WAIT THIS IS IMPORTANT.... how would zoro feel about me as your bestie? would he accept me? would he find me annoying as an individual? would he see me as a rival when it comes to receiving your attention? i need to know where i stand in the kae/zoro realm. like if i were third-wheeling on a date for example, would he and i be pals or would he be itching to pull out one of his swords? 🤔

THIS IS INDEED IMPORTANT AND REQUIRED RUMINATION! here are my thoughts:

zoro is protective but not possessive. he’s rarely (if ever) legitimately jealous; i don’t think he yearns for my attention in a way that affects my relationship with family or friends—he’s not particularly needy. he’s incredibly self-sufficient and self-assured. so, at face value, your existence as my best friend doesn’t bother him in the slightest.

now, if we dig deeper into your personalities, i’ll say this: zoro values honesty, courage, and humor in his companions. he’s not one to beat around the bush, and he’ll tell it like it is, which reminds me very much of you. it’s also important to him that people are true to themselves and to others, and at the end of the day, that they do the right thing. this isn’t to say that he’s all serious all the time—he’s a goofball, and he values others who can share laughs and not take things literally all the time. but he has a strong code of ethics.

you may come to your own conclusion, naturally, but i believe that you and zoro would get along well. i don’t think he would find you annoying—unless we both ganged up on him, in which case he would also find me annoying. our relationship dynamic is fluid and lowkey, and i don’t think we’re the kind of couple that gives others the ick or that you wouldn’t want to hang out with. he’s a nonchalant kind of guy, so he keeps most people at arm’s length. but if he’s cool to hang and eat and shoot the shit with you, you have a friend in him.

tldr: you two would be PALS! and just btw, if he was mean to you, i would eviscerate him; we play niceys here <3

oh my gods. uzi doorman deserved so much fucking better.

the poor kid (she's older than me i shouldn't be allowed to say that) had her mom die when she was just a little kid, and then her dad neglected her for most of her life. khan obsessed over doors instead of his daughter who is really the only surviving part of his wife! the only time he starts actually paying attention to uzi is when she's doing dangerous stuff that could get her killed, which, yeah at least khan's FINALLY paying attention to her, but it would've done a ton more if he hadn't stayed distant.

oopsie i'm ranting about the wrong thing~

ANYWAY

uzi didn't have any actual friends until she met her crush best friend who tried to kill her when they first met which is like. poor kid. she didn't deserve that. and as soon as she meets him her life goes even more downhill than it did before. i'm definitely not saying it's N's fault – it would've happened anyway – but uzi finally gets something good in her life and the good is almost immediately drowned out by the stuff that happens afterward.

i can't really say anything else without spoiling stuff for you bc i want you to watch murder drones but RAHHH UZI DESERVED BETTER
