The Fear's Blood [Pt. 1]

Pairing: Kaine Parker x Marlette Saravia [Canon x OC]

Characters: Kaine Parker, Marlette Saravia, Ben Reilly, Aracely Penalba, Miguel O'hara & [???]

Summary: The fear arrived to its destiny, the options for avoid it were tangled just like rose stems, amd red like the bright blood itself.

Warnings: Swearing, Blood, Drama, Angst, Marlette's final canon event revealed, Violence and Horror

Pain. The word where everyone feels at least few times in the life, that's normal. Even the life can be painful itself.

Pain physically, pain emotionally, many kinds of pains in every livings. But hopefully the comfort could come one day.

Back again, Marlette would be asleep on the bed, she took a deep dream, she was very tired, it was obviously reasonable, her brain was like didn't sleep in a long time. Kaine understood that, he passed painful downs aswell, he was watching her, brushing her hair with his fingers gently. While she was just being in her ocean of dreams, feeling how the peace was spreading in her mind.

Aracely felt the energy of the woman more calm, which made her sigh a bit of relief. She had her hands inside her pockets from her green sweater and walked around the place, trying to find a way where Marlette could at least few days take a break from all the intense events. But, she felt aswell somehow a little worried.

God when this storm ends?

Is already tiring how this was going into more intense feelings, nightmares, and anything else. Benjamin Reilly would aswell trying his best for guard and help her, the job all alone wouldn't for Kaine only.

But unfortunately her multiuniversal watch was destroyed, which could bring a problem for her. For now she didn't glitch often so at least is a little piece of good thing. When Marlette woke up, she yawned and stretched her muscular arms. Kaine softly smiled lightly when he saw her waking up.

"Morning."

That word from Kaine sounded soft, like displaying a hint of love indeed. His girlfriend looked at him with tired eyes but, she was okay, she got her well deserved resting.

"Morning."

She answered, nuzzling Kaine's cheek who sighed and nuzzled back.

"Everything is okay now?"

"I think so yeah... God but, i took a well rest, how much i slept?'

"Uhh, Most likely some few big hours."

Her eyes widened as she heard the answer, well, made sense because she literally didn't rest like that well and long. Kaine shrugged.

Oh, seemed like Marlette's mood softened a lot, it helped her so much which it was a excellent signal. The clone blushed a bit as she heard those flirty words, looking away a bit shyly as he recieved that comment.

Then after the more flirty words, she glitched for few seconds, feeling a bit of pain and hiss.

She reacted the pain of it, Kaine got up as he quickly remembered that her watch was destroyed during the panic event she experimented. He thought about a solution but was just... Complicated, and he won't start now stress himself and her when she literally started to feel a bit better. But suddenly as he thought about his younger clone sibling Ben, who has still the watch, he could help with it but he decided to give a small rest before act.

"It's okay, don't worry, actually you didn't glitch often so that's a good signal."

He half-whispered, looking at her directly at the eyes, his brown eyes staring at the blues of hers. While she nodded slightly, trying to stay calm all possible.

Miguel yelled, he was close to have wish for kill someone just by the rage, Marlette growled, always prepared in case these can end in a fight. He took a sigh for then answer in a serious tone.

"What a great responsible spider you are, Marlette. I called you not one time, NOT TWICE, OR MORE LIKE ALL THE TIME AND NOTHING!"

"MY UNIVERSE IS ASWELL GOOD WITHOUT ME THERE! AND HOW I CAN COME BACK IF MY WATCH IS DESTROYED!"

Oh no, the peace broke even again, the two big futuristic arachnids showing rage.

"You are not done Marlette... And at this point. I am not the one who decide the things happen, is the good for the fucking multiverse!"

"Multiverse!? Don't even now play like the hero in this, because YOU! The fact i am here, i am not ruining any event, not like YOU DID FOR YOUR "CHILD", AND DON'T EVEN TELL EXCUSE THAT WAS A MISTAKE-"

Miguel enough, took her by the neck and pinned her against the container's surface. Marlette placed her claws on his chest, she wouldn't let herself be defeated by a slight taller man.

Marlette's eyes widened as she heard the femenine pronoun, oh no. That's not good, she quickly kicked the stomach and then tried to escape, but Miguel shot his red lazer webs at her, trapping her succesfully as she was very close nearly to escape.

"Ay señorita... Really, i wish i've could help you, but you rejected it in the most stupidest and shittier way, like spitting at my face. It was such a mistake give my trust to you."

The tone from this woman's voice was into a yelling, baring her teeth as she struggled to get free.

A male voice appeared from behind Miguel, since he didn't have spider-sense he turned and there he was. Kaine Parker, being as Scarlet Spider-Man.

Miguel growled back, the rivality between them just came back after a while, Marlette struggled more but then suddenly Miguel did a quick movement, taking her and opening a portal. The clone reacted quickly and began to run.

"DON'T EVEN DARE!"

He jumped but Miguel quickly sent Marlette in the portal and closed it, but still he landed on him and both of the big spiders began to fight.

Marlette as she arrived back to her own universe, the bright red lazer webs glitched and turned off, realising her but as she tried to come back, the portal closed. She then fell on knees.

"No... NO! NOOO!"

She yelled, hitting the floor for then claw it, leaving a mark, her mask disappeared, the pupils small mixed in rage... But at the same time.

Fear.

Ben Reilly, had to come back to the society for think about try fix the things. He wanted his brother's life be better, aswell his new friend, the change suddenly he had from a dramatic, to now a brave person, just the thing that kept is the loyalty, like he had with Miguel before but now to his true family. He thought about check on Miguel's lab, but he needed be careful anyway.

He went there, carefully crawling on the walls, the zone was kind of dark, only the orange screens, which suddenly, they were fixed now thanks by the avanced technology, took some time but there it was. Ben widened his big mask eye-lenses as he saw those, bingo! He could find some information, for understand what's going on.

Looking around and making sure someone else wasn't coming, Ben using now his intelligence made a wall of webs from his shooters on the entry, then he went to the screens, at the start he struggled due the avanced it was, he tried search but too hard for his brain.

"Urgh c'mon!"

