So if Jigen was Lupin's first heist
Yes yes this is a spin off/mini-series
But I present Fujiko and Jigen's dialouge, specifically at the end of Part 6 when they have to snap Lupin out of the trance
Tumblr media
Their dialouge parallels each other, but more specifically, Jigen could be referring to the events in Lupin Zero. Who the fuck wouldn't forget busting the US army for bootlegging whisky in the fashion that those two idiots did?
Who would never forget their very first heist be your knight in shining armor's heart?
And Fujiko is also right. When hasn't she been able to just exist and get the man is on his knees like Denji with Makima? The answer is never. Lupin is the only man Fujiko constantly keeps coming back to because he gets her results, and Lupin is dumb enough to keep falling for the same trick even after she just leaves, yet most of the he's okay with it as Jigen slaps him up Gibbs-style. Not only does she steal the treasure, she keeps stealing his heart. Was it during their first meeting? Who knows?
And must I bring up the Part 6 Episode Balcony scene for the 20th time? Where Fujiko and Jigen settle their differences, realize they're both crazy to be around Lupin for this long, and Fujiko calls out Jigen for being a romantic and he kind of admits it?
This whole thing has been leading up to this.
In conclusion
Jigen is the cat TMS I know you're here.
Tumblr media
Okay serious talk over (disclaimer everything beyond this is a shitpost)
Now I have a theory.
Tumblr media
Y'all remember the ending to Part 5? The ambiguous one? What if that Lupin 3 was actually Lupin 2? Somehow Fujiko knew Lupin's dad like maybe he slept with one of her guardians (after she was born of course because then things would get really weird really fast) and years later like Lupin the Third, Lupin the Second is maybe a clone or has the power to not age. And she mistakes Lupin 2 for Lupin 3 at one point in time, possibly Lupin III was actually Lupin II throughout the entirety of Part 5 who fucking knows. 2 and 3 easily could have switched places between Parts 4 and 5, everyone left separately alone on that train in Italy. We don't know what happened between that departure and the beginning of Part 5 only that
1. Lupin and Fujiko got married after the divorce with Rebecca.
2. Jigen and Lupin met back up in France after the divorce with Fujiko.
Or maybe even 2 and 3 swapped places like- 2 did the proposal cause 3 knew he would be turned down immediately and 3 got to live the marriage life and realized it sucked. But that contradicts Jigen and Lupin living together because they get along just fine living in their hideout apartments in 5 and 6.
MAYBE MAYBE 2 WENT OFF AND MARRIED FUJIKO WHILE 3 STAYED WITH JIGEN? AND IN PART 5 DEPENDING ON THE EPISODE THEY KEPT SWAPPING PLACES?
MAYBE 2 AND THREE HAVE BEEN PLAYING TAG THROUGH THE ENTIRE SERIES
how do I know this? The latex female body suit.
In Lupin Zero, we find out Lupin 2 snuck into the competition in a female blow up body suit.
In Lupin Zero: First Contact, how do Lupin and Jigen first meet there? Lupin is in a female blow up body suit in lingerie and calls him 'darling'.
And how do we know Lupin 3 isn't really Lupin 3 at the end of Part 5? The latex mask.
Nothing is canon, yet everything is canon because of what we can't see under the mask.
However if Lupin 2 dies at the end of Lupin Zero this was just me vomiting my insanity onto my phone's keyboard.
But for my next trick I will now make you all believe it was actually Lupin who fucked Zenigata in that interrogation room instead of Fujiko in TWCFM

I WAS RIGHT!!
Tumblr media
The more time that passes the more I believe in the TSE time loop theory, it would make so many things make sense and fall into place
Like in The Hero teaser why is Ranboo shown with a black box over their head flashing between the game and IRL version of them, then them looking normal, followed by text saying "you are now ready for the show" what if the game is a means to revive them. The audience revives Ranboo, we're not done with them yet.
This is more of a comparison but the way TSE opens reminds me a lot of the opening to Little Nightmares 2, which for those who know the LN franchise know LN2 is a time loop type scenario (also knowing Ranboo's love for the game I wouldn't be surprised if it was a reference) It being some kind of time loop would also make sense of why Ranboo's startled awake
Okay back on track now, it would make what GL!Ranboo says in the opening scene make a lot of sense, "it wasn't supposed to be like this..." they were meant to die. They were meant to be at rest, yet here they are, back at where it all began. It would also explain why they were so panicked at the mask turning on, they knew what that meant, they knew what was going to happen.
