The Path of Evolution of Nakshatra Yonis
In traditional Vedic Astrology, every Nakshatra is attributed an animal, that explains its primal, instinctive nature. Yoni, besides its sexual connotations literally means "nature" and "origin", implying that our human nature is going to be similar to that given animal, indicating a level of similarity in fate, spiritually. Yoni energy, in collective consciousness, is what originated people saying that "a Tiger cannot change its stripes", just like we can't change our natural instincts.
The fate of Yoni energies, however, is not stagnant, as it indicates a certain path of evolution. The animal characteristics point to changing one's roles within the species. They are symbolic as to the instinctual nature that we take among other people, and how that evolved over time.
The best, brief description of Animal Yonis, translated by a native Indian can be found here, and after years of my own study and analysing the work of other astrologers also, I find this explanation to be very congruent with the reality of people's behaviors, coming from their Nakshatras.
Below, I will give an explanation of how each yoni grows over time using Nakshatra pairs.
Sheep Yoni - Krittika, Pushya
The name of the Yoni is in fact translated more to "Herder" or "Shepherd" rather than Sheep, another entry even translating Mesh to "The Best Guidance". That showcases the gentle, caring form of leadership that this Yoni is supposed to embody. It also shows the path of being born as one of the masses to becoming a leader of the flock. That contrast occurs through a simple truth in the Universe, that there are those who start waves, who "herd", those that initiate, or those who blindly follow, thus becoming "sheep". These Nakshatras are very strict, even black and white in embodying a simple truth, that if you don't dictate the current of your own life well, you will end up being swept away in the current dictated by somebody else. We all make decisions all the time, and if our actions are self destructive in face of opportunity, we won't ultimately arrive at the right place. The Universe at large is of course more complex than that, but for these natives, this idea is what charts their spiritual path. These natives karma is to undergo an evolution from being a "blind sheep", having an energetic poverty mentality and obsessing over feeling wanted through other people's approval to proudly showcasing oneself into a nurturing, guiding figure that cares about the well being of its people and cares for their sensitivity, as sheep are very delicate animals, get spooked easily, and herding them requires quite a skill, yet they still respond to natural confidence. It also shows this Yoni's attachment to working with common people in simple communities with a grass roots philosophy. The struggle for this Yoni is believing in themselves, their correct path and their own leadership power, as their emotional association and attachment with the masses and the common man can give them quite an inferiority complex early on in life and cause them to try to follow and imitate rather than lead, and their leadership is something they must create themselves, not something given to them or encouraged from birth. They key is to be a leader not out of ego, but out of love and service.
2. Snake Yoni - Rohini, Mrigashira
The Snake, just like the wildly misinterpreted biblical symbol, referred to in this Yoni is symbolic for a Kundalini awakening. Rather than the animal itself, which is associated more with Ashlesha Nakshatra, this Yoni relates purely to the awakening of our life force through passage of time and surviving certain events. The Yoni name in sanskrit translates to performance of gentle, cautious movements, slowly over time to the point of testing its subjects and bringing them to the point of torture. This test is necessary, as Kundalini awakenings and working with one's spiritual progress does not happen overnight, and without merit. These natives feel a significant pressure to awaken their energy, which initially can manifest as flightiness and careless, scattered romantic and sexual behavior. That happens on a subconscious level, as this Yoni tries to apply pressure to their kundalini energy from different angles in different forms through other people, and some of that experience has to be physical. They are naturally talented at accessing other people's kundalini points too, which can make them seem manipulative, but they in fact have the power to trigger a spiritual awakening not only in themselves but in others, which also will manifest as physical abundance. Often they have to go through very intense experiences for their kundalini to burst through. Their evolution has a deeply spiritual dimension, that transforms their energy from restless to rhythmic. As their consciousness is rising, the Kundalini is recoiling into purpose of energy mastery through transformation of both material and spiritual. The dharmic nature of this Yoni shows the importance of righteousness for these natives without looking out for merit, which arrives at its own designated time.
3. Dog Yoni - Ardra, Mula
The direct translation of this Yoni indicates the concept of being "easily attracted or captivated" or "easily attracting due to emitting an attractive sounding noise". Thus, these natives have issues with bondage to other people since their early lives. The challenge set before this Yoni is discipline and dignity, and finding their winning place in hierarchy. They have a pack mentality, and they tend to be picky but unwavering in support. However, that also makes them very frantic in earlier life, as their loyalty often gets the better of them and they are generous even to their own detriment, not looking where the pack leads them, because the concept of being "packless" scares them. As a result, they "bind" themselves to people not worthy of their loyalty, instead of embracing their power to control worthy others in an organized fashion. Their evolution is meant to go from Loyal to Steady, as they become more self assured and less reactive, and as a result, they attract their own tribe. The spiritual understanding here, is that one will always naturally attract their own tribe, and you are never truly alone, and you should not be afraid of restraint and self-focus leading to loneliness, as ultimately, your people will find you. These natives have an inbred discernment of who really is loyal to them and to their cause, as they know that a pack can only survive and function if its built on solid ground.
4. Cat Yoni - Punarvasu, Ashlesha
Anyone who has ever owned a cat knows, that these animals not only love to clean themselves constantly, but they also love laying down on you, whenever you are ill or unwell, and their natural frequency has a healing vibration. Sadly for these natives, early on in life that means attracting a lot of damaged people, or being the one that has to energetically clean up situations, even if it's just friends and family. In their youth, they are born or forced into environments that are not good for them, because of their burden of erasing destructive karmas. Such is the original karma of this yoni, as they are sent to clean up messes and "gather and purify" energies in places and environments, where they are needed to balance out stagnant situations, that no-one else can or wants to help with. Over time, this scenario gets old, as the natives themselves get blamed and pegged for the difficult situations they came into to help, as the people they work with are too low spiritually to acknowledge the truth of their own destructive actions, which is why they were targeted for this Yoni's "karma cleaning" force field to begin with. In reality, this Yoni natives suffer a lot of damage and can build up a lot of distrust towards people, just like cats don't immediately show love until you gain their trust. Their lives only get better once they place themselves in a healing profession, so they can channel their karma clearing energy productively, since they can't hold back their instinct of "constantly cleaning up", just like cats constantly clean themselves. Punarvasu is more responsible for emotional, spiritual healing and environmental causes, Ashlesha is more of a physical healer/doctor figure in modern society, because of its links to the caduceus, used in medical science, and its links to poison, as the right dose of poison is medicine. The challenge for these natives is to evolve from absorbing negativity and cleaning up other people's messes endlessly without merit to finding a good environment, and remaining so Pure, that they radiate it and they can contribute to cleaning up world problems on a larger scale, and get fairly recognized for it.
5. Rat Yoni - Magha, Purva Phalguni
The literal translation of this Yoni indicates not only a small rodent, mouse or a rat, but also a thief, and one's ability to gain entry into difficult to enter places sneakily. All of these abilities pertain to how socially skillful this Yoni is, being able to charm its way into various circles and thus "gain entry" into places way above their stature of birth, places one technically shouldn't have the right to be in. The instinctual nature of this Yoni is to cast a wide social net, and charm every single person for their benefit. However, there is a difficulty in settling into place, which can come at one's detriment. This yoni has a challenge of transforming from running around between meaningless people restlessly to circulating intelligently and with purpose. They have an inborn skill of social grace and are able to benefit through wise navigation, but they struggle with choosing and contributing to and moving consciously between meaningful alliances. Often, they manage to charm their interlocutor, only to get to know them better, lose interest and move on. This cycle can continue futilely, until this yoni learns discernment in networking, as their fickle-mindedness can cost them valuable partnerships. Just because one can enter into many places, doesn't mean one should. The other party can sense, that this Yoni isn't fully "settled" into the interaction long term, as they're still keeping their eye out for the next best thing, and as a result, they don't inspire loyalty or trust, which are necessary even if in small amounts for social benefit. In its matured state, this Yoni is able to build a meaningful network over time, being able to convince each of their allies that they are also indispensable to them and make their way up, climbing the social ladder. However, it is also necessary to contribute more than charm to partnerships, as the veneer of pleasantry fades over time, and one is likely to make enemies if not cautious. Thus, learning multiple, substantial skills and building actual character is necessary for this yoni to function well.
6. Cow Yoni - Uttara Phalguni, Uttara Bhadrapada
The literal meaning of this Yoni is translated to "boundless", showing one's energetic ability to provide to all generously, and a heavy quality of pure, positive energy. That is done by associating this name with all possible metaphors for abundance, such as flowing milk, boundless sky, beaming rays of light. The Cow Yoni needs to be understood from the perspective of Hindu culture, where it is a sacred animal. This Yoni refers to a particular purity and grandiosity, mixed with gentleness of nature. However, as we in the Western Society know, cows tend to get mass butchered for the benefit of men, and this Yoni's fate is a mix of approach from both cultures. That reflects the path of this Yoni, that faces a challenge from being taken advantage of to being given a safe space, creating and participating in an organized system and being worshipped for its merit. As they settle into the space that is right for them, they begin naturally spreading their abundance, which leads to getting respect for a wide scope of provision and protection, that their aura provides. They attract people either way, but with status comes ability to control ones worshippers and maintain their safety as opposed to getting taken advantage of. The ultimate goal of this Yoni is to find satisfaction in achievement through abundant sharing while remaining in their secured position, as they are sort of a Universal parent of humanity, meaning to guide, provide for, and control it, rather than being controlled. They need to create a system to "get milked" in a way that's healthy for them, not butchered.
7. Buffalo Yoni - Hasta, Swati
This Yoni possesses within itself an interesting contrast, as the translation has a dual signification. One of them indicates "a person of a lower origin", with specific pointers towards women needing to sell their bodies to survive, and then transformed into "a wife of a king" or "a god on Earth". This duality relates to this Yoni's earthly task, to purify false currents and blow in the winds of true wisdom. Roaming is the word best described to define this Nakshatras nature. Their path is one of dynamic, responsible grace. They are freedom loving and boundless, they don't like to be limited and as a result, early on in life they make mistakes of trampling over people just to rebel and avoid feeling tied down. In another scenario, they themselves get trampled on by others. That takes away their best trump card, which is positively inspiring others, as the truth they carry needs to be heard. Over time, the course they chart becomes more conscious and inspiring to people, as they deep down want to use their freedom for a good reason, and their flair and spirit attract others, who want to feel the fresh breath of wind of manifested spiritual reality with them. Their mission is to go from childish and avoiding of facts and responsibility or struggling, to becoming a unique, genuine freedom fighter with a good cause, a spiritual scientist that has the power to influence crowds yet still remain free spirited. In their refined form, these natives, every time they fly by, bring blessings to their surroundings with a gust of energy current, that they leave behind them, purifying and correcting falsehoods plaguing humanity. They have to be very responsible for the quality of the energy they carry, as what they scatter, will be left behind, and they will be judged and remembered for the fruits of their effort, and their truth. Thus, their natural ability to spread the energy far and wide has to come in pair with integrity, assuring, that what they share is worth spreading.
