Police noted that he doesn’t seem to take interest in monetary gain as he leaves the gems behind shortly before his escape. Furthermore he favors a use of technology in his cunning tricks while being quite flashy in his appearances, turning his crimes into shows to an almost reckless degree. Moth is additionally rumored to deny being human altogether when confronted while having allegedly cooperated with Spider. His activities stopped abruptly for years until he recently resurfaced with his calling card challenging Kaito Kid to a „grandiose show of thievery“. Motive unknown

Couple's (questionable) Halloween Costumes ft. Tokyo Debunker

I just got back from an event and had some thoughts idk. This is not in any particular order, just whoever came to mind first.

Towa- Bee and Beekeeper. His chibi is already a bee, he'd probably find it cute to see you dressed up like one too. Haru is the one who suggests his jumpsuit already looks a bit like a beekeeper suit, all he'd need to do is get a hat. Towa loves romance, so he'd probably be one of the only ghouls actually interested in dressing up with you 10/10.

Sho- Mario and Princess Peach, except he's the princess because he made the mistake of telling you that Leo always makes him be the girl. You really want to play this game, senpai? Fine. He'll hate every second of it but it is just the littlest bit worth it to see you squirm at how good he looks in a dress. Somewhat. He'd rather make you squirm someway else ???/10

Luca- Jedidiah and Octavius (from night at the museum). He sort of ruins it because he doesn't understand the reference and spends the night talking at length about Roman history. Which is nice if you are into that but extremely boring if not 6/10.

Kaito- Ketchup and Mustard. He also sort of ruins it; doing something this classically coupley with you makes him delirious with happiness and he has a stroke before you can make your way to the party. Salvages the night by baking Halloween themed cupcakes, you have a nice little date decorating them and no one has to see you two embarrass yourselves in public 7/10.

Haru- Cow and the Moon. He... does not have the best fashion sense if his cards are anything to go by, and hey this cow costume he got for (insert total rip off price here) will totally help him promote the back to nature tour! You dressing up as the moon was supposed to be a cute gimmick thing to play off the old nursery rhyme, he wasn't expecting you to put together such an ethereal outfit. Completely forgets about promoting the tour in favor of being cute with you all night, he's totally willing to do this again 9/10 (don't let him choose the costumes next time).

Rui- Moth and Lamp. He wants to do Gomez and Morticia, but the torture of not being able to touch you is already too much to bear as is, he isn't about to make it worse for himself. This way he can still be free to tend bar and make a bunch of cheesy "jokes" about you being the light of his life. Moths sort of fit the Obscuary theme anyway so it's a perfect costume, 10/10.

Haku- Howl and Sofie. He wants a costume that will give him an excuse to flirt with you and will make it very very clear just who you are leaving this party with. Haku probably thinks he'd look really good in Howl's outfit and you know what? He's right. Just remember to take him seriously when he offers his help removing your clothes this time, inspector 10/10.

Taiga- Ghostface. For exactly the reasons you think kitten don't even bother picking out a costume [redacted]/10.

naoto is really good at those rigged carnival games. he doesn’t even try to cheat his way through, he just stands there thinking for god knows how long until the dude running the stand starts to get impatient and suddenly he just. wins the biggest plushie at the stand. he’s also really good at crane games. kanji loves him for this

he needs coffee (preferably with cream and sugar; he refuses to drink it black) in the morning or he’ll be more easily annoyed.

he loves tokusatsu, particularly kamen rider! he owns a bunch of dvds and action figures but he was a closet fan until he joined the team.

Aiden ducks his head down once again, even lower, when Kaito calls him out on the real meaning of his gift, refusing to take the out that the blond has offered him in the hope of sparing to them both a very awkward moment. Had he been wearing his mask, he would have found a witty remark to throw back, maybe even succeeding into turning the whole thing into a joke.

However, right now he's not Cat Noir, superhero and guardian of Paris, the guy who can look at danger in the face and stick his tongue out at it. He's just Adrien Agreste, the homeschooled teenager who is still learning how to make friends properly.

"I...I wasn't trying to say that...I figured that you would," he stutters out, clearing his throat and looking at everywhere but at the older teen. "But I thought that we could...you know. Pretend that you didn't?"

The truth is that he has been counting on the fact that Kaito would have understood what the bouquet meant. Now, instead, he feels like a complete idiot. What was he thinking?!

And he wishes that the other would stop smirking like that. It makes his cheeks heat up even more and his stomach feel all weird.

Plagg pokes him between his ribs from under the lapel of his shirt, starting him out of his embarrassment, just in time for him to hear the words "love spell".

"That's...I got hit by a weird arrow earlier! I...thought nothing of it, because nothing happened, but...yeah. It must be...another akumatized person or a senti! Part of some nefarious plan!" He rushes to say, happy to have an excuse to divert the attention from his gesture and completely missing the fact that Kaito has said that he was hoping that this wasn't the result of magic.

while kaito notices his sudden & obvious efforts of getting to know him, he knows something or someone must've followed him home from paris -- like a curious cat of the sort , dropping presents unexpectedly . since he doesn't want to let him get involved in his other life . he's not going to question how the other arrived so fast unless he drove all the way here using a limousine . he swears , kaito thinks. his family is rich .

he did catch wind of what he was trying to do or at least express it through this language . a bit clever , which caught him off guard , he noticed adrien spends most of his time decorating the bouquet out of care. the language of the flowers are important to kaito since he knows the basics of it .

