PLEASE A YANDERE SPRINGTRAP(yes I know i'm obsessed) PLEASE! Plot: Reader actually escapes by outsmarting him(somehow)
I don' t know who made this but it's funny!
I can try to! Also, yeah, the image is funny. Sorry for the long wait!
This sort of implies you were the first nightguard in Fazbear's Fright and William is getting used to being Springtrap.
You Who Got Away
Yandere! Springtrap Short
Pairing: Romantic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Sadism, Haunted animatronic this time, Start of obsession, Murder mention.
Anger made the haunted bot shudder. He had slipped up, let himself be fooled by you, now you left scot free. He kept twitching with rage.
Oh if he was still human such mistakes wouldn't have been made! Thirty years of rotting and he's lost his senses. He can barely function within his mechanical tomb. It will take some getting used to.
This had been his first encounter with you. The first time he's met you and you've already made him frustrated. Not only had you been able to leave, but you left him feeling strange.
In his past he had been a murderer. Ever since his family fell apart he had been cold. Yet here you are, making him feel strange while he's forced to live here in purgatory.
He was either too stuborn to die or was being kept in this state.
When he was transported here he was unsure how to feel. Up until he realized at night security cameras were on. Then he met you.
What a poor soul you were. Trapped here with him for a measly paycheck. When he laid eyes on you... he stalled.
You were the perfect victim. He knew your fate would be to die at his hands. Yet...
He felt killing you would ruin the fun.
He shouldn't waste you. He knew you and him would have so much fun. He couldn't help himself, he wanted to hunt you.
Your fear was delectable when he stared at you from the window. His dead eyes never leave yours. You were more of a rabbit than him.
You sat there in confused fear, hands tapping about on a tablet while quivering. He tilts his head with a wide grin. You had no idea what, or who, you were dealing with.
He hears a distant laughter in the distance. He glances at your hand on a button with disinterest. Audio meant to fool him? Why would that work?
You glance at the clock to see the time. He then takes the time to move closer from the other side. It was 4:50 AM.
"A new soul for me to slaughter, hm?"
The smell of rot makes you recoil, the rabbit standing in the doorway. You shuffle yourself towards the vent. He doesn't notice yet.
"Oh, dear... I think you'll prove to be a fun toy for me."
As if to prove his point, you dart into the vent. He's puzzled for a moment but engages in this game of chase. He knew you'd prove promising.
That was what became of most your night. You trying to run from Springtrap. The longer the chase went on the more he enjoyed you.
He could kill you when he caught you.... But there was so much more he could do. They probably wouldn't give him a victim as good as you again.
You were so clever. You fooled him by making noise and shuffling away. There were times he thought he'd catch you...
Then you'd come up with some new trick.
By the time that clock dinged and you flew out of those doors, he was left frustrated and stunned. He loved the chase yet now he couldn't stop twitching. He's... disappointed among other things.
He was frustrated he made a fool of himself and let you go. He was satisfied that you fueled his sadistic desires. He was also on edge as he may now never see you again.
He doubted anyone would believe you. A haunted robot? That's just the sleep deprivation. Although he was concerned you'd quit before he caught you.
He stares at the door with consideration. Following you wouldn't work as he would quickly be caught. Instead he stays still in front of the exit.
The idea of you quitting made him shake more, you'd think the springlocks were going off on his bones. He was upset. He gains consciousness again with new life, is tempted with such a treat, then loses it in the same night.
He'll just have to have faith that you'll return. Perhaps you're desperate enough for the money, hm? He'll just have to be patient and wait.
He can't believe he wants you to come back...
However, he knows if you do, he'll be sure you don't get away this time.

Can you do it?
Of course I can. Unlike you, I am more than capable. My talent's include Ultimate Game Analysist, Ultimate Historian, Ultimate Theorist, Ultimate-
Yeah, yeah, I get the picture. Also, I'm the Ultimate Gamer, not the Ultimate Game Analysist.
I play games. I rarely ever think too hard about the story unless it's really good. Even if they're not, I still enjoy them.
But go on! Hit me with your best shot!
Alright...
The story starts with a man named William Afton, who moves from England to a town called Hurricane in America with his wife and three kids; His eldest son Michael, his younger son Evan and his daughter, Elizabeth. He meets a man named Henry Emily, and after forming a friendship, the two of them open an animatronic-themed family diner called Fredbear's Family Diner. The problems begin when one day, Henry's daughter, Charlotte, is having a birthday party at the diner. The other kids are mean though, and they lock her outside. William then arrives at the diner, drags Charlotte into the alleyway, and murders her. It's unclear why he does this, though it is rumored he was tired and drunk, and had been having a fight with Henry over management of the diner. Now, Henry built an animatronic called The Puppet made to watch over his daughter, but while this was happening, the Puppet was stuck inside a box. When it gets out, it goes outside to try and protect her, but not only is it too late, it's raining, so it ends up breaking down. Charlotte's spirit then latches onto the Puppet's body, and possesses it. The next part of the story focuses on Afton's sons, Michael and Evan, the former of which is abusive to the latter. On Evan's birthday in 1983, Michael and his friends shove Evan into Fredbear's mouth as a prank. However, one thing they did not know is that at least two of the animatronics, Fredbear and Spring Bonnie, contain a device called Springlocks, which allow these animatronics to be cranked open as suits. This was an idea by Henry and Afton to save on management funds for the animatronics, but there is a catch. If the Springlocks get loose on the animatronic suits, they fold back in and crush the person inside them. This is exactly what happens to Evan, who's skull is crushed after Fredbear practically bites his head off; he goes into a coma, and dies a week later. As if it wasn't the case before, William Afton reaches his breaking point following Evan's death, and starts using the Spring Bonnie suit to lure children into the back rooms of the diner, and then kill them; then proceeding to hide their bodies inside the animatronics. He's successfully able to kill 5 children before he gets caught, but due to the fact that no one can find the children's bodies or any evidence of his crimes, Afton gets away with it. After their deaths, Charlotte Emily, possessing the Puppet, starts putting the spirits of the dead children in the animatronics they were stuffed in. Which means by this point in time, the Puppet, Freddy Fazbear, Chica the Chicken, Bonnie the Bunny, Foxy the Pirate, an unused Golden Freddy costume, and Fredbear, are all possessed by the ghosts of the children Afton murdered, with Fredbear being the only exception, as he is possessed by Even Afton. Even though he is able to avoid prison, William Afton is fired from his own company as a result of the scandal. He then proceeds to open up his own business, Afton Robotics, to work with this sister company called Circus Baby's Pizza World. At some point down the line, Afton discovers this material called Remnant that is produced when young children die. Remnant allows one to preserve their soul after they die, and this is what allowed Charlotte, Evan and the other kids to possess the bodies of the animatronics, and using it, you can effectively become immortal. Afton then starts creating robots like Circus Baby and a few others designed to kill children, so that he can harvest this Remnant. However, another problem arises, when one day, Afton's daughter Elizabeth, gets too close to Circus Baby. With Evan now dead and with Michael having left the house, Elizabeth is Afton's only remaining child, and with this, she is then indirectly murdered by Afton's own hand. While the details after this incident are still unclear, supposedly, Afton loses what little remains of his sanity and ends up killing his wife, and puts her inside another animatronic called Ballora. This is still only tentative and theorized stuff though, so it's up for debate. Regardless, Circus Baby's Pizza World is closed before it even has a chance to open, and William Afton is all alone and on the loose. Flash forward to 1987, and there’s a new pizzeria open called Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. The animatronic suits the deceased children possess are stored safely in the back room, and the new animatronics, including Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, The Mangle, and Balloon Boy are equipped with facial recognition software designed to detect the faces of criminals. This is implemented in case William Afton ever comes back, but it proves ineffective. Afton returns, and with no Springlock suits to hide in, he instead uses the empty Golden Freddy suit, since it’s unused, broken, and mostly empty. He kills another 5 children, which thanks to Charlotte Emily in the puppet still being present, possesses the spirits of the animatronics that I just mentioned. This is the second missing children incident focused in on Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. The place is then forced to close down, but before that point, they hold one last party on November 14th 1987. During this party, it is suspected that Jeremy Fitzgerald, the protagonist of Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, becomes the victim of the Bite of ‘87, after moving to the day shift and having his frontal lobe bitten off by The Mangle. The restaurant is closed down for good, and a few years afterwards, suggested to be somewhere in the 1980′s, William Afton sends out a message to his only remaining family member, Michael Afton, and tells him that his sister and mother are trapped inside the now closed Circus Baby’s Pizza World. Michael goes to Circus Baby’s in the hopes of setting them free, which is now an automated establishment. They think he’s an employee, so Michael poses as one and spends a week there while the building attempts to reopen, until he is tricked by the animatronics, and attacked by a scooping device, similar to the one inside Baby that killed Elizabeth. During the week Michael works, the robots in the facility, including Baby, Ballora, Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy, as well as a few others, tear themselves apart and reform themselves into a mash of animatronic parts; adopting the name “Ennard”. When Michael gets scooped, he is injected with Remnant and completely scooped out of his insides. Ennard then uses Michael’s body as a suit to escape the sister location. After they escape, Michael effectively becomes a walking corpse, then vowing to find his father and end his suffering. The first place he tries is the new Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, which opens in 1993, which also happens to be the original location of Fredbear’s Family Diner, and uses the original cast of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy, as well as refitting the original Golden Freddy suit, but they never actually use him. The original Spring Bonnie is also housed here, but is unused and rotting. Michael was blacklisted from Freddy’s history after the death of his brother, so in order to land a job at the place, he uses the name Mike Schmidt, the name of the protagonist of the original Five Night’s at Freddy’s. However, the possessed animatronics mistake Michael for his father and spend the week trying to kill him. After his week is finished, he is fired, and the place once again gets shut down. Michael unfortunately never finds his father, but William Afton DOES come back to the original location. Because of Michael, he now knows that the kids have possessed the animatronics, and fearing for what they might do, he goes to Pizzeria after it closes down to dismantle them. Every Fazbear Location has a room that is off the map and invisible to the animatronics, which the company typically uses for storage, as well as to hide the victims of the springlocks so they bleed out without the children seeing. William hides in this room, coming out to dismantle the animatronics until all four of them are torn apart. However, once he does this, he releases the spirits of the kids who attack him. With nowhere to run, Afton hides inside the rotting Spring Bonnie suit, in hopes of scaring the kids off. He laughs as he thinks he has them cornered, but the Spring locks, which have loosened over time, fail, and he gets crushed inside. Afton has spent years prior injecting himself with Remnant, so when he’s crushed, he comes back to life, thus marking the birth of the series’ most infamous antagonist: Springtrap. Afton doesn’t have a will of his own though, and is locked in the room until 2023, with the opening of Fazbear’s Fright. Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction is the location in which Five Nights at Freddy's 3 takes place. The attraction is a replica of the old Freddy Fazbear's Pizza located inside a local amusement park, meant to revive the decades-old urban legends that surrounded the establishment. Outfitted with old animatronic parts and suits, as well as dim lighting and true-to-life décor, patrons would walk through the building like a haunted house, reliving the nightmare of 30 years ago. Afton, having spent another 30 years rotting inside of the Spring Bonnie suit, is transported to Fazbear’s Fright. And as luck would have it, the one filling the role of the night guard for the establishment, is Michael Afton. Taking the opportunity before he misses it, Michael sets fire to the building and burns it down with William inside it, using the establishment’s faulty wiring as an excuse. When Fazbear’s Fright burns down, William is killed and the spirits of the original 5 deceased children, who have been possessing Michael throughout the week he was working there, are set free...Or so he thought. As it turns out, William survives the fire and rebuilds himself with the parts that were left over inside the building, and escapes. As things stand, Charlotte Emily possessing the Puppet, Elizabeth Afton possessing Ennard, and William Afton possessing Springtrap, are all out roaming the world. Ennard gets tired of being controlled by Elizabeth, so he spits her out. Elizabeth then rebuilds herself into a new version of Circus Baby called Scrap Baby. Ennard then discards the clown mask and takes on a new Freddy-shaped face, now going by the name “Molten Freddy.” Molten Freddy also has the spirits of the 5 children possessing the Toy animatronics inside it. After all this time, Henry Emily finally learns what’s been happening over the past few decades, and decides to take it upon himself to settle things. At an unspecified time after FNAF 3, he devises a plan to bring all the animatronics into one location, including Springtrap, Baby, Molten Freddy and the Puppet, so he can destroy them and set them all free once and for all. Henry creates an animatronic called the Lure Encapsulate Fuse Transport and Extract device, also known as L.E.F.T.E or Lefty for short, modelled after Freddy, to find the Puppet possessed by his daughter, and capture her. When Michael finds out about this, he goes to the fake Pizzeria that Henry created for his plot, luring all the animatronics together in one place. Henry then locks down the building and burns the whole thing down with himself, Michael, Elizabeth, Afton’s wife, Charlotte, William and the remaining children inside Molten Freddy, freeing all of their souls from the torment. William’s soul is sent to hell where the children are free to torture him for all eternity, but the story of Springtrap doesn’t end there. Some time before his death, William uses his genius mind to scratch his consciousness and memories in binary code into the electrical components of some of the animatronics. The big problem with Henry’s penultimate plan was that Fazbear Entertainment was no longer in his own hands, and was actually still running as it’s own company at this point. Some time during the events of the other games, an anonymous games developer was hired by Fazbear Entertainment, then later hiring a different company called Silver Parasol Games to create the Freddy Fazbear Virtual Experience. The purpose of these games being published was to make it seem as if the events of the previous games were fabrications and old wives tails, and to discredit the real stories of the children getting killed. The issue arises in the computer chips that Silver Parasol Games were provided by Fazbear Entertainment to scan in, in order to make the animatronics in the virtual world appear more realistic. And as you might have guessed, William Afton’s consciousness is thus ported into the game, practically bringing him back to life within the world of the game. Now known as Glitchtrap, Afton programs himself the power to take over the body of the tester, so he can bring himself back to the real world. He tries taking over the body of a dev named Jeremy, but after deciding that Jeremy is a poor candidate, he possesses his body and forces him to commit suicide by using a guillotine paper slicer on his own face. The second person he tries to possess is the unnamed protagonist of FNAF VR: Help Wanted. This fails, and the dev is able to defeat Glitchtrap and lock him away. However, before this happens, Glitchtrap finds another host named Vanessa, and eventually settles on using her. After the VR experience, as well as an additional Halloween themed DLC, Fazbear Entertainment then commissions the creation of a giant mall called Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex. During the run time of the Pizzaplex, multiple animatronics are switched around and the tragedies begin yet again. This leads into the events of Five Nights At Freddy’s Security Breach, and the events that preceded it involve an unknown specimen, Patient 46, and Vanny, Vanessa’s villainous alter ego under the control of Afton, reprogramming the animatronics' systems and make them more deadly. Alongside this, another 9 unnamed people go missing, likely all children, as well as multiple missing therapists, likely killed by Vanny. While the original lineup of band animatronics at the Pizzaplex includes Glamrock Freddy, Glamrock Bonnie, Glamrock Chica and Roxanne Wolf, Bonnie is eventually replaced by Montgomery Gator. With how the game says this happens following a night where Bonnie went down to Monty’s designated area, the golf course, before his disappearance, as well as how his physical appearance in Security Breach’s DLC, Ruin, shows he has claw marks across his body, it’s highly likely Monty dismantled or damaged Bonnie beyond repair, so that he could replace him in the main cast. Roxanne Wolf, or Roxy’s reason for taking Foxy’s place in the main cast is never given a reason. One night, after the Glamrock animatronics have been reprogrammed, Freddy Fazbear malfunctions and breaks down on stage. When he wakes up, it’s revealed that he was placed in low power mode, which likely saved him from Patient 46′s reprogramming. Also, he discovers that a young, homeless, orphaned, anonymously registered boy named Gregory, the protagonist of Security Breach, has been hiding inside his chest. Freddy resolves to help Gregory escape the Pizzaplex before Vanny and the animatronics can find and kill him, and they discover that the Pizzaplex is built on top of the fake restaurant that Henry Emily created to lure Afton and the others years prior. Vanny locates Afton’s corpse in this building and uses the recharge stations for the Pizzaplex animatronics to reanimate his body, effectively bringing him back to life. However, before Afton can return and start killing again, Gregory and Freddy stop him, and he is killed by a creature called the Blob. The Blob is very similar to Ennard and Molten Freddy, as it is an amalgamation of several animatronics that are possessed by the 9 people that went missing. Security Breach has several endings, but the “canon” ending that results in Afton’s defeat results in Freddy and Gregory escaping and sitting on top of a hill, staring into the sun. It is likely that with the eventual destruction of the Pizzaplex, Vanessa’s spirit is freed from the clutches of Vanny and Afton, but this is not guaranteed. Lastly, we come to where we currently reside in the story with Security Breach: Ruin. At some unknown time, Gregory befriended a young girl named Cassie, the daughter of one of the Pizzaplex’s engineers. Apparently, the story goes that Cassie had her birthday at the Pizzaplex, but none of her friends showed up, leaving her to become friends with Gregory, who comforted her, and for Roxy to do the same, becoming Cassie’s favorite animatronic. After the Pizzaplex is shut down, Cassie gets an SOS from who she believes to be Gregory, and goes to the ruined Pizzaplex to rescue him, as he has somehow ended up trapped under it. In reality, it turns out to be a trap created by an animatronic called the Mimic. The Mimic is first introduced in the Tales from the Pizzaplex storybooks, and is a hyper-intelligent animatronic created by Edwin Murray to care for his young son while he worked. The mimic has the special ability to copy the behavior and voice of anything it observes, as well as change its form to fit into any animatronic suit. After Murray’s son David dies via vehicular manslaughter, the Mimic tries to imitate David, after learning his mannerisms and habits through his interactions with the boy. Edwin loses it and bludgeons the mimic to death with his fists. A week before Christmas, Fazbear Entertainment sends a small team to the abandoned factory to "clean up a mess." The team believes they are expected to finish Edwin's projects, and while doing so they come across the remains of the Mimic. From the waist up it appears to be functional but it doesn't move, so the team decides to complete it by attaching legs from a nonfunctional animatronic onto it. Then, the Mimic comes to life and kills each of them in ways eerily reminiscent of innocuous behaviors it had seen from Edwin and David. Several more people come to the Pizzaplex for various reasons in the Tales from the Pizzaplex storyline, and the Mimic begins to claim more and more lives. It’s suggested that prior to the events of Security Breach, Vanny discovered the Mimic under the Pizzaplex and deemed it a problem, so she developed a system called the M.X.E.S to imprison it. However, during the events of the DLC post the original game, the Mimic poses as Gregory, mimicking his voice and pretending he's trapped in the Pizzaplex so Cassie can unknowingly free it. Once Cassie deactivates the M.X.E.S, the Mimic escapes and tries to kill her. In the supposed “canonical” ending, Roxy protects Cassie, then Cassie tries to escape via an elevator. The real Gregory contacts her through a loudspeaker, and tells her that it is not her fault. However, he also says that bringing Cassie back up to the surface will be a huge risk, as the Mimic will also follow them. And after apologizing, the wires to the elevator get cut, causing Cassie to fall into the depths of the underground. Her fate, as well as the Mimic’s, are left unknown.
