hello everyone !! so i won’t even lie to u guys, i am NERVOUS and it’s literally only bc this is the first group i’ve joined in so long like dfdhkjsfjad the last group i was in was almost a year ago but i ended up having to leave due to personal reasons and didn’t get to write so like !!! idk i’m excited !! anyways w that in mind, pls bARE with me bc i have like one (1) braincell and i forgot how to write intros. anyways enough of me rambling, lemme give you knox !!

nobody gets to pick their beginnings. it’s something that people tell knox all the time, hell, it’s plastered in every stupid coming of age movie, book, film, everything he’s ever seen. you don’t pick who your born into, you don’t pick who you get to be. and to an extent, he does think that this is true but he can’t help but wonder if maybe, if people could pick, if they’d pick differently. because he knows he certainly would pick differently.

it’s not that he even came from a bad home - hell no, he had the most loving family ever. his mother was a saint, a warm sensation bubbling up in his chest when he thinks about her warm cookies or the way she tried to still tuck him in even as a teenager. his father had his flaws, we all do, but he was a good and honest man. hardworking, he showed knox what that stupid american dream is that everyone likes to preach about.

no, it had nothing to do with them but rather the overall opinion on him and his family. see, the drury’s weren’t well liked - they were seen as lowlives and as shady, the kind of people who you’d only go to if you wanted to get stabbed in the back. generations of drury’s fit this narrative but no, his father was determined to change that. and so was he, even if nobody around him seemed to want to give him a chance.

knox would go throughout school with this name attached to him like a dagger to his throat - whisperings in the hallway of, “oh, my mom said the drury boy might be steal things if you let him over,” and other random, rude remarks. of course, the people that get close to him know better - they see him for who he really is.

that person is knox. he’s a golden light, often more selfless than the rich pricks who run that small town. he’d give his jacket or umbrella to people even if they didn’t ask if it just so happened to be raining outside, and despite the fact that his family didn’t have a lot, he’d still go out of his way to try to give when he could.

he eventually graduated high school - one of the top people in his class due to his father’s encouragement, and after a lot of debate, settled on attending haddon university - miles away from that sweet, small little hometown he knew, but a fresh start where he didn’t have to work for anything. he could just go in being him, with nobody attaching a new narrative to him. it was what he wanted, what he dreamed of.

and he loved it. his first semester there was memorable as he found himself surrounded by new friends and people he even considered family. back home, however, things were slipping.

the drury family was never rich, ever by any means, but business was low. nobody wanted to go there, fearing that his father was just as shady as his grandfather. as things got worse, his father had to resort to other needs - stealing, lying about taxes, and doing everything he could to try to make it by.

it finally caught up to him when knox came home for spring break - red and blue lights flashing outside as loud noises went on throughout the house, until finally someone swung knox’s door open and briefly blinded him with a flashlight, demanding to know where his father was. by the time knox got a grasp on the situation, his father was being rushed off in the back of a cop car.

he plead guilty almost immediately and for the next few months, knox did school from home to stay with his mother. it was then that he switched his major from what had initially been just a vague, business degree to political science in hopes of going into law after getting that degree - a way of changing things, of helping people so they never got to that point.

for now though, he’s gone back to haddon’s campus where he study’s away and occasionally finds himself slipping and partying, glasses always covering his eyes as he slinks back class, getting almost nO sleep every night.

like he’s not by any means like he’s kinda a gross dude like, absolutely randomly burps n is like lol oops n shit, very little manners, will grab clothes off of the floor to put them on kind of man BUT LIKE as a whole ?? he means very well FDSJFAHJ he’s very gentle and will sit there and admire flowers on a bush and then get mad if u pick one bc ur hurting it like. he’s baby.

he also is very loyal to the ppl he’s friends w tbh like. damn he will never leave ur side

that also makes him kinda... super, actually, naive. you see, while knox is incredibly loyal, he often finds himself ignoring signs of toxicity for the sake of preserving a friendship - he fights for people who won’t fight for him, he lets people back in too easily, he just. he sees the good in everyone, even if there isn’t any good.

regardless, he’s not easy to just... manipulate to an extent. while he’ll fall for you being innocent, you can’t ever try to make him think he’s something he’s not - he knows his intentions and he knows they’re usually pure and he’s not gonna fold for anyone if it comes down to him or them.

