Oldest child of Lusamine Delacroix and Mohn Cousteau-Delacroix, age 14.

Harsh, aggressive, untrusting and ill-tempered. Inherited his mother's rebellious nature.

The type to attack first and ask questions later.

Thinks lowly of the Aether Foundation as a whole, and has been suspicious of his mother's motivations in recent years.

An enforcer for the Team Skull gang, acts as an aggressor for Guzma when necessary, though he has little to no warmth for the other members, and it is mutual.

Fiercely protective of his little sister, to a self-destructive point.

He hates outer space. No, the kid absolutely hates it. Don't talk to him about it. Don't show him anything from it. It's ruined his life. He hates it here.

Has been taking up mechanical work as a hobby, has learned how to hotwire cars while hanging around Skull.

This kid can hold so much angst.

Did not inherit much, if any, Ultra Human abilities from Lusamine, aside from keen senses, and perhaps abnormal physical strength for a 14 year old.

[Emergency Meeting] Judgment

Heidi was storming out of Aegir's room, with Aegir and Melony chasing after her.

"Isn't Lacey a part of your body? What do you mean that she's missing?"

"I—I don't know! I went to feel for her, but—" Heidi glared at her hands, "I couldn't sense her… or any resemblance of Shadow Energy at that! It doesn't make any sense!"

"Lacey can't just disappear, sister—" Melony called out. "Shadow Sister have to be somewhere!"

"I know but it's not like I can summon he– huh?"'

Heidi stopped in the living room as she noticed the new guests in the Hall of Origin: Jeanne and Lillie. Jeanne was carrying Lillie over her shoulder while Lillie was crying and struggling to leave Jeanne's grip. When Jeanne noticed Heidi, she smiled and finally put the child down.

"Take me back, please! I—I swear that I'm telling the truth!" Lillie landed on her feet and immediately gripped Jeanne's clothes. "You—You can't do this to me. Sh—she's the imposter! Not me!"

Jeanne turned down at Lillie and smiled. "Oh. I know. Don't worry." She chuckled and petted her sister on the head. "You're not in any trouble, Lillie."

"B—but dad said—"

Heidi interrupted the two of them. "What did your father say, Lillie, and what's this about an imposter?"

Lillie turned around to see Heidi. "Eep!" Lillie jumped and hid behind Jeanne. "M—Miss Lacey! I—I didn't do anything! P—please don't Judge me! I—I just came home to—"

Heidi flinched. "H—hang on. Hold on for a moment. No one's getting judged or hurt or whatever. What I'm owed though is an explanation!"

Jeanne nodded. That… was probably a better idea.

Heidi, Melony, Aegir, Jeanne, and Lillie were all sitting together. Lillie and Jeanne told them about the situation – the imposter that appeared in Rayquaza's location, the fact that the Lillie felt and acted almost just like her, and that Rayquaza asked Jeanne to determine the real one.

Heidi tilted her head at Jeanne. "And he told you to 'choose wisely'?"

Jeanne nodded. "He knew that I grabbed the real one and that he's with the imposter right now. I don't know what his plan is, but Lillie will likely need to stay here if that's okay."

Heidi turned to Lillie. "Oh, of course. I wouldn't turn away Lillie. We're still family, right?"

Lillie nodded. "Right. Th—thank you."

Aegir turned to Jeanne. "If I may ask, how did you figure out which was which?"

That's when Jeanne seemed to be reminded of something. "Oh! Right. About that—" Jeanne turned to Lillie. "Can you take off your dress for a minute, Lillie?"

"My… dress?" Lillie was a little red.

"Yeah. Your Z-Powered outfit. There's something that I need to see."

"Uh… okay?" Lillie took off her hood, her shoes, and her skirt. She then gave them to Jeanne. "Uh—"

Jeanne accepted it and smiled. "It's fine. We're all girls here. Nothing to worry about. Now, let's see…. Where are you...?" Jeanne went inside the hood before grabbing something. "Ah! There you are, Aphra!" Jeanne pulled out —

— A Zygarde cell!?

Jeanne placed the cell on the table and gave Lillie back her clothes. "Before Lillie left, Aphrodite sneakily placed a cell on her to track her. I guess that she didn't want another one of us going missing after Zinnia disappeared on us."