Yes this is a bunch of random connections but as soon as I can bring little nightmares into a theory I gotta share it :3

Highlights / Notable info from the second Scott Cawthon Dawko interview for people who don't want to watch it
MISC/START OF INTERVIEW
- scott says the 1 thing he'd wanna go back and change/fix the past 10 years is FNAF world; said a lot of weird/bad decisions were made going into it, that he didn't like the graphics and it Could Have been a good game but he doesn't like it overall & he may consider making an improved sequel
- he was scared to hand FNAF over to steel wool but he thinks he got lucky w/ them
- refuses to play both FNAF VR games because they genuinely scare him too much; didn't want to beta test them (funny)
- he very much knows the fandom prefers pure horror and the supernatural but cant resist leaning into scifi stuff
- doesn't like the names burntrap and glitchtrap and they were supposed to be temporary
SECURITY BREACH
- half blames covid splitting up steel wools workforce for the games lack of quality and delays
- says his "vision of the game" was misaligned with steel wool, that he had a "very specific story in mind" for security breach and it didnt pan out like he wanted
- he takes fault for it, saying he conveyed it in a bad way; "I was trying to tell steel wool to do specific things throughout the game, put specific items in specific places, have specific characters do certain things, meanwhile not TELLING them what the story plot was. Because in my head, I was thinking 'Okay, when people find this, they'll connect this to this to this & it will all be revealed, and I thought I could do that without telling steel wool the story plot. That didn't work out very well because they got all of these pieces, and they thought it was their job to connect them in a way that made sense. And so really what you ended up having were the same pieces telling completely different stories...I don't blame them for that, I blame myself for that, because what I should have done was gone 'hey, heres the story, the pieces are here, here's how theyre supposed to connect'."
- burntrap originally even supposed to move; just supposed to see something you saw in between machinery or in corners, that you werent supposed to know his purpose even though he used to have a very specific one (that the fandom doesnt know)
- he knows it didnt turn out like anyone wanted & thats why they made the RUIN dlc, he hopes it redeemed security breach
- he said hes learned from that mistake with security breach and things should be better in the future
- he cannot share any thoughts on the mimic
- he likes vanny a lot, shes one of his favorites and he thinks that shes underutilized and should get more spotlight in the future
THE BOOKS
- process is 'he has an idea, he proposes it to the writers, they flesh it out'
- he likes bunny call the most, and that it's not entirely made up; he took his family to a summer camp. 2 older kids 2 babies. one of the things you could sign up for was a 'panda call' . a very 'deceiving title', he says. early in the morning, a bunch of the camp counselors dressed as killer clowns would come into your cabin and scare the kids to wake them up early and drag them off to do their daily activities (?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????) and he knew this was the case, & before it happened he started to sort of feel bad that he signed up his two youngest kids for it so he crept outside in the dark and 'started listening for screams' early in the morning. 'somewhere in the dark in these trees theres clowns and theyre coming for my cabin'
- acknowledges the fazgoo is weird and bad.
- the 'creature on the cover of blackbird is my sleep paralysis demon' (quite literally)
- says his least favorite story is the guy getting pregnant with springtrap's baby and that he Doesnt Know What He Was Thinking, that he swears he 'wasnt trying to pick on matpat'
- he says theres potential for the books to be adapted into shorts goosebumps style, but hes afraid it might be 'too much' and oversaturate the franchise
THE MOVIE
- he says a big issue was that there was material thats difficult to translate to the big screen; the nuance of the antagonists being that the animatronics are possessed by the spirits of innocent children, and he wanted to preserve the innocence of the victims while also having the horror and the kills, and thats a big part of why several screenplays got scrapped; he was more picky/cautious about that than anything else
- says the victims are sort of like 'confused, scared animals backed into a corner, who believe that adults are out to get them' & thats part of why they kill people + the manipulation from william afton
- he likes the movie overall but thinks specific things could be improved and they aim to do that with the second movie, but doesn't want to dwell on those shortcomings too much
- hes perfectly happy with critics hating it but the fanbase loving it & that was his goal for it
- when the movie began showing in theatres he said: 'i told myself i wasnt gonna go online i wasnt gonna read any reviews i had already told everybody at blumhouse and i told my legal team DONT talk to me DONT call me DONT email me DONT send me charts DONT send me facts or figures i dont want hear ANYTHING', saw 1 negative review on accident then started reading all of them immediately before the 2nd showing even happened
- 'for a couple of hours there i was distraught, i thought it was a complete disaster' (based off the initial negative critic reviews, before learning how much the fans loved it)
SECOND MOVIE
- Not giving away many details, but following the same formula; 1st movie based on 1st game, 2nd movie based on 2nd game, etc
- Thinks people will like it, that the setup for the 1st movie was the hardest part but now that they have that launch pad to go off of and hes really fond of what they have planned
- Emma Tammi is also directing the second one
INTO THE PIT GAME
- was originally just supposed to be a short novelty game, but they made something really good and he encouraged them to keep going & its turned into a full-fledged game
- he says its going to be a very 'unique experience' and that everyone will like it a lot
- says working with megacat (studio for the game) has been 'weird but good', that theyll vanish for several months and return with a bunch of info
SPINOFFS, GENERAL FRANCHISE STUFF, FUTURE PLANS
- Would want to work on a game based off of Fetch and that he thinks it'd be really cool
- Says he feels like he's sort of lost touch with the fanbase as things have gotten bigger
- Wants to have a better structure for managing a twitter page, official news feed, etc., wants more management than just Himself because it'd better service the fanbase
- He says theres another game planned with steel wool (not the mimic game) way down the line that hasnt been announced yet
- Making more choose-your-adventure fnaf book stuff
- He's 'very careful' with collaborations because he wants to preserve the fact its fnaf and he doesnt want it to be distorted or tainted, & even if he really really likes a game he won't do a collab if the vibes are mismatched, but he's a little more open to things like that now (but we have FNAF X DBD now! yay)
THE BOX.