8. Tiger Yoni - Chitra, Vishakha
The meaning of this Yoni is directly translated to potency and readiness. More than a tiger itself, the name translates to "A Vibration that Causes Manifestation", but also "restless, agitated" and "exposed to dangers". The energy here is purely rajasic, concentrated on one's ability to obtain and manifest one's desires, but it also talks about the fact, that there will always be those, who are against you fulfilling your desires because people don't always want our good, and getting what you want is contingent on overcoming opposition. The goal of this Yoni is to discover its immense inner power on the path from prey to predator. As another catlike Yoni, they are rarely born into circumstances fitting them, and they have to fight for their position in the Jungle of life. Their road develops from being hunted to hunting after their goals, from stumbling to graceful and intimidating. The power here is to go for what you want, regardless of opposition. Deep down these natives are powerfully sneaky, being able to influence or intimidate people to get what they want and elevate themselves out of difficult circumstances. They face the challenge of overcoming negative attachment and betrayal of people who question their authority, which is exactly what pushes them to embrace their power. Side note, please watch Katy Perry's "Roar" music video, it is so cliché of this Yoni it borderlines on hilarity.
9. Deer Yoni - Anuradha, Jyeshta
The main characteristic of this yoni, is that they are always in motion. They rarely pause, and they are very cautious and weary of enemies. This Yoni is not actually associated with the Deer itself, but with hunting, and chasing, Sanskrit even giving referrals to hyenas, showing the ruthlessness of their pursuits. The key element here is conquering fear of opposition, as this Yoni is closely linked to the Sacral Chakra, which cannot be expressed in a state of fear. The name of the Yoni also means relentless, which indicates that to achieve one's goal, one must have continuous persistence in face of opposition, until no-one dares to challenge them. Their path is one of developing merit and achievements over time stemming from their relentless pursuit of a worthy goal. They are supposed to move forward from blind ambition towards meaningful contribution and protecting their work for their work's sake. It is very important for them to have an outlet, as they become attacking and destructive when lost and not contributing to anything meaningful, just to deal with their inner restlessness and their desire to hunt or chase for something. They need to have an external endeavor to obtain, something to seek or strive after, as they delight more in the hunt than the tasting of the reward.
10. Alien Yoni - Purva Ashadha, Shravana
The traditional name of this Yoni is associated with a Monkey, but it is due to a lack of precision in understanding the nature of these natives. It is true, that they have to learn how to navigate and exist among humanity through imitation, just like Monkeys navigate the jungle, but that is a gross understatement of their higher nature, as deep down, they are "not from here". The confusion with the monkey also comes from calling these natives "a mysterious creature that appeared in the forest" in Sanskrit. The evolution path of this Yoni is marked with their eccentric nature, as they are the most unique of all the Yonis, possessing a high level of depth due to their connection with otherworldly realms, being literally, not of this world. As a result of their uniqueness, they often feel separated from the rest of humanity in early years. Human beings initially have an impossible time grasping their higher nature, calling them "weird creatures of the forest" and frowning upon them, often abusing them as a result, as what we can't control, we fear. As these natives learn to harness the special gifts they are born with, they become a visionary, which leads them to gathering a following of people who finally appreciate, even worship their irreplaceable contribution, and pure heart that bursts forth through their creations.
11. Mongoose Yoni - Uttara Ashadha
The interesting part of translating the Yoni name for these natives, is that minus the obvious animal connotation, this Yoni can be translated to something akin to "A Spiritual Weapon". The struggle of this Yoni, that is well known is that it exists in a solitary form, possessing its equal only amongst the stars. Yoni matching here is not of interest, as these animals tend to travel in organized packs of their own. There is an element of being misunderstood and ostracized from the rest of the world, which leads them sometimes to questionable means, that they need in order to survive in early life. These means however, never last because these people possess a higher spiritual vibration, that seeks to purify itself. Their path is one from solitude, fear, lack, being hunted and outcast to surrender, enlightenment and brotherhood. They have a unique ability to establish a higher connection to the entire universe through equating people with nature. As much as they are without a consort, they can instinctively smell the nature of all other yonis. These natives are of such an advanced nature, that they understand our human selves are ultimately only tools in ascension and freeing your energy, which is their true goal, and their only real interest on this planet, since they operate mostly from the higher chakras.
12. Lion Yoni - Dhanishta, Purva Bhadrapada
The aspect of the Lion, coming from this Yoni's name comes from its dignified, steady posture, emitting calmness and pride, much like the dignified, yogic, lotus position, pertaining to the spiritual dignity of steadiness in form. The theme of saving face is very strong with this Yoni, as they are taught not to show weakness and preserve their stance since birth. They tend to get angry easily in earlier life, as they are naturally rebellious, independent, touchy, reactive and territorial. However, even if they are not born into status, they are born into a family that put an emphasis of making an impression and maintaining a certain position, even among obstacles. The key is to learn how to make being authentically oneself look good, and maintain one's dignity even as people oppose their natural, chosen path. Their path is one from laziness and reactivity to pride and dignity in face of adversity. Developing nobility of spirit is essential, as they need to be unflinching on their way up. If they develop a mix of internal integrity and an ability to present a good façade and a strong posture, they become very charismatic and inspiring, as their courage and determination is a guiding light for the world. They embody the spiritual meaning of appearances.
13. Horse Yoni - Shatabhisha, Ashwini
The biggest challenge of these natives is to be able to charter a long-term course, which in human life usually has a form of a complex, long term project. That is why both Shatabhisha and Ashwini are linked to the concept of inventing and developing miraculous cures, as this process can sometimes take decades. The other reason for this power they have, is that the name of the Yoni can also be associated with "revitalization". Think of the process of taming a wild horse. Initially, they put up a lot of resistance and they tend to scatter, and run without purpose. But with the right guidance, they can carry enormous burdens and have a lot of stamina, which allows them to traverse huge distances and bridge gaps, leading to novelty. Their path is one of moving from variety mindless pursuits to actually being able to hone in and finish a meaningful task, as they tame their own kundalini spark, that has the power to initiate breakthroughs for all mankind.
14. Elephant Yoni - Bharani, Revati
There is an element of subconscious fear of being consumed in this yoni, as they have an acute awareness of death, mixed with the consciousness of carrying a precious heritage. On their track, as contradictory emotions often go in tandem, they move on from initial timidness to reckless fearlessness, as if to taunt the world. As they mature, they grow into careful judgment and investment, thinking about what they will leave after death. Their path is to grow from being anxious about their fate to trusting in and performing divine judgment and working on their legacy. The challenge to overcome here is to develop an understanding, that death will ultimately come for us all, but our achievements and energetic contribution, as well as really strong, authentic bonds, can transcend that, and so one should be neither reckless nor fearful in the face of one's own mortality. These natives have the power to pour all of their wisdom and enormous energy body to nourish very wide projects, and they also have an inherent spiritual control to accessing huge bodies of energy, as they grow into being able to transcend their own limitations. In that way, they can become a measuring stick for others or even society at large. They are concerned with offspring, as they want to pass their heritage to them as a way of transcending death itself.

the astrological implications of "lookalikes" and nakshatra characteristics - the dualistic nature of rahu and shani🪞
💎 in the seemingly constant conquest for people to find their dominant grahas within their birth chart, it is often helpful for people to compare their morphological features to that of celebrities who share their primary placements. many celebrities often dawn similar faces to their red carpet counterparts which is no coincidence. i have included a few of the ever-increasing physical similarities witnessed among celebrities below and commentaries on what contributes to their facial appearances. this should serve as subtle introduction to a morphology- and fashion-based series i hope to develop within the next year or so. as an additional thank you to the now 5,000 of you, i am also offering 20% off on my cosmetic cosmological readings and vedic reading bundle for the next week. thank you for all of your amazing support and i am beyond excited to witness the growth in people learning about vedic astrology and religion as a whole.
above lies a personal interpretation of mine on the grahas and how they relate to stylistic and morphological essence that i find will be helpful for understanding this post and more posts to come:

saldana is mrigashira surya (tightly conjunct buddha), pushya lagna (tightly conjunct shukra), and anuradha chandra native. whereas, newton has a swati surya and swati (or vishakha) chandra. the only direct similarity between both women is both were born on monday (the day of the moon) and within their chandra mahadasha which can subtly increase their lunar inclinations.
while both celebrities do not have specific astrological rashis in common, there is a subtle nuance that lies within their astrological compatibility. saldana is extremely dominant in saturnian energies and newton is likely extremely dominant in rahuvian energies. shani and rahu natives are often mistaken for one another due to their similar properties. think of the two grahas as one combined coin of governance over the instances in which define material success in one's life (such as sorrow, pain, grit, and finances). shani acts as the grounded rahu, who is slowed and wise in his pursuit towards fulfillment. whereas, the out-of-body node rahu is exploitative, hasty, and rapid in movement. both govern over the trials and tribulations we may experience in our physicality. thus, both are intricately intertwined and so are their natives.
rahuvian natives share similar features of thinned and highly-arched eyebrows (characteristic of thinner eyebrows being considered more yin in nature), less prominent noses and chins, fuller cheeks, smaller facial frames, expertly defined cupid's bow, and large eyes. whereas, shani natives share similar (if not exact) features to that of rahu but with slightly less exaggerative features erring on the side of angelic essence (yin and ethereal, otherworldly, and mystical) compared to the ingenue essence likes of rahu (decorative, cute yin)
🪞 jaime pressly (left) and margot robbie (right)
another case study of rahuvian-saturnian beauty is pressly (pushya surya loosely conjunct shani and shravana chandra) and robbie (ardra surya tightly conjunct brihaspati, punarvasu lagna tightly conjunct buddha, and swati chandra), both of which share a shani atmakaraka (the graha/karaka most indicative of oneself). both celebrities share the similar characteristics of the two grahas which highly emphasize yin-nature. the subtle essences of both graha types are analyzed below. both of which favor yin and small facial features and clothing details (such as dainty jewelry pieces, note how many of the graha natives sport blue jewelry indicative of shani's rulership) and lighter and softer features (such as bleached/highlighted hair and naturalistic, nude coloring in makeup):
rahu aesthetics: yin, but decorative small-scale yin. features flowing, rounded shapes in both anatomy and clothing-styles. small, compact figure in which natives prefer to adorn themselves with small decorations and details, such as delicate trimmings.
shani aesthetics: most yin essence of the grahas (though it flows back into yang). it is a type of yin that is ethereal in nature. natives' body type has the least concrete shape of all the essences. its silhouettes are long and flowing with draping and webbing. fine textures, as well as transparent and iridescent colours, contribute to their ethereal appearance.
