Multitrans(itional)
Main flag 1 (left) || Main flag 2 (middle) || Original flag (right)
The original flag was originally posted May 29th, 2022. The 'original' flag on this post has been slightly altered.
Anyways I decided to make more versions of Multitransitional flags, as I wasn't completely happy with the original. The meanings for the colors in the two flags are as follows: Blue for Transmasculine, Green for Transoutherine and Transaporine, Yellow for Transneutral, Orange for Transxenine, and Pink for Transfeminine. The white on the second flag can also stand for other types of transness these colors don't mention. You can be multitrans with something else other than just these five terms, these meanings were just my thought process while making these flags.
While making them I didn't really have a reason for making the two separate versions, but if want a specific reason to use one of the other for whatever reason, maybe flag one could be used by folks who feel their transness is a combination of two things (such as Transfemasc or Transneumasc), while flag two could be used by folks who feel like there's just multiple things at one (such as being both Transneutral and Transxenine at the same time vs being Transneuxen)
Although that's sorta just a suggestion, anyone who's multitrans can use whatever flag they want.
Also if you don't know what multitransitional means it just means you're more than one type of trans, such as being both transmasculine and transfeminine.
[ID] Three flags with horizontal stripes. The first two flags have nine stripes, the second fourth sixth and eighth stripes are all skinnier than the rest. Main flag 1: The colors from top to bottom are: mid blue, jungle green, fresh green, yellow-green, pastel marigold yellow, sand yellow, persian orange, orange-red, burnt pink. [/End ID] [ID] Main flag 2: The colors from top to bottom are: pastel blue, white, pastel easter green, white, pastel marigold yellow, white, pastel peach orange, white, pastel pink. [/End ID] [ID] Original flag: The colors from top to bottom are: warm pink, pale orange, marigold yellow, white, aquamarine blue, cornflower blue, jasmine purple. This flag has seven stripes, the fourth stripe is slightly skinnier than the others.[/End ID]
[ID] A DNI (do not interact) banner with a very faded galaxy background. On the left of the banner there’s a flag as with a rounded side, the circle inside it showing an image of a cone tornado at the end of a road, the flag being the (General) Neurodivergent flag. The rest of the image is filled with white text that reads: “DNI (Do Not Interact). Against Good Faith Self Identification Or “Contradictory” Identities, Transmed, Sysmed, Group Arospec under Acespec, Anti-Educated Self-Dx, Call Mspec identities “Bispec”, Anti-Alterhuman, Anti-Otherkin, Anti-Chronosian, Against the term Transandromisia (or similar terms), Anti Aldernic, Anti-Altersex, Pro-Contact harmful paras, TransID, Anti-Anti, Proship, “Consang”, Anti-SFW Agere, Demonize Cluster B disorders, Anti-BLM, Anti-ACAB” [/End ID]

I am afab and I used to be on Testosterone but T was not giving me the happiness and relief I thought it would. Being transmasc was draining for me and now I feel like I’m transfemme but sometimes I feel like I’m not trans or femme enough. Is that normal?
there are lots of folks out there who follow unconventional transition paths! i've seen this happen in both FtM and MtF people alike- sometimes, you find out that the direction you were headed in wasn't quite what you were looking for, and you may need to pivot in a different direction. the thing is, after taking hormones, you may have to transition in a completely different way now, due to how you're being perceived, and how you previously identified.
this is actually an experience that i've seen quite a few times! it's okay to feel that way. what you're experiencing is a very unique and real transition path. if you feel as though you would have to transition into femininity, you are transfemme. you don't have to be femme "enough", if that is the direction your transition is taking you in, that is who you are.
youre not alone, like i said, i've heard from lots of MtFs and FtMs alike who find themselves in this situation. some people choose to go by labels MtFtM or FtMtF, transfemasc, transmascfem, multitransitional, retrans, and other terms. it's up to you to decide how you really feel, but just know this is a fairly common occurence!

Multitrans(itional) Flag
Hi ya'll I tried my hand at making a multitransitional (being trans in more than one way, example: someone who's transmasc+transneutral, someone who's transxenine+transkenoine, etc.) flag.
I'm not 100% happy with how it turns out but idk how to fix what's bugging me so if anyone wants to make flags for multitrans as well go on ahead

multitransitional - being trans in more than one way. for example, someone who is mutlitransitional might be transfem and transnull or transneutral and transmasc.
#my flags#multitransitional#there was an existing flag but i fit the dni criteria of the creator so i redesigned it!

I think it is prudent to remember that being trans and masculine will have people targeted for harassment and the danger of being perceived dangerous, in some situations irrespective of assigned gender at birth
Being disabled and masculine likewise gets perceived as a threat deserving of disproportionate and unprovoked violence
#It is good to recognize issues and focus on specific groups in specific posts!#I just hope it doesn't lead to stripping nuance and letting people with relevant issues fall tot he side yknow#Intersex people multitransitioning people nonbinary people of all birth assignments and transition goals etc#Masculine trans people don't necessarily share birth assignments and that's important and valid!

if you don't mind answering, could you explain what mtftm/ftmtf means? asking bc i'm someone who is afab, possibly intersex, and once i started testosterone i've started feeling like i'm transfem and am transitioning to being a butch enby. does that make sense aldjsks
anyway if those terms mean what i think then i think ftmtf might fit my situation?
sure! it sounds like you have a multitransitional identity, i've met a lot of people who have followed transition paths similar to this.
MtFtM is male to female to male, and FtMtF is female to male to female! i've met afab, amab, and intersex people who identify with these terms. i've made friends with a couple other MtFtM folks lately who identify with it for different reasons than me! the folks ive met who use it aren't intersex but for their own personal reasons, whether it be that transitioning to female was not for them, or that they feel as though they want or need to transition into manhood, some identify so strongly with the feelings and experiences that transmascs and men have that they adopt the label, or even that transitioning to female gave them a greater appreciation for manhood. there are many other reasons, but these are a few that i've heard from personal friends!
i identify with the term because i'm intersex and was born AMAB, forced to switch to AFAB after birth and forced on to estrogen HRT as a teen, then i realized whatever they were doing wasn't right for me and was making me feel even more dysphoric and uncomfortable, so i switched gears to transition back into masculinity. the tF part of my transition was not consensual, but it is still a vital part of my life's timeline because it changed a LOT of things about my body against my will. i likely would not have anywhere near as much breast tissue as i do now if it were not for forced transition
now, on the less dramatic side of things, there are maaaaaanyyyyy folks ive met out there who consider themselves multitransitional. ive noticed a very cool phenomenon where someone begins transition and then it helps them gain appreciation for another gender they may have previously felt ambivalent or even dysphoric about. i think sometimes in transition when we change certain things about ourselves we find uncomfortable, it opens the doors to being more open minded about other identities.
if for whatever reason you feel as though you are transitioning in that direction, that's more than an appropriate term to use for yourself! after HRT, a lot of things can change. i think your transition path makes perfect sense to me. sometimes someone's transition has multiple stops along the way, and that's okay. your transition doesn't have to follow a conventional path, as long as you are going in the direction you want to go in, you're doing the right thing for yourself.
there are also the terms transfemasc or transmascfem to describe multitransitional paths as well!
feel free to ask any other questions you may have! i'm happy to help!