- (paraphrased) His process for a lot of the lore in games is that he'll come up with half of a mystery and then come up with an answer as things progress, that he feels something is there and he makes the path for that thing to be revealed
- 'but sometimes when things progress the roads that have been put in place arent the same roads that were there before'
- he had something planned for the box. the progression of the story did not allow for the reveal of whats in the box
- he never pursued whats in the box. and he will never know whats in the box.

securitywaiter headcanons
here are some of my personal securitywaiter headcanons ^_^ please feel free to reblog with any of your personal headcanons as i would love to here some new ones!!
Whenever they go out on dates Ness always tries to pay. Mike and him get into small arguments over it but Ness never lets Mike pay since he knows that he doesn't have much money.
Before they started dating, Ness began babysitting Abby since Mike no longer had Max to rely on. Sometimes if Ness is working nights he'll bring Abby to the dinner and give her free food.
Every night Ness tells Mike he's going to go read Abby a "bedtime story" but in reality is just sharing an insane theory with her (essentially if you were watching a gametheory before bed but matpat is inside of your room).
Whenever Abby has a parent-teacher conference both Ness and Mike show up.
Ness' love language is physical affection and gifting while Mike's are acts of service and quality time.
Ness and Mike are literally the over-energetic autistic x exhausted autistic trope.
Mike loves hearing Ness talk and asks him to ramble about whatever is on his mind a lot whenever he needs background noise.
Ness owns two cats named Candy and Cindy (reference to FNAC) that he brought with him when he moved in with Mike

before i go into this post i should be specific: i am a matpat fan. i have watched matpat for a long time. therefore, i am an inherently biased perspective.
something i will never understand is the visceral hate for matpat. like mfs will act like they have the biggest slam dunk ever and then pull out something from 10 years ago. like yes there was some questionable stuff back then but people can change as time moves forward. bro is just living his life you don’t have to like his theories you don’t have to watch his videos nobody is sitting you down and tying you to a chair and forcing you to watch his videos. you dont have to make up reasons that you hate him you dont have to go digging for old shit. you also dont have to viscerally hate him because he made a theory and got it wrong i fucking guarantee if he was a much smaller creator nobody would be dogpiling him the way he gets dogpiled.
also: the people who think he is the only one who did the research and work for ALL OF THE THEORY CHANNELS for YEARS is just insane to me. I guarantee you he has a whole ass team for each channel he’s not doing this shit at lightning speed if you see something that looks like it might be a stolen theory then maybe you shouldn’t pin it on one member of an entire team. matpat does not have magic superpowers. calm the fuck down. when a car breaks down you don’t immediately blame the metal shell that surrounds the inner workings. matpat has mentioned MULTIPLE TIMES that scripts and theories are a multiple person effort that involves a lot of input from multiple people. His earlier videos are definitely different but when you look at something from more recent times and try to say that he is the sole creator you just sound fucking ridiculous.
people make mistakes. everybody makes mistakes, but when the internet comes into the equation and stuff gets preserved all of a sudden it’s as if everybody must be infallible as a human being.
also: the amount of rage people have towards him over theories is fucking insane im sorry. i understand being serious about a topic but putting visceral hatred onto a human being who is just as human as you are is not the answer. if the theory is that bad you can easily just change somebody who believes it's mind using evidence he's not some omnipotent being who is brainwashing people into liking his theories. If somebody isn't willing to listen to you then that's a them problem not a matpat problem. Also, this stuff does not matter when you step outside and enter the real world i guarantee nobody in the local park is going to be as worried abt video game theories as you are.

I would like to present to everyone...
The Clayspiracy.
Aka the biggest family tree conspiracy theory in the Pokémon fandom, all curated by moi.
The centerpiece of this theory is of course as the name implies gym leader Clay of the Unova region.
Tumblr media
The goal? To decipher the family tree and further beyond.
As we know this begins with Lian, a warden of the Pearl Clan in Hisui and obvious ancestor to Clay.
Tumblr media
However... Have we ever considered that maybe Lian has another descendant? My proposal, is Gym Leader Byron of the Sinnoh region.
Tumblr media
Of course then if Byron is related to Clay (which I'd say they're brothers) then that would mean his son Roark is also part of this family tree.
Tumblr media
With Roark canonically being Byron's son, then that would mean that if Byron is in fact Clay's brother, then Roark would have a cousin. That being Clay's canonical daughter, Lacey.
Tumblr media
Now this has been under contention for a while...who is Lacey's mother? If you've been on my blog for a while you might be familiar with who I think it is. I believe that Lacey's mother is Gym Leader Tulip of the Paldea region.
Tumblr media
Now of course, what would Tulip be doing all the way in the Paldea region away from her family? What if...there was another child? What if she and Clay were divorced? Divorce is a common reason for children to be bullied in school...
Tumblr media
We know Ortega has an unnamed mother, and that his family owns an apparel company. Tulip is a model, and seems rather busy, like she's making a lot of money...