exes. — i mean this is kind of like flings but i have an idea... give me an ex of knox’s who really was like. everything knox wanted. hell, the two had a really good relationship - they were in love and etc etc gushy details but they ended up breaking up bc they just. they weren’t meant to be! as sad as it is like it was as simple as that! and then the angst comes in after they break up bc god they still love each other so much but they just aren’t meant to be and they see them with other people and oh it just hurts but like, bonus points if they manage to become good friends even after this !! A BIOGRAPHY

holly was born in cookeville, tennessee, and lived there up until she graduated. she grew up in the middle of five siblings, and was, notably, the bleeding heart of the group. her older siblings picked at her for being the crybaby, but her parents never did much in trying to help her grow thicker skin: they let her stay soft as long as she needed, trusting that one day she would come into her own. and, luckily enough, she did.

her parents kept this kind of approach to parenting their middle child. she appreciates them immensely, and knows how lucky she was to have parents that embraced her for who she was no matter what, and never pushed their own agendas onto her, but sometimes, she wishes they’d been a little more stern. because while they did manage to raise her into a compassionate and creative person this way, she got hard on herself, and for a while, she blamed them for it. holly has always been her own biggest critic, and a tougher one than any external influence in her life. she’s one of those kids that makes angry tweets about how the gifted and talented program fucks you up

when holly was 16, she was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. she was diagnosed at one of her lowest points, when the pressure of school and planning for the future had pushed her almost into a burnout. she still heralds her old therapist for all the good she did for her, and is a fierce advocate for communication and seeking that sort of treatment.

once she graduated, she moved to moved to carina and commuted to a nearby university. she always wanted to live by the ocean, and, sure, the commute was a bitch, but well worth it in her mind. she changed her major and minor about 294 times before settling on double majoring in english and french. she loves literature, but also, the art of translating, and the way that, depending on who’s translating, a text can take on a hundred

she moved in with a pair of roommates, allie and marilyn, and, like in any trinity, there were clear roles. she became a shoulder to cry on and someone to vent to when you got stood up on another tinder date. she embraced her role as pack mom.

tw death, implied suicide which is why, as if she didn’t feel cliche enough sometimes, she felt a little responsible for not noticing the signs that lead to allie’s death. she was the one allie vented to, the one who was supposed to pick up on if something was bothering her, or hurting her that bad. things became strained overtime between holly and marilyn as well, as they began to notice how the third piece of their puzzle may have been the glue that held it together all along.

after skidding past the finish line at graduation and taking some time to go home and be with her family, holly’s found herself back in carina. as much as she would love to escape the darker memories of the town, she was ultimately drawn back to the ocean she loves and the clear mind it gives her.

she still intends to go back and properly get her masters in interpretation and translation so she can do some more meaningful work, but for now, she’ll settle for the freelance quickie stuff.

i always feel so weird putting Serious Topics in my bios bc like i dont want it 2 seem like im glossing over Serious Things i just dont want it 2 be 2 sensationalized or anything but that has nothing 2 do w holly its just a disclaimer..

she has a border collie named ziggy and he’s her real best friend.

another thing 2 note is that while holly is overtly kind and supportive she’s not a doormat and she’s not someone who’s gonna take crap or sacrifice too much of herself just to make people happy. she’s read enough self help books to know that there’s just parts of yourself you can’t compromise, and not everyone is gonna like you. she’s friendly, but she won’t break her back trying to get you to reciprocate it.

she calls herself queer and doesnt fuss much with labels she is who she is and she loves who she lvoes and thats that hunnies !

ok like its a really lame thing 2 base a muse off but like , u know those barbie vlogs that went around of like the cartoon barbie that talked about self care and girl power and being kind??? those are holly vibes.

NATHALIE KELLEY, CISFEMALE, SHE/HER — have you met fidelia marisol medina yet ? the thirty one year old is known for being both cunning and sedulous, but also very contentious and brutal. born in new york city, lia now lives in westminster, a classy criminal who sends "brb gotta sin" texts at least three times daily.

fidelia was born and raised in good ol’ new york city ! she was born to a relatively more lower class family . with two younger siblings , her father eventually skipped town on their family when he decided he didn’t want to deal with them anymore

she was only ten at the time and had to watch as her mom continuously struggled to provide for her and her siblings .

