Izuku: General Surgical resident. (Special interest in trauma) (Struggling to pay debts from med school.)

Bakugo: General Surgical resident. (He’s giving a much more likable version of Dr. Romano from ER. Also has special interest in vascular and trauma)

Todoroki: Surgical resident…His dad owns the hospital/is a head surgeon or some 💩 (special interest in trauma)

Kaminari: 💯 a peds nurse. (Approved by my friend, actual peds nurse. He will be a pediatrician in the future.)

Villains/Patients————

AFO: Trauma surgeon from a different hospital. He hates Yagi and anyone affiliated with him passionately because he made a surgical “mistake” that resulted in the death of his brother, which he blames both Toshonori and the hospital for.

Dabi: Endeavor springs him out of trouble often by trying to keep his burn victims alive. He’s the local arsonist, but they don’t know it yet. He’s single handedly filled the burn unit. But he needs therapy more than a jail cell, according to his sister.

Toga: A young, homeless girl who needs psychiatric help but refuses to seek it if she can’t be around her current obsession(s)— Uraraka and Izuku, who she stalks and later abducts.

Shigaraki: Stalks Izuku Midoriya. Not because he wants him— but because he wants to become him as part of his disorder (DID). He believes Izuku Midoriya is his “brother” who stole his life. He also believes that his mentor/attending, AFO, wants what is best for him- but in reality he just needs someone to pin the blame on for any surgical mishaps in the future, or better yet, a future surgeon able to compete with Yagi’s new favorite.

Kurogiri: An EMT who doesn’t trust UA hospital after a surgical procedure gone wrong, he is often in trouble for directing patients anywhere but UA hospital when possible. He has also taken Tomura under his wing in terms of living together and caring for him as if his own son.

Moonfish: Cannibal/serial killer under Hitoshi’s (if psychiatrists) watch, who one day escapes the hospital and attempts to kill/eat Kaminari (who matches his VP).

Mr. Compress: A pediatrician who plants mistrust in his patients with UA hospital, an issue brought to light when a woman panics and refuses medical treatment for her nephew because of rumors he has planted.

Magne: An abusive asshole who you somehow kill off in the end, just make sure someone has the ability to save him but chooses not to in Greys Anatomy stick elevator scene.

Twice: Multi personality disorder patient who is often a good time to be around, walks around aimlessly, talks with the kiddos. He’s not really a “villain” in this universe but more of a man lost in his own mind, per usual.

Lady Nagant: A woman with PTSD who snaps. Former patient of AFO, who tried to convince her to seek care at his hospital, but she is unsure where to go. Eventually she learns to trust Izuku Midoriya after a drunken night at the bar leads to her getting shot, which he must save her life.

after sharing my idea of a vigilante centered rewrite of mha, I've decided to celebrate the traction the idea has gained by making a bio of it's main character herpeton. So without further ado here it is!

appearance: herpeton appears as a huge reptilian creature with a long tail 3 times his body length, a crocodile like head, telescopic eyes, a third eye, an inflatable dewlap, retractable teeth coated in iron, a green forked tongue. As a civilian he walks on two legs and has his tail retracted. He also has a brown and yellow color pattern similar to a nile monitor lizard. His vigilante appearance is quadrupedal with his tail out and has his baseline color pattern is green with purple stripes. His costume his a set of skin-tight, polychromatic trousers.

personality: Despite his monsterous appearance, rui is a very understanding and approachable person. He tries to help people even out of costume by trying to get through to those with problems in their lives. That being said, he does know when to put his foot down when the situation calls for it. He is also quite a quippy person, often spouting dad jokes during fights to to throw off opponents and ease tension. Overall his personality combines the comedic sass of spider man with the dorky boyscout energy of superman.

Support gear: thermo regulators: these are in herpetons trousers and help prevent ice and/or cold attacks from slowing him down.

Mezo Shoji/tentacole: ruis best friend and the first person to figure out herpetons identity.

Hitoshi shinso: formerly an enemy of herpeton, the two are on much better terms nowadays.

Tamashi karito/reaper:(oc made by Hypno_Mha, search that name on instragram and you should them, I'm not really good a posting links on mobile devices, sorry) a fellow vigilante that is in support class at ua who works with herpeton evey now and then.

Yuri merei/duppy: (made by pathosketch, search that name on instagram or reddit and you'll find them)a foreign student from britain who is in class 1 a. Orginally they butted heads with their idealogies, but after getting to know each other better, they eventually got into a relationship after the my villain academia arc.

izuku midoriya/dekiru: the second student to learn ruis secret. They have fought side by side against various villains like professor wolfram, iron will, and the maestro.

kaoruko awata/bubble girl: ruis homeroom teacher who he gets along well with.

anon kurose/thirteen: ruis sciemce teacher as well as his personal favorite teacher.