He tried again, and again but didn't find because oh lord too many codes, archives, etc. Taking a deep sigh he felt stressed.

"Damn it why we never get answers!!?"

He then would accidentally hit the screen, he gasped in fear until he found it! The archives of the canon events for Marlette, he quickly went to search what those needed to be completed.

Ben's eyes opened a lot, the pupils, all widened, he felt a knot in his throat after discover this.

He needed do something, he needed to help. But if he does it, he could ruin it! God damn it this is so intense, but there's two options in his mind. Risk his life and possibly end in a chaos, or just, be no part of it but then probably see a brother in pain, and still work on Miguel with the "selfish" job in the multiverse.

And he chose the option, without say any word, he quickly left, he knew this might end very bad, but this what he wanted be. A real Hero, risk his life for this.

For the other hand, Kaine and Miguel during most likely their second fight. Their claws combating against each other's, the stings from the wrists being used like small swords blocking the attacks from the fierce enemy, both eyes, red like the blood, the reflection of the rage.

"You need understand she doesn't belong from this! She is not yours and this wouldn't be possible!"

"Impossible!? Are you the ruler of all this shit!? The multeverse and all lives decides each others and the life itself you fucking monster!"

Kaine used his organic webs for make Miguel fall, wrapping around the ankles and pull him but a fast movement the big spider clawed the resistant material, which for pay back he would grab them, pulling Kaine now this time and take the opportunity. Getting up with a jump, took Miguel's wrist, but he felt the claws from him slash against his torso skin, he grunted but Kaine quickly would stab against the side part of the muscled torso.

"Let her finish her damn events!"

"Really!? M-more events for tourture her!? That's enough she lived a ton of a hell in her life and you are just staying there doing nothing!?"

The intense tension between them grew even more, both starting to bleed from their fresh wounds and fighting, their minds just focused on this violence. They couldn't hold it anymore, injured Kaine, not caring and paying the attention from the pain would run for tackle Miguel who fell in backwards but would attack back, both began to roll while sounds of growls and grunts.

The men fell off from the container, both recieving injuries, bruises and more, Kaine was enough not because mainly somehow torturing Marlette and never leaving him and her alone, is because he wanted just have a less chaotic life with his sibling, or well at least that and due the empathy with Marlette, he felt like nobody else should have a painful life like he had.

Meanwhile, Marlette stood up and she looked around, glancing at the moon from the dark night, all white, shiny with the full circle form. The moment is arrived. She determined wanted try avoid this by her own, so she quickly activated her mask and left running, hiding herself in the dark areas from the city.

The clouds became dark grayish, as the breeze became colder, small drops of water from the coming rain would appear, the ambience itself prepared to this. But didn't stop her, she knew what to do.

And she won't let herself by this. Marlette arrived to a church, and wasn't a simple church. It was one of the most importants churchs from the city. This was curious due the heavy technology life style in this world, but unfortunately the religion became forgotten, sure there can people believe of any of them but just not as usual it was.

The place named, Ecclesia Divinae Spei.

Unlike english zones, this one had a latin title. But by the moment it was closed by many years ago, why it was important? Due being a historic part, and being the first latin church who had the firsts avanced technologies, and the discussion between the technology science against the religion and other ideology wars.

She was on the top of it, the rain became stronger and bigger drops aswell the breeze being slightly intense, she desactivated a bit her suit on her chest for reveal her wearing necklace, the blue holografic rose, beinging the nostalgia and the some comfort.

"What are you doing here..."

She hid the fear into now a fierce mode, standing up and looking at her, her face frowning into angry and displaying bravery, her chest inflated and her hands with her claws ready.

"Best friends used to see each other, or... I am wrong?"

Finally the woman revealed herself... But not a woman as many think...

White cyber armor, stained with blood, with neon reddish pink salmon tone with the intenses glowing eyes, the helmet with them had an appearance basing directly of a mantis.

But this mantis, was the terror herself.

Named, the White Dreader.

"You changed a lot since from the last time... Weird, i thought you was still being the maybe shy but also the curious and happy girl. But i am wrong as i see."

"Just tell me what do you want."

Marlette spat, baring her teeth while her eyes stared at the elegant but dangerous armor aspect, specially the blood on it.

"Take a look on you, it' been years, my friend, or does the time..."

The helmet mask automatically would slowly reveal herself.

"Forgot totally about me?"

The woman with an unusual white hair, eyebrows even eyelashes, with a soft pale skin, could sound pretty until the psychopath glare with her red bloody thirsty eyes shows up.

Ayla Everhart, a person who had a uncommon condition named Albinism, causing her have that appearance. First and best friend of Marlette, met in very young ages as she started the highschool.

Became now, a unknown monster. And the huge mystery was, Ayla was a sweet person, althought more shy than young Marlette was but their friendship was just the enough strong, helping each other since she moved from Venezuela to United States, but this disappeared somehow after the explosion accident where she got the tarantula bite and the origins of the heroine herself.

"A best friend exactly... Never LEAVES THE OTHER ONE ALONE DURING A WHOLE PAIN!"

After the yell another thunder arrived, Marlette growled and positioned herself on fours while crouching down.

"We both lived pains but we can fix this."

"Fix this? Don't make those jokes infront of me darling."

Ayla giggled for then give that, psycho staring.

"We can fix this in our own ways..."

"Ayla, please i won't hurt you seriously."

Marlette displayed worry and caring but seemed like that wouldn't work on Ayla.

"LET'S FIX THIS ALREADY THEN!"

The mask from the albino lady would activate and let out a roar, from the armor a pair of two wings with holografic lights and pair of sabers from her forearms, glowing intensively. While Marlette raised up her shoulder spikes and glowed intense aswell, but she was scared so instead fight, she would just run away and swing. Ayla growled by the helmet and then she chased flying.

"Oh don't run away from me!! You said we could fix this! OR ARE YOU NOT GOING TO HELP ME AND THROW ME AWAY LIKE A TRASH!?"

The yell tones sounded angrier during the chase.

"I Rather run away than hurt you! Or you know what!? Let's do it now then!"

She turned around while swinging for then kick Ayla's stomach, but Ayla with his clawed hands took her leg for then throw her against a building. Marlette almost fell down on the hard concrete but by her abilities she would shoot her webs, making a wall of it for distract the enemy and quickly swing around and go back to the church, kicking the locked door there.