...That’s it.

Please please please I need a full list of William headcanons pleeasseeee I love him sm
I’m assuming that you want head cannons for my au William (if not let me know, whither that be in a comment or another ask is up to you)
Also sorry if some of these are weirdly specific. I was having a bit of fun.
1. He keeps his hair short because one time he got caught in the springlocks and Henry had to cut him free. Henry then made fun of him for it, for about a week or two.
2. He likes listening to old records while he works. Like “Everywhere at the end of time” esc music. Some of his favorites being, “Lullaby of the leaves.”, “Teddy Bears Picnic”, and “Wedding of the painted Doll”
3. He has a very good American accent considering that he’s lived in US longer than he did in the UK.
4. He’s technically? an illegal immigrant. His mom gave him to his dad, said “see ya.” And left without registering him as an American citizen
5. (This one added by my girlfriend)
I when he lived with his mom he always wanted a sibling, then when he moved in with his dad (who had 3 other kids) he yearned to be an only child once again.

Evidence for William Afton being a gay furry femboy
Gay:
In The Silver eyes, he is shown to have an unnatural bond with Henry. It is described that he would go from worshiping Henry’s every move to hating him. I can’t put my finger on it, but despite the fact he has children, he always acts gay.
Furry;
Easiest to explain. Springbonnie is Williams fursona. There are many types of people who wear suits. There is a difference between a mascot costume and a fursuit. People hold little to no connection to their mascot costumes usually. I mean sometimes if you wear a suit for long enough, you grow a sentimental connection with it but William and Springbonnie are different. Springbonnie is often used as an extension of William. William doesn’t treat that thing like “just another suit” he treats it like his true self. Even before they literally become one, anytime William wears the suit he becomes spring Bonnie. He refuses to talk with it off in the books, when he gets springlocked in the movie he puts it back on, and William repeatedly takes it out of the safe room. Specifically just springbonnie. The only exception this when he used Fredbear/golden Freddy to kill Michael brooks in The Silver Eyes. It would have been so much easier to switch suits. It would have been harder for him to get caught if it was a different suit each time. William also lipbites while touching the spring Bonnie suit in The Silver eyes. I am not suggesting that William Afton is s3xually attracted to springbonnie, I’m just saying he definitely doesn’t look at spring Bonnie like just another suit
Femboy:
William also just sort of acts fruity in general. Even when he’s not preforming, he still bows like he is when Carlton is the only one in the room. He also walks strangely while in the suit. There is literally no need for that. He was trying to be stealthy, but here he walks like a cartoon character. In the FNaF movie, he acts even more fruity.

Okay we've dropped into FNAF lore and I'm making a sort-of-AU type thing where I'm slapping together stuff I like into a semi-comprehensive narrative.
This is mostly kind of like. A story /based on/ the events of series rather than me trying to keep each and every incident if that makes sense? Some games do not quite fit and overall I'm condensing some other stuff. And yes you can tell that I liked 'Silver Eyes' and 'Security Breach' best.
Here we go:
Starting at the beginning: Henry Emily and William Afton team up to create 'Fredbear's Family Diner'. Both have their own little families. Henry has a wife and two kids, twins Charlie and Sammy. William has his own wife and three kids, Michael, Elizabeth, and Evan.
They create the Springlock Suits. Though Henry is the main robotics engineer while William is the more business-side of the duo, both have skill in that field.
At some point, for various reasons, William kidnaps and kills Sammy. Not sure why yet. It might be jealousy of Henry becoming more 'the face of the company', maybe his own marriage is falling apart, and also given later stuff, he might just be a little not right and gave into that 'child killer' urge. He does manage to keep that urge to just Sammy though. For now.
William is not suspected of the murder, and gets away with it. It's assumed that Sammy's killer must have been some rando who came by the diner to grab any child they could get, and is probably long gone.
Distraught, Henry's wife leaves him and their remaining child. Henry and the Aftons move from New Harmony to Hurricane. Both work on making the new restaurant, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Both have their own workshops, which the kids have been in, but Henry made the animatronics currently in the restaurant. Afton is mostly making other ones but.... killing one kid already.... he starts to make upgrades to the animatronics that could let him get away with it again.
Despite their parents knowing each other, their kids are barely aware of each other. The Afton kids are all different ages, with Michael and Evan both being a few years older/younger than Charlie. Elizabeth is closest in age, but both have their own classmates at school that they end up getting along with. So they don't talk much.
At some point, The Bite happens. Michael, in being a bratty older sibling teasing Evan about being a crybaby, shoves him close to an animatronic and.... well. Ya know. Evan initially survives, but later dies in the hospital. Though everyone is horrified, it's labeled an accident and the restaurant stays open.
Elizabeth, missing her little brother and feeling ignored by everyone else because they're focusing on their own grief, sneaks into her father's workshop despite how he always told her to never go in alone. Predictably, as the animatronics were made to kidnap/kill kids for William, she dies to one when their 'this child is alone' program kicks in.
Officially, Elizabeth is the first 'missing child'. Though William finds out what happened, he can't say 'yeah she went into my hidden workshop of murder animatronics'. So he says she must have run away from home, and is now lost! (Michael might also find out, but is sworn to secrecy and doesn't tell anyone out of fear and guilt.)
William goes off the deep end and goes back to killing children directly instead of using the planned animatronics. Five children die and are stuffed in the animatronic suits, hoping to shift suspicion to Henry. The bodies are eventually found when they begin rotting in the suits.
Both Henry and William are questioned, but they are released for current lack of evidence. The cops would be investigating them more later.
Knowing he'll be caught if the cops search his home, William skips town. Henry realizes that William was definitely behind this, and is also who killed Sammy. Full of grief and guilt over having been friends with William and inadvertently helping him, Henry commits suicide.
Henry's sister Jen gains custody of Charlie, taking the child away from Hurricane. William's wife, though cleared of suspicion, files for divorce and leaves Hurricane with Michael.
At some point in the next decade, William does come back to Hurricane and tries to get into the old restaurant. He does, is cornered by the Ghosts, and hides in the Springlock Bonnie suit and gets fucked up when it malfunctions. He manages to survive.
Ten years after the spree in the Pizzeria, Charlie comes back to Hurricane. The events of Silver Eyes happens, with her meeting her old friends, them breaking into the restaurant, the animatronics being haunted and trying to kill them out of fear until they recognize their old friends, William showing up and getting killed by the Springlocks.
Charlie, having inherited her father's interest in robotics and not quite satisfied with how things ended, decides to go all in. Recreating her father's vision of Freddy Fazbear's without a murderous co-owner. Even using parts from the old animatronics to create new ones in their image.