Melony looked in awe. "So, imposter Lillie not have cell on her?"

Jeanne shook her head. "She did not, and that was a quick giveaway for me. So, I quickly snatched Lillie up and brought her here to lay low while we regroup."

Lillie jabbed Jeanne in the shoulder. "You scared me! I—I thought you didn't believe me and that you were going to have Miss Lacey hurt me—"

"Hehe…. Sorry about that." Jeanne rubbed the arm that Lillie hit. "I had to make sure it was convincing!"

Heidi laughed. It was a good thing that she was able to see everyone gathering together like this, even if it was for these strange circumstances.

Okay, so gonna talk about the Prologue.

Just as a general with the understanding that I haven't gone through all of the options on this new playthrough.

Katawa Shoujo does a very good job of making sure that you, the player, get individual moments with each of the girls through the Prologue (with the exception of Shizune and Misha, who are a much more integrated pair than the other pairs).

And that's the thing - Katawa Shoujo is built with pairs. Shizune and Misha are a pair. Hanako and Lilly are a pair. Emi and Rin are a pair. And the Prologue sets up these pairs and has Hisao interact with each of them (depending on responses), as well as interacting with each girl on her own (again, with the above exception).

As a player, this is nice. You get to see how the girls act on their own and around friends - they aren't all alone, they're part of a dynamic and a support system - even Hanako. You see how Lilly and Shizune have conflict; you see where Hanako hides; you see how Lilly and Rin react to each other but also that Rin has Emi as a friend who understands her.

Whichever route you're on, it's more than just Hisao and whoever he's dating.

And I love that, actually.

I don’t currently have a ship I associate with this song, and I don't really see it as a shippy song, but let me take a little gander into the song's meaning and see who it makes me think of.

the song is about turning off your brain and coasting through life which inclines me towards a more temporary ship, perhaps something that only lasts because of the place the two characters of the ship are in. although, I'm not in any fandoms currently that have a relationship that serves more as a distraction from troubles (I'm sure I know of one but nothing is coming to mind right now). (it's not so much of a ship as a character, but the sexual relationships we learn about Tony Stark having pre-Pepper Potts do fall in this category)

so I took a deep dive into the lyrics again and resurfaced with the following and an alternative take on the meaning:

and it got me thinking about April/Andy from Parks and Rec. neither of them like being in line with the “grown up” things in life, and when they are together, they can finally be themselves in that regard (i.e. the time they tore through Andy’s bucket list during “The End of the World” in Season 3, ending with a spontaneous cross-country roadtrip to the Grand Canyon)(or the time they bought a spooky, old house in season 7, it's just one example of Andy making her feel relaxed enough in her desires to be her authentic self). the traits that put friction in his and April's relationships with other people aren’t an issue around each other, and it’s heartwarming to watch.

You know, tell undergrad, or even early grad, student me that I would be anything like I am now, and I would have thought you crazy.

I'm no longer human, both bodily and in terms of identification, same with male. I've got a kick ass girlfriend. I'm... actively happy. Holy shit that last one is so damn nice. College already felt like a relief compared to anything that came before. The fact I was THAT deep in the hole is WILD. No way in shit do I want to go back to that.

Youngest child of Lusamine Delacroix, currently age 11. Created at the Aether Paradise by cloning Lusamine's DNA.

Speaks in a quiet tone, often dipping into a whisper.

Will often go non-verbal and will prefer to communicate through sign language.

Extremely shy, but has her mother's ambition, it requires some encouragement for her to take initiative.

Ultra Human, with all of the same complications. Her skin is pale, with a subtle shimmer to it under the correct angle of sunlight, similar to her mother.

Capable of cloaking herself and becoming invisible, like a glass jellyfish.

Absolutely WILL hide herself like that, if she gets startled.

She has no Pokémon of her own currently.

In fact, Pokémon make her nervous, and Ultra Beasts scare her even more. Inherited this anxiety after she accidentally witnessed Type: Full maul an Aether scientist during the failure of the Beast Killer Project's first phase.

Currently an assistant to Professor Kukui, while also being tutored by several instructors at the Aether Foundation.