Geez seemed like that door was too old aswell the block there, but anyways, after that she felt suddenly quickly a bit tired, she quickly climbed on the walls and stayed in a dark corner there with her breath a bit shaky. What's wrong? Her stamina was longer and stronger but... Why now get tired quickly?

She felt something uncomfortable in her belly, like a tight pression there, she looked at it, confused.

"W-what's wrong...?"

She asked to herself at that strange feeling, No Marlette, focus on this, she needed to think an strategy for avoid this chaos. What she could do now?

She gasped quietly as an idea came from her mind.

Tie and trap her with her webs near in the electric center from the city, so using her electricity abilitie during the storm could alter the armor's system, desactivate and have Ayla vulnerable for help her, smart idea. But she needed take some stamina for do it because could be a bad idea do it while tired and weird.

She heard steps from the inside church hallway, she positioned herself and watched being alert. But it wasn't Ayla, it was someone else. A man of late of 70's arrived walking, he looked up at the stained glasses, for then notice the blue glows from Marlette, a small smirk came from his lips.

"Oh, great daughter Night-Glow, pleasure and long time no see you."

The man greeted, it was the father of the church, but how's possible? The place was closed a long time ago! Well this man was the third father, the church closed over around 40 years ago, so although the religion there was not used anymore, he and a small group of believers could still come, he had the rights since he was grandson of the creator of the place with very few believers coming with special permissions, which are not possible to get them now.

"Hm? Wait, are you the father from this?"

The voice from the spider-woman made her jump and walk to the man, the father smiled more and looked at her eyes.

"That's correct. Saw the door unlocked there so i wanted make sure what happened."

Strange, the man's behavior at this was so calm.

"I... I thought so."

"Why are you here? Shouldn't you be saving the innocents? Well i didn't see you some days ago so."

"Look i... I am doing it but... But..."

She heavily sighed and looked down, her shoulder spikes bending down.

"I don't know father but... I am afraid... I'm scared..."

"I am sure you don't believe on God, or the religion in general but, the hope is always part of us. And will be always with us. Face towards the fears, values and believing in yourself could avoid the end, God being with you will help you with his blessed divinity."

The words from the father made her think. She took a sigh and raised up her head silently determined.

"Father, i... Thanks."

"You are a person with a pure heart. You have an angel with you, you saved a ton of lives, and that makes you a great person, people like you, wouldn't end just like whatever situation you are."

The father placed his hand on her shoulder whick spikes fully bended down.

"You are a legend. And legends never die."

The eyes from the mask of Marlette stared at the father, listening the wise words.

Another loud storm sounded, as the same time Ayla came flying breaking the glasses while roaring.

"I got you now! Is that fun play hide and seek, JUST RUNNING AWAY FROM ME!?"

"EVEN WHAT!? OH YEAH!"

Ayla took the father, while the helmet opening a functional mouth like the mantis, the man screamed in pure fear while Marlette fast as she could he took him and pulled him but Ayla quickly used another whip, now using two grabbing the man, both women pulling the poor innocent who screamed now in pain, Marlette for fix this although risky she would use her electricity, the glow from her suit became brighter as her bioelectricity appeared for attack Ayla but could damage the father but, better injured than dead.

Scream of agony and extreme pain came until it turned into drowing in blood, with sounds of robotic bites, flesh and skull bone cracking, with another few bites, the jaws taking the neck, ripping off the throat organs while the claws and extra small limbs from her torso and hips stabbed the poor innocent person. Another bite, taking out an eyeball and eating. The blood splashed on the floor aswell on the mantis face from the helmet of this horrorific monster. For after eat the body's face, the glow became redder along with the crimson liquid for then let out a laugh that will never leave her memories alone.

Marlette as she saw that she froze totally in fear as she saw the bloody scene infront her shocked eyes, she couldn't now move by the natural paralysis of the terror.

"But if she chooses Diavolo, I want you to know that you'll have to let her go, just as I did."

"Altaira..." He stood there, indecisive of his next move for the first time in a long time. This moment held such a weight to it, it felt burdened upon his shoulders to have to bear it.

"You're leaving, aren't you?" She asked quietly. Pulling away from Lucifer, she started to try and hobble toward Miguel. He quickly strode toward her, holding her up against him as he peered down at her.

"Yeah," he murmured to her, his brows pinched and mouth pressed into a thinner line.

"I... I don't want you to go," she confessed tearfully. Lucifer left her side then to usher everyone out, leaving those two to talk.

"I know but... I can't accidentally destroy your realm too. I don't want to erase your life. That would be worse than leaving you to have a full one here," he replied solemnly. "And I think there's someone here who wants to love you and take care of you too."

"But... what about us? What about what I want?" She smacked his chest, feeling angry and sad all at once. "I think I finally figured out I love you and you're leaving." More tears poured over her cheeks, and he sighed while wiping them away with his covered thumbs.

"I don't think there's another way, bombón," he murmured to her, kissing her forehead. "If I take you with me, there's no telling what will happen to you or this place. Could you live knowing all these people disappeared?"

She shook her head. "I can't lose you, Miguel, it's not fair–"

"I think I may be of help," Barbatos interjected. Both turned to see him standing just a few steps ahead of his master.

"How?" The two asked in unison.

Diavolo approached, taking her into his arms next, much to Miguel's disgruntlement.

"Do you love him? Truly?" Diavolo asked, looking at her closely, tucking her hair behind an ear. She nodded.

"I do," she replied. "I... I do love you, too, Diavolo, it's just–"

He held a finger up to her lips with a smile to stop her. "Then that's all I need to hear."

"I explained that my presence alone maintains the balance of this universe. I can keep it from collapsing if you were to remove her from it and take her with you," Barbatos explained.

"Are you sure? How's that possible?" Miguel questioned him further, never having heard of such a power.

"I am the Demon of Time, Space, and Multiuniversal Maintenance. This is what I do," Barbatos answered.

"How would you keep it from collapsing if she's not here to continue the canon?" Miguel asked.

