Theres a graveyard of really cool characters from dead multiplayer games and I think with enough finesse we can just take em as our own like whose gonna know? The one person playing destruction allstars isnt gonna throw a fit if I start claiming Lupita as my own. I'm saving her from obscurity. Shes mine now

Seems like all Pokemon fans do is complain and complain but here’s something I’ve really enjoyed about Scarlet and Violet:

We have enough diverse pokemon to build entire, specifically designed ecosystems.

There’s pretty much a perfect pokemon for everything now. We have savanna pokemon, we have arctic pokemon, we have volcanic pokemon and Pokemon you’d find in cities.

Instead of just finding 4 different species in an area, you’ll find 10-15 unique species. It makes it so much more fun to explore.

I wish we had more programmed behaviors for the wild pokemon though, imagine how cute it’d be if they could interact with one another more.

Anyway, my point is I guess that it feels more like you’re out in nature and surrounded by wild animals. It’s really cool.

I just finished the campaign of Titanfall 2... No game has been able to hit me the same as RDR2 did years back, the only ones which came close that I can think of being Outer Wilds and ULTRAKILL (Outer Wilds probably could've succeeded at that if it wasn't for the fact I was mentally way deeper into the pit back then than I am now). But the level of immersion that has been cast upon me by its beyond fun gameplay, clever level design, beautiful voice acting and TITANS MY FAVORITE CREATURES OF METAL AND LOVE BABYYY(OBVIOUSLY WHAT ELSE DID YOU EXPECT) was able to induce feelings I craved to experience from a game for so, so long. DAMMIT THIS GAME MADE ME FEEEEEL SOMETHING AND MORE!!!

Funny thing is it actually contrasts RDR2 in many of its core aspects, yet it hit the same spot for me, just through a completely different method.

Despite me having a fair share of criticisms that I could give, I WON'T BE SHUTTING UP ABOUT IT ANYTIME SOON.

Yeah it's finals season of my senior year of undergrad but also I was watching MCC Party 2 vods for "background noise" and now it's midnight and I'm two hours deep into making Drop In a real-life board game because I'm obsessed with it and want to play.

the most important question: why is ea so fucking convinced dragon age should be a multiplayer game when everything possible points otherwise on the base financial level they are looking at. inquisiton didnt get the first goty award because of the multiplayer bits that not a single soul touched on purpose.