She soon discovers that all Spirits are still there. Both the kids, and William Afton.
Charlie pauses her business for a bit discusses options with anyone with knowledge of Ghosts, and does what she can to balance things out. She makes sure the kids' Spirits know that she will do everything in her power to keep more kids from suffering the same fate, and that appeases them enough to move on from possessing the Animatronics.
She makes sure William can't possess them either. The original Springlock suit is destroyed, and future Animatronics have more and more stuff added to them. Some is Magic embedded in their coding, to keep William from possessing them directly. Other stuff is there to make sure children would be safe from any other sketchy fucks trying to harm them.
Now for what Michael did after he and his mom left: She tried to raise him like a normal kid. But he was traumatized as hell by everything that happened, and believed it was his fault. That it was his responsibility to stop it from happening again. Obvs his mother didn't let him go investigate things, scared that he'd be a bit too much like his father.
But once Michael is an adult, she can't stop him. So he starts looking into things, trying to find his father to finish this. And one place he looks is his father's old workshop in Hurricane.
The animatronics are still active, automated systems keeping them repaired. But 'Circus Baby' is the only one with a consciousness because of Elizabeth. She's... a little crazy as she only had the other (not possessed) Animatronics for company. And she doesn't recognize Michael, because it's been over a decade and he was like 10 when she last saw him while now he's in his early 20s.
Circus Baby recreates herself as Ennard, and uses his body to roam. But this doesn't last long because his body begins to rot. Michael is still also possessing his own body, the two kind of fighting for control.
They realize they need help, because this isn't going to work long-term. Elizabeth still wants to stick around, feeling guilty for killing Michael and cursing him to being this. Michael himself is still feeling guilty for everything, and wants to find their father to end it.
Somehow, they end up finding out about Charlie. Which leads to them trying to meet her. Explaining who they are and what they are is difficult, but she understands. She very much understands.
Though Charlie would prefer if they moved on, as they're dead, she understands them sticking around. So she does what she can to make them more functional. Creating animatronics that are specifically for them to possess, but look much more normal than the other ones she made.
And they do stick around. Elizabeth has knowledge and skill picked up from being stuck in her father's lab for years, so she helps maintain the other Animatronics. Michael is head of security. Always looking for any kind of dangers to the children. Whether it be from William's Ghost itself, from other people who would cause harm, or just making sure the kids themselves can't cause harm. (Makes sure that if another kid sticks their head in an animatronic, it will shut down before hurting them)
Though they do hire other staff at Freddy’s. Some workers come and go, but the one that sticks with them is a security guard. Jimothy ‘Phone Guy’ Deacon. He was skeptical of some things the others said and did, but he knows better now. He might not have asked for all the details, but he knows that if the other three tell him to do something, he better fuckin do it.
Over the next while, they keep doing what they doing. Charlie and Elizabeth working on the animatronics themselves, with Michael as Security.
The business grows. From a small restaurant to the giant pizzaplex. And there are some... unexpected side effects. Such as some of the Animatronics coming to life for real.
Now, the smaller bots? The security ones and the janitors and the like? Those are still robots.
But the ones Charlie has put her all into? The ones who still have a few parts salvaged from the originals that she saw as Family? Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, Foxy? The ones she would later make like Roxy and Monty? Those ones become Real.
At some point, Charlie and Michael talk. Michael confesses how he feels like everything is his fault. He accidentally killed his little brother, which made Elizabeth sneak into the lab and get killed too, and that triggered their father to murder other children.
Charlie gets real quiet, before telling him about Sammy. How William had already killed before anything Michael did. How Elizabeth died because the animatronics were designed to kill kids, and had been made before Evan's death.
It's not his fault. Yeah, he did something stupid. But nothing that happened after was his fault.
Eventually, despite everything, we get to Security Breach where we have the Pizzaplex and all the animatronics and these three. They've been doing great on keeping William's Spirit from possessing the Animatronics.
However, they forgot about him possessing people. To be fair, so did his crusty ass for a wile.
He gets through to Vanessa. Possessing her to either directly kidnap kids, and hacking into the animatronics to drop their anti-possession firewalls to do it that way.
Vanessa has no clue she thinks she's just blacking out sometimes. She doesn't think it's connected because it's not like 'oh I black out and a kid is gone' she is just getting blackouts and there doesn't seem to be a trigger to it. So while she mentions it to her bosses in case it becomes a health hazard, no one connects the dots.
Now, Charlie, Elizabeth and Michael are fucking panicking. They're trying to figure out who is doing what, and are being vigilant as hell. But checking the security guards they already did rigorous background checks on before hiring? Not a thought in their minds.
But they have caught the animatronics acting a little strange. So they know it's definitely William's involvement but how?
They know if they shut down, William will disappear and they won't get to the bottom of it. Michael is more active during the day, keeping an eye on anyone and anything that is suspicious. Charlie and Elizabeth make something up about the animatronics needing repairs, and drag Bonnie and Foxy to their own lab to try and see what it is that William is using to get in.
The animatronics don't remember much, but are trying to help(just like Canon Glamrock Freddy). At least until William takes over again.
Meanwhile, we get to the night with Gregory.
Gregory showed up during the day, but Vanny/Possessed Vanessa grabbed him. He did manage to escape and hide in Freddy, but he's trapped in the Pizzaplex until morning(Almost said 'until dawn' lmao wrong game!)
The night switches between when it's Vanessa or Vanny looking for him. As during the one part where Vanessa catches him, she just takes him to the office. That's actually Vanessa when she's not possessed and is just doing her job and is frustrated that another kid might have disappeared and that whoever did it might still be in the building. She's trying to help. Obvs, Vanny is not.
The other animatronics are currently possessed, but Freddy isn't. This is because the earlier glitch had him reboot. Specifically, rebooting to an earlier version that has it's firewalls still put up.
Instead of wrecking the other animatronics, Gregory and Freddy have to kinda fight them a little until they can hack back and reboot their systems. Then they join the party.
Now the finale would have to be a clusterfuck of. Uh. Preforming an exorcism on Vanessa. Bonus for Charlie, Elizabeth, and Michael realizing that William was working through a /human/ and sprinting back to investigate and finding Gregory and the animatronics.
So Vanessa is fucking horrified but even Gregory knows it wasn't her fault. Everyone else is just like 'welcome to the family'. To both of them tbh. Ceremonial burning of the Vanny costume.
Literally adopting Gregory happens when someone tries to ask about where he is and who his parents are. And he just. Yeah doesn't have anyone(or anyone he does have is worth risking death by animatronics). Charlie is the most mentally okay of all of them(and. Ya know. Only three of them are legally 'alive',) so hey new baby!
Post-game would involve family shenanigans, with the adults looking into 1.) anti-possession on Humans, and 2,) ways to get rid of William's Spirit for good.

My theory on what happened to GlamBonnie
Warning: spoilers for security breach
So, I know this is my writing blog but something really bothered me about the game: how could Afton/Burntrap use the charging station when the springlocks were made ~60 years ago as of the current timeline.
While I’d like to make a joke and say that this is because William is a smart boi, I came up with an idea: Afton and Vanny decommissioned Bonnie to put parts into Afton.
Look at the image below, notice something about Burntrap and GlamFreddy?
They’re around the same size. Using the scale, we can conclude that Montgomery, Chica and Roxanne are too — this means that Bonnie would have to be around the same size as Burntrap as well given that they all use the same endoskeleton.
Now, while Burntrap possibly has his soul fused to the spring Bonnie suit and no longer can defuse/move himself into other animatronics (not counting glitchtrap, who is now his own seperate entity as far as I’m concerned) unless possessing them (which seems to allow him to control them, but he shall always remain within the spring Bonnie suit itself), I think as long as he doesn’t destroy the Springbonnie body, he can add additional parts to it.
His suit wouldn’t have enough charge forever to keep running (possibly running on some sort of backup power that he preserved in order to make sure he doesn’t ‘die’, which would also explain why the amalgamation “sleeps”), and the glamrocks are just *there*, they have power stations, they have rechargeable batteries.
It just so happens that Bonnie was the one he caught by Vanessa/Vanny. It would explain why he just “vanished” out of thin air, and why Burntrap, despite being a vintage animatronic in the timeline, can use such new machinery.

//a random assortment of william headcanons because I like writing stuff about him :]
▪︎ despite how social he can be, william is a very quiet person by nature. he's also incredibly soft-spoken, and will only ever raise his voice if it's too loud to hear him otherwise. he doesn't like yelling at people - he's been told it's genuinely frightening, and he doesn't want that.