"I can rewrite the canon," the butler answered. Altaira's and Miguel's brows went up, and they looked back at each other. Diavolo handed her back to him.

"Do you want to come with me, amorcito?" Miguel asked, looking down at her with a softened expression.

"I..."

Diavolo touched her shoulder, causing her to look up at him. "We'll be okay. You are always welcome to come back to us. We'll take you with open arms," he consoled her. She quickly grabbed him and hugged him tightly. He hugged her back, kissing the top of her head. "Now go, and be great. Make us proud, lamb."

She nodded and stepped back into Miguel's arms. He gently picked her up bridal style, and she wrapped her arms around his neck. They turned to find the seven brothers waiting next.

"You really leaving us?" Mammon asked quietly, hands on his hips.

"I'll miss you too, Mammon," she replied with a smile, and then looking to everyone else, she added, "I'll miss all of you. But I think it's time for me to move on... to a new adventure."

Lucifer approached and petted her head. "You were always destined for greatness. Make good on the Morningstar name. We'll be looking forward to any future visits you make." His crimson eyes shined for the first time in a long time, and he leaned in to kiss her temple.

The rest came up to give their goodbyes as well. When they were all finished, all nine demons stood aside to watch her go.

"Thank you guys for everything. I love all of you," she stated one more time. Miguel held her tighter.

"Thank you all for everything," Miguel said. "I'll take good care of her, I promise."

"You goddamn better," Mammon barked. Lucifer smacked him. Altaira and Miguel chuckled as the man began to walk backward into the portal to let her watch her friends and family. Her eyes locked on Diavolo last, and she saw a singular tear roll over his cheek as he waved her off, and then nothing as the portal closed in front of her.

The demons stood around, staring at the spot where their beloved human had last been. Satan looked around first.

"Oh shit, it's a mess in here," the fourth born observed. This broke everyone's trains of thought.

"Indeed, and we all will be spending the rest of the afternoon cleaning it," Barbatos replied, grabbing Mammon's and Levi's shirt collars as they tried to escape.

Miguel turned and faced a group of spiderpeople standing around in his lab. There were looks of shock and surprise across everyone's faces.

"Miguel! You're back!" Peter B. Parker screamed out. He sauntered up to Miguel and finally looked at the woman he held in his arms. "Aaaaand you! You're... uh, Miguel, who's this?"

"Miguel, you're gone for a month, and you come back with a girl in your arms?" Hobie remarked, glancing from his corner he perched himself at. " 'Atta lad. Guess we know what you were up to, eh?"

"Everyone," Miguel cleared his throat. Gwen and Jess waltzed up to the scene, looking just as confused. "This is Altaira Osiris."

Altaira smiled and waved shyly.

"Uh, is she, a, uh... Spider-Woman?" Jess asked, looking the newcomer over.

"Technically, no," Miguel answered. "This is my girlfriend." Altaira side-eyed him, not having discussed official titles, but it wasn't like she'd argue with the statement.

"Whoa, whoa, did I just hear Miguel O'Hara has a girlfriend?! That's so exciting!" Peter B. shouted, shaking Miguel's shoulders. Miguel huffed and shrugged him off, holding Altaira tighter. The platform with all of his multidimensional screens started to descend, and Miguel walked up to it.

"I'm confused. You left unexpectedly and came back with a girlfriend?" Gwen asked next. Miguel sighed and stepped up to the platform, setting Altaira on a stool.

"Don't you all have missions to do?" He growled, punching in numbers into one of his screens.

"Aaaaand he's back. Welcome to Nueva York, Altaira," Jess called out, walking away with a wave. Gwen followed her.

Miguel rolled his eyes and handed a watch to Altaira, the same as his. "Here, put this on. It'll help with adjusting to existing in this dimension." She did as asked and looked it over. He raised the platform back up and began to look for something to wrap her ankle with.

"It's kinda ugly," she mumbled. Miguel cranked his head to the side hard to look at her.

"I thought it was ugly while you worked on it," she replied with a wicked smile. "You could have made mine pink or black." His eyes narrowed, and he dismissed the mask of his suit.

"Seriously? You're here less than five minutes, and you're calling my tech ugly? Pequeña mocosa," he said, a little snippy at her.

[Little brat]

"Do I need to send you back to your little demons?"

She then stood and faltered a little bit. He instantly caught her and sighed. "You'd miss me too much," she purred. He realized he played right into her little plan. Sitting her on the edge of a counter, he stood between her legs.

"You're right. So I should punish you here and now is what I'm thinking, bombón," he murmured in a sexy low tone.

"Hey, uh... Should Hobie and I leave?" Peter B. called out to Miguel.

"Unless you want to stay for the show, I'd suggest doing so," Miguel answered quietly, turning his head slightly.

"I wouldn't mind–" Hobie snickered.

"Get out!"

"Jesus, man, bloody alright, we're goin'," Hobie replied with an eyeroll, walking out of the lab with Peter.

"So... about that punishment," Altaira murmured, drawing her fingers up Miguel's thigh. He shuddered and gripped her wrists.

"Just so you know, I'm not shy," he replied darkly.

"And?"

"I'll fuck you in front of those two if I have to," he answered with a chuckle.

Her eyes went wide, and she started to lean back, "Oh, uh..."

He kissed her forehead and fanned his hot breath on her nose. "Not so bold now, are we amorcito?"

"Okay, listen, I know no one wants to do the position, so I nominate myself to take charge of the accounting–"

"NO."

"Man, tch," Mammon huffed, folding his arms. It was the first Student Council meeting of the new academic year, and all nine demons were assigning roles again.

Lucifer sighed. "This was easier when Altaira was here–"

"You rang?" All nine demons heard a voice from above, and then a blue tear opened in the middle of the room followed by pink hexagons. Through it, Altaira sauntered through in a black catsuit with rose gold striping, unmasked.

"Altaira!"

All of them left their seats to greet her, the younger brothers reaching her first. They crowded around her, all talking at once. She laughed and hushed them.

"Guys, guys, one at a time," she replied with a smile. They calmed down and shared their most important stories with her, and Diavolo called to dismiss their meeting since it was going to be derailed by this visitation. Slowly, the room emptied out and it was just her and Diavolo.

