I have one question about this. So obviously B, Peni, Pavitr, and Margo probably still have their watches, and Gwen has the one Hobie gave her, but what about the others?

I imagine that Hobie has another one for himself, but does he have more bonus watches that Ham and Noir can use? I'm genuinely curious about this lol

Bringing food back had to at least make up for SOME of that, right ?

He offered it out to Miguel, "Wanna try?"

+ This was a MOMENT that Peter wished he could just WRAP the two of them up in FOREVER . He'd dreamed of this ; longed for it in ways that had HURT and cut him to the very core of his being . Before the EVENTS he'd told her about, he would have thought it was just a FANTASY he could never obtain ever again . But now ? Now he could actually reach out and HOLD her ; kiss her ; feel the way she felt against him in ways that were still making his CHEST ache with passion and happiness that absolutely FLOODED him .

Here they were ; together AGAIN . He was sure that any moment now his HEART would come bursting out of his chest . For the first time in so long, things felt RIGHT . He didn't feel like that DEFEATED person that had walked out of the lawyer's office; that had lived in the apartment like some kind of ZOMBIE . Going day to day without any real PURPOSE in mind . Even being SPIDER-MAN had taken a BACKSEAT to it all ; evident even more in the WEIGHT he'd put on.

It would take a while to burn that off, but the more he put his LIFE back together, the more he could feel his old SELF returning . But now with all the CONFIDENCE he'd been lacking for so long .

" Your idiot. " He nodded in agreement, only BREAKING the kiss after he came up for AIR . Letting go of her felt UNTHINKABLE ; they'd spent so long apart, the last thing he wanted to do was not have her in his arms . Hearing her, he rested his forehead against hers, genuinely feeling like all the AIR in his lungs had been stolen from him in this moment . His hand still cupping MJ's cheeks, he smiled at her, giving a small nod.

" Yeah ... let's get out of here . Anywhere you go, I'll go. " He smiled a bit bigger, his own cheeks feeling a little DAMP now that he noticed . " How many times have I said ' i love you ' so far ? "

It was TERRIBLE, awful really, she was probably going to hell for it. But as Peter's arms wrapped around her, MJ's first thought was to wonder if he'd gained weight. Before their divorce she'd known his body better than her OWN - memorized all its dips and curves through hours of careful study and attention, knew where every old scar had been even though the markings had long since healed. There was no doubt in her mind that he was a little SOFTER now, especially around his midsection, pressing against her in ways she didn't recognize.

MJ didn't MIND if he was a little thicker, she would think he was the most attractive man in the world in any shape or size. It wasn't the what that had gotten her attention, had pulled painfully at her heart strings... it was the WHY. Peter's double life as Spider-man had kept him fitter than any Olympic athlete in the world since high school without much conscious effort. If anything it had been a problem trying to get him ENOUGH calories to support how quickly his burned through them, a constant battle to keep him from running out of fuel mid-fight.

If he had put on weight like this? That meant he hadn't been HIMSELF in the months since their divorce. Hadn't been working, moving, LIVING like the man she knew. He'd clearly STOPPED being Peter Parker, at least not like he was before, frozen in time like a man in amber. While some part of her was relieved that she wasn't the only one who had been DESTROYED by their breakup, that they'd both been suffering in their time apart? Regardless of the circumstances, MJ never wanted Peter to be in any kind of pain. Never wanted him to give up, least of all on HIMSELF.

Oh well - she could certainly think of ONE activity they could do that would burn that extra layer right off of him...

"Yeah, for a genius? You can be such an IDIOT sometimes, Peter Parker." MJ agreed with a watery laugh, nuzzling his nose with her own as his calloused fingers swiped her tears away. HAPPILY meeting his brief kiss, her nerve endings lighting on fire at the touch like the hadn't in months. "But you're my idiot..." she mumbled against his lips before he was leaning in again, her arms wrapping around his neck to hold on for dear life. "Should we ... get OUTTA here?"
