You know, I used to wonder why Dib's codename was "Agent Mothman" when the mothman is otherwise never referenced on the show and Dib's main interests appear to be ghosts and aliens with a side of sasquatches and "Nosferatus".
It only just occurred to me now, 22 years later, that maybe it's because Zim's got those spider legs and spiders are the natural enemy of insects like moths.