"Hey," she said with a smile, opening her arms. He picked her up and swung her around, both of them laughing as he put her down.

"You're lighter," he murmured. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I guess crime fighting and keeping the multiverse in check can make you lose a little weight," she said bashfully. "I promise, I'm eating."

"How are you and Miguel?" He asked next, gathering her into his embrace, breathing in the smell of her hair, just as he remembered.

She held up a hand, the glove disappearing to show the wedding ring on it. Diavolo turned his head to look at it.

"Oh!" He said softly in surprise. His gaze flickered back to hers. "Are you happy?"

She nodded. "I am... I do miss you," she added.

His heart felt full to hear those words. "I miss you, lamb. Come, tell me about you being a hero for a little bit. Surely, he can spare you for a few more minutes."

A blue and red tear opened in the middle of the room then. "Ten minutes," Miguel's voice called out to answer.

Both chuckled as the tear disappeared. The two sat at the prince's desk to catch up, as old friends. But that never stopped the prince from admiring her, appreciating her beauty again as she told him some stories about her new life. He watched her with his undivided attention, but simultaneously, he was remembering her face, her voice, the way she moved, her smell. As usual, five minutes turned to ten, and ten turned into an hour, and so on.

But it wasn't like Miguel didn't know. He could see through his multiverse feed the two of them talking, trading stories. It was so apparently obvious the way Diavolo studied her, his gaze drifting to take in all that she was. Miguel could so clearly see the love the prince held for her, but he knew better. He knew she was his.

Altaira was someone Diavolo could simply never forget. And she'd be his only one for the rest of his days, too.

#Review: Everything Everywhere All at Once

Film yang membingungkan, terutama bagi yang belum pernah nonton film bergenre scifi sekelas film-film superheronya marvel pasti bakalan semakin bingung dan tidak paham karena film ini mengambil tema tentang multiuniverse secara keseluruhan dengan alur yang maju-mundur.

Filmnya bagus buatku yang suka film komedi karena ini emang beneran lucu banget, apalagi pas tau kalo yang main Michelle Yeoh (berperan sbg Evelyn), aktris legend mandarin terfavorite gw selain Karen Mok, oc 🤗

Aku menilai film ini lebih ke arah menyuarakan gerakan LGBTQ, cuma dikemas dengan cukup rumit karena Joy (anak perempuan Evelyn) memiliki masalah yang tidak diutarakan dengan baik, jadi sampai film berakhir aku juga tidak tau problem apa yang sedang dihadapi Joy ini (atau aku emang yang gak peka?? 🧐) Evelyn kira Joy berubah jadi Jobu Tupaki (versi jahat dari Joy di universe lain) karena percintaannya dengan Becky yang tidak direstui oleh kakeknya (Gong Gong). Padahal, keluarganya biasa aja dan tidak ada yang mempermasalahkan itu. Joy yang sudah kelewat batas kewajaran melewati budaya ketimuran karena lifestyle yang bebas juga tidak dipermasalahkan oleh orangtuanya. Itu yang membuatku bingung buat menulis review film ini daripada film-film lainnya yang sudah pernah aku tulis di laman IG. What’s wroooong with ya gal?

So, Evelyn pun sampai akhir juga tidak paham dengan apa yang diinginkan putrinya ini, cuma Evelyn memutuskan berubah jadi pribadi yang menyenangkan dan lebih santuy ke suaminya yang selama ini dianggap weak karena disitulah kunci Joy akhirnya mau kembali pulang dan tidak tersedot masuk ke dalam blackhole dan semua masalahnya tentang skandal perpajakan sudah terselesaikan.

Point yang menarik dari film ini adalah tentang lika-liku Evelyn dengan berbagai macam versi dirinya di multiverse yang tentu saja Michelle bisa memerankan itu semua dengan sangat baik dan kocak. Jadi master kungfu, batu, pinata, manusia bertangan sosis, koki, penyanyi, dan juga aktris terkenal.

Ya harus nonton bagi yang belum qiqiqi karena emang beneran bagus sesuai dengan ratingnya lah yaww

General McNamara’s daughter, very normal. Nothing to see here, very normal. Definitely not a ghost. Normal. Normal child who was born normally and not a ghost of a sort of failed cloning attempt of a father. Have you considered wearing a watch? Wear a watch. She’s so normal about the passage of time and grieving for her father normally. She takes over PIEP after his multiuniversal death in Black Friday and is being normal and grown up about it. A 15 year old in the Military is normal and it is normal for her to be running a military base all by herself and she definitely has not made a deal with a weird goat god to go back in time and see her father she’s just busy for unspecified reasons.

lydia takahashi is an oc that i originally made in mha but as i expanded her story and fully fleshed out her massive family i knew she was definitly not an mha charector. lydia is originally from her own center dimension. a series im currently working on and will keep working on for the foreseeable future with a vast amount of charectors [about 60 or so rn-]

anyway- basically lydia is tied to the multiverse due to something that happened to the lydia i first came up with for mha. she was stolen from her family and its universe after an incident in the home. the people who took her to mha to be adopted by the bakougos are still unknown. i wont spoil that part for u :).

ever since that incident - lydias have been popping up all over the massive multiverse. in movies and TV shows- in AU's for them as well. the most important versions of her go by nicknames due to a...future crossover even but i dont wanna spoil that.

the ones with special names are :

Dutchess = x-men

prime lydia = a world where she was never stolen

red card = mcu

OG = mha lydia [the first one i made]

lyds = mcu but specifically she appeared out of no where. 14 years old from the second she was made- she works in the multiverse with Dr.strange. kinda like how Dr.who has his companions

everytime a new lydia is made - that world resets to its beginning but adds lydia. she can influence the plot from there whether she knows it or not.

the way they are made is basically whenever i want lydia in a series or movie i like- i make it. theres no other way for them to be created.

most lydias have an ability similar to OG'S which has to do with creating lava from her body as well as her having multiple powered up forms. but this isnt always the case. some have no powers and some have different powers.

personality may differ as well as design. but she is always a japanese-irish woman with darker skin , black hair and green eyes standing at about 5'2 at most [its genetics the height part- her brother , sister and father are all under 5'5] and she always has megumi takahashi and flynn takahashi as her parents. [also my oc's of course. btw- anyone who marries a takahashi takes on their name.]

other things that are the same or at least similar are : lydias favorite color is red , shes pansexual and she has issues expressing her emotions in a healthy way and often ignores her own mental health. AND most important of all ...shes never a hero. shes not evil. she just hates being called a hero. she may do good for people but at her core she will not accept the "hero" label. she prefers not being labeled. shes on no ones side and her morals change to best suit any situation shes in.

