Have you ever considered making a pair of custom partnered commander cards for your magic s/is and f/os? I think it's very fun to do even if they can never be used. Like hehe they are helping each other on the battlefield <3

I don't have a card for my planeswalker self insert but here is a card I made for Vronos! Very proud of it bc I don't usually design cards in blue and tend to struggle with them lol.

And finally here are my Ravnica self insert cards. The cards progress from them being a faithful member of the Conclave, to falling out with the Selesnya due to Oba's betrayal, and finally, them on Thunder Junction with their dear Lazav. Friendly Face is another of my personal favorite cards I've made :)

Cornwall's Random Card of the Day #750: Odric, Blood-Cursed

Okay, so noone was telling me that I was misnumbering the last two entries and I don't know how to go back and edit them now.

Odric, Blood-Cursed, is a rare from Innistrad: Crimson Vow. Everyone hated him. After a somewhat beloved original card which cared about keywords in mono-white, people were excited for a white-red vamp version of him, but the payoff for his keyword-requirement was just not that worth it. A shame. Blood tokens are great things, capable of really smoothing draws. I watch one Mtg channel called Daily Draft who has the worst luck with lands, and blood tokens really helped give him a leg up when he inevitably topdecked five lands in a row.

So my ship with Xander actually has a whole story that ends up leading to follow what happens in Streets of New Capenna, I have bits and pieces of some fics I’m trying to work on for it. But basically, it’s a year of me being in the Maestros and building up a relationship of trust and rapport before he makes his move at the Crescendo (one year before SONC happens), and that’s when we become official. There’s a lot of layers to how it builds up/happens and how everything goes from there (a little too much to put in one post, honestly LOL), but he’s absolutely so important and means the world to me.

My other ship is with Mishra, Urza’s younger (and hotter) brother! I have an entire fic about how the ship goes- if you go on Archive Of Our Own, look up “Burnished Sunrise”! I also have Commission art that I got of the two of us that goes along with scenes in the fic. I didn’t think he’d be as special to me as he is but I wouldn’t change it for anything.