Principal nezu: uas principal and a benefactor of herpeton.

Rikiya yotsubashi: ceo of dternerat and supplies hereton with his support gear in hopes that herpeton will help spread his message that quirks should be integrated into society in more ways than just heroics.

Shinjiro hohoemi/mr smiley: a grafitti artist who paints art condemning the misdeeds of pro heroes, herpeton acted as a bodyguard for him at one point.

Daruma ujiko/umon: this universe equivalent to the usj nomu. A petty crook who was mutated by dr garaki into a multi quirked monstrosity that was created to destroy herpeton. He ultimately went rogue and teamed up with herpeton before seeking refuge at ua.

Eri hassaikai: a little girl who was rescued from the hassaikai group by herpeton, she now lives a quiet and happy life with ruis surrigate dad, icarus pipistrello.

Louise reginald/ghoulian: a villain who could merge and remold any house she came in contact with. She became a villain to feed her and her homeless brothers. She was discovered by herpeton and was taken in with brother by ua, where she currently lives.

The malefactor: a group of villains recruited by the meastro to take revange against herpeton, they hwoever eventually turned on the maestro and helped herpeton defeat him in the mva arc, before turning their lives around for the better.

Kugo sakamata: a pro hero who apporves of herpeotns work and knows about the hpsc's misdeeds through his enhanced hearing.

Enemies

The maestro: a psychic gorilla with a serious power trip, the maestro once took advantage of herpeton and tried to to frame him. The two have been bitter enemies ever since.

Kirai jujigun/dreadknight: the leader of an anti mutant cult that killed ruis parents, he and his cronies were caught and defeated by herpeton.

Emiko hantan/anonymous: a villain who can shapeshift into any heteromorph shes seen before. She tried to frame herpeton but accidentally oversteppednher time limit when fighting him and is now stuck looking like herpeton permenantly.

lonnie roman/iron will: a quirkless inventor who created a mech suit that mimicked the 7 quirks of one for all in hopes of coercing dekiru into handing it over to him. Was intercepted by herpeton.

Mirai sasaki/sir nighteye: president of the hpsc. He has tried to assasinate herpeton more times that I can count. Was exposed and sent to prison after the mva arc.

Kyudai garaki: the hpscs leading scientist who created the nomu. Was exposed and arrested by umon and nezu.

Keigo takami/hawks: last number one hero before the ranking are removed. Has sent to kill herpeton multiple times, but was eventually exposed and arrested by gang orca.

Rumi usagiyama/mirko: a pro hero that herpeton cant stand due to her jackass atitude and violent tendencies

Takashi merei/phantom:(created by pathosketch) britains number 1 hero and father of yuri. Herpeton was appalled by how his "training" gace yuri a myriad of scars and generally was uneased by him raising her to only think about being a pro hero( dont believe me? Pathosketch has had art where we see said scars, and in another post it was said that she barely has any real hobbies. Thats... depply concerning, you've got some explaining to do phantom.) Oh and also phantom tends to act as a judge jury and executioner with villains which grinds hepretons biliverdin laced gear to no end.

Enji todoroki/endeavor: do i even need to say anything at this point? This is fucking endeavor we're talking about.

Trivia

Rui, as an adult,owns a bar known as the dragons den which has real reptiles and amphibians form across the world in that are unable to be released into the wild.

Rui hosts a herpetology themed trivia game show at his new bar.

Date nights with yuri mostly consist of rui going on long autistic rambles about the unusual features of quirk that yuri likes listening to because of her fascination with quirks.

Rui is mildly autistic

Rui is asexual heteromantic, so nothing but hugs and adorkable wholesomeness with his relationship.

Rui talks to pidgeons when hes bored.

“And finally, we have our common room.” Midoriya led him into a large space in the main building. Various sofas and chairs were scattered about, all facing towards a fireplace with a large television mounted above it, “We can receive satellite and radio here, so we can all watch together if we want! We don’t tend to use it too much unless there’s a big movie night.” He shrugged. “Anyway, do you have any more questions, Eraserhead-san?”

Shouta thought back over the tour he’d been given. The place was idyllic, a small, out of the way community in the middle of the woods. He could understand why people with heavy mutations like the Iguchis, or someone with an undesirable Quirk such as Toga would move somewhere like here. A quiet place, with strict rules over discrimination. It was the kind of place Shouta himself dreamed of as a child. 

There was just one question, “What if someone wants to leave?”

Eri looked up at Izuku-san, confused at the boy’s words. Bugs were her friends? But they were gross! That’s what everyone said, anyway. What he said.