The Coming Menace

Pairing: Kaine Parker x Marlette Saravia [Canon x OC]

Summary: Each time, each second, each minute, each hour, each day... Just the concept of real danger in a person's steps will come closer. And seems like, is not alone...

Annnd, here she goes. After what the leader called for her, made her somehow be a bit more active being in her own universe. Sure, she kinda hates stay there, was the military system the reason? It could sound, but actually is not, does she know? Of course she does but seems like reveal it by herself could be so triggering for her.

Poor Marlette... Not so easy be in a futuristic world filled with dangers, "working" aswell in sone other universes, possibly could cause an overwhelmed feeling. But, not is all black color, she has her partner, not only for just give kisses, just having a company who deeply cares of her and tries the best for help would be enough for her, after years of hell she felt.

Sometimes, when she doesn't visit Kaine in few days, he wonders what happened to her, if she is okay at least, fortunately slowly he got some little more of bonding with Ben, he doesn't show him so much but he also worries for his brother. But by obvious reason by the discussion they had, they didn't really touch the theme about Miguel, which Reilly kept working there in the spider society, but now being more careful, less often and giving excuses just in case he wonders.

Usually, when Marlette didn't come in few days, he would ask the favor of his younger sibling check on her, Kaine is not an idiot after all if he could commit a tragic, dude's life was been a tragic and is enough for him.

Or aswell for others.

Anyways. Ben Reilly would be coming walking from a portal, directly at Marlette's universe. Looking around with his masked face with those big white eye lenses, still surprised but a bit confused how to locate her. But he remembered something common from her, dark places. That's it. He would shoot his white webbing and went swinging off, being sneaky for not be caught by the police or other things, or be seen in general by obvious reasons. He looked into dark zones from the city but it was difficult because many lights.

"Urgh c'mon don't tell me she left here..."

He murmured to himself, then he stopped for catch some breath, sighing he looked down.

"Sometimes indeed seems like Multiuniversal love is harder than love in distance..."

"Or more like just a simply life's challenge."

Ben quickly jumped back when he heard that female voice, landing on fours like a scared cat in surprise, but when he turned, he saw a dark figure with the glowing blue things... Is her! He sighed in relief when he saw her.

"Oh Marlette! Dang it you almost give me a heart attack!"

Ben made a small dramatic pose, but just for joke a little, Marlette unmasked herself by the hologram with a serious face.

"Why are you here? Miguel, right?"

"What? No no! No that uh... Seems like your red lovebird asked me the favor for check in you, because you didn't come lately these days there."

He shook his head along with his both hands in negative, Marlette felt a tiny wave of relief about that.

"I'll come soon, but why he cannot come here too?"

"Well... If i am not wrong, maybe just avoid issues with Miguel, look i don't have a problem with your relationship with Kaine but... Guess by this gives you more limits. I mean sure if you can't bring him that's... Fine, i can bring him here too if you like."

He explained, while Marlette began to be slowly pensative. If Ben could bring Kaine, at the start wouldn't be a problem, but if he does it often, that could be risky.

"I can assume you can bring him here but just for few times, not often."

"But... Can i know why you hide this? I mean i feel Miguel can be angry but... Is there a deeper reason why avoid this from him?"

Ben asked, he tried to sound gentle but at the same time the curiosity grew in him. Marlette took some seconds of silence.

". . . By just a deal thing. Not just by Kaine being banned for it, is also i won't somehow "disappoint" him and he cancels the deal we had. Plus, how also could visit Kaine and maybe you without the device? My universe still for now doesn't have that system for multiuniversal traveling."

Marlette quietly sighed after she explained the other reason.

But not explaining the true part of it.

"Damn it, But, it's okay can i know what's the deal you made?"

"Him help me something that's not... So interesting you might hear."

Ben raised an eyebrow, wondering why she wasn't giving clear answers for his question.

"Ookay... That's uh, reasonable i guess...? In any case, just throw me a call in case you need anything. Do you want me tell to Kaine something?"

"Erm yeah. Tell him about how is he, and... Erm, kinda miss him."

She lowered her head, sounding a bit awkward as she slightly displayed her "soft" side. Ben smiled a bit, but yes somehow he felt the struggling emotions from her, which probably could be his next mission.

Help her to open her emotions. Or who knows.

"Sure. Also take a rest there big lady, you seem tired after all."

"Eh no, i am fine thanks-"

She was interrupted when Ben gave her a hug, she stayed still, confused.

Ben somewhat innocently though a hug could help her a little, which, Marlette slowly hugged him back and looked away with a grumpy mixed with awkward.

"I... I know this won't work, but i've heard that Hugs can heal your soul so..."

He looked up at her with those adorable brown eyes. Marlette rolled her blue eyes a lil annoyed. And after three seconds she softly pushed Ben away.

"Yeah yeah whatever. See you soon, Araña Escarlata." [Scarlet Spider]

She would mask herself again with the hologram and then left with a high jump, Ben blinked a pair of times and tlited his head.

"Did she told my name in Miguel's language?"

Ah... How silly this blonde dude could be. He had his dramatic era, but the time is slowly helping him, there is always hope. But anyways.

In Earth-616, Kaine was being stressed, which Aracely had to go to another place because since she can feel him strongly, she needed a break aswell because Kaine can be intense sometimes. He was there, watching the city being Scarlet Spider-Man but unmasked in a high distance of a building.

It's been a week Marlette didn't come, or have sent any simple message with Ben, just nothing. Where's her? He wondered, the first days he tolerated but now a whole week would be very worrying. Kaine is not that classic clingy partner but yes always caring of his big love. When he was about to put his mask and just distract his mind doing his duty, Ben appeared swinging with a high jump, with almost clumsy land.

