My Victeazer hcs!!!

for my silly girls cause they own my heart <33 this sorta turned into a timeline of them getting together oh well

• Rumpleteazer first “unofficially” met Victoria when she and Mungojerrie were stealing a meat loaf from Victoria’s humans home. The most they shared was a glance at each other for a few long moments before Jerrie called for Teazer to get down from the window sill to which Teazer obliged waving Victoria a playful goodbye.

• when Rumpleteazer and Mungojerrie return to the junkyard from Macavity, Victoria has the strange feeling she’s seen them before which leads her to unintentionally befriend the duo. It takes her longer than expected to realize they were the cats that stole her human's dinner months prior.

• Rumpleteazer tends to get messy very easily, so Victoria has a habit of randomly grooming her friend whenever she feels like her coat looks slightly off.

• Victoria loves showing Rumpleteazer her ballet moves, though she is quite hesitant about it at first thinking that Rumpleteazer would find it boring she’s surprised when Rumpleteazer is very engaged with watching Victoria dance. Most times Victoria will be joined by her dance partner Plato for these routines.

• Mungojerrie knew Rumpleteazer liked Victoria before Rumpleteazer knew, he teases her to death about it until Rumpleteazer finally admits it to him.

• Since then Rumple has always tried to grab something for Victoria that she thought the white queen may like. Victoria is usually slightly concerned when Rumpleteazer brings these gifts but she’s thankful nonetheless.

• when Victoria realizes she likes Rumpleteazer she wants to confess to her almost immediately because she doesn’t want to make things awkward between them by trying to hide her feelings.

however, with the other Jellicles, Victoria is far less subtle with her feelings about Rumple. She talks to Mistoffelees all the time about how great she thinks Teazer is.

• In the end Victoria ends up confessing to Teazer while the two were out on a stroll at night, Rumpleteazer basically pounces at Victoria right after for a long and drawn-out hug. She’s over the moon in that moment and Victoria is aswell.

Question any fav ships in cats?

I'm not too big of a shipper in general, but there are a few pairings that I find fun! (+ explanations as to why I like them)

Jennyanydots x Skimbleshanks (I can't help but picture them as the 'aunt and her boyfriend-who's-way-better-than-her-ex-husband' duo; they can't always spend time together given that Skimble is often out of the junkyard and Jenny spends her nights organizing vermin, but the time they do get to share is calm and quiet -- something both of them appreciate a ton, seeing as they both live very hectic and busy lives)

Bombalurina x Demeter (Bombalurina is the only cat that Demeter presently trusts with her heart, and Bomba knows this. Bomba is one of few cats who knows how to pull Demeter from her neurosis, and is the one Demeter trusts to do this the most. Part of the reason why Demeter is able to sing about Macavity at all is because she has Bombalurina by her side, reassuring her with presence alone that things will be fine)

Rum Tum Tugger x Mistoffelees (I like to imagine them in a queerplatonic relationship -- Tugger enjoys the occasional company of multiple casual partners, while Misto has an aversion to romance and gets all of the interpersonal joy he needs out of being able to wow his friends; but at the end of the day, they both share something exclusive and special with one another that both would describe as being a bond beyond friendship)

Victoria x Rumpleteazer (Victoria keeps Rumpleteazer's feet planted on the ground, while Rumpleteazer shows Victoria how to have some fun every once in a while. I imagine that Rumpleteazer is particularly good at speaking in signs, given that she'd need to be quiet yet communicative while sneaking around with Mungojerrie; and as such, she's naturally able to be quite talkative with Victoria, who has picked up a number of Mungo and Rumple's made-up signs as a result of this, while also teaching Rumpleteazer some proper JSL (junkyard sign language) 💪)

Sharing my opinions on various Rum Tum Tugger ships because I have them

Tugger x Bomba: the OGs. Icons. Bi4Bi t4t annoying4annoying together4ever. Love them forever and ever. This too is yuri

Tugger x Misto: LOVE to see it! Don’t like how Some People want them to fit into the most basic boring prepackaged Netflix rom com gay “relationship dynamic”. They’re little freaks. Oh also this too is yuri

Tugger x Alonzo: I just find it kinda boring? Seems like ppl just took two of the “conventionally attractive” (in air quotes bc. They are ppl in cat makeup and spandex) male characters and put them together. No chemistry IMO

Tugger x Plato: I didn’t care for it at first but now I can see the merit (esp in the 1998 movie) . I’m a huge platoria sucker though so I like interpreting it as Plato and Victoria bonding over a massive crush on Tugger (a hc that I’ve heard from others too)

Tugger x Victoria: see above

Tugger x Demeter: I think it has interesting possibilities, story-wise, but they just don’t seem compatible at all. Anxiety personified x king of disasters seems bound to break.