🪞 sarah hyland (left) and mila kunis (right)
hyland has a swati lagna, anuradha surya tightly conjunct shukra, and dhanishta chandra loosely conjunct rahu. kunis has an ashlesha surya, anuradha lagna loosely conjunct ketu and brihaspati, and swati chandra loosely conjunct shani. despite both women being influenced by different planetary aspects (including the oppositionary ketu for kunis), you can notice yet again their saturnian (specifically anuradha) and rahuvian (specifically swati) aspects dominating both women almost entirely.
anuradha: as i spoke about in a previous post on this nakshatra, anuradha natives possess specific, bunny-like features indicative of the nakshatra's rabbit yoni. these natives often possess big, round, and bright eyes; rounded foreheads; full yet smaller horizontal surface area lips; and prominent central incisors.
swati: swati's dominance over mahamaya results in natives' face types having the same length and width dimensions. it is harmonious as a whole without any dominative unique features. they are genetically predisposed to a beautifully attractive round face with harmonic and regular proportions specifically surrounding the contour region of their face. due to the mahamaya emphasis, natives of swati have a distinct affinity for facial feminizing techniques (such as hairline modifications, jaw reduction, rhinoplasty (nose reduction), and facial lifts). note that these improvements might appear the best on these natives due to their rahuvian abundance, but natives must learn to balance this affinity for bodily modification (specifically with their nose or cheekbones) with equal bouts of self care and physical reflection.
🪞 nina dobrev (left) and victoria justice (right)
nina dobrev has an jyeshta lagna, purva ashadha surya loosely conjunct shani, and shravana chandra tightly conjunct buddha. victoria justice has a dhanishta surya, shravana chandra loosely conjunct shani, and swati lagna. both celebrities share similar venusian and saturnian undertones, yet it is likely the shravana emphasis that further adds identical qualities to both women. shravana beauty, contrarily to pushya, it is chandra-based beauty (sensual, deep yin) with saturnian undertones (ethereal yin).
chandra (a graha with emphasis on femininity)-based beauty is mature and sensual when in conjunction with shani (a graha with emphasis on traditionalized values). overall resulting in a romantic-essence beauty type: like the circular shape of a voluptuous, full moon, the romantic shravana silhouette is curvy and round, mirroring that of an hourglass. soft, flowing garments create movement in the silhouette, whereas romantic colors (that of a red and pink palette) look best on these women.
consequently, individuals with the shravana style essence tend to create an overall visual impression of sensuality and glamor. although their essence is yin, such as the ingenue, rahuvian essence, it is a mature sensuality as opposed to the cute, innocent prettiness of rahuvian natives. adjectives such as sexy, 'womanly', and glamorous can be used to describe these natives. abstractly, one can associate the shravana style/anatomical essence with the themes of luxury and indulgence. this aura specifically conjures up images of expensive jewellery, candlelit dinners, and red roses similar to the blooming nature of this nakshatra's artha purushartha and brahma trimurthi.
🪞lili reinhart (left) and brittany murphy (right)
reinhart has an uttara phalguni surya and chandra (loosely conjunct rahu) and swati lagna. whereas, murphy has an ashlesha lagna and swati surya and chandra (loosely conjunct shukra). both women share a surya atmakaraka and brihaspati amatyakaraka. yet again we see a physical example of rahu being indicative of identical similarity amongst others. this is likely due to rahu and shani (if aspecting one's surya or chandra) in one's natal chart being indicative of twins. specifically these aspects include the seventh house and bahuputra yoga. the two grahas' indication of twins can manifest one finding other non-related individuals who share an eerily similar appearance or siblings who are specifically dominant in shani and/or rahu energies looking identical despite not being identical twins. both individuals serving as seperate sides of the same cosmological coin.
also note the stylistic differences between reinhart and murphy above. murphy looks more natural in the shani-based vata colors of silvers and blues. whereas, reinhart looks absolutely gorgeous yet slightly "off" in the neon-red coloring of her dress (due to the countering pitta dosha nature of red). while reinhart may be influenced by the pitta surya via her surya and chandra, it is clear she favors vata coloring naturally. do note that vata dosha colors such as brown and grey should be avoided for those experiencing common vata-associated issues with matters such as anxiety and depression. this is why it is recommended for these natives to incorporate soft, pastel, and pale iterations of the respective colors, such as red or orange. too bright or cold colors can bring natives of this dosha more out of balance. however, white is said to have a good effect on people with a predominant vata dosha constitution. additionally, the accumulated surplus of vata dosha is well influenced by the color yellow (likely contributing to rahu and shani's favoring of blonde hair and highlights).
🪞keira knightley (left) and natalie portman (right)
knightley has an uttara bhadrapada surya (loosely conjunct buddha and shukra) and rohini chandra. portman has a rohini surya, swati lagna, and purva phalguni chandra. both were born on tuesday (the day of kuja). both women incorporate lunar romanticism but differ with their shani and rahu influences ever so slightly.
shani subtlety: a combination of of ying features and mysticism, also known as the ethereal and most yin essence. consequently, individuals with the subtlety of shani tend to create an overall visual impression of softness and otherworldliness or mysticism. although they are more feminine like the rahu and lunar essences, this is an 'old soul' kind of femininity as opposed to sensual or cute, pretty femininity. adjectives such as mysterious, ethereal, mystical, or 'old soul' can be used to describe people under this graha's influence. abstractly, one can associate the graha with the themes of mysticism and the cosmos, often conjuring up images of mythical creatures, fairies and mermaids, and the cosmos and galaxies within others.
rahu subtlety: a combination of femininity with childlike innocence and delicacy, also known as the decorative, small-scale yin subtlety. consequently, individuals with rahu subtlety tend to create an overall visual impression of youthful femininity and innocence. although this subtlety is feminine like the lunar essence, it is a childlike, innocent cuteness as opposed to the mature, sensual femininity of the lunar individual. adjectives like gentle, cute, and pretty could be used to describe natives. abstractly, one can associate rahu subtlety with the themes of innocence and youthful idealism, conjuring up images of delicate flowers.
note both natives have a rectangular-shaped face with square foreheads and jawlines. they have long, ovular faces but with angular edges. they both possess immense symmetry and harmony as seen in lunar women but their vata influences dominate this abundance with facial contouring and structural emphasis. their overall appearance is an example of vata extremism with lunar subtleties. compared to more vata-lunar natives like dobrev and justice, one can really see their morphological differences. additionally, these aforementioned planetary subtleties are also witnessed with both of the actresses careers. for example, knightley stars in more whimsical or vintage films such as "pride and prejudice", "the duchess", and "pirates of the caribbean". whereas, portman stars in more romantic, subtle thrillers that embody the purity complex seen within rahu, such as "black swan", "v for vendetta", and "leon".
🪞 zooey deschanel (left): uttara ashadha surya, chandra, and lagna (tightly conjunct buddha) born on thursday, day of brihaspati, with chandra amatyakaraka
🪞katy perry (right): swati surya and lagna (tightly conjunct buddha) and vishakha chandra (tightly conjunct shani) born on thursday, day of brihaspati, with chandra amatyakaraka
🪐 are you saturn and/or rahu dominant? have you encountered similar instances of being compared to other people or celebrities based on your physical appearance? i think it is interesting that even individuals influenced by these grahas are compared to other people more so than those who are not influenced by shani or rahu. it is likely people would suspect buddha to be involved in this phenomena. however, buddha is not implicative of identical nature, it is implicative of the flattery that lies within mimicry via emulation. this is why mercurial celebrities often undergo bodily alterations to resemble rahuvian/saturnian celebrities (such as bella hadid's cosmetic transformation into resembling carla bruni or the character elvira's direct copying of the character vampira).
🪞 jessica chastain (left) and bryce dallas howard (right)
additional examples of astrological lookalikes:
jessica chastain (anuradha lagna, rohini chandra loosely conjunct brihaspati, and uttara bhadrapada surya loosely conjunct buddha) and bryce dallas howard (revati lagna, shatabhisha surya loosely conjunct kuja and shukra, and uttara ashadha chandra). both share chandra atmakarakas.
jordin sparks (swati chandra, mula surya loosely conjunct shani, and purva ashadha lagna) and america ferrera (ashwini surya tightly conjunct buddha, anuradha chandra tightly conjunct kuja, and purva ashadha lagna tightly conjunct brihaspati)
kiernan shipka (vishakha surya and anuradha chandra) and emma watson (ashwini surya, uttara phalguni lagna, and mula chandra)
* all of these placements were found using astrotheme/.com and/or astro-charts/.com. it is important to note that some chandra (moon) placements may be off by up to 6 degrees and lagnas (ascendants/rising signs) as well, due to the fact that many websites do not have 100% accurate birth times for the given celebrities.

"The root star, origin star, foundation star"
Power to ruin, destroy, scatter things.
small overview of the nakshatra:
So Mula is the nakshatra that is opposite ardra and naturally, it's going to deal with opposite themes or at least is going to deal with the same matter but using another tactic
this time mula instead of simply cutting the problem right away now we are going to see an individual who will find the truth by digging into it.. digging into the roots to find the source of the problem.
mula its the "matured" state of ketu contrary to ardra which is the infant or initial manifestation of rahu
mula can be just as chaotic as ardra or even worse because this time there's not head only the body, ketu, and the challenge now it is to cut off only the part of the root that is sick or bringing problems.
this time instead of cutting the problem straight away we will go on a journey to see what happens when you decide to go after to eliminate the root of the problem and its consequences.
i also highly recommend that you check my previous post, that i will link on the end of this post, to be able to get a better understanding of the matter.
Pop culture mula representations:
Singers
Gerard Way (depression, singer and songwriter, fame, and art)
Gerard Way is a famous 00s punk rock vocalist of a band called My Chemical Romance. he has mula moon with mercury Bharani conjucted ketu Ashwini and just by looking at his placements we can already see that he has huge ketu energy on his chart.
He is a Taurus rising with mercury-ketu on his 12th, exalted rx venus on his 11th with the sun. The 12th house is the house of liberation, salvation, losses, and things that are hidden from us and the 11th is the house of earned gains and social networking.