"Did you find her?"

He slightly quickly asked, hiding his best the worry from his heart and mind.

"No Kaine... Didn't go to her universe. So maybe she is still there, maybe she is busy?"

"Busy for a fucking long time wouldn't be busy then."

"I mean... Uh, seems like you are being clingy with her."

"Me? Clingy? Shut the fuck up, worried is not the same thing with clingy."

Geez, Kaine Parker was being so stressed, well a wave of worries and questions if she was okay could be reasonable. Ben sighed and rolled his eyes, then he used his wrist device and opened a portal to her universe, the both siblings entered together.

After arrive there, Kaine looked around the city and even sky. This time again night, but higher chance to find her since she was more nocturnal. Ben aswell looked around for search her, they looked at each other, giving a nod and putting their masks on, shooting their webs they went swinging off. Clone brothers teamwork, here they go.

After searching minutes, they gave up, but Ben's spider-sense began to tingling, meaning she was close. They followed the sensation's location, and, Kaine's smell sense would be acting now, feeling her pheromones stronger, meaning she was closer. They landed on a museum, it looked avanzed a pretty modern, so they went inside being sneaky in the vents. Reilly was being so careful, same as Parker.

"I know you are here..."

That low female voice, got it! They found her by the sound of her voice, and both of their eyes stared down at the vents "caged" door. Not understanding what's happening, could be she was protecting some elements from the museum.

A husky, seductive and low voice with a russian accent sounded, the both brothers were so confused and they looked at each other, who was that?

Leonid Yakovlev, Known as Cryopard. A very experienced thief, russian, such a handsome man who uses his magic of seduction for distract his enemies. But guess he was a little bit crazy for Marlette, big ladies? Is his favorite "meal". He was basically the black cat of Marlette's universe, just a man and basing of a fierce Snow Leopard.

He was tall, 6'5 ft. Geez lately big people. The man walked closer to Marlette, giving her some space for then walk slowly around her in circles, his masked face staring at her.

"Sometimes i wonder... You was been before lately not being here, are ypu taking holidays? Oh baby... I could bring you the best hotel and just me and you enjoy... But, seems like you choose to the rough options, hm?"

Leonid made a small low growl, just like the big feline he is based because he can mimic it well, Marlette lowly hissed.

"In my dead body, Go search other big bitches then. Because i don't fucking want you."

The hidden brothers widened their eyes, Kaine would feel his blood start to be boiling as he heard the intentions of that feline man, Ben took Kaine's shoulder and shook his head.

"I can't find good beauties just like you, Big Beauty..."

Kaine's hands became into tight fists when he heard that nickname, It was HIS nickname for her, big man starting to get angry while Ben blinked surprised. It was casuality, Marlette frowned angrily as she heard that.

"Don't use that nickname again. You have two options, leave the stuff here- Ah true nevermind you fucking villain."

She growled and then she shot her webbing, but Leonid dodged and then went running fast as he could, Marlette angrily began to chase him, not letting him go outside. But the snow leopard dude was smart, he would run, turn around and running zig zags using the museum's pillars for make her struggle her chasing, which it kinda worked, he turned around and he ran behind her, jumping on her, when she reacted they both rolled on the ground while fighting, Marlette was about use her claws from her suit until Leonid pulled out his karambit made of nitrogen lazer, pointing at her throat, while her claws pointing at his chest.

"Oh darling... Are you sure you really want reject me? Can carry some consequences..."

The voice from the man became seductive, smirking with daring and flirty eyes as his mask faded away. Marlette unmasked herself too and bared her teeth in rage, Leonid made a low purr as they stopped rolling.

"I know sweetheart... Being grumpy is normal y'know? But if you let me take care of you, we can fix that..."

He would hug her waist, not caring even being slightly smaller than her, pressing her body against his with a arm, while the other putting the weapon closer to her throat, she felt the cold sensation from the mist of the nitrogen. Marlette wanted attack obviously, but a nitrogen attack to the throat could be deadly. She thought about a strategy for get him off now.

"Mmm... Big mommy... How i would commit my crimes with you..."

Geez! That feline dude wants to somehow "flirt" her so bad.

The spider brothers saw the scenes, Kaine didn't hold anymore and growled louder, his stings came out from his wrists and broke the vent's door just with a punch, getting outside and coming aggressively.

"GET, THE FUCK, OFF FROM HER."

An angry loud masculine voice snapped the attention from both, Marlette widened her eyes a bit as she saw her partner. Leonid looked at the Scarlet Spider-Man with disgust and annoy mixed, he growled.

"Who are-"

Even Kaine didn't give enough time for Leonid complete the question, he webbed at the karambit and dragged it to him, his red eyelenses staring at it, then at russian man.

"Don't even care about it."

Marlette took the moment where the leopard person was distracted and now being harmless, rolling and kicking him up with her legs, making him being hit againsy the wall. He shook his head and growled loudly, his mask fading on and five long nitrogen lazer claws appeared from his functional rings.

"How you dare about this!?"

"You look better to be in an adoption center and never be adopted, kitty."

Kaine spat his harsh words, displaying his stings while Marlette raised up her spikes and masking herself up back again.

2 vs 1, nice.

Leonid ran mainly at Kaine, having now a fight between stings and claws. Marlette watched and she would pull the fur from the russian's outfit from behind, making him fall in backwards. While Kaine shot his webbing at the torso of the villain, but would be useless since Leonid could destroy the webs easily by the claws. The big Spider-Woman shot her webbing on his neck, as he tried to attack her raising his both arms, Kaine quickly shot his webbing on the arms, making him now be not able for move and placed his foot on the man's chest, death staring at him.

"What a shame you are, would be so lovely if you try taste my fucking stings-"

"KAINE NO!"

Ben appeared running, looking at the couple with the trapped villain. Leonid as he saw Ben, he raised an eyebrow, another spider? Three spiders?

The younger clone took off his mask, while Kaine did the same and looked at each other.

"Ben, i am not going to kill him, i am not dramatic dumb ass anymore."

"Still! You need be careful because what if you break the canon!?"

"Oh so the canon let that cat do that shit on her? How amazing."

He sarcastic rolled his now reddish brown eyes, then he death stared at Leonid, who unmasked himself and made an expression of disgust.