Tugger x Munkustrap: I tend to see them as brothers, but sometimes I see art or smth that I enjoy. IIRC a handful of actors have played into this headcanon or referenced it. Lots of humor potential

Tugger x Grizabella: I don’t hate it but like, I don’t like to ship Grizabella with anyone bc that’s not what her story is about. That being said Tugger would 100% have a may/december romance

Tugger x Skimbleshanks: speaking of may/december, idk where I saw this but it was drawn as a crack ship by someone? And I actually love it I think the idea of these two together is hilarious but also kinda sweet :)

Tugger x Jennyanydots: similar to skimbleshanks in concept, but onstage I always feel like they have more of a familial relationship. Ik in the revival choreo Jenny has that fainting moment so I can see where it comes from

Tugger x Mungojerrie or Rumpleteazer: meh I guess I can see it but like there are so many better options?

Tugger x Etcetera: nope nope nope nope absolutely no.

ALRIGHTY FIRST ONE UP ISSSS: Sister Vanessa

Unlike Sister Sis, Vanessa's more of the energetic and sassy one in the church. She loves roses (As seen where she accessories with them), as well as fashion and messing around with Father gregor (He often disapproves of her). Sis has a HUGE crush on her

Some Facts:

Her HC voice actress is Kathleen Delaney, the voice of Rouge the Bat in Sonic X

A HUGE fanfic writer, she's trying to recreate the bible in her version

She just screams y2k energy, idk XD

Now we have Dylan! One of the first SM OCs I ever had plans for. (His ref sheet's being redesigned, so that's why it's incomplete).

Upbeat and cheerful, this chubby donut-loving cop always tries his best to help others. While he may be clumsy, forgetful, and maybe not the most skilled cop in the police force, he's a good friend who's always trying his best!

As the ref sheet shows, he's Patty's older brother! His :3 face was made to contrast with his sister's owl lip

HC voice actor is Jacob Tobia (Double Trouble from She-Ra)

Developed "Cat-Like quirks" after the ritual occurred. Such as hissing/meowing as a vocal stim, having seafood cravings, being lazy like a cat, hating the rain, etc

Rather dramatic sometimes, they love watching musicals XD (They're actually inspired by Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer from the Cats Musical!)

For Dylan, I of course first think of August! Where there’s a cop there’s an August! They probably love hanging around him, cause he’s nicer and easier to yap to than John (and even Jack some times).

And the Cat burglar, I’m throwing Tori! She probably LOVES watching them and narrating their acts. She prob annoys the shit out of them- she floats behind them while they steal something. They swat at her but she disappears like the Cheshire Cat and laughs.

15. Munkujerrie!!! I thought of it during work today, (when I was *actually* supposed to be doing my job), and it hasn’t left my head since then…I fluctuate on ships like the needle on a ghost meter, but ughhhh the potential……plus it would also be really really funny. Barbie x Ken activities. Also the way the colors work together?????? Like aughhh the more I think about it the more it drives me insane. While it’s not my Munkustrap specific ship, I’ve only known of Munkujerrie for a day and a half, but if anything happened to them, I’d throw a temper tantrum.

25, OKAY SO: I actually saw Cats live when I was in middle school and I LITERALLY REMEMBER ALMOST NONE OF IT MAKES ME SO MAD. WTF. The first thing that I remembered is durning the Addressing of Cats I kept whispering at Tugger telling him to ‘go stand next to his boyfriend’ (literally knew nothing about the musical at the time. How did I do that (I was talking about Misto btw)). THE SECOND THING I REMEMBERED is that Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer’s song was my favorite in the entire show. It’s the only one I looked up when I got home. They were my absolute favorite for an entire week I was rly like ‘these silly thieving motherfuckers I love them so so much.’ Mungojerrie and his stupid crop top <333 their double cartwheel was the coolest thing I’d literally ever seen. 10/10 no notes.