▪︎ a telltale sign that he trusts someone is if he allows himself to be irritated around them. this isn't him not liking them, it's him being comfortable enough to not care if his facade fades a little bit. on the other side of the spectrum, if the only thing someone ever gets is "haha happy goofy fun dad that's me" he doesn't trust them at all. again, this doesn't necessarily mean he dislikes them, he's just very slow to trust.
▪︎ he doesn't like when people are self-deprecating, it's a BIG pet peeve of his. he constantly tells henry to knock it off, because henry is a smart man, and not everything is your fault, my god-
▪︎ mentioned this before, but purple is his color. it's his whole personal brand. he believes everyone has a color they look best in, and his is purple.
▪︎ his laugh is infectious. if you've ever heard pj heywood laugh you know what I mean.
▪︎ his whole family has a history of being difficult to kill. his refusal to die runs in his veins - remnant just aids in surviving more intense scenarios. a shame only michael inherited that from him.
▪︎ he doesn't like being touched much. this is partly due to his skin being ice cold because of remnant, but he's still not a touch-y person.
▪︎ he's been caught in a full-body springlock failure before, when the diner was still open. he was in the hospital for a while afterwards, but the doctors say he recovered remarkably fast for such bad injuries. he's covered in scars from the neck down. he doesn't like seeing them.
▪︎ he's one of those guys that complains about the names of american football and soccer in america. he refuses to call the sport soccer (but he does watch both sports)
▪︎ his eyes are light grey, but he describes them as silver because he's extra.
▪︎ he met henry when he first moved to the US at about 25 (in 1965, ie four years before michael was born)
▪︎ so my william was born in 1940. the years boomers were born in are 1946-1964. he is six years too old to be a boomer. I thought this was interesting.

What would have been 04: Henry’s desk + collectibles
Please read this if you haven’t yet!!!
Searching the desk was the “minigames” in Project Box. During the day, when the animatronics would bury themselves underground again, Charlie would have a chance to search for anything to help her escape-- only she finds her father’s belongings instead.
Below contains scripted dialogue Charlie had for each collectible, as well as 2 diary entries from William Afton in the mid 80s.
In the books, Henry’s work is mysteriously cleaned out from his garage. In Project Box, Afton was the one who stole it all, along with Henry’s desk and placed it inside the game’s main room. Henry’s recordings would have a stack of work papers, with different passcodes being written each tape. By watching each tape you could unlock a different drawer from his desk.
The desk drawers
Tape 1 found on top of the desk contains the first mention the box, as well as the passcode to open the left drawer. The passcode for the left drawer would have been “1578” to reference the easter egg of what Baby repeats in a distorted voice in Sister Location.
Clicking the Box in the left drawer would have moved the box to the desk’s top. But I’ll talk about the box in another post.
The right top drawer has a passcode that references the distortion you hear when zapping Ballora on night 2 of Sister Location. In tape 2, the writing paper on Henry’s desk would read “P.H.A.S.E”, giving the order of buttons you would press to unlock the 2nd drawer.
The right bottom drawer would have the passcode be “RWQFSFASXC” in reference to shadow Bonny ( or in Project Box’s case, twisted Springtrap ). The keypad is supposed to look like the arrangement of the ‘QWER ASDF ZXCV’ keys on the English keyboard.
The collectibles
I’ll talk about the tapes in another post.
The photographs: The first photograph is Henry and Afton at the grand opening of the original Fredbear’s Family Diner. The logo was inspired by 80s logo of Pizza Time Theater. In both photos, Henry is wearing sweaters to reference Nolan Bushnell. Henry’s handwriting was changed from cursive to capitalized print to differ himself from Afton’s cursive. The smudges on the polaroid’s writings hint that Henry is left handed.
The blueprints and springlocks: These were to 1. hint that Fredbear and Spring Bonny’s springlocks were designed differently ( though it’s hard to tell here since Spring Bonny’s blueprint isn’t actually finished... sorry LOL ). The differences in their design would play into the story, which I’ll explain in another post. I had to research how springlocks actually worked, since the best description we get is in FNAF 3.
Afton’s diary entries: I’ll explain why Afton’s diary entries are in Henry’s desk in another post. These entries exist to lay the foundation of Project Box’s backstory: The history between Afton and Henry. They were inspired by the books mentioning the police finding entries written by Afton, and how they went from praising Henry to cursing him, and even showing Afton's paranoia.
Afton entry 1:
17th December, 1984:
Henry has done it again. When doubted because of his unusual designs, he manages to overcome that doubt and amaze me and our patrons with this constructions. His work could fool children with the way these machines move with the illusion of life. It makes me wonder.
Bones, veins, organs. Rods, wires, circuit boards. Humans, are we not just complex machines? What separates us from them? When a computer is dismantled, it no longer operates. There are many who think we do the same. That when a human dies, they cease to exist.
But I know better. I am well aware of the lingering “existences”. They watch me. They follow me. I can feel their glares on my neck even as I write this.
The machines I create are only that- machines. I’ve always envied Henry’s gift of the illusion of life. But perhaps, I can finally surpass him. The life I create can be authentic. So be it.
To the souls I give gifts, bodies once more. And to the machines, I give life.
Afton entry 2:
15th March, 1985:
I once entertained the thought of getting a tattoo or two. To draw a meaningful picture on my skin. To see a mirrored version when I look in the mirror. But now, as I stand before the glass, there’s only a symmetrical pattern of rings and lines stamped across my body. I’ve grown to adore them over the months. Our scars have the power to remind us that the past was real. I can recall that day as if I dreamed it last night.
Realization in Henry’s eyes as he caught me tucking a small, lifeless body into Chica’s torso. Blonde curls and a bow. I never asked for her name, I never cared. Reminiscences of my hands on her throat only moments ago were discarded by Henry’s hands suddenly on my own throat. The realization in his eyes burned into anger. I was wearing Spring Bonny that day. His fingers flexed, and I collapsed on the ground as the spring locks he warned me about so many times pierced into me. The last thing I saw before blacking out was him placing Chica’s mask back onto it’s shoulders, hiding the girl.
The anger in his eyes that day, however, is worth nothing to me compared to the horror that filled them days later when I returned to him unexpectedly. He thought he ended it for good. He was mistaken. I told him his son looked just like that girl with curls. It would be a shame if his daughter looked like that too.
He’s been quite cooperative since then. At least until recently. The look in his eyes now: Determination. He’s hiding something.
Charlie’s dialogue when collecting
Photograph ‘Grand Opening’: “The fact that my dad worked with him for so long…. Makes me sick.”
Photograph ‘Christmas ‘79’: “Mine and Sammy’s first Christmas. I guess sweaters were my Dad’s way of dressing formally.”
Fredbear’s blueprint: “Fredbear. I never knew he was his own character, separate from Freddy… I’m sorry you have to be trapped in that... cage, Michael.”
Spring Bonny’s blueprint: “The counterpart to Fredbear. How are they so... cursed? Both only… shadows of what they were supposed to be.”
Fredbear’s springlock: “A spring lock. Gotta be careful with this fella, he’s small but he packs a punch.”
Spring Bonny’s springlock: “This spring lock… the spring is rotating a different direction from the other one I found.”
Afton’s entry 1: “Is this… why he did it? What he did to those kids... to Michael?”
Afton’s entry 2: “This was what dad meant in his tape. This is how he found out. Dad... I’m so sorry.”

Alright, Few Warnings:
Some Of These Include Suicide Mentions :)
The First Restaurant. Fredbears Family Diner. Originally made by William Afton and his longtime friend, Henry Emily.
Michael Afton, was the oldest child of the family. He didn't really have a reason to bully C.C/Evan, but he did. And that's where it took a turn for the worst.
On Evan's 6th Birthday, Michael & His Friends thought it would be a 'good idea' to prank him. How? By Placing Him In The Mouth Of Fredbear.
Fredbear & SpringBonnie were the only 2 animatronics with springlocks. When springlocks get wet, they tighted, much to Evan's demise
Because Evan was crying, the springlocks tightened, biting down, which bit off Evan's frontal lobe and cracked his skull. Evan was then rushed to the hospital, where he died in a coma. Evan/C.C Afton was the first Afton to die
After this, William was angry at himself. He was so angry, that he went to tear up Fredbear himself, breaking the animatronic, rendering it 'No Longer Can Repair.'
Henry and William decided to try this business again. Along with the now closed Fredbears Family Diner, they had a TV show called Fazbear & Friends. They decided, why not make a Pizzeria with the show animatronics as the ones from Fazbear & Friends?
And so, that's what happened. There, everything went wrong once more. William had killed 5 more kids at that location, killing them in the backroom of the Pizzeria.
The Murders soon caught the eyes of the press, as customers started to complain about the blood, disgusting smells, and the mucus coming out of the animatronics, which was from the dead bodies.