(i use astroseek to see the carts so i believe that might be some differences although i don't think his nakshatras change regardless)
I am going to discuss the lyrics of his albums that, according to him, are very personal.
his second band album was launched in 2004 and it is called "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge"
okay lets just start by looking at the cover because i just found out that i was inspired by "bonnie and clydes kiss" and i just checked and clyde, just like Gerard, he have exalted venus (but gerard have retrograde venus and its at revati and clydes is at purva bdp),and they have their lagnas on the same nakshatra the difference is that g's is at taurus mrigashira and clydes at gemini
meaning that sad mula emo boy took inspiration on a couple of murders to make his band's debut album and to be even more coincidental is the fact that he have strong synastry with the man meaning that
"In the drawing, you can see a small white heart on the male character's forehead. It is the only spot on his bleeding forehead, as it represents the couple's bulletproof love."
and on this album there's a music dedicated to his dead grandmother, called Helena.
I will not elaborate further on this album because the focus of my analysis will be on the second album of the band, but this first observation is here to show that Gerard's way of dealing with his pain, alongside drug use, was to write songs.
my main focus will be in the bands second album, where through the lyrics, we can see his mother's issues, his fear of abandonment, and more of his personality.
the third band's album is called "the black parade" and the band recorded this album in a haunted abandoned house where the members lived for a while only to be able to record the album. The members spent 2 months inside a haunted mansion isolated and said to have experienced supernatural stuff.
It is a rock opera and concept album centered on a dying man with cancer known as "The Patient". The album tells the story of his apparent death, experiences in the afterlife, and subsequent reflections on his life.
in short, the man died and saw his life in the form of a parade, hence it was called the black parade, it was a place where he reflected on his life choices after arriving at the afterlife.
now lets go over the album songs in a quick overview to see the story (the tracks are listed according to the order.)
"The Black Parade" focuses on the journey of a man known as "The Patient", diagnosed with cancer, as he reflects on his life and impending death. The album begins with "The End", where The Patient prepares for his funeral without expecting much mourning. In "Dead", he faces the reality of his imminent death and regrets not living his life fully. In "This Is How I Disappear", he realizes he will be forgotten and faces the consequences of his actions. "The Sharpest Lives" explores his toxic behavior and substance abuse after his lover leaves him. In Welcome to the Black Parade, The Patient recalls his father's advice to help others. In I Don't Love You, he breaks up out of self-hatred. House of Wolves sees him mocking fake faith. Cancer shows his fear of being remembered at his worst. Mama reflects on a mother's love despite her son's actions. The Patient learns that his family's love remains, like the mother's in the story. The Patient in "Sleep" faces internal turmoil and regrets, viewing himself as a monster unworthy of sympathy. Memories of his heinous acts torment him in death. The theme of disconnection from society, as portrayed by teenagers, reflects his warped perspective. "Disenchanted" portrays his wasted life and fear of death. In "Famous Last Words," The Patient finds hope for a second chance at life with his lover after facing his fear of death.
(I got this explanation from Reddit. tumblr didn't allow me to post the full explanation so please go to the post and read for yourself to see the detailed version.) (the explanation will use the detailed version of the track story explanation.)
in my personal opinion, Gerard was just as personal on this opera as he was on the song about his grandmother. This time we got to see mula's form of trying to fix the problems that disturb an individual's mind.
the lyrics feel way to personal, especially knowing that mulas tend to have mother issues, as we can see on the track mama where the dying man is begging for his mother for help and he feels desperate and looking for love and care, following the "welcome to the black parade" track where the man is remembering the words of his father and that to me portrays his rising ruler, Revati venus rx at 11th conjuncted his sun, the internal feeling of wanting to save people and to do good for others
In The Sharpest Lives, he says "he promises that if he has her back he will give up all of his addictions, as her light would be so bright in his world that the sun would be ashamed", the nodes are eclipsing the sun(Rahu the artificial sun) and the moon (ketu artificial moon), here I believe he meant that by facing her without the drug addiction he would be have no choice but to actually face his shadows because he uses the drugs to run from reality to run from his head demons.
he have rahu libra ruled by his rising lord, venus 11th that is conjuncted with his sun, libra = relationships, rahu fake or artificial, the artificial sun is ruled by exalted venus and pieces also deals with addictions, maybe the sun that he mentioned is the artificial sun, the one who would be ashamed, as his soul and venus are together.
everyone wonders what happens at the afterlife and no wonder he wrote this opera..... and by last the fact that he wonders through the whole album if he wasted his life away and desires to have his lost love back, again coming back to venus and union of two souls.
by he i was talking about gerard, who i truly believe mirrored himself on this punk opera as a way to express his mental tortures and transform into art. in the end the dying man and Gerard can be the same they sound the same.
differently from ardra, mula expresses his soul pains in a way more artistic to be able to find out what is wrong with him why does he feel so much pain in his life and regardless of gerard knowing or not those pains were put in his life as a test to achieve his soul liberation, something that I believe years later he find peace.
gerard said on a interview on 2022 :
-“The triumph of the human spirit over darkness was something that was kind of built into the DNA of the band from the beginning,” he explained. “The self-actualization, the triumph of the spirit and things like that, getting through really hard things. “There’s darkness in the world. And I think overcoming that darkness, that darkness externally and internally, is a beautiful thing. It’s a challenging thing, but it is beautiful if you can do that if you can kind of triumph over that. So that’s a theme that’s definitely in ‘Black Parade’, the song, and it’s in my work.”"
Billie Eilish (singer, famous star)
Billie is a famous pop singer that has mula sun-mercury-ketu 11th, 12th shravana moon, jupiter ardra rx - rahu mrigashira 5th, with lagnaand mars at purva bdp aquarius ruled by 4th rohini saturn rx.
where we got two famous singers with big saturn (gerard have cancer saturn i forgot to mention) ketu and Jupiter Energy that they channel to create their arts, but this time is billies brother who writes for her or co-writers with her (depending on the source you use).
finneas (her brother) have jupiter rx capricorn, leo stellium (mercury, venus and rahu) , mrigashira gemini moon and saturn pisces.
billies moon conjuncts her brothers jupiter and his moon conjunct her Jupiter-rahu and his ketu conjunct her first house lagna and mars so i truly believe that they are very close to each other and can understand each others internal mental battles to me they channel together, funny because one of the symbols of gemini is the twins.
also his sun conjuncts her saturn which should bring discipline to their work.
this time we got to see how mula operates under the umbrella of rahu, mula stellium ruled by jupiter ardra. In other words, we are going to see how, through an intellectual lens, Billie channels her inner mental torture and expresses her unique yet common emo mindset to make a career out of her pains.
she have her 10th ruler at 1st, 10th jyeshta venus ruled mars aquarius, this explains why shes very famous and why we are able to see her channelized expression of herself. 10th planets are what is exposed to the world, our reputation.
the 10th house is oposite the 4th, where the fourth house is the most private house of our chart and her chart ruler is at 4th, Rohini Saturn. Wealth is what, usually a rohini wants but its ruled by a jyeshta very public venus, venus does not like to be that public (exposed) and definitely had a hard life, two things that a rohini doesn't like at all.
just like Gerad, Billie displays mommy issues within her artwork, alongside her social difficulty, ketu = detached and is with sun-mercury meaning having a harder time with her mind.
her debut album called "When We Fall Asleep Where Do We Go" was inspired, in part, by lucid dreaming and night terrors. again two common nodal themes. According to her, night terrors and lucid dream is what happens when you fall asleep.
the album talks about hopes and fears surronding drug addiction, heartbreak, mental health, and suicide.
even tho the themes are and can be very personal billie said that she and her brother like to write as if they were someone else, meaning that she often likes to separates herself from the artwork this mimics the relation with herself, the 5th house is the natural house of the sun, the ego, and its located at the 11th, the house of social gains.
so this time, the idea of being a separate persona makes way more sense to her instead of gerads, because she really feels detached from all of these matters, mercury 11th with ketu.
yet she have 4th saturn and its said to be the worst house for saturn, i truly believe that they (the siblings) channel their bad mental experiences that they had as a child to write her music because her 12th moon is ruled by 4th saturn, and a Capricorn moon is also said to experience mental anxiety and problems.
this time she might actually feel separated from the art but the art, once again, truly mimics the inside of our hearts.
so as we can see in order to heal, these two mulas use their pain and transform into art and by doing this they liberate their heads from the pain and eventually, even if takes long they find some kind of peace.
in 2021, billie launched her album called "Happier Than Ever" and this time the inspiration was the covid 19.
this time billie was more, just like the rest of the world, isolated and said that the album creation felt very natural and she also mentioned that was able to feel more confident on her work.
she further adds that self-reflection was the biggest muse behind the record and she mentioned that wrote the track "male fantasy" by herself which helped her realized some unprocessed feelings she previously had.
and just like gerald, with the help of isolation came the biggest form of inspiration.
END OF PART 1.
hi thank you so much for reading until the end i hope you enjoyed and were able to learn something ;).
please feel free to request any suggestion of themes you would like me to talk about and share you personal feedback :))

Vedic Astrology Observations
Mars Dominant Men
(GIF context: The gif shows Mars Dominant Jim Carrey [Mrigashira Moon and Dhanishta Ketu] being extra, which is what he is known for. The other video is just shear chaos that I think is demonstrative of Mars energy at its most energetic and undeveloped. Just... watch it, and you will see.)
youtube
Mars, known as "Mangal" in Vedic astrology, is the general of the army of gods. It is a symbol of dynamism and excitability, embodying the essential forces of ambition, anger, and action. In Vedic astrology, Mars plays an important role in reinforcing principles related to assertiveness and drive. The placement of Mars in an individual's kundli (birth chart) is indicative of where energy is most actively expressed and channeled, often linked to pursuits involving motivation, courage, combat, and conquest. Additionally, Mars governs the domains of passion and sexuality, overseeing primal instincts of desire and attraction, thereby significantly influencing sexual drive, romantic pursuits, and the broader expression of fervor, which includes violence and cruelty. In the context of relationships and sexuality, Mars' placement in the birth chart can reveal an individual's approach to sexual matters, assertiveness in romantic endeavors, and physical intimacy. The influence of Mars also extends beyond physical exertion as well, as it similarly encapsulates broader concepts of mental initiative and the cognitive drive necessary to achieve goals and overcome obstacles. Mars is not a one-dimensional force; while it represents the essential pursuit we all need to get things done, it also signifies potential conflict, impulsivity, and a propensity for brashness. Like fire, Mars's energy can both forge and destroy, serving as a tool for constructive purposes or leading to destruction if not properly managed. This complex nature of Mars highlights the importance of balance and control in harnessing its power. The journey of Mars in one's life is that of a warrior's path, necessitating not only the wielding of power but also an understanding of its consequences and the judicious use of such force. The process of learning to balance and direct one's energies appropriately is central to the teachings of Mars, making its influence important for personal growth, self-understanding, and the realization of one's potential.
