Summary: History teacher and former SAS soldier Sam Decker (Dolph Lundgren) is asked to supervise afterschool detention on his last day, not knowing that a gang of drug smugglers have targeted the school at the same time.

Least believable thing about this is 6’5” built-as-fuck Dolph Lundgren as history teacher. Alex Karzis running rings around everyone else.

Mpho Koaho, Al Freeman Jr and Alfre Woodard in Down in the Delta (1998). Mpho was born in Toronto and has 60 acting credits from a 1998 episode of Goosebumps, this, his second credit, to a 2023 episode of a Canadian series.

His other notable credits include Get Rich or Die Tryin, Saw III, Saw VI, 46 episodes of Falling Skies, and two of Hell on Wheels.

Happy 42nd birthday to Mpho Koaho!

i figured it would be fitting to draw his character ken at what i think is the moment when he understands and believes he is getting caught up in the mechanisms of a wildly complicated universe, and that his life was going to keep getting way more interesting, for better or for worse

mpho’s performance was so captivating that no matter how conflicted i felt about ken in his story arc, i was always thrilled to see him on screen
