The Potions prince

Snape, unbeknownst to the rest of the magical world, survives Nagini and just joins the muggle world, tired of Potter's and Voldemort's shit.

Because he is very angry at the incompetence of the ministry of magic, and because he has nothing left to loose, he decides to test just how bad the ministry sucks at its job: 2005 he creates a YouTube account on which he brews potions on camera.

9 years later James Sirius Potter is confused by his first year potion class and decides to google it, stumbleing over the Snape accout which, by now, has millions of followers and is an insanely popular ASMR channel.

Harry is lead to believe that his son has inherited Lily's and Flamont's potion talents... James would rather die then betray the source of his good grades to his dad of all people, but Sev's comment sections are filled with thankful Hogwarts students all of a sudden.

Soooo, according to the play, Delphi grew up with death eaters, right? She probably wasn't allowed to learn anything about the muggle world. And children love the forbidden...

What if Delphini, in some (for the snakeman) cruel twist of fate, became absolutely obsessed with her muggle lineage instead.

I mean, just imagine:

Little Delphi at the dinner table: Who cares if I am a descendant of Slytherin and the house of Black? My great-grandparents fought in and survived world war one! And I am also a descendant of several kings! Isn't that the really impressive thing? Did you know that one of Mary Riddle's nieces was a famous film star? I want to be a filmstar too, when I grow up!

Rodolphus: *Just starts crying*

One must improve

Rodolphus, trying to be a good parent: Why are you wearing muggle clothes again? Why do you want to go to the cineta and listen to the rageio? Why do you need all of this dirt in my house?

Delphi: It is fascinating and so much fun! I love it!

Rodolphus: So it makes you happy?

Delphi: *nodds excitedly*

Rodolphus, sighing: Listen, child: When you are happy, you stand still. You stop moving foreward, you stop becoming better. You stay like this forever. But you are destined for greatness, so you must improve and become the best. So stop doing that disgusting thing that makes you so happy.

Little Delphi finds old clothes

I drew a little follow up to this post. Rodolphus took little Delphi to Riddle Manor, because her father was reborn there, hoping to finally wake a bit of fascination for the magical world in her. Little did he know, that Delphi would be much more interested in Thomas Riddle's old WW1 uniform.

(I headcanon Delphi to have albinism, because 1: she is very inbread and 2: where else should her white hair come from?!)