Mars, within the framework of Vedic astrology, wields a significant influence on an individual's personality and life direction, something that becomes especially pronounced in natives with prominent placements in Mars-ruled nakshatras like Mrigashira, Chitra, and Dhanishta. Investigating Mars' astrological impact provides an opportuned look into the inherent characteristics, life paths, and challenges of those under its primary influence, particularly regarding its astrological significations as they manifest in the real world. The presence of a dominant Mars in an astrological chart typically results in a personality distinguished by ambition, assertiveness, and a pronounced expression of will. Although these traits can be observed in both genders, they tend to be more conspicuous in Mars-dominant men. This is a bit unrelated, but I would recommend that, for all astrological endeavors, you should be able to see the influence of astrology in people's' lives, and that should roughly align with the significations of the energy behind the different signs, planets, houses etc. Astrology is true beyond self-reflection. It is the essence of life and the universe itself and establishes a oneness to all things that can be observed even in and beyond material world.
Anyway, Mrigashira Nakshatra, often referred to as the birthplace of Mars, is where the planet's energy is expressed most vibrantly and potently. Symbolized by a deer, this nakshatra embodies an inherent restlessness and a relentless quest for chasing after something. It represents qualities like agility and grace, mirroring the inherent qualities of Mrigashira individuals, such as quick intellect, adaptability, and a certain delicateness in their approach to life and relationships. The ruling deity of Mrigashira, Soma, the Moon God, adds to this Nakshatra a layer of emotional depth and intuitive insight that complements its inherent restlessness and quest for knowledge. Soma's influence brings a nurturing and reflective quality to the vibrant and potent energy of Mars, softening the aggressive pursuit with a touch of gentleness. When Mrigashira falls in Taurus, co-ruled by Venus, this brings in elements of sensuality, aesthetics, and a deeper connection to the material and sensual world. The influence of Venus enhances the allure and charm inherent in the deer symbolism, adding a dimension of beauty and attraction to the restlessness and curiosity driven by Mars. Conversely, when Mrigashira is in Gemini, co-ruled by Mercury, the focus shifts more towards communication, intellect, and a mercurial nature of being skilled. The deer's symbolism here aligns with agility not just in physical movement but in mental acuity as well. The connection of Mar's and Mercury's influence on this Nakshatra infuses these individuals with a sharp wit, a capacity for rapid intellectual processing, and an insatiable curiosity about the world around them. Together, the influence of both Taurus and Gemini are combined to make up this cusp Nakshatra as a whole, blending qualities of each for those born under it. Individuals with significant placements in Mrigashira are marked by intense curiosity and a dynamic spirit, leading to a restlessness that transcends the physical, spurring a constant pursuit of knowledge and unfettered thoughts. Their minds are agile and adaptable, producing a versatile and energetic approach to life. However, this can sometimes result in an overwhelming influx of thoughts, necessitating continuous physical/mental stimulation and a penchant for novelty to keep them quiet. In relationships, their charismatic and dynamic nature is alluring, yet their constant craving for change can challenge the stability and depth of these connections. Professionally, they excel in roles that demand innovation, quick thinking, and adaptability. Additionally, with Mars' association with sex and desire, the birth of Mars in this nakshatra intertwines with the genesis of desire and the inherent chase in seduction, shown in its natives as being either "hard to get" or relentless in their pursuit of another. The symbolism of the deer in this nakshatra resonates with this quality of desire and chase as it relates to innocence and allure, reflecting the dual aspects of seduction as both a playful and deeply carnal force.
(GIF contexts: The first gif shows Hugh Jackman [Mrigashira Moon, Chitra Sun and Chitra Mercury – I also thought I should mention he has Shravana ascendant {moon and saturn-ruled nak, while not moon dominant, the aspects in my moon-dominant post will still somewhat apply to him, since ascendant is a very important placement}, which introduces an aspect of discipline that I talk about a little later]. He is dancing while sitting. The second shows Armie Hammer who is jointly Ketu and Mars Dominant [Mrigashira Moon, Chitra Venus and Ketu / Magha Sun and Mercury]. As a side note, Armie Hammer played in Call Me By Your Name with Timothee Chalamet who is Joint dominant with Ketu and Jupiter, which is interesting considering Mars is one of the most compatible with Jupiter. Chitra Nakshatra, symbolized by a bright jewel, epitomizes the fusion of creativity and allure. This nakshatra, much like a finely cut gem, reflects the qualities of precision, intricacy, and brilliance. Chitra Nakshatra, under the guardianship of Tvashtar or Vishwakarma, the divine architect and cosmic craftsman, radiates the essence of creative brilliance and aesthetic perfection. The influence of this deity gives Chitra natives a blend of artistic talent and a keen eye for details, mirroring Tvashtar's role in shaping the universe with precision and creativity. They can be some of the most expansive when it comes to world-building, almost to the point where it becomes disturbing how far into detail they will go. The symbol of Chitra being a bright jewel perfectly encapsulates the splendor and allure that Tvashtar imparts to these individuals, fostering an affinity for harmony, design, and the finer things in life. When Chitra falls in Virgo, co-ruled by Mercury (possibly Ceres), the focus is on the meticulous and analytical aspects, mirroring the precise and careful crafting of a jewel. This placement accentuates the intellectual and detailed-oriented facets of creativity, similar to the skilled artisanship in gem cutting. Conversely, in Libra, co-ruled by Venus, Chitra's energy shifts towards the aesthetic, the harmonious, and the beautiful aspects of a jewel's allure. In this sign, the emphasis is on artistic expression, sensory appreciation, and the creation of visual harmony, aligning with Venus's influence on Chitra's inherent Mars-driven dynamism. The symbolism of the jewel in Chitra thus resonates with the attributes of detail, thoughtfulness craftsmanship, and aestheticism, making this cusp Nakshatra very similar but different to its less developed predecessor. Individuals with significant placements in Chitra are known for their artistic sensibility and charm, often drawn to professions where creativity and aesthetics hold sway. Their pursuit of beauty drives them towards perfectionism in various life aspects, from art and design to personal expression, much like a jewel being chiseled to display harmony and beauty. However, this pursuit can sometimes lead to a performative aspect in their expressions, prioritizing appearance over substance. The fiery energy of Mars in this nakshatra can manifest as a combative trait, fueling their dynamic approach to life but also leading to conflicts when ideals of perfection meet less polished realities. The symbolism of the jewel in Chitra reflects a balance between brilliance and fragility, much like a precious stone: captivating, yet susceptible to cracking under pressure. Additionally, Mars adds a layer of passion to their artistic endeavors and romantic pursuits, modifying the expression of Mercury and Venus with an added layer of intensity. This might extend to all Mars men, but Chitra tends to really emphasize the smile.

Dhanishta Nakshatra shows Mars in its most sophisticated, refined form, particularly dominating in aspects of masculine sexuality and spirituality. Presided over by the Vasus, the eight elemental gods in Vedic mythology, this nakshatra emulates the virtues of wealth, generosity, and musicality. This celestial domain gives its natives the essence of resourcefulness, resilience, and a connection to the natural and cosmic elements as symbolized by the drum, encapsulating rhythm, charisma, and the very pulse of life. Co-ruled by Saturn and straddling the cusp of Capricorn and Aquarius, Dhanishta harmonizes the discipline of Saturn with the vigor of Mars, captivating others with its endurance, charisma, and a refined spiritual power. The significance of Mars being exalted in Capricorn plays an important role in the expression of Dhanishta Nakshatra. Mars' exaltation in this Nakshatra at the 28º of Carpcorn signifies the planet's optimal expression of discipline, determination, and the ability to achieve goals with focused energy. This exaltation enhances Dhanishta's traits, giving individuals a formidable ability to channel Mars' dynamic force constructively and with purpose. The balance of Mars' raw energy and Saturn's structured approach in Dhanishta translates to a sophisticated handling of power, a relentless drive for achievement, and an alignment with a sense of purpose. This blend of Mars' exalted qualities in tandem with saturn leads to a unique amalgamation of strength, resilience, and responsibility, albeit with the potential for emotional extremes and a tendency toward depressive states. While Dhanishta engenders purpose and strength, it can cause emotional fluctuations and a tendency towards depressive as well as over-excitable states. The highs of Mars' fiery energy can swiftly transition to the lows of Saturn's cold and somber disposition, creating a challenging oscillation between the two extremes. In their personal lives, the Dhanishta native's need for energy and control, amplified by intense sexual energy, can complicate relationships, leading to a cycle of passionate engagements followed by phases of solitude and detachment. This pattern, often observable in the lives of many Dhanishta natives, can result in a disconnect from one's authentic self and meaningful relationships. Furthermore, the Saturnine influence in Dhanishta brings an enhanced sense of duty, which, coupled with Mars' ambition and focus on male sexuality, often culminates in a relentless pursuit of success and a desire to satisfy the male ego, sometimes at the cost of personal health and well-being. Acknowledging the features of Mars in this Nakshatra is especially important as it reaches its maturity at age 28, when these themes become more pronounced for those under its strong influence. Individuals with prominent placements in Dhanishta often have a lustrous personality and a commanding presence, qualities that often thrust them into the public sphere. Their charisma and appeal are rooted not just in external factors but emerge from a deep sense of self-assuredness and a vigorous inner life. These people may also become overly-involved with their work to the point where it adversely affects their health, so that is another thing to keep in mind.
