Being mad about being southern and queer i love houston!!! I do!!!! Theres culture and so many great amazing people its my home !!!! And its also just quickly becoming actually unsafe to live in texas its hard with rising temperatures and laws being instated
#every year its been hotter#this year was a little cooler bc it was a wet year but it was still too hot#i do actually love texas its beautiful here#all the different terrains i grew up in deep south gulf coast so it was tropical#it was fun !!#i love hiking around the piney woods even if im allergic#im allergic to mesquite trees out in the deserts#oh! another thing is rising mosquito borne viruses and how we are being affected#theres more than a few active cases of west nile#nightjay blogging

i suppose its lucky that taylor got the bug powers because i just know there's someone else out there who would be giving people malaria and devastating crops as opposed to robbing banks and shoving bugs up people's noses
#parahumans#team up with a thinker who knows how to find the one butterfly whose wing flapping causes a tsunami that destroys the entire east coast#i swear i read a book or something where the bad guys filled mosquitoes with poison and released them to try and make them bite a guy#it didnt work but taylor could make that happen
