This build was so fun to create and design. My inspiration was sparked by an image from a jazz playlist on YouTube (see inspiration pic below).

Every room has special attention to detail from sizing to placement of every decor item. Thank you @twistedmexi for T.O.O.L because this build would not have turned out as beautiful as it did without his mod.

*Please note, this build uses Snowy Escape quite a bit (outdoor siding, railing, staircase, roof, and fencing). This download is 2.1 GB of CC (Sundays CC tends to be on the larger side)

Komorebi Public School

School for Komobemi in Copperdale

A functional school where there is not a single empty classroom. There are classrooms for history and mathclass, the rest can be used as a background for screenshots or, for example, to improve certain skills (these are classrooms: chemistry-biology, physics, music and drawing (both are more optional). The school has a library on the 3rd floor, a teacher's room, a principal's office, a dining room and locker rooms for boys and girls (separate). I have placed functional school lockers in the locker rooms. The environment is completely made in the style of Komorebi, however, if you do not play in such a setting, you can design an environment in the style of the city in which you play. On the street there is a place for bicycles, a basketball court and access to the school stadium (game).

Hello Everyone:),

Fayun Part 3 is the last iteration of the Fayun Series and while I created interior items for the first two parts it's time for the exterior. 

The ability to recreate Asian hip and gable roofs for the Sims sparked the idea for the Fayun Set already back in May, that's when I started working on the first pieces for the exterior part. I was mainly inspired by traditional Chinese architecture but you will be able to use some of the pieces also for Japanese and Korean-style buildings and let me tell you it was quite fun testing them out in Mount Komorebi :)

This collection comprises 65 pieces including windows, doors, arches, a gazebo, awnings, matching roof tiles and decoration, placable fences, railings and spandrel, a functional column, and room dividers. I also created a pebble stone floor with matching terrain paint and a wall.

Cluttered Japanese House

omg i'm actually so obsessed with this house. this was my first time building a "traditional" japanese home. i used a lot of the felixandre KYOTO cc pack for the roofing details. gosh they make such good cc.

i think the landscaping and outdoor decor was the hardest to do. i wasn't really sure if i wanted it to be cluttered or organised. but i'm pretty happy with the end result. the backyard is the best part.

i think my favourite part is the kitchen, dining, living space. i didn't want to make it super traditional. so they're all kinda merged together. which turned out super cool. although in game, nothing was functional and ended up moving everything. lol

🗻Hazakura Town🏮

In the heart of Wakaba, just past the train station is Hazakura Town. A bustling center of businesses that any tourist should visit when in Mt. Komorebi! There you can find a clothing store, a small hotel, a karaoke bar, a Boba shop and a food stall market!

So, I did a little building for my Ryan's Legacy save. I've been playing in Mt. Komo for a while now but the lack of lots to visit was really bothering me - so here is my fix! You guys probably won’t see this in my gameplay for A WHILE - I’m almost in Generation 3 and this was mostly built for that group of teens in mind but I thought that I would at least show it off to all of you!

I know I said Momo was the last sim for Mt. Komorebi, but playing there I realized that there are NO. ANY. AVAILABLE MEN! So I created a new guy and his name is Ryo Kondo. He is a private investigator, very romantic, loves to drink sake and has a crush on cute little girls (like Yume, but she thinks he is just a weird pervert friend) haha He is homeless btw and for now is staying temporarily at her house!

Also I was highly inspired by watching the last season of Bungo Stray Dogs! I think it's the combination of multiple characters where his personality has actually came from ૮ ˶′ﻌ ‵˶ ა

And so they decided to let Ji Ho be claimed by Caleb to make it easier for Vlad to claim him back... and because everyone thinks Ji Ho hit the lottery with Caleb ^^'

And then finally, finally Vlad and Jeb made their way back from the Otherworld! But where are their shirts?

They ran over to the temple. Hopefully in time! Ouf! Luckily Genji was quick-witted enough to steal some time. He started an argument with Lady Demon about that Ji Ho is his bonded and it's not legal to steal him away from him and give him to Caleb...

Vlad: "What is going on here?" (Vlad and Jeb really had no idea what is going on here. They went over the fence to the Otherworld and hadn't heard of Ji Ho since they travelled to the Tomarang with the ship from Selvadorada.)

Saiwa: "Gods, Jeb!" *hungry kiss* Vlad went to the altar to stop this madness: "Ji Ho is mine!"

Genji: "Hey, Caleb. How about we two share a coffin?" Genji is very clever. He started the argument with Lady Demon not only for Ji Ho and Vlad. He wanted to hit on Caleb ;)

Now that Ji Ho's rightful bonded is back, they decided to make their bond official in vampire terms so no one ever will question it again and try to claim Ji Ho while Vlad is in the Otherworld.

Ji Ho: "Let's go over to the sanctuary and fix your eyes..."

And that's what they did.

They undressed and kissed.

Ji Ho: "Claim me."

And that's what Vlad did.

Outtakes

When I added Vlad and Jeb to the household during Ji Ho and Caleb's ceremony, Vlad spawned there and looked so sad.

Poor Lady Demon. The lucrative deal with Ji Ho is called off. But she will get a pretty penny for setting up Caleb with Genji too ;)

And finally Vlad asked Ji Ho to be his boyfriend. Vlad: "From now on, no one will ever touch you again." Ji Ho: "But I want you to touch me." ... *sigh*