tw: drugs. at the age of thirteen , lia finally had enough and started getting involved in some shady drug shit just to help her family make ends meet

tw: gang related. she eventually got involved with a notorious new york gang where she worked as a dealer . at the age of twenty , her mom got a prospective job offer that would change their lives so she moved with her and her little siblings to london . from that point on , her mom and her little siblings lived a happier and more comfortable life

tw: gang. but lia fell back into her old ways and ended up getting involved with the north gang ( the underworld plot ) because that’s all she’s ever known really

tw: drugs. she’s worked her way up the ladder after years of allegiance to the gang and is now the head of the drug smuggling/trafficking operation there .

personality wise , she’s very smart , street wise at least . very head strong and independent , she gets what she wants , always . lia is very closed off , it’s not easy for her to open up to people . she’s always known a very lonely life esp since she was forced to grow up so quickly . she can be very aggressive when she wants to be . lia comes off as v ruthless and scary but if ur on her good side , she’ll be infinitely loyal and look out for u always

tw: sex crimes. works with lolana as a sex crimes detective . he’s always wanted to work in law enforcement and he ended up in the sex crimes department as a temp when they were down a few people but wanted to stay there after realizing that this was his calling .

he’s got a six year old daughter that means the world to him and an estranged wife that he loves just as much . but he tends to always put work first which has made things messy his entire life

he’s a good guy like genuinely such a dad type . the kind of guy to like pick you up if you sound drunk over the phone and make sure you’re tucked into bed with a glass of water and aspirin on the bedside table for when you wake up .

he can be a total hardass though because he takes things very seriously and god he just needs to lighten up sometimes ! but he sees some pretty dark stuff while working which kinda factors into that

personality wise , yeah total dad . makes super lame dad jokes and gets offended when people don’t laugh with him . very caring and empathetic , wants to change the world and thinks he’s doing his part by working in sex crimes . he’s very blunt and constantly speaks his mind , argues a lot , gets him in trouble at work . 10/10 an actual pup .

grew up in the care of his mother , never knew his father because he skipped town on his mom when she got pregnant . he never felt the need to find him or contact him because he’s always seen him as a piece of shit for leaving his mom

tw: schizophrenia. his mother’s got schizophrenia so he often spent his childhood trying to take care of her , he ended up putting her into a mental facility when he turned eighteen because he thought she needed to get professional help . he visits her every day

he’s a fucking genius . got an iq of 186 and an eidetic memory which means he can remember basically everything he’s ever come across . graduated high school at 12 and went on to get phds in engineering , math and chemistry . he has his ba’s in psychology and sociology .

he’s always been very interested in the human mind and how it works which is why he became an agent at the nca ( national crime agency ) as an analyzer/profiler . he helps put together profiles of potential subjects in cases etc

takes his job seriously and loves it but it often takes a toll on him because again he sees some real dark stuff

personality wise , he’s super fucking socially awkward . he fumbles over his words when he’s just casually talking to someone , sometimes doesn’t know how to make conversation yet when he’s talking about a case or just something he has knowledge on he can go on long tangents without fumbling . he’s got a good heart . he’s definitely more introverted and on the shier side , he’s also real laid back . he sometimes doesn’t get like millennial things . social media ? wtf is that .. twitter ? is that a type of bird ? he can get real sassy and rude if you ever test him though . he’s not the one sis !

tw: death. born in germany as bernadine schneider , she had a joyful albeit short lived childhood . her parents died in a car crash when she was 5 years old which she survived . stolen from the hospital , she was admitted into the “academy” . which is basically where she trained to become a deadly spy

she’s now known as beatrisa schulte , but only goes by tris . few know her full name , none know her real name .

tw: death. at the age of eighteen , she graduated at the top of her class . her final assignment ? to shoot a man dead in front of her professors , as an initiation of sorts .

from then on , she was given a number of assignments which mostly involved her collecting intel for the german government on the low . but eventually she was captured by british forces and instead of prosecuting her , the mi6 decided that she was much too valuable and put her to work .

she basically does the same , collects intel on things like terrorist threats, etc etc but she also cleans house for them . meaning she takes on the dirty jobs that the government don’t want to dip their hands into . but to unsuspecting public , she’s a temp at a law firm .

personality wise , she’s flirty and charming . she can sweet talk her way into getting anything she wants . a bat of her lashes and a sultry smile and intel is basically thrown into her hands . but she’s deadly . if her charm doesn’t work , her violence sure will . tris isn’t afraid of anything really , especially not death . she’s strong willed but can come off very emotionless sometimes . beneath that however , she’s still very vulnerable . she was forced into this life but she’s always dreamed of living a normal , happy one . who knows if she’ll ever get that !

wanted connections : people she works with ( whether it be in the mi6 or just at the law firm she works at ) , people who live in her building ?? maybe they just see each other from time to time but never got the chance to really bond , friends ? but she’d never let them get too close so that could be a point of interest , random hookups ?? maybe it happened one night and she’s avoiding them like crazy bc she just can’t let herself get involved etc , anything !!

