Hello hello!

Here is COMBLES, a set focusing on slanted walls, ideal for converted attics or just last floor of old buildings! It wasn't made on purpose but I think this set will be perfect to give a new look at your attics to rent them with the new expension pack coming !

It has been a little challenge to make everything look nice and easy to use. As the game lighting has its own rules, I've made my best to make pannelings, shelves and slanted walls match together! For technical purposes, the shelves are separated from their wall-part, but everything snaps to the wall so you will be able to combine them easily !

I've added a few plaster walls and beams to add an extra rustic feeling, and the plaster colours match Woodland Ranch's plaster so you'll be able to mix and match with the previous sets too!

I really can't wait to see what you will be able to create with those new pieces, I'm so excited about it!

It's the most wonderful time of the month :D, at least for me as I get to share a new set of items with you. Inspired by my trip to New York City I finally got started on the build items.

This month I concentrated on the interior and created objects that I thought were quite typical for the lofts that I saw in Soho. To divide up your space you will not only get several types of patinated metal doors but also a system of room dividers for all three wall heights. Cast iron buildings structurally include columns, therefore I created a Corinthian one for this collection. To add more charm to your New York City loft, you can decorate it with pipes, sprinklers, light switches a socket, a radiator, and exit signs for further security :D. I added a couple of windows already this month but will expand the set of windows next month when I work on the Exterior Part.

I'm sure you all saw the New 'For Rent' expansion pack trailer, I am so excited for a rental system, and what perfect timing. I am trying to observe the new expansion pack and see what kind of game mechanics I can include in the SOHO set :)

Artist's Cluttered Studio Apartment

probably my longest build yet, took me so long to change the windows, floor plan and to decorate the entire space. even tho it's my smallest build hahah. but tbh I took so many breaks, cause i couldn't decide the sims "aesthetic".

overall very proud of this build, this studio is my dream apartment. i love on how warm toned it is and the clutter is a good amount of clutter. my favourite part of this build is definitely the bedroom part.

took me forever to test/fix the space cause my sim couldn't move anywhere. bb.moveobjects is my bitch.

The Woodland kitchen is finally heeeeeere! It comes with 26 new items, and I hope you will love playing with them! 

For this kitchen I was inspired by a plaster kitchen and I really wanted to get those seamless counter and counter top and even if the game doesn’t let it be 100% seamless, I’m really happy with the result!

You will also find a dishcloth holder that snap to the sink’s counter variant, but it also snap to wall if you want!

Tiny detail but the wooden chair is inspired by a chair my grandmother has for years now, and I’m so happy to have it into my game now 🥰

I really hope you gonna like playing with this kitchen 😀

Baysic Bathroom :)

You asked for it & now we delivered! Baysic Bathroom is an add-on set for the Baysic set by Felixandre & Harrie. This set of 28 items for the bathroom is the perfect addition to the original Baysic set and now takes the total of Baysic to a massive 119 items. If you haven't done already you can get the first addition of the Baysic set HERE  Highlights of the set include: The new matching tile walls & floor, one of the most frequently requested items; a new bathtub/shower combo, plus stacking toilet roll! Oh and a toilet, because not even EA could add in too many toilets right?! Of course all the same matching wood tones & colour palette from previous sets, plus all brand new and original textures and meshes were created for this set, so no EA items were harmed in the making of this set

99.9% of the items are Base Game compatible, however the freestanding shower requires the Discover University EP to be fully functional. If you don’t own that pack the item will still place in game, but be purely decorative. You can find the majority of the items in the build/buy catalogue by searching BAYSIC, but as the set includes a wallpaper & floor you'll need to hunt for those in the traditional way.

Let me introduce you to CHATEAU Part 2, a 37-item set for your Chateaus entrance and hallways.

An area that I was always longing to have more items for was a 'grand foyer'. I simply wanted to have proper french stairs but was too afraid of trying out creating them. I pulled myself together and made the stairs plus additional pieces such as curved landings and suitable french fence and railing pieces. Now that I made stone stairs, in the future I will also create a wooden one, the possibilities are endless :D.

Another Area I haven't touched for quite some time is proper historical pieces, but a chateau set can't live without them. I sat down and created a Lous XV console table as a full and quarter version ( actually I found a console table at Hotel de la Marine in Paris and had to recreate it with a twist and incorporated a Plumbob) and a Rococo Mirror inspired by an original from Athena Calderone's apartment. The Mirror comes in three height options. I also made a hanging light and a wall sconce. Two additional items that are less historic but more rustic are a round table, perfect for giant bouquet displays, and a potted Fiddle Leaf tree :)

In this month's set, you will also find a classic Parisian wooden floor, a black and white stone floor, and wallpaper with handpainted patterns( Which I created myself from scratch). I also didn't want to miss out on interior doors :)

Cluttered Japanese House

omg i'm actually so obsessed with this house. this was my first time building a "traditional" japanese home. i used a lot of the felixandre KYOTO cc pack for the roofing details. gosh they make such good cc.

i think the landscaping and outdoor decor was the hardest to do. i wasn't really sure if i wanted it to be cluttered or organised. but i'm pretty happy with the end result. the backyard is the best part.

i think my favourite part is the kitchen, dining, living space. i didn't want to make it super traditional. so they're all kinda merged together. which turned out super cool. although in game, nothing was functional and ended up moving everything. lol

Welcome to Woodland Ranch! During this collection, we well go ranch/rustic but with a little bit of cozyness and elegance at some point ! 

I will add some build pieces and buy pieces each month as I don't have as many time as I would like to to create an entire build set in one month, so lets get some pieces every month! 

You will now have 31 pieces to decorate the bedroom, and nice windows, closed or opened versions! You also have wooden panneling, wood and painted version. Same swatches for the panneling and flooring, in case you want a color block room! Speaking of flooring, there are two flooring, and one is made to be a ceiling item, with little beams like the panneling!

19 Culpepper House

omg i used the T.O.O.L mod the first time today and it was very scary but this apartment is probably my best build yet.

when building i was kinda reaching for a sort of spanish eclectic home with orange wood/sage green tones and i think i did a good job conveying that.

it was also my first time adding windows inside of a home, as the kids bedroom had no natural light. it turned out looking really cool. although i should’ve added some curtains for it…

now i’m just excited to make the sim family!!