(GIF contexts: The first one shows Ashton Kutcher [Dhanishta Sun, Moon, and Venus -- possibly also Mrigashira Asc]. The second one shows Aaron Taylor Johnson [Dhanishta Sun and Mrigashira Moon.] The third shows Nicholas Cage [Chitra Moon and Dhanishta Saturn with Venus])
Mars-dominant men are characterized by their complex and intense personalities, significantly shaped by the dynamic energy of Mars. This influence is evident in a range of behaviors, including assertiveness, vitality, and notable physical expressiveness, which are often juxtaposed with a distinctive emotional sensitivity and a tendency towards irritability. Such a combination frequently leads to a heightened level of emotional reactivity, predisposing them to sudden outbursts or intense responses to both physical and emotional stimuli. These reactions can sometimes seem erratic or disproportionate, emerging unexpectedly and potentially being perceived as a lack of emotional regulation. This aspect of their personality may come across as somewhat childish, marked by a lack of control in emotional expression. For example, they might exhibit an exaggerated reaction to minor annoyances, such as becoming excessively upset when disturbed, demonstrating an almost melodramatic response to scenarios that others might approach with greater composure. However, this same intensity of emotion can also manifest as a form of strength and fervor. Their copious energy often channels itself into various activities that capture their interest, leading to deep immersion in these pursuits. For instance, their engagement with a book might become so absorbing that they forsake any plans they have for the day, opting instead to consume the entire thing in a single session. This characteristic illustrates their capacity for exaggerated involvement in activities they find are passionately interested in, reflecting the significant impact of Mars' energy on their concentration and enthusiasm. This deep involvement can be both a source of fulfillment and, at times, a challenge, as their intense focus might lead them to overlook other aspects of their lives. Understanding and managing this potent Mars influence is key to harnessing its strengths while mitigating its potential downsides.
Mars-dominant men, driven by this planet's passionate and energetic influence, often gravitate towards activities that demand physical exertion and pose a challenge. This preference can take various forms, from athletic activities to spontaneous physical actions, some of which may be seen as unconventional or particularly intense. These men are typically drawn to extreme sports or activities that stimulate adrenaline, reflecting their desire for excitement and a drive to test their limits. Their approach to these activities is characterized by an intensity and a readiness to embrace risks, mirroring the unrestrained energy of Mars. While they generally may not favor disciplines like weightlifting or bodybuilding, which require a level of sustained discipline that contrasts with their inclination for sporadic bursts of energy more familiar to mars, a more refined expression of Mars, such as through Dhanishta Nakshatra, might lead them to engage in physical activities that incorporate a more structured approach. In addition to these pursuits, Mars-dominant men might also find a strong interest in the military or related fields, aligning with Mars' traditional association with warfare and combat. The disciplined structure, physical demands, and the inherent challenges of military life resonate with the Mars-driven need for a dynamic environment and the opportunity to demonstrate courage and strength. This attraction to the military or tactical fields can be seen as an extension of their adventurous spirit and their propensity to engage in activities that test their physical and mental fortitude. The discipline and order of military life provide a constructive outlet for their Mars-driven energy, channeling their inclination for risk-taking and physical exertion into a structured and purposeful framework. This interest in military pursuits or related activities not only aligns with the martial qualities of Mars but also allows these individuals to find a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment in an environment that values and nurtures their inherent traits and abilities. In daily life, their spontaneous physical behavior is also noticeable. Mars-dominant men might exhibit impulsive reactions, such as sprinting to catch a bus, suddenly engaging in a random dance, or displaying various forms of physical restlessness like tapping or bouncing their legs. These actions, although demonstrating their physical vitality, can sometimes be surprising or even disconcerting to others due to their intensity and the unexpected nature of these bursts of energy. This unpredictability, coupled with their physical prowess, can sometimes induce apprehension in those around them, stemming from a perception of a lack of control. This physical expressiveness is integral to their nature, providing a means to manifest Mars' fiery energy in a visible and impactful way that is hard to temper. Whether through structured sports or in spontaneous acts, their physicality is a crucial channel for their passion and energy, significantly shaping their interactions with and experiences of the world around them.
(GIF context: The first shows Charles LeClerc [Chitra Sun and Mercury – He also has prominent Ketu but not enough for me to consider that a joint-dominant.] The second shows Antony Starr [Chitra Sun and Mrigashira Moon.] The third is Aaron Paul [Chitra Moon.])
In social settings, Mars-dominant men often exhibit a dichotomous behavior. Outwardly, they may present a reserved and polite persona because they wish to carefully curate their public image driven by a desire to be liked and admired and experience anxiety surrounding their inability to control their energy. However, this external calmness often conceals an inner whirlwind of energy and a combative intensity. Despite their efforts to appear controlled and composed, their interactions can unpredictably shift into provocative realms, especially in environments where they feel supported or defended by their social circle, or where they are otherwise at east. They may engage in boundary-pushing behaviors, rule-breaking, or ignite debates, just to elicit reactions that energize them and test the limits of others. This inclination to provoke and challenge is deeply ingrained in their nature, influenced by Mars' inherent provocativeness, which can be both physical and mental. When in the company of those they are comfortable with, their behavior can vary dramatically, shifting from polite and composed to passionately arguing about a complex political issue, for instance. This stark contrast between their almost shy, reticent demeanor and a more tumultuous, uninhibited side (which they often try to conceal) is a direct reflection of their internal struggle to reconcile Mars' fiery influence with societal norms and expectations. This struggle is alike to the effects of an imbalance in testosterone – rather than a balanced hormonal state that encourages virility and self-control, the Mars energy resembles the effects of excessive energy, where increased strength and irritability are coupled with unpredictability and a paradoxically stunted yet uninhibited sexual nature. Their social journey is thus characterized by navigating the fine line between innate Mars-driven impulses and the external social dynamics they aim to navigate. This ongoing internal conflict shapes their social interactions, influencing not only how they are perceived by others but also their self-perception. The challenge for Mars-dominant men lies in finding a way to harness their intense Mars energy constructively, without succumbing to its more disruptive tendencies. This balancing act is central to their personal growth and their ability to form meaningful and stable relationships in their social environments.
Mars-dominant men often exhibit an accentuated display of traditional masculine traits, influenced in part by their internalization of Mars' energy, which they frequently associate with conventional notions of masculinity and male sexuality. This can lead to an overemphasis on attributes such as stoicism and dominance, which are viewed as ideals to be aspired to. At the same time, there is often a tendency to devalue or even disdain traits traditionally considered feminine, such as emotional expressiveness, vulnerability, or gentleness. This behavior, albeit somewhat paradoxical given their own emotional intensity/sensitivity, reflects their struggle to balance their intense Mars-driven energy with societal perceptions of gender roles. It's important to note that these tendencies can be moderated by more feminine influences in their astrological chart, but generally, this is a prevalent pattern that is based on their usual harsh dealings with women. In terms of physical contact, Mars-dominant men typically exhibit a guarded approach. They are intensely protective of their personal space and can react strongly to unsolicited physical interactions. This protective stance is not merely a preference but part of their personality, rooted in a need to maintain control over their physical boundaries to avoid lashing out. However, this respect for personal space may not consistently apply to others. Their occasional disregard for others' personal boundaries can manifest in social settings, though this is often mediated by their desire to be perceived positively. This contradiction highlights another aspect of their complex nature, where the desire for personal autonomy coexists with a less pronounced respect for the autonomy of others. The challenge for Mars-dominant men exists in understanding and respecting the balance between asserting their own boundaries and acknowledging those of the people around them, navigating this aspect of their personality with awareness and sensitivity without compromising their values.
The complexity inherent in Mars-dominant men extends from their personal attributes into their intellectual and relational domains. They often hold complicated perspectives on various subjects, stemming from their willingness to engage with initially challenging ideas to gain a more objective perspective. This intellectual curiosity leads them to explore different sides of an argument, not just for the sake of learning how to refute the side they disagree with, but to substantiate their viewpoints with well-rounded research, reveling in the satisfaction of being "right" with multiple sources to back their claims (keep in mind, that is just one expression of mars. Sometime's mars individuals will just argue for the sake of arguing because it makes them feel good from the adrenaline). This love for intellectual depth is also evident in their approach to relationships. Mars-dominant men are attracted to partners who provide mental stimulation and wish to engage them on various levels – intellectually, emotionally, and physically. They value complexity and depth in their partners, seeking out relationships that offer open, thought-provoking dialogue. But beyond that, they want to be the center of attention in their relationships. These men desire a partner who can take charge and perhaps even educate them, not in a sense of having to be taken care of, but in a dynamic of expecting to be the better one in the relationship to guarantee their security. They enjoy delving into philosophical or abstract discussions, finding pleasure in the mental gymnastics such conversations provide. Consequently, they often avoid relationships that appear superficial or lack intellectual substance. The exception can be found in individuals with a strong Chitra influence, who might seek a balance that includes both depth and external perfection, sometimes even at the cost of authenticity. Regarding their relationship dynamics in terms of expression, Mars-dominant individuals can be either passive or dominant, influenced by their partner's disposition. A more assertive partner tends to bring out their passive side, whereas a more submissive partner tends to elicit a more dominant aspect in them. This adaptability is partly due to Mars' gender-neutral nature in its birth nakshatra, Mrigashira, which allows for a fluidity in their relational interactions but an adherence to traditional gender roles. This flexibility enables them to harmonize with various partner dynamics, adjusting their approach based on the energy and personality of their counterpart, ultimately seeking a balance that satisfies their complex nature, which can be a challenge for most of them.

I think it is necessary to include that, while exhibiting behaviors that align with traditional masculinity and occasionally underappreciating feminine traits, Mars men are not typically overt misogynists. Their inclination towards activities and behaviors often seen as masculine can inadvertently draw in those with more extreme views on gender roles, such as certain friends or fans. However, this association should not be seen as a direct reflection of the personal beliefs or attitudes of Mars-dominant men themselves (One could argue guild by association, but that is not my call). In fact, contrary to subscribing to misogynistic views, many Mars-dominant men possess a deep respect and admiration for strong, independent women. They often challenge patriarchal norms that subjugate women, such as the notion that women's desirability diminishes with age or that women should be perceived as delicate and in need of male protection. Instead, they find strength, intelligence, and maturity in women attractive, indicating a more progressive and equitable view of gender. This perspective on gender highlights the complex influence of Mars in shaping their personalities. Just because Mars-dominant men may naturally gravitate towards pursuits traditionally labeled as "masculine" and may struggle at times with the expression of various traits, their core beliefs about gender often embrace a more nuanced understanding, appreciating strength and assertiveness regardless of gender. Recognizing this aspect of their personality is key to gaining a clearer understanding of Mars-dominant individuals, revealing a facet of these individuals that goes beyond surface-level interpretations of their actions and associations.

Mrigashira: Gentle, multifaceted
Mrigashira is the 5th of the 27 nakshatras
Following Rohini and preceding Ardra, Mrigashira lies in the late degrees of Taurus and early degrees of Gemini. It is symbolized by a deer or just the face of a deer. Mars is the planetary ruler of this nakshatra and it's governing deity is Soma. Soma is often thought of as its form as a food or drink, and the deity Soma is kind of like the personification of the qualities it brings to it's consumers.