NICOLA PELTZ, CISFEMALE, SHE/HER — have you met fleur yvonne giraud yet ? the twenty three year old is known for being both charismatic and elegant, but also very self-destructive and pessimistic. born in bordeaux, flo now lives in westminster, a damaged socialite with a bad addiction who thinks her darling smile will fix all her problems in life.

and now we have fleur , aka flo . born to rich socialite parents , she lived the most part of her life in the luxurious hills of bordeaux , france .

on the surface , her life seemed genuinely perfect . she had the charm and grace and the materialistic things , she had everyone eating out of the palm of her hand . but her family life was very poor .

her parents became estranged when she was young so she grew up watching her father being unfaithful to her mother while the two constantly got into screaming matches . as an only child , she found no solace in siblings .

tw: drugs. when she got to high school , she fell in with the wrong crowd and started using hard drugs as a means of escaping her life . she quickly became hooked and to this day she still is , however she manages to keep it under wraps fairly well .

she moved to london when she turned eighteen , taking a chunk of her parents money to do so . she lives the infamous socialite life here , getting into scandal after scandal but she seems to handle it with elegance .

personality wise , she’s very effervescent . she carries a charismatic presence with her and the room lights up when she walks in . with a honey voice and a darling smile , this girl spills from the brims with grace and elegance . but clearly she has very self-destructive tendencies and real deep rooted commitment issues . she’s the biggest fucking pessimist you will ever meet but she manages to make it cute™ by smiling after basically ripping things to shreds .

wanted connections : fwb and it could be like with feelings or not but she just got commitment issues , party buddies she needs a million , just cute best friends who can handle her messy ass , maybe someone who runs in the same circle as her so they’re just constantly pictured together and hanging out and people are like oh are they dating who knows , something like almost is never enough ? like she kind of fell for this person and was close to actually opening up and settling down with them but then something happened and it fell apart , anything !!

-if u dont get to see his nice side he is honestly just a big b word -has sharp wits... he’s said so himself and he was able to guess who was smack-talking him in the anime story pretty accurately despite being so far away nfdjkhndfhdf -takes!!! FOREVER!!! to do makeup!!! he was heckin late in the anime bc of this!!! -tbh i dont really remember what happened in his original story except he’s always in charge of everything and he’s super super big on fashion (ran his own runway show thing once, dragged MC to the jewelry store and all too iirc nfjdhnfd) and then he won a game of cliver (note: i have no idea how this is played but it has chess elements) -he’s the leader of the 7 demon losers, and rightfully so bc he’s v smart and analytical, nobody dared to object to anything he said (in the tactics event story everyone just listened to him, even the angels njkdslhdsh) -short-tempered -genderfluid - in his stories he’s always switching from presenting very femininely to presenting masculinely so hopefully i’ll b able to pull it off too, it’s a bit hard w/o his jp speech (watashi+desu wa vs ore) but i’ll find a way to do this i hope -in the anime + records story he’s very motherly!!! v good at taking care of babies/children!!! -he’s too prideful to care what anyone else thinks, obviously... (which is why he didnt care about being late to a lunch party he arranged himself w the rest of votalia) -honestly i’m the least fashionable/aesthetic-appreciating person so i hope i can write superbia and his v keen sense of fashion well (if u want proof i’ll dig up my 3ds and take a pic of my ACNL house) -has so much self-confidence and self-esteem ok SO MUCH it’s overflowing someone stop him -but also if you bring up his past (las and vashti have his childhood photos) he gets embarrassed v easily bc he used to b chubby (and super cute but dont tell him i said that or i die) -probably the one who made everyone in votalia’s clothes -remember he’s a FASHION DESIGNER + MODEL + JAILER + GOVT OFFICIAL he can do everything ok but this also means he’s always very busy -is often feeding grad. -HE IS ON A DIET but he loves smoothies -u better listen to him or else