Now by now I'm sure that you're assuming I'm finished. However there's one last piece in this puzzle. One more character...a character with an unnamed father, mother, sister, and brother...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yancy/Nancy!
So now, let's go over everything in a more fanfic-y description. Clay is the descendant of Lian, and is the brother of Byron, and uncle to Roark. At one point he moved away from Sinnoh to Unova, where he married Tulip and had three kids, Yancy, Ortega, and Lacey. Yancy would become the TV personality Nancy. Eventually, Clay and Tulip got a divorce, and Tulip left for Paldea taking Ortega with her, where he would be bullied for having divorced parents and thus join Team Star. Meanwhile, Lacey would start attending Blueberry Academy.
Tumblr media
And that's finally the end of it. Dropping the MatPat act, honestly do I really believe this? I mean, I don't think it's canon, but it's a cute headcanon. And obviously there's some small details that while not disproving anything do make things muddy. Like, Yancy's brother is said to own a Leavanny, and when she's on her show as Nancy, her interview with Clay doesn't read like someone talking with their father (though that could also just be viewed as just being professional for the sake of television).
Overall, don't take my words as gospel, and just have fun.

Something I find really funny about the whole Watcher debacle, is that they definitely had opportunities to keep their communities trust even if they still did this whole move.
Literally watching MatPat slowly step back to do whatever he wants in a communicative way over a 10 week period was perfect. He is still showing up on things other than GTLive to talk about how important it is to have trust between your audience and you and that if you break that trust it's next to impossible to build it back.
Look at other companies like Theorist and Good Mythical Morning who have managed to take on full staffs of people but remain in that free media space of YouTube just by keeping their audiences trust and growing outside of YouTube but not abandoning the people that are actually there for just them. Merch, Patreon, you know- extra content. They grow out from the roots instead of Watchers tactic of uprooting themselves in an attempt to replant.
I wonder how they are reacting to all of the backlash they are receiving for this horrible idea. They got an audience in the first place because of Shane and Ryan talking about ghosts with a black screen and some text. Absolutely no one looks at Watcher and asks for better quality. In fact I preferred their ghost hunting stuff BEFORE they had better quality. Now it just seems like they goof off for 40 minutes, even Ryan isn't taking it seriously in most episodes and he's supposed to be the believer. I digress.
Good luck to the ghoul boys in their attempt at streaming. I will not be following. I will miss Puppet History though.

Matpat and the DSMP being probably the two biggest online symbols of my childhood and teenage years, only for them to both officially completely stop creating new content within two days of each other and two to four days before I turn eighteen feels massively symbolic. It feels like I’m really being forced to address and accept that my childhood is over.
Matpat left, and so did the eight year old watching the Frozen film theory. He’s gone, and so is the 12 year old watching the Petscop and first Minecraft lore game theories in the background of homework. So is the 15 year old watching the Mandela Catalogue and Backrooms GTLives on the bus to lacrosse games. So is the 17 year old watching the Welcome Home and TADC theories while packing for college, who thought they’d be able to handle Matpat’s last GTLive until that live came.
The DSMP died, and with it the 13 year old trapped in that awful house during quarantine. The 14 year old who thought they had nothing left to live for. The 15 year old who realized they did, but only got to find out because they used those streams to escape. The 16 year old who might’ve already been a little too old for the DSMP at that point, and had mostly stopped watching, but couldn’t help feeling pain at its end. The 17 year old who thought they’d moved on until October 28th, 2024.
These people shaped who I am and who I will be as an adult, for better or worse, and it’s so hard to come to terms with the fact that those things are over and gone, and the person I was back then is gone too.

Aftonverse (Good Route)
Reposting from my personal blog to this one >~<
CREDIT TO @swingitshakeitmoveitmakeit FOR THE IDEA
Concept: Since MatPat says his name is Afton in the FNAF Musical, what if that applied to Ness? What if he were Vanessa's brother?
After the Bite of '83, Mrs. Afton divorces William. She tells him, "You get one. Vanessa or Nestor?" William chooses to keep Vanessa, as she's the younger of the two, and he doesn't want her to get hurt like [Crying Child]. So, Ness goes with his Mom, and for the next 17 years, he knows nothing about Freddy's, or his father and sister.
When he moves back into town, he notices that Freddy's is abandoned.
This prompts him to start digging, to scour public records and interview the locals about what happened to Freddy's, and the restaurant's owners. Well, one of them committed, and the other... no one's sure. All we know is that he moved out of town, and that was the last time we saw him after those kids went missing at Freddy's.
Ness hears this and IMMEDIATELY latches onto it, using it as his lead to delve even deeper into the restaurant's history. He starts an online blog, documenting all of his knowledge about Freddy's, secretly hoping someone out there cares. He has yet to get into contact with his sister.
One day, a man walks into the diner that Ness works at, followed by a young girl, no older than 8 at the most. They find a booth, and Ness notices the Freddy's keychain hanging out from the man's pocket. His vest has the word "SECURITY" written on it.
There's a new employee at Freddy's.
Ness does his usual waiter routine, before asking the man about his job.