The Symbology of the Deer
Deer are herbivores which means they don't hunt other animals. They are also very selective when it comes to the plant material that they eat. Part of why deer are such picky eaters is because the growth and health of their antlers is impacted by the quality of their food. Antlers are important for confrontation/combat and they also function as impressive displays during courtship, so the bias of deer towards nutrient-dense plants makes sense.
"Baby with a rack like this, you won't be worrying about these clowns." - Bambi's dad, probably
The herbivorous nature of deer and their high selectivity when it comes to their food suggests that people with prominent Mrigashira placements in their birth chart are 1) fundamentally gentle and 2) curious, restless, and diffuse because they constantly look for the next best thing. If you know anything about deer you also know that they are very flighty and timid animals, qualities this nakshatra possesses as well.
Another important characteristic of deer which is revealing of the nature of Mrigashira is their preference for groups. They are herd animals, not solitary ones. Something this nakshatra cares deeply about is pairing things up. Mrigashira-heavy people will be multi-faceted people with broad minds. They ceaselessly collect new ideas and update their ideologies naturally as they move through life. They look for ways to apply what they learn - not only in the way it was applied in it's original context, but in all areas of their life. These are people that will read a book about Finnish cuisine and their main takeaway is they need to reinvent their relationship to their career.
Mrigashira is ruled by Mars
Mrigashira, Chitra, and Dhanishtha are the Mars-ruled nakshatras. The planet Mars in astrology represents the way you assert yourself. Mars wants to get the job done and doesn't really care about your opinion. Actually, if you wanted to go outside and hash it out Mars would be happy to do that. It's an aggressive planet, a hot planet, a physical planet, an "I'm going to get what's mine" planet. Everybody needs a healthy sense of drive, and the condition of your mars says a lot about how you accomplish (or don't accomplish) your goals. It also gives information about your sexual desires and physical body.
So why does Mrigashira belong to Mars? How does it make sense that the planet of war lords over the same star represented by such a delicate animal like a deer? What links the hot-hotheadedness of Mars with the flightiness of the deer is desire. Mrigashira natives naturally take interest in collecting knowledge, friends, and ideas as they move through life (like a deer combing the forest floor for good food - behavior driven by a hunger, or desire) and want to combine them in ways that make everyone happy. They are driven by this desire; to diffuse and collect, and then to creatively recombine.
Soma as a Deity and as a Miracle Drug
Soma governs Mrigashira. He is the god of the Moon. As a deity, he rarely appears in Vedic mythology in human form. It's more common that Soma refers to the special drink that the gods consumed to gain immortality and supernatural strength. In ancient times it was drank by yogis and sages to bring them closer to the gods while they performed rituals. Soma provides the consumer with 2 things: health (immortality and strength), and pleasure (delight and happiness.)
Soma was created specially for Indra, who was king of the gods as well as being the god of rain and storms. Before Indra ruled the gods it was Varuna who held this authority. After Indra defeated the demonic serpent Vritra, he turned the other gods against Varuna and took his place. Varuna left big shoes to fill and Indra needed assistance to fill his new role. This is where Soma comes in.
Soma the drink was created for Indra by Soma the Moon god so that Indra could become unconquerable. Another name for Soma is Amrita, meaning "no death." All food is Amrita because we need it to live. Soma is what nourishes the plants that we get our food from - water. Water is the element closely connected to the Moon, both relating (in an astrological context) to things like emotions, femininity, nurturing and nourishment, and introspection. What Soma created for Indra was a plant that could be made into a special drink that had an intoxicating effect while nourishing the body. It's like if eating a home-cooked meal sent you on the best trip of your life.
There has been no consensus when it comes to identifying Soma in nature. It is thought by some that when Soma was prepared by regular people, it was made with poppy, cannabis, and Ephedra. Some theories exist linking Soma with magic mushrooms/psilocybin. R. Gordon Wasson was one of the first people from the West to start trying to identify what plant the Rig Veda could have been referring to when mentioning Soma. He thought that the Soma plant was Amanita muscaria, or fly agaric.
The Lesson of Mrigashira
The broad and multifaceted nature of Mrigashira can manifest as aversion to commitment. It can result in someone who is unable to stand for anything, know what they believe in, or find their own center. Focus of energy becomes too scattered to get anything done.
The medicine of Mrigashira is the balancing act of being multifaceted and diffuse in love and life without becoming a commitment-phoebe. If you're on the more rigid side, Mrigashira asks you to be open to de-compartmentalizing different areas of your life. If you're on the more fluid side, Mrigashira asks you to exercise more control over where your attention is going.

Hello! I have something going on and I was wondering if you could help me figure it out lol. I have this friend who I swear at least once a month she has a new crush or starts dating someone, and at first she makes it seem like this new guy is the love of her life... but three days later when I ask her again she tells me she threw it away because she lost interest or became disillusioned quickly 🤡. I was checking his natal chart but I don't have enough knowledge about how the nakshatras or planets work in love in Vedic... I was wondering if maybe you have an idea of what energy is causing this loss of interest after each conquest.
I know that in tropical astrology people usually attribute these characteristics to Aries or Gemini but I'm not sure (? My friend has Sun in Purva Phalguni, Moon in Mrigashira and Venu in Chitra ❤️🔥. We don't know her birth time but she could have ascendant in either Vishaka or Anuradha. Thank you very much in advance if you can answer this (and sorry for my English) 🫶🏻.
Dw about your English bestieee, you explained everything well!!! 💛✨
I know several people like this lmaooo and they all have Aries/Gemini placements so unfortunately the stereotypes are true
Mrigashira nak as her Moon can be said to be the perpetrator behind the obsession followed by disillusionment (Mrigashira is divided between Taurus & Gemini rashi)
The Venus influence (Purvaphalguni Sun) does not help because Venusians romance absolutely everybody and everything. But something I have noticed with my female Venusian friends is that them praising others is more to make themselves sound good??? like they can be assaulted by someone but they'll be like 😍😍he gave it to me rough 😍😍and he knocked me out 😍he was so sexyyy 😍even if deep down they know that it was wrong?? I feel like it's a coping mechanism 🤕
Venusian women endure a lot of abuse tbh and I think their whole falling madly in love with every other guy they meet is peak delulu 😭 but also how they cope 🤕 because they're die hard romantics despite everything they experience. They think Prince Charming is just around the corner and project those expectations onto every guy 😭
The Mrig influence helps with seeing through it and being disillusioned and losing interest. I feel like it balances things out 🤡💀

Who Can Marry Mrigashira Nakshatra?
The Mrigashira Nakshatra is the fifth nakshatra among the 27 nakshatras in Vedic astrology. Mrigashira Nakshatra zodiac sign lies from 23°20' in the Taurus sign to 6°40' degrees in Gemini. The nakshatra's symbol is a "head of a deer" and thus represents timidness, restlessness, seeking things out and traveling, etc. The people born under Mrigashira Nakshatra have a creative, enthusiastic, cheerful, humorous, and social nature. They love to live life and are pretty impulsive in their approach. As represented by a deer's head, they have many suspicions in their minds and face troubles in their marriage. They are very possessive about their partners, and sometimes this over-possessiveness spoils their marital relations.
Mrigashira nakshatra natives should learn to respect the personal space of their partners to attain marital stability and blissful relationships. We suggest they marry only those stars compatible with them for marriage. It would be easier to develop a good understanding of the compatible stars. One should know about the stars that are compatible with them as a Mrigashira native.
General characteristics of Mrigashira natives
Mrigashira nakshatra male- If we look at the prominent traits of Mrigashira nakshatra male, we will find them full of suspicions. However, he possesses a genuine attitude and gesture, but over-possessiveness in any matter is not desirable. They are timid and tend to trust anybody they meet, which sometimes leads to heartbreaks later. He has high values in life and can't stand dishonesty, prejudices, and judgmental behavior. He may have dual personality for the world than who he is.
Mrigashira nakshatra female- The females born under Mrigashira Nakshatra are intelligent and kind. Mrigashira nakshatra females can be humorous and alert but selfish. They may be short-tempered and talk harshly to hurt others often. The female natives have an interest in reading, writing, and arts. She proves to be a good wife and a loving mother. Also, she gets wealth from many resources and is fond of luxuries and comforts in life.
Both males and females need to control their temper else they may harm themselves. Mrigashira Nakshatra Lord is Mars, and thus it attributes its inherent qualities of rude behavior, sturdy attitude, love for spicy food, harshness, strong determination, etc., within the natives. Mars, with its great influence on the natives, makes them adopt the career fields indicated by Mars. They can get employed in the military, police, body-building, bakers, fire-related work, electricity, engineering, construction, etc. The natives can become excellent authors, writers, managers, coaches, teachers, researchers, etc.
If Mars is not in a good position in the birth chart, the person should perform nakshatra career puja for Mrigashira nakshatra. Pacifying Mrigashira nakshatra helps in attaining desired results in career.
Mrigashira Nakshatra puja involves chanting the nakshatra Vedic mantra in specified numbers by a scholar or priest. The puja may start on Tuesday (the day of Mars) to be finished the following Tuesday. The Nakshatra puja is highly beneficial for those born under Mrigashira nakshatra. One can get the following benefits by performing Mrigasira nakshatra puja-
1. The nakshatra puja helps provide true purpose in life.
2. Mrigasira Nakshatra puja helps those born under it attain the desired job and career.
3. The natives get freedom from worries and obstacles in life.
4. The nakshatra puja helps to get results in your favor in case of any legal or property dispute.
5. The Mrigasira Nakshatra puja bestows health and prosperity on its natives.
Mrigashira nakshatra's marriage and love life
The Mrigashira nakshatra marriage life is full of fun, passion, romance, travel, and happiness. Mars is the lord of this nakshatra; thus, there is no lack of passion and happiness in a person's married life. You are short-tempered and can't stand any dishonesty on the part of your partner. Your over-possessive behavior towards your partner may trouble your relations. The relations can be short-lived for the need for freedom and personal space. There can be heated arguments with the life partner as they may deny following your advice every time. However, sexual encounters will be more, but there will be a lack of mutual understanding and warmth in the relationship. Your spouse is obedient and supportive but may have materialistic inclinations. Sometimes, over-demands and expectations may cause bitterness in relations. Depending upon the position of Mars in the horoscope, the Mrigashira nakshatra marriage age is generally between 24-29 years of age. As an aggressive planet, Mars can give a sharp tongue you need to control in soft relations like marriage. You may face problems in your married relations in the beginning years, but later everything will be good. The marriage is long-lasting with charm in marriage. The partner may be dominating, but still, you will stand by him for his innumerable qualities. Here, we suggest avoiding suspicion in relations else these will get spoiled for no reason.
