gotten out of my inbox yet. 😅😅😅 So, thank you! That’s so cool. And very smart of Louis. I’ve only heard great things about Andrew’s music.
x
Given this and the AFHF (plus his mention of wanting to do artist management at some point), I think we might be getting an inkling about where Louis wants to take his career. So, so smart.
interesting that "trench" deleted his twitter full of neo nazi followers, wiped his instagram, and removed all references to bring a "proud trench wolf" from what little social media presence i can find. this is after his original twitter was seemingly deleted and remade a few months before his debute. i don't know how legitimate this reporting about him being "out on injury" [before wrestling at all or really... doing anything requiring much physicality?] is, but if there are some company conduct/social issues at play i would Not. be surprised