"How... how do you know I work there?" The man asks, genuinely confused.
Ness shrugs. "Freddy and I have some history behind us. If you don't mind me asking; what's your name?"
"Mike," the security guard answers. "Mike Em- um, Schmidt." He warily eyes the girl across the table from him. They know something that they don't want Ness in on.
Ness pauses. "Nice to meet you. Ness Afton," he says, and shakes Mike's hand. "I'll be back with your drinks."
The next day, Ness snoops around the old Freddy's place, doing his best not to trigger any alarms or set off any security measures still active. One day, he finds himself in a storage room, and tucked away on a shelf, hidden under a tarp, is a strange black-and-white animatronic. Ness pulls it out to inspect it.
It's the Security Puppet. Marionette.
Ness quickly shoves it under his coat and hurries on out. He's just hit the jackpot---there's nothing else he needs from Freddy's.
Over the course of the next week, he observes the puppet, how its eyes light up silver every night. Ness presumes the battery still has some residual charge, in the same way that talking kid's toys sometimes go off randomly in the night.
The next week, it stops. It's gone completely inactive.
Ness decides to go back to Freddy's, now that Marionette isn't active. As he drives by it, though, he sees that the building is in shambles. He wonders what happened over the past week. His subconscious connects the puppet's activity to the restaurant's current state.
Ness decides to go in.
The building is completely ruined, and most definitely unsafe. But something catches his eye, one of the drawings on the picture wall.
An evil yellow rabbit, bloody knife in one hand, surrounded by five dead children.
Like the five missing children... a yellow rabbit, like his father's suit. Ness drops his flashlight in shock.
His father killed the missing children.
"You figured it out."
Ness whips around. Behind him stands a little boy, around the age of 5. How did he get in here?
"Who are you?" Ness asks, carefully picking up his flashlight.
"That doesn't matter," the boy says. "Can you bring me back? I promised Mike I'd keep them safe."
Ness thinks for a moment. He hasn't taken anyone.
Oh.
Marionette.
Ness nods. "Yes, I-- yes," he answers, and the boy smiles.
"Thank you," he says. He then runs off, hiding behind the stage's curtain.
Ness hurries out of the deteriorating restaurant, all the way back home, and collects the Puppet, quickly returning him to his rightful place.
On stage, with all his friends.
Ness can see a little blond boy smile at him from inside the restaurant as he drives away.
Maybe he should track down that Mike guy.

who is this Nate?
Oh.
Oh, buddy.
Oh I get to talk about Natewantstobattle and you will regret this.
Tumblr media
So! I'm not a NWTB expert so don't expect a full bulletpoint presentation BUT I can share my experience!
Natewantstobattle is a nerdcore turned original artist who made songs about video games, anime and cartoons for years and only recently (last year I think) decided to leave nerdcore behind and focus entirely on original music.
He's made some BANGER songs, has the voice of an angel and seems to have the same enthusiasm about dark/demonic fictional imagery as myself ^_^
He's made a lot of FNAF songs which is how I found him. His music got him noticed by Random Encounters (RE) who make small-budget indie musicals based on video games and decided to make a five-part special musical based on FNAF for which they reached out to get Nate involved. He appeared and sang as a prominent character in that musical as well as plenty of others that they made. Markiplier was also in that musical.
Nate is popular with a lot of Jacksepticeye and Markiplier fans as his content focuses on similar games, leading to the same people finding him. Because of that, the fans' habit of making characters or "egos" for youtubers from their videos also extended to Nate and honestly while I still listen to his music I haven't been active in the fandom for a while so I have no idea how many egos there are now, but I'm desperate to rejoin the fandom space and catch up!
Anyway, the egos I'm very well aware of are Natemare and Phantom.
Tumblr media
Haha yeah, he kidnapped Matpat for that music video.
The video in question is for Mangled, a 2~ minute song based on FNAF 2. The character he portrayed was an instant hit with the fans and was subsequently dubbed "Natemare" as a play on nightmare.
Also in 2018 Nate released a limited edition Natemare shirt thus confirming the name as canon and also I have that shirt so cough cough.
Secondly, Phantom!
Tumblr media
MAN I LOVE PHANTOM!
From a music video for a song of the same name.
As far as I'm aware there's practically no canonically confirmed information about him other than he makes deals and steals people's souls. That lead to a lot of fans calling him a demon, including myself.
It took me five years to put together a cosplay for Phantom because I couldn't find one part! You'd think it would be the staff, right? Impossible to find an exact replica, right? No. It was the bloody shirt. I couldn't find a single freaking long sleeve red button up shirt for YEARS. I've got it now, though.
Tumblr media
His original albums so far include Sandcastle Kingdoms, Paid in Exposure and To Let Go. That one is actually currently coming out one song at a time on his YouTube channel and music streaming platforms. There's only two songs out at the moment and I think the plan was to release them slowly until they were all released by the time the album itself dropped, but it was announced last month that it's been brought forwards to the 18th! That's in FOUR DAYS!!!! The last song to come out was Forgotten on Tuesday which is the one you saw me blogging about. It slaps so fucking hard you have no idea.
