Spooky Day!

Even with a newborn, Kristina and Amanda managed to visit the Spooky Day Festival (by @bunnithechubs!) and have a spooky party!

(Sadly, not long after this, we get the notification that Broderick has passed. The friends didn't know him well enough to know exactly why, but send his family their condolences.)

Arriving at Mount Komorebi, get a good night's sleep and then get ready for the day's adventures.

Home sweet home!

They do laundry, swim in the lake, and sleep in their own comfortable bed!

Kristina: Ok, this was so much fun! Did you enjoy climbing? Amanda: I did. But I fell pretty badly, haha. Kristina: Same! I am quite bruised and also cold now, haha. Amanda: I know just the place for us to go!

Happy (chaotic) birthday Kristina!

She is now 35 years old! She finds herself very happy, surrounded by friends, a sister, a niece and family-in-law (Sally couldn't come due to Shelby being sick). Kristina loves being a homemaker and looks forward to be a mother of two!

Saru is an infant!

Amanda has had to build on the house, adding a room to the second floor. This will be Saru and his baby sister's room!

Belly and baby are growing <3

We also get the news that, out of all people, Jim has started dating and is now living with Karen Dobson! Karen has left her sister the fantastic house in Sulani, and moved to live with Jim in Copperdale!

Even when pregnant, there's a growing homestead to tend to.

In the middle of all the baby chaos we find out... we're having another baby!

End of fall

They bond with and get to know Saru, Kristina is diagnosed with diabetes after her pregnancy and they tend to their garden. Soon time for the shorter days of winter.

Time to call the dog-sitter (Marcella!), get dressed and head to the hospital! We're having a baby!

A calm and simple All Saint's Day with the two closest families. Kristina is now very heavily pregnant and there is no strength for anything too fancy or big.

To help Kristina through her pregnancy, Amanda often makes herbal remedies.

And one evening, Adelaide Landgraab comes by. She's out traveling and bring some news from Tomarang - very appreciated by both Kristina and Amanda!

Friends are important!

Kristina and Amanda often invite their friends over, now also with Broderick! He and Marcella seems to get a long very well...

They also tell Marcella that she is going to get a niece or nephew! She's very excited!

Una is 65!

Kristina and Amanda make the long trek from Brindleton bay, Jim comes from Copperdale and the Pries-family join from Oasis Springs.

They all enjoy the silly unicorn-cake Anton has made, Una and Jim play chess (and Amanda call them 'nerds') - and Una feels truly celebrated.

What a life she has lived, and is still living!