He must have noticed her confusion, because he got down on one knee, a soft smile pulling at his cheeks, “Eri-chan, I know a little about your situation… I’m guessing he didn’t like bugs or anything dirty at all, did he?” Her eyes widened, and she nodded slightly. “Well, that’s why they’re your friends! Because he was a bad guy, wasn’t he?” Another nod, faster this time. “And so, anything a bad guy doesn’t like, especially someone as bad as him, has to be good, right?”

Realisation dawned on her, Izuku-san’s logic making perfect sense to her 6 year old brain, and she turned back to the worms writhing in her hands with a new perspective.

Beside him, Inui’s hackles raised and he growled, almost involuntarily, at the door. Shouta’s brow furrowed. His coworker wasn’t always the best at managing his emotions, but he never reacted like this without good reason. 

The door to the meeting room swung open, and Nedzu stepped in, followed by… a boy? His hair was fluffy and cloud white, his eyes a brilliant sky blue, and for a moment, he was transported 15 years into the past. Memories of rooftops, of collapsing buildings, all flooded back to him, and he felt the air snatched from his lungs. Across the room, he could see Kurose having a far stronger reaction, turning pale, hands clenching the table in a white-knuckle grip, and she shook, trembling in her seat at the sight of this teenager.

Catzumi: 1 vote

Izumi stared at her classmates, “What lightning?” she responded, “My Quirk is Cat.”

Kaminari sputtered, “T-the lightning you used in the Battle Trial! With all the super strength and speed!”

She blinked, “I don’t have super strength, or super speed. My Quirk is Cat, not Lightning.”

Groaning, Kaminari slumped against his desk in defeat.

Himito turned to find a short girl around his age staring up at him with stars in her eyes. She wasn’t a student, which meant she was a villain, but… really? Villains didn’t tend to be quite so… would “cute” be an appropriate word to use in this situation? Because she was, objectively speaking, very attractive, with a long, messy mop of green hair, freckles dusting her cheeks, and bright green eyes filled with intelligence, but perhaps such astute powers of observation were better saved to be used on someone who wasn’t working with the people currently attempting to murder his kouhais.

“Allow me to explain,” chirped Mr. Teacher - Nedzu - to his apparently undead audience, “a varying number of years ago, each one of you died!” A revelation Izuku, and seemingly also his compatriots, were still trying to get their heads around, “And now I have raised you from the dead, so that I can train you all in becoming the greatest hero team out there! And, perhaps, to also take out an international threat or two!”

Off in the distance, Ochako heard the whirring sounds of machinery, rapidly approaching their location. Beside her, Bakugou paled considerably, losing all the bravado and swagger they’d come to expect from the explosive boy, “No, no, no no no!” he stammered, rapidly scrambling as far away from the sound as possible, barely noticing when he hit the wall, instead sliding down it and curling up into a trembling ball.

transfer student!sangwon glances at the dark green board where chalk marks lay, quizzically trying to make something out of the frankly terrible handwriting your literature teacher had left behind. when deciphering the squiggles and lines seemed to become impossible after a certain while, he slumps on his chair.

you take a notice, wondering if you should give him a helping hand since it was quite obvious how he was still new to his surroundings, not even having made a friend as of yet that he could hang around with. sympathising with him, you wordlessly take your notebook in your hand and scoot with your chair over to his side— it was convenient how you were seated right in front of him.

sangwon blinks owlishly, never expecting you to start a conversation with him all of a sudden. you give him a friendly smile, pointing at the incomplete notes on his open page, "hey, you can copy off of mine. no one really gets the way mr. han writes for a while until they get used to it, don't worry!"

"ah," he mumbles, "thanks."

you chuckle at his mild reaction, "it's okay, my pleasure! welcome to our class, by the way! i hope you'll like it here." and with the soft smile you give him, one that flips his stomach over, sangwon is truly convinced that maybe, this new school won't be that bad of a thing at all.

To say she'd been worried was an understatement. She'd hardly gotten sleep since she'd been told Saburo was missing. She'd been in contact with his father the whole time, something she wished had happened ant other way. But now things were looking up. They'd found him, and were getting ready to bring him home. "Safe and sound..."

"Oh thank god..." Yuichirou gasped over the phone, breaking down into fresh tears. "I'm at the airport, where is he Anan? I need to see him, my little boy..." The guitarist asked, hiccuping out a sob as his voice shook with emotion, sniffling a little as his hands shook.

The doctor quickly entered the apartment. "He'll be ready to come home soon, his injuries healed at incredible speed... Mrs. Kurose, I have to ask you this... But does your Quirk or his father's Quirk have anything to do with time?"