If you want any personal recommendations for his music, my favourites of his original work are Phantom, Forgotten, All I See, Perfect by Design and Branded.
PIf you look up Phantom you may see it titled as a Hazbin Hotel song but actually it came out a good while before Hazbin Hotel did, he just realised how well the character of Phantom matched with Alastor from HH and released a remastered version with some of Alastor's voice lines over it.
My favourites of his nerdcore songs are Mangled, No More, Stay the Course, Time to Move on and Ask for More. That last one is about Food Wars. I don't even watch that show, that's just how good the song is.
Oh! As an addition that I almost forgot to talk about, he's also a voice actor! He's appeared in Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail, he plays the main character in Luck and Logic and has appeared in multiple video games like Dream Daddy, Yandere Simulator and Monster Prom.

more inane ramblings on my findings of fortiche's hair methods. the first image is from an nhair tutorial Not from fortiche behind the scenes, but it matches so well that i think it confirms it as being used over xgen. nhair... yeti... hair thickness..... but then why texture paint the hair and give it controls in the rig??
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
even cait's which could have been left up to physics because it's just long and straight has controls, and you can see in the animation progression videos on youtube that they are really used to animate the hair too. but why???
and then in season 2 they add actual hair kink texture as seen on kino which Has to be a particle generation thing because i don't think a hair card wrapped around a solid model could get diffusion like that like i was thinking they Maybe did with ekko's hair.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: they use nHair (and yeti, according to a redditor who said they recognized the controls of it in the hair grooming shot above) but they also have the hair as part of the controlled model. this isn't just a kink of early production as it is seen in behind the scenes footage for season 2 as well. moving on
Tumblr media Tumblr media
compositing is done in nuke and they receive it with the hair already simulated, Not in its solid model form, so change is handled somewhere inbetween and is not just a part of compositing (duh, but good to confirm it's not something they are in charge of like... layering over the solid animated hair painstakingly.
and i still have no idea what this does in compositing. it masks off the hair obviously, maybe just for lighting and color correction purposes not related to how the hair is made?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
and then there's this wrench in the cogs
Tumblr media
if the vfx are 2d and composited alongside the 3d shots in nuke, what the hell was guerilla render used for?? my best guess is this (also not worth adding the pic but i confirmed in documentation you can import maya hairs to guerilla so it is possible):
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
but surely they would have used it for more than just fading the tips of the hair?? it also has simulation capabilities, so maybe that. i don't know if it's any good for cloth sim because i'm not seeing anything about it. but back to hair: again, what is the point of the rigs in the solid model then???
hello post i've been writing for an hour. it's me, moldwood. maybe some of the "solid modeled" hair is just what nhair simulation looks like with their settings when it's kept in the simpler view mode. probably not looking through all the pictures because there are a lot more flyaway strands than the solid versions have, but maybe.
do you think if i asked SO so nicely, fortiche would let me in their hair sim department for a day. maybe if i dedicate 10 years of research into this, they'll finally tell me, like scott cawthon told matpat fnaf stuff when he retired. oh well i could and would go on but the nurse has arrived with my sedative

LeviathanPat
(Yeah, I already have an info-page for this guy. However, that page also has a bunch of information on a few different EgoPats, and I figured that might be tedious for readers who want to learn about one specific character. So, I'm giving L.P. here his own thing since I've been focused on him lately. Sort of similar to how I've organized separate character-posts for The Pentas Family.)
(Also, since I've been expanding on L.P.'s lore, I've created yet another fanego—my very first Ash Ego, in fact—to act as a companion for him! If you'd to learn more about them, go here.)
An alternative character to EldritchPlier
Just like his counterpart, he’s a cosmic horror. He feeds off of human souls, but thoughts and emotions can also satisfy him for a time.
He’s bound by the same supernatural rules as EldritchPlier–the primary one being that he can’t enter a place without explicitly being welcomed in.
Where EldritchPlier typically goes for doors, LeviathanPat will lurk outside of windows. He does this because it gives him an opportunity to watch his victims. That way, he can more easily gauge their reactions and plan his next move more carefully.
When he talks to his targets, he’ll try to make them sympathize with him rather than just flat-out bribe them. He’ll usually try his luck when the weather is bad in order to sell the act. (“þlêå§ê lê† mê ¢ðmê ïñ§ïÐê! ̆’§ §ð ¢-¢ðlР𵆠hêrê; Ì ¢åñ’† £êêl m¥ håñЧ åñ¥mðrê!”)
That being said, if his target shows hesitation or gets onto him quickly, he’ll definitely lose patience and go on the defensive. He’ll try to make them feel guilty for refusing to help someone who’s supposedly sick and/or injured.
He chooses his targets in advance, then waits for an opportunity to get them alone near the window. Then he’ll tap on the glass to get their attention. He typically only hunts at night, since darkness makes humans more susceptible to fear/paranoia/disturbance.
He’s able to shapeshift, but he doesn’t like looking completely human. When talking to his targets, he’ll appear as a vague, semi-fluid silhouette with only his glowing eyes truly visible.