After finding out about the murders, William was a suspect. Though, without enough evidence to be charged, William was set free.
William, now free, has gone insane. He learned about remnant, and that's how souls could possess animatronics. He wanted to be, Immortal.
He wanted to experiment, but sadly, this didn't work out.
Henry had kicked him out of the Pizzeria, giving Fazbears one last chance.
Henry had created new plastic animatronics, but they had security and criminal sensors, designed to keep William Out. Henry had also created an animatronic, named Puppet, to keep Charlie, his daughter, safe.
But On a Fateful night, Charlie got locked out of the Pizzeria as a prank, and they weren't letting her back inside. William saw her, and took his chance.
He 'comforted' Charlie, and led her to the back of the Pizzeria, where he killed her with his own two hands.
Puppet, the self aware animatronic, felt like they had failed at their job, so they came to rest with charlie's now dead body.
William, wanted more experiments, and that led to the creation of Circus Baby's Pizza World. Where, he made 4 Animatronics. Circus Baby, Funtime Freedy & Bon Bon, Funtime Foxy, and Ballora.
These animatronics were actually made to kill + kidnap children. This lead to the death of his middle child and his wife.
Under any circumstances, William wouldn't let Elizabeth, his middle child, to go near circus baby, due to circus baby being a killer animatronic.
Alas, Elizabeth didn't listen. Circus Baby was only programmed to kill when one-on-one with a child. And that's what happened. Elizabeth got one-on-one, and Elizabeth was stores inside her storage tank, to which she suffocated.
William, Mrs. Afton, and Michael were in mourning for quite a while. Right then, Mrs. Afton went into William's office, looking at the blue prints for the funtimes.
She found out that they were killer animatronics, and she was petrified. William found her in his office, and killed his wife.
Michael, now all alone, in the year of 1985. Where William met his demise.
William went to the FNAF 1 Location, and he destroyed the suits, and the souls were free. Though, not calm
They chased William all over the Pizzeria. Finally, they got him in the back room. William put the old SpringBonnie suit on, and because he moved to much in it, he got springlocked.
He rotted in the springbonnie, now springtrap, suit in the backroom for 30 years, until it was burned down and then he was freed.
Finally Michael, all alone, has to live with the fact that he killed his brother, his sister is presumed dead, his mother is dead, and his father is missing.
Michael, eventually moves on with his life. He goes to college, gets his degrees, has a wife but divorced her, and is now living alone
It's about 2004 (give or take), and Michael receives a letter from his father, who's been missing for 30+ years.
The Letter Contains Every Single Bad Thing He's Done. Killed 25+ Kids, Killed Charlie, killed so many, made killer robots, everything.
Michael then promises to fix his father's mistakes. How is he gonna start his journey?
He's gonna go find his sister
(shall continue in another ask)

hi! im new here and just found this through reading your fics on ao3, and I was just wanting to know more about this au, particularly, who are alll the purples you got up there in the banner and whatre their stories???
Ooh you’re in for a heck of a treat when it comes to all my Purples!
From the left to the right:
Lucian Enfuego (aka Afton’d Lucian): A traveling serial killer who ended up being abducted and experimented on by Elder Afton in 1984, his soul being ‘overwritten’ by him over time. Murdered Vincent Heliotrope in 1983 then used his name on a virus that screwed up the Toy Animatronics. Killed the 5 Missing Children and the Butterfly Child in 1987. Was caught and executed for his crimes. His younger sister was the first to realize his soul was ‘stolen’ and spent her life trying to get it back from the Aftons. Referred to as the 1987 Purple Guy. Alex Cho aka Router (the short man): A mercenary, hacker-for-hire, who is also a son of Lucian. He ran away from his mother’s emotional abuse to follow his father’s trail and destroy the evidence that could clear Vincent and Jeremy Sr.’s names, as well as kill the surviving ‘witnesses’ of the 1987 Incident. His work partner (and best friend) is Panther. Was hired by Michael Afton to go to Freddy’s Pizza and retrieve Marionette and Balloon Boy or their data drives containing information about Remnant collected during the 1987 Incident. Ended up killed via springlock failure in Springtrap. Referred to as the Springtrap Purple Guy.
Sydney Elizabeth Michaels aka Panther (the big guy in pink): A mercenary with a tendency to abduct people of strength and essentially brainwash them via torture and Stockholm syndrome to serve as his living weapons. As a teen he was hired by Elder Afton to put Fredbear’s Family Diner out of business; poisoned and killed 11 children there while wearing a pink security uniform for a disguise, successfully shutting down the restaurant. His older brother helped him run away from home to escape police and keep the rest of their family out of trouble. Went with Router to Freddy’s as part of the retrieval job and developed an obsession with Mike’s strength. Ended up killed by Freddy and the gang for trying to abduct him and was soul-bound to a Paper Plate Pal. Referred to as the Pink Guy.
William Afton II: The CEO of Afton Robotics and Fazbear Entertainment, owner of Circus Baby’s Pizza World Party and Rentals (Sister Location). Stepped into the position some time after his father’s disappearance and found the secret information about Remnant, transfers, and the experiments to move/copy souls between vessels. Decided to continue the research and find a way to transfer himself from his sickly body into a healthy one. Searched for a low-level employee that could be compatible with his deceased sister’s Remnant to observe if transfer to a living body was possible, unaware his grandfather successfully did so but was unable to record the success. Ended up killed by his sister via Scooping Room. Referred to as Canon Purple Guy.
Emelia Afton: The daughter of Michael Afton who was killed by Circus Baby and soul-bound to her endoskeleton. She was stored in the Underground Facility by her father, who desperately tried to find a way to free her soul and resurrect her in his father’s Remnant research. Years passing with her trapped ended up eroding her sanity and now she only cares for escaping into a ‘perfect’ body that will allow her to be beautiful, using anything and anyone as a means to that end. Normally looks like an innocent little girl ghost to lure others into assisting her before killing them once their usefulness ends. Her ‘adult’ form was created by absorbing a digitized Lucian into herself to take advantage of his knowledge of murder techniques. Soul-bound to Circus Baby v1, later becoming Ennard. Referred to as Purple Gal.
William Afton I aka Elder Afton: The founder and owner of Afton Robotics. Has an aggressive competitiveness and desire to be the best in creating robots and animatronics. Jealousy towards the ones in Fredbear’s had him hire Sydney to force the diner to close so it could be bought up by his shell company, Fazbear Entertainment, and have the animatronics sent to him for reverse engineering. In his pursuit to creating the most advanced artificial intelligence software for his creations, he discovered Remnant and its properties, experimenting on low-level employees and abducted children to learn how to extract and transfer Remnant. His experiment on Lucian, an intern at the time, culminated in a successful digitized download of Remnant and memories, creating the Lucian Master File. Elder’s desire to live longer to continue his research and curiosity on his hypothesis had him attempt to transfer his own Remnant into Lucian’s body. While mostly successful, the transfer revealed a drawback in that loss of Remnant without allowing regeneration or replacement causes loss of sanity in the donor. This discovery was never documented; on the final stage of transfer, Elder released Lucian from containment and was killed by him. His soul torn in two, part went with Lucian to grow and consume him, part remained in the Facility, laying dormant until awakened by Springtrap, where he then hijacked control of the animatronic for himself. Referred to as Original Purple Guy or First Purple Guy.
Elizabeth Afton: Bionics Engineer, overseer of R&D of Afton Robotics, wife of Michael Afton. She’s responsible for researching and building ways for the animatronics and robots to move as fluidly and ‘naturally’ as a human. She has a cold love for her husband due to blaming him for allowing her favored daughter to die at Baby’s hands. She assisted Elder Afton in his Remnant research and went back to it after her daughter’s death to continue it in secret, searching for her own way to continue living longer and restore her daughter. After Michael’s disappearance and William’s death, she followed the trail of outgoing resources from Afton Robotics to Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza and Parties to recover Emelia’s Remnant. She was only able to get it back in fragments, so she devised a trap to gather fragments of Remnant from multiple past guards in order to rebuild and stabilize Emelia’s soul. When that plan was foiled, she escaped and decided to continue her search for future host bodies for herself, rebuilding Fazbear Entertainment via video games and using a copy of the Lucian Master File to seek out viable hosts. She plans to use the money from the sales and her newly abducted Reluctant Follower to create another trap to lure in her intended target. Referred to by name.
