I'm here to remind you that maybe you can shrink these feelings at least a little bit by looking for other people going through similar things!!!!! Be it by watching a YouTube video about autism or TikTok videos about adhd symptoms or scrolling through a subreddit where queer people share their experiences! Even if you already know everything they're saying, sometimes we need to remember that it's ok, you know?

In my case, I was feeling like shit for months because of my adhd symptoms, and suddenly while on Pinterest I found a screenshot of a Tumblr post about adhd. And wow. I remembered that other people go through this and it has an explanation and that it is not my fault!!!!!!!!! And Oh God I really really needed that

🔥 actually chose his host after seeying them get bullied really severly and at first Ecto was like "hmm sinners, free food" but later realized his host was okay with him as they turned out to be very lonely and liked someone to talk to (even tho said someone is a flaming skeleton entity ready to burst out and melt their insides...can you see how poor the host their friend choices are?? XD)

🔥 Secret favorite movie is Van Helsing but claims it's sh!t if you ask him

🔥 Dislikes people who think he's not scary, got really upset when some other ghost riders claimed he wasn't scary at all

🔥 Actually very protective of his host!? Like he'll see people do something like say the host is being a whimp for crying about a movie or just look at them oddly and he will glady take control and yeet the person to hell

🔥 Favorite music tastes are rock, metal and to everyone's suprise Electro swing

🔥 Likes to take over when his host has horror movie nights with friends to jumpscare them

🔥 From all the horror movies he suprisingly dislikes ghost movies, his host suspects they might hit a tad too close to home..

🔥 Has definitly had to scare off ghost hunters after hanging around a certain area too much