"Urgh, pathetics! Y'all ruined this!"

"Yeah yeah, shut the fuck up ugly kitty."

Marlette growled, while Kaine pressed his foot on Leonid's chest, making him groan a bit of slight pain. But the attention from him was caught when he saw Ben, he raised an eyebrow and lightly looked away but side eyeing at him.

"And you? Oh blyat... You look so fucking ridiculous..." [Shit]

"Uh, Me? Ridiculous?"

Ben confused looked at the very disgusted feline.

"Noooo, very beautiful, of course you look like a clown with hay as hair! That blonde? Really? Dyed? Tsk, Darling, seems like you buy cheap dyes and i am sure your hair dies later."

"Aha but...-"

"But? Oh no no, You can't be blonde, Fake blondes would look like scarecrows things-"

Marlette after say that she shot her webbing at his mouth, While Ben was offended by the other man, but inside kinda hurt by those harsh words about his dyed blonde.

After retire when the mission finished, the police came and arrest Leonid, who snorted stressed and entered inside the vehicle. Marlette, Kaine and Ben already left the place without being seen by other people. But, seems like she is not happy.

"Que carajo Kaine!? Why did you do that!? I was about to stop him!" [What the fuck]

"But he had a nitrogen thing on your throat? I wouldn't let that bastard kill you like that easily!"

"I was thinking for a strategy! I had battles with him so i know what to do! Plus remember abput the-"

"The canon shit, urgh damn it by a fucking cat will really destroy the entire world!? Why just-"

"Guys! Calm down! No need discuss and fight!"

Ben got in the middle of the arguing spiders, crossing his strong arms.

"You two are a couple! And discussing like this won't solve anything! Kaine, Marlette. You two understand each other... Where is the both big gentles?"

He exclaimed and asked, the both persons' eyes and expressions slowly softened looking at each other, both silence.

Kaine a little ashamed lowered his head, Marlette sighed softly.

"No, i am sorry aswell."

She slowly looked down a bit and nodded, Kaine looked at her and nodded too. Ben smiled and then hugged them, grupal hug!

"I knew it! You guys are a perfect duo indeed!"

Kaine and Marlette a bit ashamed looked down at Ben, then at each other again and both sighed, closing their eyes. Although is being surprising how Ben, from a shy and dramatic, to now a caring and sweet Golden Retriever.

Next day later, Finally Marlette gave a visit in Earth-616, right now, she was on the bed with Kaine, both hugging each other and resting together. The big lady was taking a nap, sleeping peacefully while Kaine was staring at her, enjoying her presence. He gently kissed her forehead and leaned his head on her chest, feeling the warmth from her and closing his calm brown eyes.

Earth-809070, 3:00 AM.

The devil's hour. Leonid escaped sucessfully from the prison and he appeared walking in a secret base. Which... Wasn't really a good looking one.

The appearance was like from an abandoned lab, or well... A bloody abandoned lab, with old blood stains, some bones, broken glasses, few destroyed robots and...

A black silhouette of a woman, with bright red glowing "caged" muzzle on, a pair of pink eyes with crimson pupils were shinning reddish from the darkness, slowly turning to see Cryopard.

"Knew that you was about to fail."

Dry and quiet female voice that could send shivers to the spine spoke, in disappointment.

"This time i almost got her, but seems like she got some help from two Spider-people."

Cryopard explained, sounding serious and hoping if that figure could believe him, but the unknown woman would hit a device that was working as a holografic screen, destroying it into pieces and the bloody eyes became smaller, the body slowly shivering.

"I don't fucking care. Get HER. Or you will END like THIS."

The voice often changed into yelling tone in the three words, pointing with a finger a corpse body which was...

Maybe from a creature? Even an scientist can't tell the bite mark, mostly two big holes and weird shapes around but yes left burnt.

Leonid's eyes widened and his pupils became tinier, in fear. While the head from the figure was twitching and hitting the table.

"NOW!"

The silhouette yelled while breathing angrily, the feline gulped and he quickly left running, his heart beating fast when he felt the horror from that.

Back again to the Earth-616, hours passed, and Marlette was still asleep. Kaine was taking a calm bath. But during the dreams from the woman, was casually somehow... Strange.

It was about herself, running fast as she could, feeling being by something, while she was bleeding, her holografic suit all glitching. While a hug creature black silhouette was chasing her without stop, in the dream Marlette panted due she got the limit of her stamina, which also she fell down from a building and failed on land, groaning in pain as she impacted against the concrete.

Then the unknown thing stared down at her, and after seconds later, jumped aswell and it glitched with a roar. For turning itself in a huge monster with appearance of a deadly Mantis, coming for Marlette and using one of the arms, ended stabbing at her along with a big bite directly at her face.

By that, Marlette opened her eyes widened and hit the nightstand, almost breaking it, quickly sitting up and breathing heavily. Kaine heard that and quickly went to check her, being in towel wrapped on his waist.

"Marlette? Are you okay?"

He confused questioned, putting his hands one on her shoulder and other on her chest, feeling her heart beating a bit fast.

"I... Y-yeah, i am okay just... I guess a bad dream."

The long haired man tlited his head, then he tried to soothe her caressing her shoulders and back.

"Could you tell me what it was about?"

Marlette after hear the question, she was unsure if tell. She decided to not, so she had to make a lie.

". . . I can't remember... Urgh but i am sure it was horrible..."

Kaine frowned lightly, he was worried about her current status. At the start wasn't fully convinced, but he would believe her.

"I am here. It's okay."

He kissed her forehead, caressing her cheek.

"I appreciate that."

She quietly said, sighing. Then she would lay down back again and try to relax her eyes.

"Wait me, let me get myself dressed up and i'll rest again with you."

He reassured, then he went to pick his very few clothes.

Marlette didn't say anything, she saw him search what to put. Then she looked at the starry sky, seeing the beautiful round white moon. For her view and memory, would turn slowly into red like the blood, and the stars stopping to shine becoming crimson clouds.

She needed that thing gone.

Now.

That time, the fear, came back to her, after years.

She knew something will happen.

Something, that could happen anytime.

Even not noticing.
