Gonna start posting some old shit here! This here is my Mordheim army, Gash'n's Gang. They're a gang of transgender lesbian sepratist orcs, set to take the ruins Mordheim as their home!

This squad has changed a lot since this photo, may post some of the other heros another time maybe. Posted close ups of Boss Gash'n, mainly sculpted by me except for metal accents, weapons, and hand, as well as Peaches the troll, almost completely sculpted by me save for a few details.

You know, I never played Gav Thorpe’s old Inquisitor game. I got the living rule book PDF, and a couple of fun supplements, but it’s still one of the few old 40k games I never got to play.

The art design is perfect. It seems so darned fun, but this particular set of rules looks to have only been used for this game.

The stats are interesting! Similar to the d100 Warhammer rpg games, but shifted a bit towards tabletop combat rather than full Roleplaying. I’d like to give it a go one day. I do tend to enjoy these older games like Mordheim and Gorkamorka, so I’ll probably enjoy this too!

Has anyone on here played Inquisitor? What did you think of it?

Now about another system that caught my attention. Trench Crusade!

This game, made by one and only Tuomas Pirinen- creator of Mordheim, is amazing. Not only is it the real grimdark, forces of God are battling literally hell creatures but that doesn't mean they are above using some truly horrific tactics, but it also plays smoothly like butter. The art created for this game is also something truly breathtaking, horrid creatures and broken people in the world where hope is the only thing that keeps people going, where it's truly the biggest curse to live another day being besieged by demons, heretics and unholy creations of metal, flesh and blood. It's truly wonderful.

John Blanche has retired from Games Workshop. Tuomas Pirinen notes on Twitter:

"Today, the legendary artist John Blanche who was my Art Director on Mordheim, Realm of Chaos and WFB has retired from Games Workshop. He was the last of the titans. Truly an end of an era. However, we will see more of John's genre-defining art as he can work projects of his own."