(By the way, does anyone still remember Mark's project, YouTube Cut This Content? Because, if so...I can definitely see Matt's part of that sometimes working for L.P.'s appearance, lol. Bro doesn't just live in the Uncanny Valley, he IS the Uncanny Valley.)
(If you'd like to get an even better idea of how this guy looks, there's this amazing art courtesy of my friend @insane4fandoms! Please go check out their blog and show them some love!_
If his target gets on his nerves, his shape will begin changing more sporadically as he grows more and more frustrated. His eyes will also shift in the way of turning bloodshot, changing colors, maybe even bulging or melting in their sockets.
Since it’s kind of impossible for a room to be built without a door and at least one window, EldritchPlier and LeviathanPat often end up going for the same target. When that happens, they’ll argue over said target for an ungodly amount of time.

Things Kids Have Said at Work
I work in a small community library, and we are just down the road from one of the schools, so that leads to a lot of children using our space (mostly computers)
10-year-old girl who's a regular: Do you watch anime? Me: No Girl: Oh. Well, sometimes you act like an anime character. No offense
"Wait! I thought we came here to read!" (When finding out that the group she came with were there to use the computers)
there's the time where they kept calling poptropica and moshi monsters my 1980s games and insisting i was born in the -1's
Me: reading on Google that our solar system is in the milky way Her: don't trust Google! Me: I'm trusting my education
Me: scrolling back through my Instagram to find examples of woodcuts Kid: are we going back to the 1980s?
Kid: excuse me? Me: yes? Kid: do you find it annoying when all these kids come in and be loud? Other kids: say yes Me: Me: Well, it's usually loud when you all come in after school but it's louder today Kids, seeing this as a success: yes!
Me: steps away from the game of chess to check out some books for people and then check in the piles Kid: I finished the game for us and I won Me: cool Kid: I just kept moving my pawn to the end then swapped it for my queen Me: did you move any of my pieces? Kid: no
Kid, trying to ask me to let her put her bishop on a square it definitely wasn't so she can win: ill buy you a cat please let me put it here Me: I don't think you're parent will let you buy a cat for a librarian who let you win at chess but okay
Kid, explaining how slaters eat each other: it's okay, it's just cannibalism
Kid: Hey Lara, I want you to do this the rest of your life Me: looks over what? Kid: holding a book with the title Don't Speak
(same child as above also pointed to a book that was called 1918 and went 'look its when you were born')
Kid: is it hard being a parent? Me, who is not a parent: what
Kid: it's just a theory. A game theory Me: ah. Like matpat Kid: how do you know who matpat is
"Can I have a new red felt there's no more blood."
"Can you take your break now so you can drop me and [brother] home please?"
Child, immediately after walking through the door: Can you give me some money please!
"your nails are cool, they would look better with nail polish though"
Kid asked for a cup so she could get some water. i got her one and she complained that i hadn't filled it for her, i told her she can do it herself. she huffed and said "i'm not your slave"
There's one girl who keeps trying the puppy dog eyes trick so I will let het do stuff/have extra prizes or stickers. This never works
Kid: Laraaaaaaaaa! Do you hate meeeeeeeeee? Me, concerned: No? Kid: Then why won't you let me see [redacted] and [redacted]!
Me, after a group of kids kept telling me to leave so [redacted] could cover: Do you guys not like me or something? Kid, zero hesitation: No, I like you. I like [redacted] better.
(I am apparently keeping my work friends from these kids and they complain every so often that neither of them are there. But when I took two weeks off, they complained that I wasn't there so I don't know what they want from me)
"Can I just read a book here for free?"
"oh I don't know how to explain it... It's like the opposite of kindergarten" (describing a retirement home)

I just watched the FNaF movie and I have things to say so *spoilers*
Spoilers ahead.
So MatPat having a cameo was amazing!
I had a feeling that Mike from the movie would not be Michael Afton but they both have similarities so I guess it can be inferred that Michael might have similar personality. But still I liked Mike and Josh did a fantastic job!
Vanessa being the Elizabeth parallel was cool since it's always been a weird thing from the games. Abby being the Crying Child parallel was unexpected for me personally. It makes the 'We're still your friends, do you still believe that' thing from fnaf 4 a potential thing if Abby is in another fnaf movie considered the attempted murder thing.
Oh yeah speaking that, this movie has such big Silver Eyes/The Fourth Closest vibes. From Foxy in the arcade, the weird Ella doll animatronic (I think it was called Eleanor though so???), to using the pictures to help the Animatronics remember, and to William having an influence over the Animatronics.
I have like two things to say about William. The first is that while unsatisfying, I understood why Mike never found out that 'Steve Raglan' was Garrett's murderer. It fit with the themes of moving on that Mike learnt, even though I wanted Mike to find out. But I get it.
The second thing is that Mathew Lillard was not in this movie as much as I would like. I sincerely hope that if we get a sequel that's its FNaF 2 and we get to see William be a weird and shady boss.
Also Markiplier needs to be in the sequel. Imagine if he gets to be Jeremy Fitzgerald lol.
Overall a solid 9/10!!!