Michael Afton: Son of Elder Afton, CEO of Afton Robotics and Fazbear Entertainment after Elder’s death. His relationship with his father was distant and strained at best, which worsened after his death as Circus Baby’s programming had her kill his daughter when she wandered over alone. He pulled away from his wife and their relationship grew rocky over the tragedy. Being confronted by Lucian’s sister some time later over the fate of her brother’s soul had Michael searching for whether there was any truth to it; upon discovering his father’s Remnant research and notes, he found a desperate hope that this could be key to reviving his daughter. While he was also attracted to Lucian’s sister for her more vivacious nature, he eventually had to threaten her into leaving him alone so as to keep the discovery of Remnant and soul transfer a secret. He left behind the company and his family after receiving the data on the 1987 Incident in order to find a method of using Remnant to revive Emelia without causing more deaths. Failing that and realizing that Emelia had gone insane and murderous from isolation and desperation, he chose instead to try and destroy everything connected to the Remnant experiments, bringing everything that was affected by it together in one place to be burnt so the Remnant would be destroyed. He was unaware that his wife was also involved. Died in the flames that consumed FFP&P. Referred to as Son of Canon Purple Guy.
Lucian Master File: The ‘pure’ download of Lucian Enfuego’s digitized Remnant and memories. Stripped of anything that could humanize him or create empathy with others, the Master File only seeks to cause as much death and havoc as possible. He generates copies of himself to carry out his plans, assimilating information from them while he remains safely out of sight and harm’s way. The first copy of himself ever created he stripped of similar power to force him to be weaker and gave him over to William Afton II to use in his experiments, which resulted in the copy breaking away from him so drastically he became unique and Master File lost control and connection to him. He only ever assists someone when he feels he’s able to use them to further his own ambitions in the process. Originally the controlling software to Afton Robotics’s main computer, he managed to escape destruction there by coding himself onto chipsets in protected hardware, which later allowed him to escape into the video game software that scanned those chipsets. Referred to as Master File or Glitchtrap.
Phew! i really gotta finish up the wikia articles on everyone.

Mr. Afton
( ft. @immortalafton’s William ;) )
William Afton.
A man shrouded in a level of mystery that no one person could singlehandedly reach. A man that, for so many years, had gotten away with brutally murdering innocent children...a man beloved by so many others for being a goofy funny bunny, running around and entertaining the kids that visited Freddy’s.
The same man that’s now leaving his home to destroy the very machines that were possessed by his victims.
The restaurant was shut down. Abandoned. After a sweet employee by the name of Angel had been brutally attacked by Foxy, they just couldn’t keep the restaurant open anymore. People heard about the incident, and they didn’t dare support the franchise anymore. It was over after that point...too many lives had been lost to Freddy’s for them to accept it anymore. So, they had no choice. They had to shut it down. Enraged by the decision...William decided he needed to blow off some steam.
...simultaneously unaware that his tantrum was to be viewed by an audience.
The very employee that had been attacked was out for a nighttime walk. A bad idea, sure, but she needed air. She needed some time to herself...but she was surprised when she found herself viewing her ex-boss (and crush) walking into the restaurant. Blinking in confusion, she decided to pass the restaurant, not wanting to bother him. Seeing her would surely upset him, so she didn’t dare approach. Still, she found it odd that he would go in there. It wasn’t long after that that she heard...noises. Ones that made her flinch and turn back to the restaurant. Noises that sounded like something being destroyed, crushed to bits. What the hell...?
She turned and walked toward the restaurant, listening closely...and then she heard it.
Inside the restaurant, William huffed and puffed, holding onto the axe in both hands, looking over the mangled parts of the animatronics. He glared at them. They were gone for good now...he didn’t have to worry about them. Tossing the axe to the side, he was about to leave...but a chill filled the air. He squinted, debating if he wanted to actually look. No, he didn’t...but if something was up, maybe it was a better idea that he check on it. He turned to look...and what he saw made him freeze and widen his silver eyes. He felt like he was bolted to the floor, his heart was racing and his blood ran cold.
Each spirit he angered...all of them were floating above their mangled bodies, all of them were glaring at him. All of them were beyond furious.
Beyond reason.
He practically tripped over his own feet when he fell to the ground and shook like mad, panting and struggling to speak. The words caught in his throat, his brain too frazzled to think. They started to move toward him without a word, and he screamed. He had never screamed as fearfully as he did that day...and, without knowing it, he had caught the attention of his most loyal employee. He screamed and scrambled to his feet, running into the back room after struggling with the boards, panting and nearly falling as he stepped backward, shaking his head.
“No...no! Get away from me!! I gave you life, I gave you immortality, and this is what you do to me as thanks?!” he screamed, the angriest of the bunch glaring at him. She moved even closer to him, prompting him to bolt away, fearful under her darkened gaze. Then...he spotted the suit. The old springlock suit. Without hesitation, he ran to it and put it on for no other reason than it being a last-ditch effort to escape. Perhaps seeing him in the suit would save him? Regardless, he put it on and stared at the other souls, grinning before he started laughing at them, his hands on his hips. He was sweaty...and those locks were brittle.
Then someone appeared.
Hearing the screaming, the concerned employee immediately ran in and rushed toward the sound of the screaming, finding her way to the back...and she gasped as she saw him don the suit. She stepped into view, reaching a hand out to him.
“M-Mr. Afton, the locks!!” she yelled, tears forming in her eyes. He stopped laughing...but it was a little drop of sweat that did him in. Just one little drop...and his fate was sealed. He was about to speak, but instead, he felt every lock go off, one by one...and the severe pain of the locks going off overwhelmed him. His eyes widened, and the immediate pain made him let out a throat-shredding scream while he grabbed at the head of the suit, his body spasming violently while he shook and twitched this way and that, blood leaking from every part of the dilapidated suit. He screamed and screamed and screamed, the pain overwhelming his senses to a degree so high that no other pain could begin to compare. His innards were torn to shreds and spat out of the front of the suit while he dropped to the floor, his back and head hitting the wall. He desperately continued to try to pry off the suit...but the blood was leaking quickly. Too quickly. His eyes were rolling back...and soon, the spasming stopped. His hands dropped to the floor, his eyes rolled back permanently now, metal bars going through his jaw, forcing it permanently open.
The expression everyone would see when they saw his corpse so many years later...
What he couldn’t hear or feel was his former employee, screaming along with him and rushing to his dying body, screaming for him to stay with her, Mr. Afton. She panted heavily as she took out her phone, grabbing at his shoulder, his blood splattering onto her face and her body from how much was coming out. She frantically called 911...but it was no use. His screams silenced...and so did she. With wide eyes, she looked over his face, tears streaming down her own. She felt a sharp pain go up her arm, her chest feeling heavy...and she knew what was happening. Her heart was torn to shreds when she realised that he was gone...he was dead. She started screaming again, dropping her phone, grabbing his face and desperately trying to shake him awake. The children nearby watched this woman scream his name, watched her scream and cry and carry on...and all they could do was stay silent while her screams ceased. The operator tried calling out for her, but Angel could no longer hear her due to the ringing in her freckle-covered ears.
She stood up...but it didn’t last long. She grabbed at her chest and wheezed. Her body fell to its knees...things grew dark. Dark...cold. It was cold. Her body dropped to its side...
...
...then she woke up in a hospital bed. The beep of the heart rate monitor was going, the room pristine and white. She was cleaned of blood, like nothing had ever happened to her. And at first, to her, nothing did happen. She wondered if she just had a nightmare...but then she was hearing the news.
“...a memorial for William Andre DJ Afton is to be scheduled–”
...all she could hear was her own screaming.

Some William Afton Headcanons...
In my headcanons, William Afton is…
• Not a paedophile, unlike one of the most common additional things I’ve seen people label him as for their versions. Yes, he loves kids, but that’s in purely platonic contexts such as ‘friends’ and ‘family’, and never in the context of romantic or sexual targets.
• Maybe a bit of a furry… okay, he’s a huge furry. His fursona is basically Spring Bonnie. Also very possessive of the golden bunny, so he didn’t like it when they hired actors for that character as well as for Fredbear.
• A huge fan of the colour purple. There is a reason why his car is purple. If he thought he could get away with it, he’d dye his hair bright purple… or maybe dark purple.
• Melodramatic if given half a chance and a quarter of a reason… Definitely was a theatre nerd in school, before trying to ‘be more serious’ in university.
• A social chameleon, able to shift his behaviour to suit almost any environment or outcome. Yeah, it’s manipulative, even if he doesn’t always mean it that way.
• Lowkey gay for Henry… Does he ever say anything? Not unless he’s drunk or sleep-deprived (the latter of which is actually quite common). Does he ever do anything? Uh… he’s a bit of a snuggle-bunny with Henry and with his own kids, but that’s it.
• Definitely the reason for his sons’ bad relationships with caffeine. All Afton men are addicted. Boys, you need sleep, not another cup.