' don't hide this from me , adrien . seven sunflowers symbolizes secret love , i appreciate the effort , though . you're not the only one who knows the language of the flowers . ' kaito replies in a confident smirk since he was able to read his body language well . he was always there for him but he enjoys his company nonetheless. he'd have to avoid projecting his KID persona somewhat . it's always funny to see him flustered but the blond seems to find more ways to surprise him .

' this may be awkward timing, you shouldn't have done this for me while being under the effect of a love spell . ' he says , still worried if this is the effect of some love potion or spell-- otherwise he'd be more determined to return things to normal . seeing adrien being all nice & a bit ... romantic ?? it's what he'd describe him as right now , he would really have to consult his witch friend who was possibly laughing at him as she watches him over in a crystal ball . ' but i hope you're not under the effect of one . '

For the preliminaries, there are 86* songs competing for 8 open spots in the bracket. (again, full list below)

The prelims will be structured as follows:

Part A: *2 songs - a mini pre-preliminary round of sorts between two versions of "Play" by shr - the original Kagamine Rin version vs an UTAU cover featuring Matusdappoiyo, since both versions were submitted. The Winner of this round will participate in part B. (One day long)

Part B: 85 songs - 17 matches of 5 songs, with 1 winner each. I will be releasing 3 or 4 matches every other day to stagger them. Winners of part B will move on to part C. (16 days long)

Part C: 17 songs - 2 matches of 8/9 songs, each with the top 4 songs advancing. Both matches will be released the same day (One week long)

if anyone has any objections to this, or any better ideas, lemme know now, bc that was the best I could come up with. I didnt want the first round of matches to be between too many songs at once, as I felt that would probably be less accurate, and more intimidating so less people would listen to all the songs....... idk

Part A will be up TOMORROW, SUNDAY FEBRUARY 4TH, and will only last one day, bc I want to get to the actual prelims. More information on the rest of the prelims will be up during the week.

*Shuichi utilizes the Symmetra Matrix to heighten his leap, landing on the first vat and dancing quickly on the hot metal before leaping off it and flying past Tsumugi. He barely makes it past the next vat's spilled contents before spotting Tsumugi's arms and tendrils gripping the platforms above him.

*Tsumugi's Nanomachines pull on the platforms and cause them to crash down on Shuichi, but he utilizes the Symmetra to create bouncy surfaces, as the voice in his ear commands him to do. Tsumugi avoids the damage by boosting herself into the air.

HRAGH!

*SLAAAM!*

*She then casts a line forward and sends her entire body smashing straight into Shuichi, sending him tumbling along the ground. Shuichi crawls to his hands and knees, spitting some blood out of his mouth on the floor.

You said Rantaro gave you that Matrix before he died, but it's wasted on trash like you...Rantaro couldn't use that stupid light to stop me, what makes you think you can do the same?

Well...you know what? You might be right...The Symmetra...and I alone won't be enough to beat you.

*With Shuichi's shout, Tsumugi suddenly notices that Kaito and Kokichi are in a control room high above them, cut off from reinforced glass, watching their fight. As Shuichi gives the signal, they work together to pull a lever on the control deck.

*FWOOOM!*

What the hell-

HYAAAGH!

AAGGH! G-GGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!

*Tsumugi jumps as a machine behind her starts to spew flames, but her yell of surprise quickly becomes a scream of agony as Shuichi jumps up and kicks her into the fire.

Hrggh!

H-Huh!? AGH! HHAAAGH!

*Attempting a power move of some kind, Tsumugi attempts to cast out her Nanokuma's and pull Shuichi into the fire with her. To her shock and horror, however, the Nanokuma's catch alight, and the flame spreads all the way along her, burning and scarring her flesh underneath them. With little other choice, she rolls out of the fire, slightly burned. Shuichi holds up a shield to allow himself to walk through the flames unharmed.

Aah...Ngh...!

*Tsumugi is blue in the face with nerves, as she tries to recall the Nanokuma's, and notices that her previous power has drained significantly, only able to summon just enough to make a claw on her hand. Shuichi purses his lips, expecting and planning for this exact outcome.

This was a tentative theory, but it seems to have worked out as I intended. The Nanokuma's can't regenerate in extreme heat, and they're highly flammable due to their small size and the substance their wings are made of.

You ever heard the phrase "like a moth to a flame?" Well, that's funny for MULTIPLE reasons now...

GRRRGH! J..JRREAAAAAAGGGH!!

Tch...HAAAGH!

*Kaito and Kokichi continue to flip switches and press buttons to get more machines to spew out flames, limiting Tsumugi's options. However, this doesn't stop her. She shapeshapes the nanos to surround herself with as many weapons and armor as possible. In the meantime, Shuichi prepares to confront her head-on by wielding a blaster in one hand and a blade in the other. Thereafter, a vicious hand-to-hand battle breaks out between the evil Cosplayer and the brave Detective.

OMG! I'm so in love with Duskmourn already. None of the gothic, classic trappings of Innistrad here. The moth monster seems to be the demon Valgavoth now. But why does he appear to be in the rafters if he's imprisoned in the Below. Apparently, this is another all-star casted set with it being set around the disappearance of Nashi. Kaito and the Wanderer join up with Tyvar Kell, Niko Aris, and Zimone Wola in the search for Tamiyo's son. But I'm more interested in the cultists, slashers, and monsters of the plane which has been covered by the house nearly entirely. So much to absorb in this planeswalkers guide with more to come, I'm sure.
