I don't know of many other AMAB people who are going through/experimenting with Gender stuff. I've seen loads of AFAB people experimenting with gender stuff as my audience is like 70% - 80% AFAB and that's awesome! But you can probably imagine that their experiences would be somewhat different to mine lol

If anyone has any recommendations for other creators or even just people they know who are going through this type of thing, I'd love to hear about it! I feel like I don't hear much about this perspective, tell me your stories!

Mesin Waktu itu Bernama #MTGF2012

Minggu, 28 Oktober 2012. Pukul 9 pagi entah lewat berapa menit, saya baru bangun dengan kondisi masih mengantuk setelah semalaman menonton bola secara maraton hingga subuh. maunya lanjut tidur lagi tapi ingat ada #MTGF2012 pada hari itu. dengan sedikit paksaan tapi banyak kompromi, akhirnya baru pada pukul 10 lewat baru beranjak dari tempat tidur. Menyeduh teh dan membuka timeline @jalan2seru_Mks untuk sekedar tahu sudah seperti apa kondisi terkini di venue #MTGF2012.

Awalnya saya tidak pernah berpikir seperti apa yang akan dirasakan setelah mengikuti Festival Permainan Tradisional Makassar yang di sosial media lebih dikenal dengan hashtag #MTGF2012. saya hanya memberi pandangan pribadi bahwa kegiatan ini hanyalah kegiatan untuk menyelamatkan permainan tradisional yang mulai tergerus oleh teknologi digital yang berhasil mentranformasikan permainan-permainan fisik kedalam layar ber-inchi. Tidak lebih. tidak terpikirkan tentang kebahagiaan, gelak tawa, serta euforia yang terus-terus mengalir sampai sekarang.

Semua pandangan saya mulai berubah sejak pertama tiba di lokasi kegiatan, jejeran kendaraan yang terparkir sudah sangat banyak, terlihat orang-orang berkumpul mengikuti coaching clinic atau pengenalan kembali permainan-permainan tradisional yang di sediakan oleh sahabat-sahabat @jalan2seru_Mks. Pengunjung sudah memadati spot-spot permainan yang diperkenalkan. "wow luar biasa antusiasnya". kata saya dalam hati melihat banyak yang hadir sambil mempercepat langkah untuk ikut bergabung dalam kerumunan itu.

Kegiatan ini sungguh luar biasa serunya. ada 14 permainan yang sediakan, termasuk permainan Mallogo yang terbilang telah punah karena sudah tidak lagi terlihat dilingkungan permainan anak-anak. Dari jam ke jam sejak beberapa permainan sudah dimainkan, seperti tidak ada kata lelah bagi orang-orang yang terlibat didalamnya. semua ikut bereuforia dalam kegiatan yang dikemas secara sederhana ini. ada sekitar 200-an orang yang turut meramaikan kegiatan ini yang terdiri dari anak kecil, remaja sampai para orang tua. mereka semua seperti tidak ingin menyia-nyiakan festival permainan tradisional ini, kerinduan serta bayang-bayang betapa hebatnya masing-masing kita dalam memainkan permainan yang ada pada saat kecil dulu coba di buktikan oleh beberapa diantaranya, walaupun lebih banyak yang sudah kehilangan keahliannya karena sudah sangat lama tidak memainkannya. *kayaknya dibeberapa permainan itu ada jebakan umurnya :))*.

Senda gurau serta teriakan penyemangat atau teriakan men-"teror" peserta saling sahut menyahut dibeberapa area permainan, obsesi tidak mau kalah dan selalu mau pamer kemampuan layaknya anak kecil jadi pemandangan yang nyata di festival itu. sungguh, kegiatan ini menjadi jawaban dari pertanyaan dengan cara apa gerangan kita bisa membumikan kembali keceriaan masa kecil yang penuh keringat dan kaki yang berdebu di era digital masa kini.

semoga keberlangsungan kegiatan ini bisa berjalan dari tahun ke tahun atau kalau lebih peduli terhadap generasi muda yang masih di bangku sekolah, mungkin kegiatan ini bisa di laksanakan di tiap libur semester biar tambah ramai. secara  pribadi berat rasanya menahan hasrat mengulang keceriaan yang ada di festival itu, menunggu #MTGF2013 itu seperti menunggu gebetan cepat putus dari pacarnya, setiap hari rasanya berat lihat mereka jalan bersama dan..ah sudahlah. kenapa jadi salah fokus begini. :|