• Haunted by his dead sister, which contributes to psychotic breaks when things get to be too much. Part of this connects directly to the fact that his body is covered in scars, almost all of which are… technically self-harm? Eight cuts, every year, on his sister’s birthday… who may or may not be ‘forcing’ him to do them. His wife finds them disturbing, but tries not to mention it after he bled on her one time too many (a bit of a haemophobe, I think the word is?)… Wonderful dating tactics, really. Two scars in particular, however, aren’t from that –a pair on his jawline, which came from ‘falling down the stairs’ at school… Will was a little shit, even as a kid.
• Already was dealing with some mental issues, even without his sister’s influence.
• A hot mess and an absolute moron, I believe the terminology is… This is most of the time, too, as he can seriously come across as having no awareness of the idea of consequences or even his own wellbeing…
• Actually kind of a genius, despite being a moron at the same time. He’s also incapable of half-assing anything, when it comes to creating things. Or learning about things that catch his interest. Will has no chill.
• Not able to think straight when panicking… nor is he able to think ahead when panicking. Basically, his brain ‘short-circuits’.
• Not a huge fan of pizza, but he doesn’t exactly dislike it, either. He’s also a decent cook, even if it’s his wife who’s the real ‘chef’ in the Afton household.
• Somehow able to make functional programs out of code that uses poetry, song, and theatre quotes. Henry is gobsmacked every time.
• Quite skilled at playing guitar. He started to learn it as an act of rebellion against a ‘no undue noise’ rule during his childhood, after his sister’s death and the family moved from England to America. To avoid being caught quite so easily, he practiced either out of the house, or in places like the attic… this habit stayed, even as an adult (basements were also an option, but in adulthood they became ‘workshops’ and ‘secret laboratories’ instead).
• Able to perceive Remnant more and more clearly, the more he makes and collects… Being haunted since a young age meant he’s had an inkling of it for years, too.
• Afraid of dying, despite what his behaviour can suggest, and terrified of losing those he lets himself care about, as well as being completely alone. After the springlock incident, he also becomes scared of dark, enclosed, quiet places…
• Completely comfortable being an absolute asshole. Snark central.
Also! I am not and will never condone the murder of anyone, let alone children. (’>_>) It would be nice to be confident in sharing this stuff without feeling the need to say such things [because they should be fuggin’ obvious], but eh…

THE REMNANT is a killer who came about unusual circumstances, as well as being the animatronic killer. You see, he is already dead, and was recruited by the Entity before his soul could be permanently separated from his body. As the flames threatened to consume him, he was offered a choice in the smoke, and he decided that he would simply pursue his desires elsewhere.
After all, he knew that there was no hope in bringing back Corinthia, and that desire was second to the bloodlust that he held. The appeal of a life being snuffed out by his hand, even from animatronics that were merely created by him, was far too enjoyable to leave behind for death.
But what abilities does this remnant of a man possess?
Obviously, Scraptrap’s map would be FAZBEAR’S FRIGHT, and he would be tied to (CANON) MICHAEL AFTON.
His Mori would be to slam the victim inside of a springlock suit, and having the springlocks go off immediately. Thus, their sacrifice would be given to the Entity, and William would move on to his next victim.
His Power is known as 2 EVIL EYES. The Remnant, like his other animatronic counterparts before, have been able to use stealth and surprise to scare people, and this world is no different.
A bright light and a terrifying sound will strike the survivors in a cone-shaped radius in front of him. Basically, you’re getting a jumpscare when he strikes, and you can’t stop him...well, unless...
If a survivor is caught within this area, they’re given the Petrified state; this stuns the survivor in place as they let out their fear for 3 seconds. If they did get caught in its range, the Remnant can attack without a cooldown and that’s that.
If a survivor doesn’t get caught, he’s forced to have a 3 second cooldown in which he is immobile, and can’t use any abilities.
This is based on [ this reddit post ], but there was already a good name in canon for it in the Fazbear’s Fright graffiti.
His first Perk is known as I ALWAYS COME BACK. The Remnant pursues his victims, even when on the brink of defeat. Thus, each time he’s stunned or blinded by a survivor, he receives a token. This can stack up to 5 tokens.
Once the exit gates are powered, each token grants a 3% speed boost to movement and vaulting, as well as a 3% reduction to basic attack cooldown ( both successful and missed ).
This perk is based from [ this video ], but I reduced the attack cooldown to 3% instead of its original 5%.
His second Perk is known as YOU CAN’T HIDE. The Remnant will be Obsessed with one survivor during the trial, and will attempt to suss them out with the other survivors’ pain.
Every time a survivor OTHER than the Obsession is placed on a hook, the Obsession sees his aura for a few seconds. If all other survivors are on hooks, or are otherwise not present in the game, the Obsession has the Exposed status, and the Remnant can kill them.
This one’s just a different version of the Oni’s Rancor.
His third Perk is known as MECHANICAL INSTINCT. The Remnant has had years of experience while working on robotics, and the generators? Child’s play.
When a survivor begins repairing a regressing generator within a certain distance, the generator will explode and begin regressing faster. The ability can only be activated after a cooldown.
This is based on [ this Reddit post ].
Outside of killing survivors, the Remnant will often be found tinkering with smaller inventions or else going through some of the items in the Fright.
ETA: fuck i forgot his weapon
he just. punches them. he’s got one arm he can fuckin use it.

So, I had a thought recently with regard to the Five Nights at Freddy’s books. Spoilers ahead? This got super long, so it’s behind a cut now. Sorry!
Part way through the first book, The Silver Eyes, the protagonist and her not love interest, Charlie and John, go investigate the original Fredbear’s Family Dinner. When they get there Charlie has this massive flash back of realizing that she had a twin brother and of seeing him get taken by William Afton as Spring Bonny.
It’s a big thing for her and sets up for her to also know what the springlocks are and for finding Sammy to be a big focus for her in the second book.
Then in the third book we get the reveal of Charlie being a robot the whole time. The original version of her was the twin taken by Afton, and her father the brilliant robotics engineer got really obsessed with bringing her back as a robot with a soul. Thus running off his wife, who quite reasonably took Sammy with her.
We also get the scene of Charlie somehow looking down in a memory and seeing that the body she had at the time wasn’t a toddler body, but instead essentially a camera on a tripod.
Three things from all that.
One, what if part of Henry’s initial drive to get his daughter back lead to him reenacting her kidnapping with Sammy in her place as the twin that got taken? We know that he went super far into trying to bring her back, like destroying his own brain with the sound chips to convince himself that the youngest version of new!Charlie actually looked like his daughter. So, in the middle of all that, what’s adding more trauma to his son? What if his wife caught him at that? Pouring time into building robots, talking about how Charlie’s still there in her favorite doll, that probably put her back up but grief can make people think strange things. But if he had made Sammy relive the kidnapping, I feel like that would be the absolute limit.
Two, Circus Baby mentions that her body was baseline alive because Henry poured all of his rage into it. She was the first body he built, I think, to put Charlie’s soul/the doll in. But if he was building her right after Charlie’s death and his wife leaving with Sammy, then that’s a lot of emotion. More than that, I doubt that he could get the robot small enough for a toddler at the time, much less human enough. He had to rely on the sound technology to make her seem human enough to be around people. Had to keep relying on that technology for the youngest Charlie, to the point that our protagonist had been keeping that iteration of herself as that favorite doll. That’s a lot of things to build to enough anger to bring a robot to life and semi-sapience. I don’t think he meant to leave the future Circus Baby hanging there suffering to become the stuff of Charlie’s nightmares though. I don’t thing Henry built in an off switch for that first body, or at least, I don’t think he had a way to shut her down. And, more than that, I don’t think he could bring himself to destroy the first body, even if it was a failure. It was still a Charlie. He didn’t realize that she was aware until she escaped, by then it was too late to do anything about it.
Third thing, Charlie wasn’t meant to remember the bit with Sammy getting taken or the springlocks. After he’d calmed down enough, moved from rage to depression, and was able to build the Charlie that all of her friends first met. The first reasonably human Charlie. I think he deleted the memories of before and just cut his little family down to himself and his daughter. Why would she need to remember someone she’s never going to meet? What kind of father would he be if he left her that pain? Plus, if we want to assume he started working with Afton again for Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria, he probably either figured or was convinced that Sammy was too panicked to remember what happened properly. I mean, who could Henry trust if not his business partner?
Thing is, I figure that the memory wasn’t overwritten by the time Charlie went back to where it all began. It wasn’t overwritten, so being there restored it. Which leaves me wondering if that’s something that Henry programmed in just in case his good buddy William Afton wasn’t as trustworthy as he thought, if it was just a lucky glitch, or if Charlie’s clearly brilliant but criminally under utilized Aunt Jen set that up after she wound up the legal guardian of a maybe ensouled robot.
I really want it to be the Aunt Jen thing.
