Hey so i love ur blog and don't have anyone to talk to but i kinda have a Q? so my mum has in the past slapped me or pulled my hair when shes mad at me and its happened maybe 4-6 times over my life and then tonight she threatened to slap me across my face again and idk like its usually when im being defiant and so idk i was thinking, is this abuse? because it doesn't happen that often and idk it really happens maybe once a year when shes really mad at me?? idk what do you think?

Hi bae, so technically, in law, slapping does not constitute child abuse, as the violence needs to cause a lasting physical injury, but to me that sounds threatening , scary, and a lot like emotional abuse? Im not in your situation but it doesn’t sound like a good one? It sounds like your mom is trying to scare you???