Mrigashira nakshatra compatibility
The Mrigashira natives are hyperactive. With Mars as their Lord, these natives are restless and short-tempered. They wish to act without thinking much, which sometimes leads to worries later. However, the influence of Venus and Mercury as signs lords are also there, which makes the natives imbibe the qualities of these three planets. Based on the nakshatra pada of Mrigashira, the native can have dominant qualities of any one planet out of these three. The natives need someone who can calm down their restlessness. They need to think before they act, and for that, they need those nakshatras who possess these qualities. As per the compatibility table, the natives of Pushya, Ardra, and Ashlesha will be compatible signs with Mrigashira natives.
In contrast, the nakshatras Chitra, Dhanishtha, and Ashwini are the worst match for Mrigashira natives. These nakshatras have somewhat similar tendencies and thus can’t complement each other.

Personal Nakshatras observation series:
ARDRA NAKSHATRA Part 1:
obs: this series will have multiple sources from random websites to authors/professors that contributed to the creation of this "Article". my opinions are not the ultimate truth and everyone has a different understanding of the same topic. my purpose is to spread my interpretations to help people. contact info will be available at the end of the post.
Nakshatra Characteristics:
6.40 –20 degrees in Gemini.
Meaning: the star of sorrows.
Translation: "The Moist One", "Fresh", "Green"
Deity: Rudra. (one of Shiva's manifestations)
this nakshatra story starts on the Rohini where Brahma (the creator) wanted to have an intimate relationship with his daughter, Rohini, so in the following constellation, mrigashira, Rohini turned herself into a deer to run from Brahma and he also became a deer to chase her and shiva became so furious that he opened his third eye in anger and from that a powerful spark emerged and transformed into Rudra and he cut off brahmas head to save Rohini.
this action shows the empathy and protective nature of Ardra.
ruler: Rahu. (north node)
element: water
guna: tamasic
dosha: vata
tree: Long Pepper or Krishna Kamal Flower (karimaram)
symbols: teardrop, diamond, and a human head.
yoni: female dog.
star: Belteguese
mode: balanced.
goal: kama (pleasure, desires, fulfillment)
Body parts: Top and Back of Head & Eyes.
Sex/Gender: Female.
Upward Facing.
Direction: West (or southeast). Color: Green. (mercury gemini)
Disposition: Sharp and Forceful (Tikshna)
Chakra:vishuddha (throat chakra)
story interpretation:
Ardra nakshatra is the first rahu-ruled nakshatra of three and it comes after mrigashira, ruled by Mars, the previous constellation talked about a mind that was constantly chasing something that most of the time ended up being things that would bring a sense of temporal satisfaction. Those people are those who usually are lost trying to search for something to satisfy themselves and after they are satisfied they simply go out searching for the next thing.
But things change when they arrive at Ardra, here is the first time the mind starts to wonder about what the mind storms and turbulences mean, and this time they actually are focused on getting to the end of the search that usually started at mrigashira, by dissecting the problem and arriving at the end goal fiercely like Rudra.
The star of sorrows
The nature balances the universe with its constructive and destructive abilities. water creates lives and also ends lives by hydrating and drowning and by striking lightning to end the bad and damaged environment that can eventually become powerfully strong as a diamond or cause mass destruction. This is how Ardra's energy manifests itself they bring a storm that transforms us either for good or bad, you are the one who decides who you face this.
pop culture manifestation
effy stonem (drug abuse, destruction, illusion)
Kaya Scodelario has moon-ketu (conjunction) at Ardra and she played Effy a troubled teen who started to drink and use drugs to cope with her emotions and ended up bringing destruction to herself and the people around her.
she was often seen as this sexy attractive woman and she used a lot of her seduction to cause chaos among the men
the illusion of drugs that make you feel like the mind is now pacified
she loved chaos so much that she chased it constantly or at least thought she loved it.
a beautiful young woman having fun you might wonder what is wrong with that? effy grew up around an unstable family and this led her to idealize the use of substances to escape herself to a point where she would constantly run away and record vlogs asking her mom to find her and nurture her.
ardra is the first rahu constellation, also called as the “birth of rahu” or his “infant state” alongside rahu it comes with the birth of the intellectual mind ardra is also called the star of sorrows and the symbol is a teardrop
effy represents a state of disorganized destruction and the consequences of self-neglect created by Maya, illusions, where one fails to find the strength to leave their storms and continues to feed their infinite hunger for emotional satisfaction and the inability to face reality as it is
the storms come to us but they don't come to destroy us they are here for us to thrive above to raise the heavens, just like Rudra throwing his arrow to the sky.
"Rudra is known as the divine archer, who shoots arrows of death and disease and who has to be implored not to slay or injure in his wrath"
Effy ended up with a psychotic depression. She attempts suicide but Freddie (her boyfriend), foreseeing this, saves her and she is taken to the hospital and later, institutionalized. Eventually, she lost her memory because the doctor used strong medication and he also manipulated effy into breaking up with her boyfriend and attempted to make her fall in love with him and murder her boyfriend.
to me, this is where the actress ketu comes into play, as you know ketu represents detachment and liberation and she finally achieved her freedom by losing her memory even if it was momentarily she finds a few moments of peace.
three years after this whole situation she moves to another place but we find her, she seems to be better but she ends up being arrested at the end of the series for being framed by her boss, he frames his fraud crimes into her. Eventually, she told his superiors and he got arrested as well
refusing to heal her past traumas, ketu, she ends up being followed by outside storms that mirrored her mental state; The star of sorrow indeed.
Taylor Swift (profit, high goals and achievement, superation, philosophy, and fame).
taylor is a pop singer and writer who started her career at young age when she was discovered by a executive of a record label and became a famous celebrity later on.
revenge, pain, mental disturbance.
(The snake is one of the rahu's symbols, hes the head of the snake represents the mental part)
she became successful due to her telling her heartbreak stories on her music, specifically her ex-relationships, her sorrows became her brand and she is often described as a revengeful person because if you mess with her she will just write a song and win millions with all of this chaotic mess.
Taylor has ardra moon-jupiter and her birth time is not confirmed some will say she is a sideral scorpio rising and others will say she is a Sagittarius, I personally agree with both but for the sake of this interpretation, I will ignore the house where this conjunction falls and give a general interpretation.
moon grants taylor the emotional unbalancing experience and jupiter grants her the wisdom to work with multiple music genres and the writing ability. We all know that jupiter amplifies whatever he touches and this granted taylor her huge popularity and success and guaranteed that she would be able to rise above all of the chaos she faced during her career. Taylor also knows how to play some musical instruments and when she began her career she also had some acting jobs.
“Patience in the times of conflict, Humbleness in the time of success, Cleverness of tongue in company, Attack in battle, Wish during fame, Addiction in weaponry – These 6 virtues are in-built and can only be seen in the brave man. Whoever houses these virtues becomes a great soul. Thus, the one who wants to succeed and become greater than he is shall house all 6 of these virtues.)” ― HEM RAJ JAT, RUDRA: The Name of Destroyer
taylor symbolizes the high ambition and dreams of the ardra native, the amount of chaos she passed not only made her strong but she managed to won again and again jupiter guaranteed her success and the ardra moon gave her the ambition drive to achieve it all.
rahu is highly ambitious and material-obsessed/attached and taylor shows this attribute by never stopping working on her career, she is one of the few artists who did not have a pause during her musical career and during the pandemic she not only announced two new upcoming albums with new and expensive merchandise
the world was in a pandemic state yet Ms. Taylor didn't lose the opportunity to make millions she broke records and became even stronger. rahu is also the significator of social media and taylor is highly influential there.
her gigantic success overshadows her character flaws and she also managed to create this persona, illusion, of ultimate good and moralistic character. this is once again due to rahu being a good manipulator and liar.
don't be mistaken I was once a huge fan of hers but this is an analysis and I cannot act blind towards her motives and actions, she is talented and manages to earn her success and she has good and bad actions just like all of us but we shouldn't be blind towards Rahu, right?
overall she behaves like a good agent of maya making fame seem delicious, fun, and worth having. to me, her story is of superation, hard work, and good writing with philosophical intellectual exploration on her folklore and evermore albums and just like effy sorrows seem to follow her around.
Daenerys Targaryen ( illusions, transformation, strength, fantasy and victory)
Emilia Clarke is a famous actress most known by her role as Daenerys Targaryen and she have a possible ardra moon
daenerys had a hard life and she was dependent on her abusive older brother, Viserys, and was forced to marry Dothraki horselord Khal Drogo in exchange for Viserys' army to reclaim the Iron Throne in Westeros. she becomes the khaleesi and with this new title, she also gained three petrified dragons as a wedding gift.
a little time has passed and pregnant Daenerys loses her husband and child, but blood magic allows Daenerys to hatch three of her dragon eggs. The dragons provide her with a tactical advantage and prestige.
Oftentimes serpents were described as dragons and magic is also another significator of rahu.
she managed to conquer the seven kingdoms and became the queen after many years of pain and trial she won with fierce and ultimately strength
Daenerys finds her inner strength and courage and emerges as a natural leader adored by her people. She is often described as honorable and compassionate, if somewhat naive, although she can be harsh and vengeful against those who seek to harm her or her followers.
here ardra manifests as a warrior whos strength and ambition led her to the ultimate goal the throne that she had lost and was willing to fight until she won.
Don't forget that also took revenge and created destruction all around yet shes a manifestation of a fearless warrior determined to eliminate the opposition without hesitation, just like rudra.
however she had a sad ending, she was betrayed and killed by her lover Jon who was also another candidate for the throne, she found out near the end of the show, after she became mad like her ancestors
the mad queen was dead but her legacy and story lived on to show how great one can become by using the right methods and having a good character one is also capable of greatness but just like all of the ladies before the sorrows followed her into her death.
okay being serious the last season was awful and neither her nor Jon had a proper ending we didn't get the chance to see her becoming mad like her father and her character was destroyed yet her story was awesome i dreamed of jon having the throne and i hated the forced sibling rushed romance and I've loved jon i am a sucker for the forced to become a hero trope fight me ... she was doomed to fall because of the prophecy and she did but she didn't enjoy the throne and deserved better.
End of the first part of ardra analyses.
this was my first post analysis so please be kind and i did my best to be impartial because i do enjoy taylor's work and the other two characters are good! i did not intended to throw hate at any these women i just did my personal observation using the constellation behaviour i hope i was able to spread some knowledge and also to help those who desire to learn.