Edit: To clarify. Mike never sees William's face. He knows about him being the Yellow Rabbit and him being Vanessa's dad. But tje one thing he spent years dreaming to do is see his face and he never gets that. There is no moment of realising that Steve Raglan killed Garrett and the MCI kids. You can almost see it as trade off for being able to save Abby.

ETN Ramble: Detective Edition
OK, ladies and gentleman! Welcome to my ETN Ramble. This might turn into a series depending on how unhinged I set, but we're just gonna go with it for now.
Today, I'm gonna be rambling about what the hell I think happened to MatPat following the events of Season 3. And it is NOT pretty!
Before we get started, I just wanna say that this idea is partially inspired by @lazarus-harp and their analysis on the Season 3 survivors, especially Mat and Nikita, as well as their takes on the SAE. They're really cool, I love 'em a ton, go check them out!
So, without further ado, let's go!
Tumblr media
Let's put this bluntly, first of all; he is NOT OK. Y'know that one meme that's like 'bitches be like "this is my comfort character" and then choose a character that hasn't had a day of comfort in their lives.'? Yeah, this is basically Mat. XD
I feel like, after Everlock, he was just a mess and didn't wanna get close to people in case Ro and Safiya were looking down on him and thinking that he was replacing them, so outside of his Theory work - the one thing he still felt he could trust because its logical and straightforward and nothing like the unpredictability and drama of Everlock - he avoided everyone outside of those he had to work with for Game and Film Theory.
No slander to Steph - I love her, she's amazing, she's an icon, a legend, the moment, ALL OF IT - but I have a feeling that they kinda drifted apart (they didn't get divorced since Steph was still holding out for him and they still loved each other when he first came back) because Mat didn't know what to do. Like, did he act like who he was before he died, after? Does he act like he never died? How does he process this?
Essentially, their relationship broke down because Mat is having a whole-ass identity crisis, as well as a conflict about his next steps.
A conflict that later continues once he joins the SAE for, as I'm dubbing it, Operation Pandora (AKA the code name for Season 4's rescue mission - partly because I am convinced they only did this mission to get Pandora's Box and used Joey as a scapegoat). That happens, Ro and Joey don't come back, we all know this.
Now here's where I think Mat would get REALLY bad. Nikita leaves the SAE after Operation Pandora because, not only has she lost Manny, but Bretman now doesn't like her because she nearly killed him, basically, leaving Mat with Ryu and Jael and everyone else.
Now, Mat and Nikita didn't have the best relationship, we all know this, but I feel like Mat really admired Nikita in some way. Why? Because she had something he didn't; the ability to not get attached. The strength to fight against all odds. Strength, period - which I think would be a major thing he'd look out for, especially considering the way he died. So when Nikita leaves the SAE, wanting to move on from everything, he feels like he's lost everyone from Everlock. As such, he pushes everyone away even further - even those from Game and Film Theory - and devotes himself entirely to the cause of bringing everyone from Everlock back to life.
This... is basically fucking pointless. Nobody (besides Colleen) could ever come back again. Ro's permanently dead and everyone else's souls got freed. Mat knows this, but still fights the good fight, a fight enabled by Jael (maybe not Ryu because I think he's still kinda human) due to her not seeing people as people, a teaching that runs through the SAE; don't get attached to anyone because anyone can die.
Because of all this, I have a good feeling of how Mat would handle the end of the series, assuming the series is going to end with the destruction of the Cursed God:
Obviously, the SAE would disband since the war is over, so why the hell do they have a reason to still work together? Mat would campaign for this not to happen since he knows that only their resources and tomes or whatever are the keys to bringing everyone from Everlock back, but Ryu would have to sit him down and explain that that's not how any of this works.
In the aftermath of the SAE, Mat pushes everyone away and, just as he did during the fight (even if I didn't mention this), he finds everything his group was in and religiously consumes it, to the point that its all he consumes, even when he's meant to be consuming other media for his channel.
When it comes to the idea of group therapy, I do agree with the fan theory I've seen in some spaces that the Season 3 survivors would not get along with any of the other survivors. I'll potentially get into why Nikita wouldn't be easy to get along with in a different ramble, but I have a feeling that Eva, Oli, Andrea and Tyler are willing to admit the flaws of the people in their group (i.e: Matt giving up, Justine not really defending herself, Jesse's libido, Alex's conflict between the group and Lauren, etc) and are also willing to try and move on. Mat... cannot understand this. He assumes they're trying to replace their group and, considering his own experiences with feeling like he's replacing people, he sees this as unforgivable. He also doesn't understand how they can see them as anything other than brave martyrs who died before their time (off topic, but I swear, Mat reminds me so much of Mikami from Death Note because I'm pretty sure Mat would get just as obsessed with religion and God and martyrdom and servitude or whatever as Mikami did with Light, but ANYWAY-). I just have a feeling that Mat might just kill himself. I mean, nobody understands what he went through like he does and he's been shown that there's no way of getting anyone from Everlock back, so... yeah.
He might as well as join the people who watched him die and brought him back to life in death, right?
Tumblr media
WELL! That was crazy, but I hope that made a semblance of sense.
Thanks for reading my carnage and I'll see you next time! Bye!
Your Author, Marbella. <3