-big warning that if ur uncomfy w inhumane tortures??? avoid this guy at all costs, he’s always rambling about what he wants to do to torture others for punishment when he’s angry + actually goes ahead and does it sometimes too -ofc this comes with a bunch of regret immediately after he calms down -this is bc he’s actually trying v hard to be gentle and kind and patient but he’s always overcome by wrath -3 strikes!!! u tick him off 3 times and he’ll go full sadist+torture-loving mode on u. he sounds incredibly polite when irritated so thats when u can tell he’s ticked off (occasionally u can straight up tell when he’s angry though) -not ur typical yandere but an unwilling yandere regardless (cruelly tortured a prisoner for hitting on MC in his original route, regretted it after of course) -likes reading, he’s one of the only introverted ones -is a teacher at his prison bc he always tells them stories?? idk thats what happened in the original route, he was gonna tell the prisoners a story and then they ticked him off -his tortures often involve cutting something off or sewing something up so like i said be wary of that if it makes u iffy -apparently as shown in the anime he’s also relatively good w taking care of children but he doesn’t really like to do it, probably since it’s stressful and a source of anger -HATES!! IT!! when the other votalia princes are shoving responsibilities onto him but he still carries out his duties regardless -very hardworking to the point he is sometimes so focused on work he has no idea what’s going on outside of work (superbia sent him an invitation letter once and he had no idea until las barged into his room and told him so) -always flustered and caught off-guard by las (so much “l-las!!” and stuttering bc of las in the anime story dfnhlsfhs) -trying his best to motivate himself not to be so angry (’for the rest of today i wont get mad anymore!!!’) but ends up losing it all the time anyway -polite and kind if he’s calm -i’m not very dommy so i hope i write this extremely dommy sadist well ;; -blindfolding will calm him down btw -he gets emotional fairly easily, he broke down crying in his original sun route bc he was so upset w himself for doing such inhumane acts when he’s angry and having trouble controlling it, for whatever reason he’s crying in his wedding sun CG too maybe he’s very happy i guess, i didnt read the story bc i dont have that form of him -though i won’t be able to show this, he generally uses “boku” to refer to himself and “watashi” when he’s angry, so that’s normally how you can tell he’s starting to use polite speech, though in general he seems to use polite speech anyway (always ends sentences with “desu”)

-easily one of, if not THE, nicest of the votalia princes -he always means well!!! -his envy doesnt even show up outside of love actually hsjdlhlsd -he has the typical tsundere traits like denial and “b-baka!” but he’s not very rude at all when he’s not being in denial, in fact he’s extremely outgoing and friendly -SO MUCH ENERGY!!! -loves basketball!!! he has a group of friends he plays bball with!!! he’s even asked that one ugly tangerine to play basketball with him once ok -he can be a bit shy and awkward when he’s flustered (and being tsundere and in denial) -when he’s in love he’s gonna deny it but also at the same time be very very clingy to the person(s) he loves -youngest in votalia at 19... so yeah he’s still an adult but he’s not that mature tbh -his tail wags like a dog when he’s excited and he’ll usually end up rambling on happily!!! -very emotionally expressive -gets bored easily too (was bored of waiting for superbia taking FOREVER to put his makeup on so he went to play bball with vashti instead) -once talked smack about superbia and then felt a chill down his spine despite being super far away from superbia at the time -the mom friend to acedia and grad, to grad especially, scolds grad for eating everything -you can tease him and he’ll get flustered immediately and probably explode on the spot tbh, even acedia teased him once in the splash summer story -can’t take care of babies bc he’s too loud -he has very low self-esteem, has called himself “the worst” before and berates himself especially often when he’s regretting having done something -he’s really regretful when his envy takes over and is really mad at himself and tries to avoid his love interest(s) after he does something out of envy because, you combine a bad action with his low self-esteem, and he’ll want you to stay away from him thinking that it’s for the better for you -he’s almost always yelling or screaming bc he’s so excitable!!! -he speaks in a mega-informal way -if you look at him, he almost always has handcuffs somewhere on himself. actually he’s extremely submissive -he just wants to be your friend -he SOUNDS confident but he’s actually not ok. he’s always yelling and screaming and excited and he tries to be assertive but he’s actually real awkward and shy so feel free to pick on him
